Fantastic experience: In December of 2024, I was blessed to travel with SIT to perform Umrah. Prior to my trip I had a lots of questions and wondered about the whole process, but we were reassured during our zoom seminar that members of the SIT will be waiting for us and that all of our worries will be put at ease when we get to Medina and Mecca and indeed that was TRUE. From the moment we landed in Medina we were welcomed with warm smiles till the day we said goodbyes at the airport in Jeddah (with tears in our eyes), the SIT staff members didn’t leave our side. Our itinerary was well planned out for us with multiple scheduled tours of holy sites filled with valuable information and knowledge. Our umrah performances were guided step by step by SIT staff and they went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. From transportation, taking care of our luggage, making sure we felt well, offering us water, offering assistance to elderly, having our admission tickets to different places, making sure they answer all of our questions to making sure the group stays safe and together during umrah performances while worshipping Allah! These were only some of the details that SIT provided for our group, but for all of the hard work big shoutout goes to; sister Somayah Ahmed, brothers Khalide, Abdulkarim, Abdulmajeed, Ibrahim, Abdulelah Alhashimi and Ahmed (apologies if i forgot someone or misspelled names), you are all amazing and you made my umrah experience unforgettable, may Allah bless you all! If there's is one thing I would change is timing of tours, with the waiting around for transportation, that took hours to wait... Fantastic experience: We had a really good Umrah with SaraTravel. In fact, we had two, as they arrange for us to go out of Mecca and come back. They organized great transport for us to do sightseeing as well. All of the details were thought of, including access to the Rawdah. The lodging they had arranged for us was fantastic, great locations and high-quality. Pre-Umrah communications and webcasts were also very helpful. They met us upon arrival and escorted us to a hotel. Departure was also well coordinated. I would go with them again.

Fantastic experience: We went to Umrah from Washington DC USA to Saudi Arabia late December 2024.Highly recommending Sara International.Their services and staff are next level of amazing.Knowledge they have is also huge plus. They had a staff member literally sitting in the hotel lobby 24/7 just in case we needed anything. They captured even the smallest details like a rose for every person in Medinah. Positive experience: Pros: Accommodation: The hotels in both Madinah and Makkah were exceptional. In Madinah the hotel was located right next to Masjid al-Nabawi. In Makkah it was just a two-minute walk from the Masjid al-Haram if you take a walk. The hotel also provided 24/7 shuttle bus services to the Masjid al-Haram, although there is a short walk (2 minutes) to the mosque itself from the drop-off point. The hotel rooms were spacious and clean, even for three people sharing. The bathrooms were also spacious and well maintained. Onsite Staff: The ground staff in both Makkah and Madinah were friendly, organized, and knowledgeable. They guided us through the daily itinerary and were very helpful with the sightseeing. We had a dedicated bus and tour guides who took us to various important sites in both cities. The guide also demonstrated how Hajj is performed, which I found very educational. Umrah Guidance: The SIT staff member who led us during the Umrah rituals twice (unfortunately, I forgot his name) was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and managed our group with remarkable efficiency. He ensured that everyone stayed together and made the whole experience seamless. I would like to send a big shoutout to him, and may Allah bless him for his hard work. Special Assistance: Onsite staff provided wheelchairs and necessary accommodations for those with physical difficulties or families with small children. They went above and beyond to ensure that everyone had a comfortable journey Cons: Flight Connection: The connecting flight from Jeddah to Madinah had a layover of just 1 hour 45 minutes, which I initially thought would be enough. However, the Jeddah airport was very crowded, and the immigration lines were long, which caused some of us to miss our connection. Fortunately, Saudia Airlines assisted us by accommodating us on the next available flight and provided hotel stays at no extra charge. Hotel Bed Quality in Makkah: One of the three beds at the Makkah hotel was less comfortable and was very basic compared to the others. While I personally didn’t mind, for a 5-star hotel, all beds should be equal in quality. Communication Issues with NYC SIT staffs: I was told that I would be added to a WhatsApp group for Umrah related information, but unfortunately, I wasn’t added initially. After several calls and requests, I was finally added. Documentation: I was asked 3 times to provide a passport-sized photo and a copy of my passport. The staff should have kept this sensitive information in their records when I initially submitted it. Visa Issues: As a non-U.S. citizen, I was only eligible for an Umrah visa