Fantastic experience: What a cozy and charming house! The hosts were very responsive to any questions or needs. The shower is amazing and the beds were very comfy! The backyard is lovely and has a nice view of the sunset! The location of the house was ideal! Loved everything about our experience here in Utah! Can’t wait to come back!

Negative experience: -929 West Aspen Dr, Kanab -Hot tub broken-even though Zion Stays ad mentions "hot tub" 3 times. Plus the hot tub is unsafe to enter/step into. -Barking dogs 24/7. If we went outside we could see 5 dogs barking at us. Yet Zion Stays home ad says "quiet neighborhood". -Dirty with pet hair everywhere. -Window broken in kitchen -Owner told us via text "even though there are no curtain/blinds on huge south facing windows nobody can see into home because you are on a hill". Yet there are at least two homes within 100 feet of huge windows that can see in. And people walking in those yards can see you from 100 feet away. Especially at night. Unsafe! -Greasy dirty uncleaned bar b q on checkin. -Indoor propane fireplace broken and not usable -Kitchen shelves stuffed full of expired and unusable food items. -Fridge had unusable food in it on check in. -Yuck!

Every day hiking and spending our afternoons on a beautiful porch were highlights of our stay in here. Thank you very much for allowing us to use your place. Fantastic experience: Stayed for three nights in the Crimson Canyon Condo in Kanab and absolutely loved this place! Immaculate, fully stocked, spacious, exceptionally comfortable and wonderfully decorated. We both worked in separate spaces (there is desk space upstairs in the primary bedroom) and enjoyed walking into town. Would 100% stay here again. Zion Stays communication and guidance was top-notch. Can't wait to return!

Fantastic experience: We stayed at lovely Kasa Kanab in September 2023 AND September 2024. Obviously, we enjoyed it very much and hence the return trip! The hosts are helpful and check-in is a breeze. The place is clean, comfortable and provides plenty of space to spread out - much better than staying at a hotel. Two bathrooms are also a bonus! The unit is in the El Pueblo complex that is very convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc., and a great launch to many amazing day trips like Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Grand Canyon North Rim - there is really no shortage of great things to do nearby as well as right in town. We found everything we needed for a relaxed, comfortable stay, from a well-stocked pantry with spices, etc., to extra lawn chairs, beach towels, a styrofoam cooler for day trips, and a very handy binder with information about trails, local tours, dining etc. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub after a day of hiking - can't wait for our next visit to beautiful Kanab.

Fantastic experience: Escalante Escape is a absolutely beautiful place to stay! The kitchen is set up for use, as well as the bathrooms and laundry. We took full advantage of all of it and everything is in working order. The house is beautiful and comfy for a large group. We had 7 adults and 2 children, and everyone had a bed. Thank you for a great stay!

Fantastic experience: This is just our second day of a four-day vacation in Kanab and I am SO IMPRESSED with this place! It could not be more amazing! We have a LOT of people here and the home and amenities are handling it with ease! Plenty of room and so much to do and thoughtful convenience around every corner. They’ve answered every question with labels and signage before you even ask. They’ve supplied everything you’d be looking for, and more. Their information packet with local numbers and activities is extremely detailed. They left neat gifts for us on the counter that you WANT to grab for yourself. I absolutely want to come back here again!! The best place our extended family has ever hung out!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful place!

Positive experience: We rented Casa Cassidy and it worked out perfectly. So quiet and the views of sunrise and sunset were magnificent! The location worked out well since we were not too far from the town. Tons of space that we were able to spread out and able to cook meals. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Definitely caters to pet owners which may be a bit challenging for non pet owners with allergies.

Fantastic experience: We enjoyed our stay in kanab. The home was well maintained and clean. It's in a quite neighborhood and close to downtown. Management provided clear instructions and were very responsive. Would stay here again when in the area.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Cloud 9. It was the best house we have every rented. So comfortable and new but never felt it was too nice (althought it probably was). The views from the deck(s), outdoor grill, gourmet kitchen and the spacious bedrooms were beyond description. I can't say enough about the house, location and views. If I could give 10 Stars I would.

