Fantastic experience: I can't say enough great things about the phenomenal service I received at Triple A Office! I was in a difficult situation, trying to transfer a car title after my mother passed away. The process felt overwhelming, but the person who assisted me truly went above and beyond. Not only did they show incredible compassion during such a tough time, but they also guided me through the steps to avoid additional fines. Even though they couldn't explicitly tell me what to say, they low-key walked me through the process, explaining things in a way that helped me understand exactly what I needed to do to transfer the title to my girlfriend and minimize the fees. They turned what could have been a confusing and expensive ordeal into a smooth, manageable experience. Pro tip: If you're ever towing a car that doesn't run to a new owner, make sure to say it's being towed to a mechanic’s home for repair. If you say it's for the new owner, or that you sold the car, they might refuse to tow it since it's not considered an emergency service. This tip saved me from a major headache, and it’s just another reason I’m so thankful for Triple A’s amazing guidance!

Negative experience: Horrible service!!!!! Employees act disrespectful, once they learn about their mistakes they would hang up on you. Manager never answers to deal with issue “busy”. I don’t recommend dealing with this branch

As for the service, it is excellent as always. they helped me very quickly registering a new car and changing insurance information. During covid I was actually out of there in 20 minutes. Fantastic experience: I've been a happy member for over twenty years. This branch is large and even with the current COVID restrictions, there is a good size staff here. There were several people waiting in line, but the ladies handling the lines at the door were great: efficient and fairly courteous. Inside, Pam was helpful and my issue was resolved in just over half an hour. There are so many benefits of being a member, it is much more than simply a tow service, etc. You can effortlessly take care of DMV needs like: registration and title matters, replacing licence plates and more. They of course also offer their famous trip planning services and have insurance for home and auto.

Fantastic experience: I am lucky to be a member 4 / 40 years and I went to the Reseda branch today because my registration was due and I was there less than 5 minutes and all of the employees were helping out it was amazing how simple it was not as stressful as I thought it would be good job

Positive experience: Do to Corvid 19, visiting here has changed. For basic DMV services, you're not allowed inside, the customer service representative will come out to you, take your paperwork, cash or check, process the transaction and return with your completed paperwork. It does take a little longer and waiting in the heat could be a bit tiresome, so go early.
