Negative experience: Hi to everyone on this beautiful God given day..my name is Mr Erik Vita, I have a long standing policy with this AAA in La verne CA. I first want to say that this review is in know way written to influence the readers decision on any future business any readers may have with AAA, this is to simply let the public know of my personal BAD Experience I do still today hold my full coverage policy with AAA I was unfortunately in a accident on the interstate 10 freeway .on my way to work I was rear-ended and at first AAA said" although " we find "you were not liable "we can not wave your 1000 deductible because they cannot get a response back from the responsible party. Let me point out again I pay 149 a month for full coverage,,I've been driving around with a hole in my rear end for months and they to date refuse to fix my car. The only reason I still hold my policy at first was out of good fate. Now it's only a matter of finances but I soon I will turn my back on them as they have done me. God Bless.

Negative experience: If you saw a premium refund on their so cal website. It's false info. The check won't be back to you. It will go to your policy.. at this point EVERY INSURANCE COMPANY IS SHADY. Any way to keep money within the company. Staff claims it's PROTOCOL. More like keeping money in their pockets. In the 1930s the law to make everyone have insurance in the United States started with good intent now it's a monopoly for them. Start paying for cost repairs on your own and every possible way for all insurance companies not make money take advantage of you. #Pushback

Negative experience: We usually like to come to this AAA office because it's the closest one near home and not always busy. This morning, I walked into this quiet office hoping to get some maps for our trip in May. The young lady at the front desk checked me in and asked me to wait for somebody to help with the maps. After waiting for 10 minutes, no help was available and there was only one other person waiting for the insurance assistance. Asked how long I have to wait, she said she can't get away from the counter and I have to wait for whoever will come back to help. All this time she was on her computer doing God knows what. After 15 minutes wait, I decided it was long enough for me to leave. Drove to Glendora AAA and was given maps immediately amidst a roomful of customers. Shape up La Verne!

Me now being a member, I can't tell you how happy I am I was taking care of ..given the best honest rate and now I really do feel safe in my vehicle which is the best feeling. Laverne branch is not hectic, it's clean and kept up and trust me you want to ask for Renee she's really great, answers your questions, listens to you, and makes sure that all is taken care of before you hang up that phone. So yes La Verne Branch AAA I'm very happy with.

Negative experience: Visited this location 3-times to register a Nevada vehicle that I recently acquired. All 3-times new issues would arise. Each time, I took care or acquired whatever documentation they asked for. On the 3rd visit, after having all documents in order, rep "Christina" states, "You need to get this vehicle inspected at a DMV!" Why didn't they mention this on my 1st visit or 2nd visit? On 1st visit I dealt with a "Michael/Mike" and a supervisor. Finally, their computer system is not capable of finishing certain paperwork. I was sent to the Glendora offices to continue with my long journey of not registering this vehicle.

Fantastic experience: My name is Lisa Jackson, my tire was blown out on the rear passenger side on Sunday morning at about 4:50 or 5:00 a.m in Claremont CA JULY 11, 2021 in the WHOLE FOODS SHOPPING CENTER. A tow truck came; the gentlemen was very pleasant and a very hard worker. He put my tools back in place where he got them and fixed my carpet back in place after removing it, although it was tough, but he got it and he was very nice to me. Take good care of him AAA.

Negative experience: Im not one to give bad reviews or cause a scene... but in this case I feel I have to. I’ve been a member for 4 yrs and this Laverne dmv staff member was rude and condescending!! I needed to get a permanent disabled placard for my mom. I got the application filled and signed by her doctor, and the front desk lady was nice and looked at the application asked if I had my moms ID, which I did and she said great no problem have a seat and they will call you and get you set up. Well the rude and unprofessional lady that handles dmv services calls me and looked at the application and asked for my moms ID. She looked at it and asked for my membership card and asked if my mom was a member I said no. She said well we can’t process the application unless she’s a member!! She also said that I have to be the legal caretaker of my mom in order to hand in the application , she asked me, are you the legal caretaker? I said , yes. She continued to say , well anyway we can’t take this application cause your mother isn’t a AAA member !!!! WTH!!!!! I just walk out and drove to the upland AAA office and I was treated respectfully and they processed my mom disabled placard application and gave me the placard! I will never go to the la verne AAA again!! In fact I’m gonna go tomorrow and get that lady’s name and file a complaint!! If I could give it 0 stars I would!

Fantastic experience: For the 42 years that I have been a member, every visit or phone call has been excellent. All claims were well handled and you can count on all their services and friendly staff.
Negative experience: 2 stars only because the tow truck operator was awesome. But getting him out to my vehicle was a nightmare. I just needed a tow of a mile and it took AAA 3.5 hours to get me that tow even though it was mid day. No updates, as I had to call them every 45 minutes to figure out what was going on and no texts even though I requested them. AAA has gone downhill in the past couple of years. Sure the operators are friendly, but something is really off with their internal infrastructure. 3.5 hours is not acceptable.

Positive experience: This location is right off of Foothill Blvd in La Verne. Great location. Friendly staff and customer service. At times the wait can seem long but service is fast. Plenty of parking. Clean establishment. I love being able to take care of DMV paperwork, payments without physically having to visit DMV. I've booked vacations through AAA and have yet to be disappointed. I recently switched from Allstate to AAA insurance and am quite pleased. I had Allstate for over 30+ years and only experienced increased rates after increased rates with absolutely no personal details or service. I have an excellent driving record. Switching to AAA has not only saved me money immediately, but I have since received to rebate checks! I am pleased with AAA.

Negative experience: When a staff menmber or 2 believes that a public notary is needed to verify the legitimacy of documents or payments read dmw instruction just below the "notary use only" area don't offer a service that you don't truly offer. A notary is just a certified witness that a person with the correct id signed and thumb print in case of audit and not to determine any judgment upon the documents signed.

Positive experience: AAA is loosing face rapidly with my family. I actually just switched insurance because I was paying double what I am paying now. My senior-mom has been treated rudely the last 2 times she has needed assistance, and no one in the office is friendly any longer. I will keep my membership because there are good parts to it, but their customer service seems to have tanked.

Negative experience: As general rule, the quality of customer service at AAA locations is not as good as when you reach them by phone. This particular location in La Verne is the worst. I live close to this office and through the years have gone there two or three times a year. Each time, I feel something is wrong with this people. They are arrogant, incompetent, inefficient, and insensitive. If there were an option to score them below 1 star, I would have!