Fantastic experience: The check in and check out process was smooth and easy. The house was even better than we expected. It was clean and had everything we needed. I loved that drawers and light switches were labeled. The house had a beautifully built deck with outdoor furniture and a gas fire pit. I would highly recommend this company and their houses. We plan to use them again.

Negative experience: I'm shocked by the behavior of the owners of the Cloud 9 house. We reserved and paid for this house a full year in advance for our large family group to spend Thanksgiving together. Today, just 3 months before our trip, the owner says they actually want to spend Thanksgiving there themselves and cancelled on us. With only 3 months to go the other two house options in the area that could have fit our family are of course booked, so we are left hanging. Super rotten of the owners, avoid that house if you don't want your plans scrambled. (I should add that the manager Bev who had no control over the situation was lovely to deal with; this review does not reflect badly on Zion Stays in any way).

Fantastic experience: I can definitely recommend using Zion Stays for your next trip. We really loved our stay in the Mighty 5 Main, Kanab. It is a beautiful house and we loved the little details Zion Stays added like the welcome package. This made us feel extra welcome.

Fantastic experience: This home is amazing! It has gorgeous views from the front and back. The owner of this home has great taste and VRBO manages it particularly well with all the special touches. Our Shetland sheepdogs loved it, enjoying the welcome too. We plan to stay here again.

Fantastic experience: We loved staying at Eric’s Kanab property. Very spacious home, Grate neighborhood, ample rooms for large families, brand new space with all amenities. Eric is a super host and went above and beyond to guide us with our flat tires. Highly recommend this stay for your next vacation which is located conveniently in btw three national parks ( Zions, Bryce and Grand Canyon north rim).

Fantastic experience: Our anniversary getaway at the Esclante Escapes Tiny home "Wild Rose" was the perfect escape. It was so nice to be able to come back after a long hike to relaxe, take a nap, watch TV or make dinner in the well stocked kitchenette. They really thought of everything. We only had to bring our own food which worked out perfectly. We will definitely be back. Next time we plan to bring the whole family!! Thank you ZionStays!!

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend working with Zion Stays Vacation Rentals! We stayed at the Sandcastle and it was a perfect place for our large crew with multiple families. We were able to experience Zion, Bryce Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Lake Powell & the pink sand dunes all with in a manageable drive. All communication was extremely clear and in a very timely manor.

Fantastic experience: We stayed in Kanab the week of 4th of July and it was truly magical. The house was perfect and had everything we could ask for and more. It was hot outside and we did many adventures with ROAM but came back to a cool comfortable house conveniently located downtown. The parade was wonderful and the fireworks were amazing!

Fantastic experience: We stayed a week at Pete’s house. It was perfect. Just as advertised… plenty of room for the eight of us. The house is clean, well stocked and in a great location. It’s an easy drive to Page, Zion, Bryce and the North Rim. Pete responds quickly if you have any questions. I would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at the Waterwheel House for 2 weeks. Everything here speaks of quality and hospitality! When we ran out of washcloths, the owners supplied more the same day. Repairs needed were prompt! The comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, easy movie access for down time and tasteful decorations made this a vacation we will remember for the rest of our lives with great fondness!

Fantastic experience: This home was PERFECT for our group of 24! The location was excellent, close to everything and with a beautiful view. The home was super clean and the management quickly and efficiently took care of any issue we had. I’ve never stayed in an VRBO or Airbnb that was as well supplied as this one! It had ALL the pans, dishes, knives and spices we needed to effectively cook in the kitchen. Thank you, Zions Stays, for an incredible vacation!!!

