Negative experience: I am giving them one star, but in reality, they don't deserve even that. I sent a toy for my niece in Cuba and they assured me it would arrive in three days. It has been 12 days and the girl still hasn't received her toy, not to mention that the cost was extremely high. However, I don't care as much about what I had to pay if they had met the delivery deadline. I do not recommend this agency at all.
