Negative experience: DO NOT BUY THEIR PREPAID GIFT CARDS. $170 I lost because they start taking money out after 12 months if you don’t use it and save it for a rainy day. Do your loved ones a favor and buy the visas you get at a grocery store.

Fantastic experience: AAA performed a great job on a tire replacement. The tires came from a 3rd-party and additional services were requested. The service advisor, Jordan, listened to my concerns and ensured that all of the services were coordinated and effectively performed. Jordan is an excellent communicator and we knew that we were in good hands. Anthony, one of AA's lead mechanics, made sure that the brakes and suspension were safe, serviceable, aligned, and installed with quality parts.

Negative experience: I made appointment for 9:00. I arrived at 8:55. My car was not taken in until 9:45. I didn’t get out until 10:45. Nearly 2 hours with a scheduled appointment is ridiculous. When I made the appointment it included a $10 coupon. When I checked in the coupon was reduced to $5 because of my membership level - deceptive. When I left, the car made a loud clunk. I returned for them to research. Could not find anything. I’ll need to keep an eye out.

Negative experience: Inspection facility malpractices- They failed my car on inspection and quoted over $3000 on repairs. I got it repaired for less than $1000 at dealer keeping long term in mind since dealer told me it shouldn’t have failed the inspection at this stage. When I went back to re-inspect they are asking me to wait 2 hours. Made an appointment for next day, showed up well before time but got completely ignored by customer service even after a long wait. Under pretext of inspection they are scamming customers into expensive repairs.

Negative experience: I called and was given information on a Friday, told to visit the next day to get paperwork started to transfer my lien from one state to the next. The elderly woman who assisted me on my visit to the store told me that the information I was given was wrong, that I was helped by someone out of state who "didn't know what they were talking about". When I asked why they would field calls outside the state, which compromises the information being given, she gave me unrelated paperwork to keep me busy. The customer service provided was paltry, laughable at best. I'll be avoiding AAA from here on out because of this woman's unprofessionalism.

Fantastic experience: I was in the area from out-of-state to visit family at a local retirement community and had the task of returning a relative’s license plates. I wasn’t completely sure what to be doing and very much appreciated the help I got from the Tag & Title Coordinator, Ms. Serenna. She was friendly, fast and efficient and made what would have been a hectic chore go smoothly – thank you!

Fantastic experience: Every person in the building was so nice. I dealt with Brian for my car care services and he was fantastic! Will definitely continue to use this center.

Negative experience: Horrible experience . Staff was rude and disrespectful. My mother went to this business for fingerprinting services on 9/13. To note, she has been a loyal AAA for over 20 years. My mother reported to me that the fingerprinting technician was very curt during the fingerprinting process. He was very unhelpful with giving her tips on how to roll her finger correctly and appeared very frustrated during the entire process. He then retained my mother’s ID. He did not give it back to her after her service was complete and ushered her out of the business as soon as possible. My mother drove all the way back home (a 30 minute drive) and then realized it was missing. The fingerprinting technician could not even bother to call and notify her that he had failed to give her back her personal identification. She had to drive another 30 minutes back to retrieve her ID. I genuinely hope this man receives some re-training on customer service because this long time customer will not be returning to this location.

Negative experience: Everyone at the shop was nice and they did a great job mounting new tires, but somehow put a 6" dent in the side of my car. Initially took responsibility for it and promised to fix it which was refreshing, then got a call from "corporate" saying the claim was denied and I "should use my insurance" despite having both before and after pictures in their parking lot proving they did the damage. If you go here, just be prepared for the possibility of damage and make sure to take lots of pictures since they don't appear to take responsibility and you may have to fight them. Edit to add: in case anyone is wondering, the "ACAReviews" responses are the "social team" who just send a form letter, no "addressing of concerns."

Fantastic experience: Needed title work performed. Was greeted immediately upon walking in the door. No wait. Notary was pleasant and answered all questions. All fees are posted so there are no surprises at the end. Parking was plentiful.