through the embassy or via an on-arrival visa with my Green Card (GC). It seems that SIT was unaware of my visa eligibility until the very last minute. If they had been aware earlier, I believe they would have communicated this to me, especially when I initially submitted my passport copy. At the last moment, they asked for a copy of my GC to expedite the visa process, but due to the limited time, the visa process wasn’t completed in time. Also, I didn't get the appointment for the Rawda Mubarak. Besides, my repeated attempts to contact them a month before departure for visa updates, I was reassured each time that everything would be fine. Anyway, I entered through the on-arrival visa. Also, I was fortunate to be allowed into the Rawdah Mubarak despite not having an appointment, as I was assisting a Haji in our group with his wheelchair. So I was allowed to enter as his helper. If someone doesn't show up, you can use their appointment to enter the Rawdah. However, I would not recommend relying on luck like this for future Hajis, as you may not be as fortunate and could end up feeling disappointed if things don’t go as expected.(Although the luck and invitation to visit these holy places ultimately comes from Allah, you should still be prepared on your end) Overall, Alhamdulillah, I received everything I expected and more during this Umrah Insha Allah, and I am truly grateful for the experience. May Allah bless everyone involved!

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to share my recent experience with Sara International Travel on my very first Umrah! From the moment we stepped foot in Medina, the staff at Sara International welcomed us with big smiles, which really set the tone for an amazing journey. They were always there for us, ready to help with anything we needed, day or night. It truly felt like we were among friends, no matter where we were at. We had the chance to enjoy some incredible Ziyarahs in both Medina and Makkah. We even got to step off the bus and really take in the spirit of each site. Our tour guides were not just knowledgeable but also super friendly, making sure we felt connected to the history and importance of every place we visited. I am incredibly grateful for the amazing team that made our experience so special, allowing us to perform three Umrahs with such ease. Brother Abdulelah Alhashemi and his team took every measure to ensure we felt safe and at ease throughout our journey. Their expertise was evident, and it was heartwarming to see others drawn to the beautiful duas we were reciting, even joining in at times. I noticed some people capturing the moment on camera, moved by the vibrant energy of our group. It truly was an unforgettable and deeply meaningful experience that I will cherish forever. This was an unforgettable Umrah experience Alhamdulillah! If Allah blesses me with the opportunity to perform Umrah again, I’ll certainly be traveling with them! InshaAllah!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience going for Umrah in December 2024 with Sara International Travel. They are well organized and planned for everything to make sure we had a successful trip and accomplish as much as possible during our stay in Madinah and Makkah. From the first time we spoke with the CEO, brother Zameer on the phone and explained to him that we wanted to embark on a holy journey to celebrate the completion of our daughter’s cancer treatment, he went above and beyond to custom-tailor a private package for my family to include all the elements to make it extra special, enjoyable, pleasant, and accommodate the needs of my young children. He was very thorough, kind, diligent and helped us book with speed and ease. Upon arriving to the holy land, we were blown away with every element from the moment we were greater by the most amazing guide, Abdul Wahab. We were greeted instantly upon arrival and whisked into a private car and showered with treats and water. The check-in process was seamless. The hotel was stunning and houses the world’s highest Masjid ! The second we arrived, our keys were handed to us, and we went right up to our suite and instantly greeted by a private guide who guided us through our Umrah. Every day, we had a beautiful itinerary prepared, visiting all the most sacred places and explored many museums, Arafat, Muzdelifa, Mina & many holy sites, including Mount Noor, where the Prophet Mohamed, (PBUH)received revelation. Our amazing guide communicated with us daily, gifted my family, wonderful personalized prayer rugs, and beads, & organized for us to complete a second Umrah. He also continued the journey with us as he joined us on our train ride, assisting with our luggage and children to Medina and had a private car & welcome committee to meet us upon arriving at another beautiful five star Hotel, steps away from the Prophet’s mosque (PBUH). We received a private tour of the mosque and shown sacred places. They also organized private tours to museums to educate my children and make it enjoyable for them as well as a private trip to Quba, Mt. Uhud and more museums. They went as far as booking our entry into praying in the beautiful Rawda. Our guide organized a private car to personally take us to the airport