Fantastic experience: This is our first experience doing a VRBO and it was fantastic! I am a single mother bringing three teenage boys on a vacation so needed more than a hotel for the week. This surpassed our expectations! It had all of the amenities we could ask for, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, and dishwasher detergent. It was ample space and the beds and pillows were very comfortable! The view from the house is beautiful. Mountains all around. The only thing I would recommend is having the address posted a little more clearly. It was confusing to find late at night. However, the gal I talked to at the phone number provided was so helpful and pleasant and made sure I not only found the place, but also made sure that I could open the lock. We would stay here again and highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: My family and I stayed in the Kanab condo in June, for two nights. It was a delightful experience and the townhome was clean, convenient, cheerful and exactly what we needed. The booking process was easy as was checking in and checking out. The condo had wonderful amenities, was located near the places we wanted to visit, and the complimentary water bottles were so helpful. The kitchen was stocked too. The instructions were clear for checking out. Email reminders were sent before we arrived to welcome us and to also provide instructions on entering the townhome. I emailed the owners/hosts to let them know about a piece of furniture needing to be looked at and they responded quickly and courteously. The whole experience from beginning to end was seamless and pleasant. I will definitely stay here the next time we are in Kanab. Thank you for making our short vacation so enjoyable!

Information and activity book was wonderfully thorough and informative. Excellent restaurant suggestions. Wild Thyme and Sego were terrific. Look forward to staying here again during future visits to Kanab.

Fantastic experience: Our time in Kanab at the beautiful Red Cliff Retreat rental home was fantastic! Red Cliff Retreat is in the La Estancia development, a beautiful upscale neighborhood surrounded by amazing red rock mountains. It is spacious with high ceilings, a great layout, up to date furnishings, super nice and clean, a great backyard patio on which to eat/bbq, and outfitted with everything you need. So much better than a hotel! It felt like home. Kanab’s central location to Zion, Bryce, the Grand Canyon, and so much more can’t be beat. We rate places by asking ourselves “would we come back?”. We absolutely would come back to Red Cliff Retreat! Highly recommend it! Here are some pics of the neighborhood and our outings.

Fantastic experience: We stayed here for our girls trip! It was the perfect distance from tons of amazing hiking and site seeing. This place has all the amenities that we needed like coolers for our day trips and kitchen supplies for cooking our own meals. The owners were so responsive if we had any questions. And on top of that it was such a cute place to stay!

Fantastic experience: Hi I stayed at Southwest Serenity . It was serene indeed It was unusually quiet and peaceful The condo itself was very homey and cozy and it was well supplied with every thing one would need. I went with a friend and we both just loved the place and it is near so many great places We visited Zion State Park and Bryce Canyon and the Pink Sands and we also enjoyed Best Friends animal sanctuary. I would stay there again in a heartbeat I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to come to Kanab

Fantastic experience: Our Zion’s Stay in Kanab was perfect! Micah made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable! I really appreciated the pool towels to use with the hot tub. The check in and check out experience was excellent and my hosts made sure I knew how to contact them if I needed anything. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: It's just like living at my home... but in someone else's home in another city. All the comforts of my home are here. We stayed here for many great reasons. The EV charger being chief among them. Very comfortable living. The fire pit out back is another really excellent bonus. I can't write enough great things about this place. I would definitely stay here again. Located perfectly to explore the North Rim Grand Canyon, Zion and Bryce National Parks. Really great value. Thanks for the use of this home.

Fantastic experience: This little cabin was huge in space and extras. First, the pictures posted are identical to what you get. The open living room and kitchen are huge. The bedroom is large enough to fit 2 Queen size beds with plenty of room to walk around. The bathroom is a bit smaller, but more than adequate. My only complaint is the lack if a grab bar for older people like myself. The tub is a huge soaker tub which is very appreciated after a day of hiking. If you have kids, the backyard us huge and includes a gas bbq. We even saw deer in the yard at night. Extras - the things I’ve never been given at any other AirBnB type of place. Coffee - 3 different types of coffee pods and extras in the pantry if you need more. Lots of spices and even sweet and low. Enough paper supplies and trash bags for your entire stay. Enough Laundry detergent, dryer sheets and dishwasher detergent for your entire stay. 2 beautiful binders filled with great information about our stay. Some bottled water and great internet service. I posted pictures of the extras as the pictures of the cabin itself were spot on. This place is definitely a 5 star stay!