Fantastic experience: Nice, quiet and clean facility with friendly and helpful staff. Went on a Friday afternoon and was completely finished with taking my drivers license photo and received the license within 20 minutes. It was a seamless experience. About 5 people were ahead of me. They offer a variety of services. I will definitely return if I need any of the services they provide. They are located in the same business center as Bonefish Grill directly next to Huntington Learning Center. Ample parking.

Fantastic experience: This place is great. When I found out I can get my photo driver's license renewed there I also found out they would do inspections for my car. My AAA membership was a gift to me, but was very happy to see all the discounts and help I can get from there.

Negative experience: The dispatcher department is a joke. They had me waiting for 4 hours and just added an additional 2. It's not worth it folks, I just came from the hospital and now I have to wait for those people to do a job they're not trying to do. A thousand prompts, just terrible. I am going to be cancelling this plan. The store is nice though.

Negative experience: Worst travel agent experience ever. Unknowledgeable travel agent. Save yourself time and money and go to someone else. Better yet,book yourself. Their pricing is high. Their service is flawed. Seek another real travel agency.

Fantastic experience: I just left that amazing place. I went to the AAA recently to get my driver's licence and car registration renewed. I brought my camera card and It took approximately 5 minutes for the total process. I didn’t had on my hand my registration information and they helped me to find and finish that. Was clear, quiet and comfortable around. Everyone was pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place.

Negative experience: No one answers the phone on a Saturday ! By the time I finished, one hour elapsed, & I was transferred to : NJ, CT, & finally, to Armore, PA, where I was helped. Hire more people.

Positive experience: Customer service was nice and I was greeted upon entry. But what these reviews don't tell you is that it's an extra $17+ on top of the cost of your license renewal to get your picture there as opposed to going to the dmv for free.

Negative experience: Left me stranded. Called for help with 2 flats. Told them to send someone with large 5ton jack and air compressor with pneumatic tools. 2 hours later a tech comes out and he said they never tell the techs what they need. Just go see if you can help. He had nothing that could help me. Found a fire station and waited for them to open and they let me use their compressor and jack. I have a large 25’ Dooley truck and if I needed a tow, they probably would’ve sent the wrong tow truck. My platinum membership has yet to get me anything I needed from them. Platinum gives you discounts on the shop for work that needs to be done and they won’t even work on my truck. Thanks AAA

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience here Monday. PennDOT sent me my camera card in the mail and of course all the DMVs are closed on Mondays for some reason so I went here to get my license picture taken... I was in and out in under 3 minutes. Everyone was super friendly and didn't seem to hate their jobs like they do at the DMV. 10/10

Negative experience: this location website says penn dot open until 5pm been there 3 seperate times 430pm, 420pm and 4pm and everytime they are already closed. Employees shut down the place when they want to leave n don’t follow hours of operation

Negative experience: Worst customer service ever. Employees act like they hate their life and are not helpful at all. Went to get my finger print and waited an hour until a very unhelpful and unprofessional man did my fingerprints. Grey hair and short. Don’t waste your time and go to this AAA

Negative experience: Do not bother coming here for identogo services. Despite having an appointment, both my husband and I had to wait over 50 minutes past our appointment times to be seen. Our appointments were on two different days. This was not a fluke bad experience. We arrived before our appointment time to get checked in, etc. An hour wait, with an appointment for a 4 minute service, is ridiculous.

Positive experience: Very convenient and quick in lieu of going to the DMV. However, the customer service is lacking in certain parts of the building. The women standing at the front door for TSA check in was rude when we were unsure at first where to go. I also heard several other employees complaining about customers when we in the waiting area.

Fantastic experience: First time joining prices excellent! I never had AAA but with us getting older will need the help. I always was able to get to my wife when she had a problem with flat tires and stuff.