and handed us our Zam Zam water and made sure to stay with us until we were completely checked in and walked through security ! My children became so attached to our beautiful guide that upon departure my son cried at the airport. We can’t thank Abdel Wahab and Sara International Travel enough from the bottom of our hearts. This trip was a dream come true! I’ve been blessed with visiting the holy land four times and this was by far the best seamless most special experience all thanks to your amazing organization! Sara International Travel has exceeded my expectations and my family and I gained extensive knowledge, new learning experiences, and we had an amazing time in Madina and Mecca. I loved the itinerary set for us, even including free days for leisure time such as shopping. It was truly a 1000/10 experience. It is a dream come true that we got to experience the beauty of Masjid Al Nabawi, Masjid Quba, Masjid Aisha, Rawdah, Mount Uhud, Mount Arafat, Sirah Museum, and Hira Cultural District! I was also able to perform umrah 2x. Sara International Travel listened and accommodated all of our needs. We would not have been able to get a true umrah experience if I did this alone. Fantastic experience: Where to begin! Me and my friends went on a trip with Sara Internationals for 10 days and I honestly couldn’t have fathomed the experience that we had. We went to Medina first, we stayed at a 5 star hotel, the service from the hotel staff along with the service provided by the Sara international staff were unparalleled, they didn’t seem like they were working but rather they made it feel like we were a part of a family going together on this spiritual journey. They broke every piece down but by bit giving us so much information and properly conveying the importance of different locations throughout Medina and as well as what the prophet did there. In Makkah we had a tour guide and as well as a certified scholar who helped us perform umrah. Every time our group would pass by people in umrah in remembered seeing people start joining in with the duas we were reciting and one lady even started recording us because of how vibrant our group was when it came down to performing our umrahs. Sara International also provided us with a tour guide if we wanted to go to a specific spot to visit. In Mecca we wanted to the climb cave hira so that we can see where the prophet got his first revelation and even though it wasn’t a part of the itinerary they still helped us by sending a tour guide to help us climb up the mountain to cave hira. Sara international also took us to to see a museum in Medina and in Mecca to give more insight into the prophets life. I’ve been to umrah before but I’ve never experienced umrah the way I did with Sara International. I know for a fact that the next time I go it’ll be with Sara International again.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of traveling with Sarah International Travel for my first Umrah, and if there is one word to describe my experience with Sarah, it has been nothing but excellence. Excellence in every regard, from the accommodations to amenities. Upon arrival to the airport and departure to Saudi and back, we were catered to our every need and moved in one group. Medina was nothing but serene, the noble city of our prophet Muhammad ﷺ. We were accommodated at the movenpick hotel, at the doorstep of masjid Nabawi, making it easy to perform every salat within a few minute walk. Young men with bright faces and cheery smiles donning Sara’s bright blue attire greeted us and helped us at every turn. We enjoyed a group tour of masjid nabawi as well as a wonderful ziyarat of the surrounding greater Medina area. The lectures did not feel cumbersome, tiring, or boring. These were young, highly qualified imaams filled with vigor and charisma pouring their knowledge to us with humor in easy to digest ways. Our days were packed with activities yet we still had immense time to perform our personal ibadats and spend time exploring the beloved city. The admins are available 24/7, updating the group with constant messaging via WhatsApp. Every level of this trip felt first class, professional, and official. We sat through a dars explaining the etiquette and procedure for completing our umrah before departing Medina for Mecca. Mecca was just as incredible as our Medina experience. We arrived within a couple hours to the holy city of Mecca via bullet train. Breakfast at both hotels was delicious, and we continued to benefit from more ziyarats and group sessions. We concluded our trip with a wonderful farewell dinner courtesy of SIT at this Syrian restaurant in Jedda. InshAllah I plan to visit our holy sites once again, if Allah wills. And if Allah does invite me, I know who to call. If you decide to travel with a group, and want a refreshing experience, travel with Sara.