Fantastic experience: We had such a lovely time in Kanab. This rental was exactly as pictured. They even had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both bathrooms. My only critique is the water pressure in the primary bath is less than ideal. The second bathroom shower had no issues. Staying here was perfect for driving to the parks. We were easily able to get to Zion, Bryce, Antelope Canyon, and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. We ate at Wild Thyme which is only 5 minutes away from the house. Stellar food and cocktails! This rental was everything I’d hoped it would be! Thank you to the lovely hosts for creating such a great environment!

Fantastic experience: We thoroughly enjoyed our rental in Kanab. The house was clean, nicely decorated, beds were comfortable and the outside area provided a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the weather AND was perfect for our dog. It was centrally located and made our trips to Zion, Bryce, North Rim etc., so easy and convenient. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: We originally reserved a condo at El Pueblo Townhomes. Unfortunately we had some plumbing problems there, but Kacie and Wes came right over and found an equivalent condo very near by. Micah also was very helpful and responded quickly. All in all, it was very nice (and very quiet )

Fantastic experience: The Adobe Abode is according to my wife “adorable.” It is very comfortable, well appointed and supplied. We look forward to renting this lovely property again on our next Kanab trip!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I stayed for the Mt Carmel car show. Everything was perfect. Clean, lot's of shade. Even apple trees.

Positive experience: Property was spacious, modern, generously stocked, comfortable and accommodated our large family of adult couples well. The location worked well for site seeing. A higher rating would have come but the outdoor space was not very hospitable. A large wall blocks views, bbq was not clean and the yards were filled with weeds. A few other cleaning and upkeep details were needed as well and the master shower is very slippery. Even with those few needed adjustments, we enjoyed the rental and would recommend it.

Fantastic experience: This rental was everything I was looking for. It accommodated my grown family of eight very comfortably. The refrigerator was large enough to accommodate all our food and drinks. There was everything we needed in the kitchen to make our large nightly meals. Three bathrooms was very convenient and the beds were very comfortable. The location of the rental was perfect for visiting the national parks and we found that Kanab UT had so much to offer also. Booking was easy and Zionstays answered all my questions very quickly. Ready to go back and do it all over again.

Everything was clean and any concerns or questions we had we promptly and courteously taken care of by the fantastic staff slat Zion Rentals. Fantastic experience: We recently stayed for 5 nights at the Mighty 5 home in Kanab UT. The home was pristine with great amenities and location. The staff provided tons of information prior to check in and offered several itinerary suggestions to many of the nearby national parks and places of interest. Our whole family was very pleased with the accommodations and we would definitely stay here again-we loved the home and had a great experience there!

Fantastic experience: Our entire family (including teenage boys!) gasped when we walked into this home. It was BEAUTIFUL and meticulously CLEAN!!! They thought through every possible detail that might make one’s stay more enjoyable and convenient. We especially found the stock of Ziplock bags super helpful in prepping for hiking days. :) It is clear they really care about their guests and put a lot of attention and pride into their vacation home. The house was very spacious, and the neighborhood was quiet. We loved sitting out back, while enjoying a nice breeze! Thank you for helping make our adventure out West so special and comfortable! Fantastic experience: We had such a great stay! Everything was perfect! The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. After a long day of hiking we were able to relax in the pool and hot tub, play a game of corn hole and sit on the rooftop enjoying the views. The beds were comfortable and the backyard patio and pool area was phenomenal. This house was the perfect retreat in between our adventures in Utah and Arizona.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Del Ranchito in Kanab and it was exactly what we were wanting. It had enough beds for all 6 of our kids! We also really appreciated the available plastic dishes and cups for our kids to use. My kids also really loved playing in the garage with the golf set after we got back from lots of hiking. The house was located in a pretty quiet neighborhood and was conveniently located in Kanab near the grocery stores and some restaurants. The master bedroom mattress wasn't too hard but wasn't soft either which is pretty normal for an rental. There are a lot of glass decorations and lamps that I had to constantly stop my toddler from trying to break but other than that it was very kid friendly. We would definitely stay there again anytime we want to stay in Kanab.