Fantastic experience: Had a nail in my tire and the service advisor, Ashley, was able to get me right in and fixed up fast! I was very impressed with their professionalism and quick and friendly service! I was beyond grateful because the Kia dealership down the street told me they couldn’t fix it until April 29th! I will most certainly be back to see Ashley for future repairs!

Fantastic experience: We went there to purchase 2 international driver's permits and walked out with a great deal on a membership and the permits in about 30 minutes. The sales associate recommended the membership as there was a current promotion, and since I was already thinking about getting one I was super happy.

Fantastic experience: I had my camera card already so I was in and out in less than 10 minutes (went around 11am on a weekday). Staff was super nice as well. If you don't have your camera card, or you have any unique circumstances you'll need to go to Neshaminy so keep that in mind.

Fantastic experience: I was getting my license picture done at the penndot located in the AAA. The older chap who helped me was awesome. I wish I knew his name but he had an accent. Anyway he had all of us in there laughing and smiling super helpful I would go back just to see him!

Negative experience: Literally one of the worst customer service experiences ever. My husband and I came to get a international drivers license on Oct. 20th, 2022 ... aside from his photo being terrible (you would have thought the service rep could have offered another photo)... We also witnessed the most helpless situation with an elderly couple that was handled so poorly at the PennDot center within AAA. I won't go into detail, but I myself attempted to get on phone call with Penn Dot and there were other bystanders that decided to step in too. We stayed until they got the help they needed but I would not recommend coming to this Triple A for international permit and would definitely NOT recommend if you need to come here for PennDot.

Fantastic experience: No lines. Easy to get an appointment to fit my schedule. Friendly staff. Very clean and well equipped service bays. Very competitive pricing on services. Exceptionally customer-oriented and thorough. The service manager spent a lot of time going over my options and explaining the condition of my tires, systems, and car exterior. Yet! None of it led to upcharges or suggested additional services. Really glad to have a trustworthy home for my car's care in my new neighborhood.

Negative experience: I went to AAA Oxford valley 9/27 the receptionist (young man) was rather rude. I asked for travel brochures info, and he said they are busy and 2 people called out? I also asked to renew my AAA membership. I never ended up renewing because he was dismissive and said “I guess” and scoffed. It was awkward so I left. Disappointing because I’ve been a AAA member for years and have booked trips through AAA as well. Claiming they have no info on Hawaii and Italy, I will be booking through another agent.

Negative experience: My husband and I are senior citizens and had to replace a battery with roadside assistance last October, the battery shorted out and we had to replace it. Unfortunately with everything going up in price food, utilities and medications we had to let our AAA, not that we can afford to travel now,, but when I called to tell them what happened they would not replace the battery which was to have a 6 year warranty because we took the battery out of the car! They said that once it was taken out of car it was voided. They also said that I should have had the car towed there .which would be more money. Please beware!!!

Negative experience: Came for a oil and filter change received a coupon to come. I was greeted by a employee here and told him what I was here for and the gentleman said go to him for the service. I stood there and he NEVER said hello stayed busy on the computer. Another lady came up and took care of me very nicely. And helped me with the discount, but I noticed the man on the computer took care of a senior citizen instead of taking care of me. I guess I was the wrong color. Then he took another customer after him. SMH people really need to not work with the public if you have so much hate in your heart. I deal with the public all day and talk to everyone. Life is too short to have all that hate. You keep staying so busy on the computer rude man

Only once out of 40 years and employee (not regular) sssshhhhh'ed me while she was doing a task she never did before and i asked a question and she said "sir please ssssshhhhh" i thought it was hilarious, i was like did you really just ssshhh me? Lol this is definitely not a complaint everyone is great there, the girl probably just couldn't multitask like the rest of the staff great place and free bottled waters!

Positive experience: Great service on registration paperwork! They were great. I asked them to remove a seized on license plate,paid 41.00. (With aaa discount) when I picked it up...the next day,dirt,it was like a greasy black substance on the bumper where they had been working on it. The car had just been cleaned. Especially for 41.00 which was expensive they should of cleaned it up. It got all over the front of my clothes.