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I had the pleasure of going for Hajj with Sara International. It was such an amazing experience. Hajj is already difficult and Sara International made the whole process very smooth. Overall I was very happy with the level of service and accommodations Sara provided. Our accommodations compared to be significantly better than other famous travel agencies at fraction of the cost. The group stayed 3 nights in Medina (we joined on the very last night) in a very nice Shaza hotel. When we arrived, we had someone waiting for us to take us to the hotel. The services, food, and location of the hotel were all very ideal! I could get from my bed to the Haram within 7 minutes! We had an opportunity to go and explore sites in Medinah. My wife and I missed the bus initially because we arrived very late at night and Sara International accommodated us by getting us a taxi. We then went to Aziziyah by train which was a smooth experience. We had some time to rest in Aziziyah before the days of Hajj. They had a bus for us to do our umrah and made it very easy. The days of hajj were well put together. Our Mina stay was very close to the jamaraat and our guides were very good at navigating the logistics and crowd of Hajj. We were always taken care of with food, AC in tents, and busses from every spot to destination. After Hajj were some of the best days. We stayed at the Hyatt right outside the Ka'ba. It was such a blessing to be able to pray every salah in the haram due to the proximity! The hotel was the best hotel I have stayed at in my life! On our journey back, again we had someone to pick us up and take us to the airport. He helped us check in and boded us farewell. The entire staff was very nice and respectful and I would definitely definitely recommend others to Sara International!

Fantastic experience: My family and I used Sara International Travel for Hajj this past year. We had such a comfortable time from Medina to Makkah, including Azziyah. Hajj is such a difficult time given the amount of people and the heat in general. But despite the typical challenges that come with hajj, we were fed around the clock, had access to buses to transport between Arafat, Muzdalifah, etc, and most importantly, our package allowed us close access to the Jamaraat. My family and I would definitely recommend Sara for future travels.

Fantastic experience: Went with Sara for Umrah and the experience was top notch. Hotels were great, right in front of both the haram in Mekkah and Prophets Mosque in Medina. Transport was smooth and there was always someone available to answer questions (Islamic and regular). Islamic lectures were a great addition, especially with outings. Would highly recommend!

Negative experience: We booked platinum hajj package double occupancy room with them. Which was the most expensive package on the website. The hajj 2024 was difficult with heat warning and logistics issues and Sara international made it really hard for us. We landed in Madina we had a 1 night stay in Shaza Regency. The room was terrible and smelly, internet and air conditioner was not working, we used the shower and the whole bathroom was flooded, they changed our room, it was similar but the AC was working the shower in this one was clogged, which was figured out after using it. Anyways it was just one night. The food at the hotel was not good and very low quality. Over all it was a terrible hotel, a 2 star. Next morning we went to Makkah, the stay was at Pullman Zam Zam, we reached hotel around 1 pm and finally got the room keys around 5pm. This Hotel was similar to Shaza regency. But here comes the surprise, we booked Double occupancy room and we were given a suite to share with 4 strangers, We were not able to lock the room and cannot use any amenities in the room . The suite has a tiny room, which just have 3 single beds with literally no space to put any luggage the beds were smelly and the bathroom was disgusting. In short we cannot lock the room and no privacy because all amenities were in the living area. This situation happened with other group members as well. We confronted Imam Zameer and he started lecturing us on patience. Even his staff was shocked at the situation and the way he treated us. We did stayed in that room for 1night and next day after multiple calls and arguments he changed our Hotel and room. Now the whole group was in Pullman and we were in a different Hotel it made things little difficult we have to walk for the group activities. The Ground staff was courteous and friendly but mostly they were clueless about the next steps and logistics. All of them were also performing Hajj as well. Arrangements in Mina were horrible no support from the group. They did not take us to Muzdalfa and stopped at a parking lot and told us this was Muzdalfa. We did set our stuff later we figured it was not Muzdalfa and some people walked to the exact Muzdalfa location (to which the ground staff told us this is also included in Muzdalfa). The First day of Rami was with the group, it was another frustrating experience, the did not offer any alternative options to use golf carts which were available to reach the second floor and took all the group to second floor for Rami, it was a difficult walk uphill for a lot of people. They did not carry any flag due to which few group members got lost and had to wait couple of hours for them in the bus. it seems like this was the first time they were taking a Hajj group. We ended up with another group from Pakistan and those were responsible for us, during Mina stay. 40 plus people were in tents in Mina. The bathrooms were filthy and no arrangements for cleaning them. (We saw other groups they had staff for cleaning available )There were times when there was no space in the buses and few people were standing. I would never recommend Sara international to anyone. They made Hajj really difficult for us