Fantastic experience: We had a much needed family vacation and this was the perfect choice! The house (condor cliffs)is beautiful, clean and close to the down town of Kanab. We felt right at home. We enjoyed 10 nights here exploring the national parks of Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyon. We also enjoyed day trips exploring other amazingly beautiful local gems. We enjoyed a few nights in town for dinner and ice cream. The West has fulfilled our expectations and we are sure to visit again! Fantastic experience: We stayed in the townhouse Staircase to Heaven in June. The location was perfect being an end unit, more sunlight and beautiful views. The unit itself was perfect for my family of 4. It was exactly as listed, and very clean. I loved that there are shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in the shower. One less thing to bring on the plane. The townhome complex was very quiet and the people we did see were so friendly. Zion Stays was great to work with, they made everything very easy from booking to checking out. They were very responsive to any questions I had and checked in with me shortly after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed or if they could assist us with anything. I highly recommend booking through Zion Stays!

Positive experience: We enjoyed our stay in Kanab. The house location was great with the beautiful scenery to look at. While there were issues with the toilet, Micah and maintenance staff stayed on top of it

Fantastic experience: This is my second or third stay using Zion Stays. The houses have all been excellent (and as described) and the response time is great (even on nights/weekends). These are the same properties that are listed on those "other" sites, but the fees are lower and the attention is far more personalized. The latest stay at Rose Cottage was lovely. Beautiful landscaping, clean and comfortable inside, good grill, and included dog toys for my BFAS sleepover friends. Here's Aha washing his favorite ball :-)

Fantastic experience: We loved our stay! We arrived after dark and were delighted to walk through the small gate in the hedge that secluded the home from the street and find the path to the front door lined with lights that had been solar powered during the day. The back yard also felt secluded, and we enjoyed the fire pit and playing games. The interior of the home was cozy and comfortable, and we stayed up late and laughed and enjoyed each others company. The interior lighting was not as bright as we would have expected, but it ended up adding to the coziness of the place. We also received great communication through email and text which kept us informed without detracting from our privacy. We can’t wait to come return.

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome! It’s the Flagstone boutique Inn and suites in Kanab, UT. I stumbled across it by accident and I’m so glad I did. I got the queen bed room with the giant tub. It had everything I needed to cook something if I wanted to(no stove). There was a hot plate, toaster oven, utensils, cups, plates and silverware. It has a large closet. The bathroom was huge. Everything worked and it was super clean. Checking in was easy, they were so nice and the price was very affordable and fair. There’s shampoo and conditioner in a dispenser on the shower wall. I bumped it and it fell and broke but I contacted them and it was an inexpensive $20 to fix so I was relieved. I travel with my dog and he stayed FREE. I saw some dog bowls in the closet so if you forget yours they have it. Bed was pretty comfortable( Obviously Tucker loved it)and I slept so good. I will 100% stay here again.

Fantastic experience: Loved the location and the atmosphere. It was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. We had two full size beds in our room and the room still felt spacious and cozy. I loved how we had our own private bathroom and it was such a big bathroom with a big shower and huge tub. The only thing I wish is that there was some cleaning stuff in the bathroom just because I wanted to wipe down the tub before it was used but other than that I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic experience: This home was wonderful and provided all the clean accommodations and wonderful beds that we needed during our stay in Kanab. Perfectly situated in the center of town, it provided us access to everything.

Fantastic experience: We stayed in Unit L5 at the El Pueblo Townhomes complex. The condo was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for our 6-night stay. The proximity to the National Parks and price are what sold us on this unit, and the service provided by Micah and his team sold us on Zion Stays if we're ever in the area again!