Fantastic experience: My family and I performed Umrah in November 2023; it was a great experience with Sara International because the volunteers were very helpful in providing everything my family and I needed. The hotels in Madinah do have a difficult time in providing good quality wheelchairs but Sara International went out of their way in providing a good quality wheelchair for us. Other than that minor hiccup, the experience was life changing because the experts gave us many Quranic/hadith references during our guided tours. The storytelling by Sheikha Aisha Prime was astounding and the Imams were very kind in answering all of our questions pertaining to Islam with Quranic references! All arrangements were done by Sara International wonderfully and we learned to be patient, as there are countless number of people on this journey.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Sarah International they helped me out a lot. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a good team. They’re in amazing people. They will go out of their way to do things for you. I got sick. They took me to the hospital and they had one of their staff stay with me there while I was getting treatment. Positive experience: Assalamu Alikum, The services we received from the Staff at Sara International was exceptional, both from the staff in the office and on the ground at Makkah and Medina. Thank you all! May Allah reward you immensely. I would like to make a few recommendations: 1) Stay closer to the Haram. We stayed at the Double Tree hotel, which is beautiful and the staff at the hotel were very helpful however, the shuttle only runs certain hours of the day and as a result we prayed mostly in our room; we would have liked to spend more time at the Haram. 2 No more than two people in a room. The rooms in the hotels are small and has only one bathroom. This is too small for 4 People. It was crowded and we found it difficult to sleep. 4) Stay at a different hotel in Medina. The Movenpick was not very clean , especially the bathrooms. Again, the room and bathrooms are very small for four people. Lastly, FYI- if you are using a Credit Card to pay for your trips - NY State now gives the merchants the OPTION to pass on their Credit Card fees to the consumers, this can be a lot depending on the cost of the trip. This is not the same as the foreign transaction fee the bank charges. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: This will be my second time travelling with Sara travel. my family and I are going to Hajj with Sara travel this year and we had ,of course, a million questions . we called them so many times and even multiple times on the same day and they answered the phone every time and answered all our questions and were very patient with us. the staff is professional and very knowledgeable and was very helpful. They made us feel like family. In addition when my cousin could not top his wallet on Nusuk , the staff stayed on the phone with him and helped him till he was able to buy the hajj package. Negative experience: I would not recommend Sara International Travel: One thing I have to say to people behind this travel agency: fear Allah in what your mouths promise. It seems as though this agency is after the money, and not really the genuine benefit of those making pilgrimage. If they chose monetary gain over being just to their customers….then true justice waits with Allah. My family booked with SIT months before our ramadan umrah because we were promised convenience from the hotel to the haramain. All lies started unfold as soon as we landed in Madinah. I booked a double room with my mom. As we were on the bus TO the Madinah hotel, the umrah guide is asking if me and my mom can accommodate two additional people in our hotel room. So basically changing from a double to a quad. Obviously it’s a lot of pressure on us because he is asking in front of others (including those needing a room) and telling us how the hotel is booked. They should’ve done better planning on their end, instead of making us the solution to their problem. SIT practically dropped us off in the city and left us to fend for ourselves. They said there are no tour buses in Madinah during ramadan, so they will not be taking us to see places (even though that was promised while booking). After many people complained, they managed to arrange a bus one night at 11pm to show us a few places. Makkah was the ultimate disaster. We found out about the hotel change while we were staying in Madinah. They said they changed the hotel because people complained about the food at the previous hotel. During ramadan, we aren’t focused on eating…we want to do as much ibaadah at the haram as possible. The hotel they booked is on a hill, which made it very difficult for the elderly women on our trip. They claimed a shuttle bus is in service 24 hours, also a lie. Super disappointed, and wouldn’t book again.

Negative experience: I am giving Sara International Travels 2/5 stars due to the hotel they book in Mekkah, Double Tree. This hotel was NOT what was on their site and it was not communicated to us the fact the hotel was changed. They told us that the hotel is very close to the Haram and there are shuttles running 24 hours to get you close to the Haram. This was all a lie. We booked Sara because we needed hotels that were very close to the masjids in both Madinah and Makkah due to our elderly mother. Almost everything was perfect in Madinah - there were room and zariyah issues but they were resolved. But everything we were told about the hotel in Makkah was a lie, starting from the fact that the hotel was not the original one we thought we were staying at. I wish our experience was a little better as this was one first time going for Umrah. I would not recommend Sara for anyone that is traveling with kids, elderly, pregnant, or disabled person if they are still using Double Tree hotel in Makkah. Even if there is a different hotel listed on their site, I would triple check to make sure that is the correct hotel booked for your stay in both cities.

Fantastic experience: That was my first umra with Sara international travel , I highly recommend them , they met us in Jedda when we first arrived they stayed with us till we got to Medina , when we arrived they welcomed us more with other team members, we did what we needed in Medina for 4 days then we took to the train to Mecca Khalid & his team members were with us . When we did our first umra they were behind us the whole time , they really care about anyone travels with them . They even went with us to the airport helped us with our luggage & getting Zamzam water . Mr Khalid & his team members did an awesome job . I’ll definitely travel with them again & again .

Fantastic experience: From the time my family and I decided we wanted to go to Umrah this year , the Sara team has been supportive from the beginning to the end. Imam Zamir is never to busy to speak to you or assist you with any questions or requests. He makes you feel as if you are the only pilgrim in the group with the one on one support he provides. A special thank you to Brothers Khalide, Abdulillah, Mohammed, Abdul Majeed, and Abdullah Malik for their continued support during our time in Medina and Makkah. We faced some challenges along the way, but these brothers made it so easy for us. The tours and itinerary for each day were thoroughly enjoyable. Fantastic experience: Alhamdulillah my overall experience with Sara Travel from booking to performing Umrah was seamless and awesome. Their dedicated teams were always readily available to assist. Mohammed was very helpful with answering all my questions with my bookings that made me felt at ease with the whole journey as this was my first Umrah. Fantastic experience: Our overall umrah experience was amazing. There were a few minor bumps in the road but was easily resolved. First of all, I have went to Saudi several times and always with SIT. I have had a range of experience with them but given a choice, I feel safe, secure, and confident that the purpose of my trip would be accomplished followed a with safe return home having them as a carrier. The US staff addressed all of my concerns I had in a timely manner. They provided information as they were obtaining them. There are many positives about our experience. However, the few hiccups are to be noted. My family was not comfortable with all the documents being digital. While it is great, we believe as our travel agent the supplement of physical copies should have been issued. Additionally, the zoom seminar should be done at least 7-10 days before departure. My of us are workers and need clarification about the trip before flying out. Having the seminar 3 days before is insufficient time to gather items you may have missed prior to the seminar. Also, ihrams should not be given at the airports. When you're all packed and ready to go, you are then given your ihram to insert into your luggage. This is not alleviating stress. We had a lay over in Jeddah for approximately 8 hours; which was fine. Unfortunately, there were little and unclear instructions about transferring to the next flight and meeting up with the ground's team. A suggestion would be to include step by step visuals on what to do when you arrive at Jeddah during the zoom meeting. After discussing with Bro. Khaled that we needed more information as what's next and so forth in a time manner. He made it a priority to share with group each day's plan ahead of time. Besides those bumps our time was great. The team made my children felt comfortable and excited to explore. Bro. Abdullah Hashimi's knowledge especially on the historical and significance of every corner of both cities captured my family's interest. His free spirited mind and playfulness made the children in the group happy and excited to interact with him as he shared his knowledge. He went out of his way to make sure everyone was involved, even while he entertained us on bus rides with his singing. The group made sure they sat with every family to chat and get to know them. They made themselves at our disposal for the entire trip. Bro. Khaled ensured he was present and that everything went smoothly as he escorted the sisters to the entrance to the Roudah. It was considerate of him to make our outings after Fajr before it got too hot. Doing so made the remainder of the day free. Bro. Abdullah Malik remembered us from a previous trip and reconnected. He shared first-hand insights on what it is like to live in Saudi; its laws and provisions to non-citizens. Collectively, he and the team kept us together as guided us through both umrahs. One of the greatest highlight of our trip is that SIT automatically scheduled and escorted those who wanted to perform an additional umrah. Ultimately, after a few days back at home, my children started asking and planning for the next time they will return to Saudi, I would call the overall experience fantastic. Without the kindness, selflessness, and comfort of the ground team, my children would not have felt as motivated to return. On behalf of myself and family, we want to thank the ground crew for making our trip fruitful and memorable. As well as to engrain a desire to embark on the trip again.

Fantastic experience: This was the first time we a family of 7 used Sara Travel for our Umrah package this August 2023. It is an extremely well equipped agency. Starting from our booking of our tickets till the date of departure we were updated consistently of what was happening. More importantly the had team members ready available to answer all our questions whenever we called. The arrangements from pickup from the airport. Checkin at hotels, making arrangements to visit Rowza at Madinah and having a sheikh with us perform Umrah were all 5 stars. They have thought of every little details and my hats off to the ground team in both Madinah and Mecca. They constantly inquired if we needed anything and made sure our transfers were smooth and without any hassles. If you are planning on a Umrah trip then do not look anywhere else. Fantastic experience: Five star travel agency for all your Umrah needs. Brothers Khaled and Abdulmajeed will take the best care of you. From the moment we arrived in Medina from Jeddah they greeted us with our ihrams and wonderful fragrant roses for each person in our party. we were escorted from the airport directly to a large bus and taken directly to our hotel Movenpick which is the closest lodging to Masjid Nabawi alhumdulilah. the following day they arranged a tour of the ziyarat early in the morning so it wasn't that hot where we were able to see the Battle of Uhud site, the Masjid Quba, and two other historical sites including the place where Rasullah ﷺ changed the direction of the qibla from jerusalem to mecca. they then took us directly back to Movenpick Madinah for breakfast in the hotel restaurant which was awesome. they went on to arrange visits to ar-rawdah an-nabawiyah which was expedited by our ID badge and lanyard. they arranged a walking night tour of the Haram at 9:30 pm one night as well. they organized a pre-Mecca departure information seminar where Khaled himself personally demonstrated how to wear the ihram twice. i am currently writing this in the Movenpick lobby where they just offered to take our photos and send them to us. Khaled also hands you your train tickets on paper here before we leave to the railway station. They keep you informed and are always ready and willing to answer any questions you might have with a smile on their face as if you are their brother or sister. Alhamdulilah they are doing an excellent job and may Allah give them plentiful sawab inshallah. please look no further than Sara Travel Agency when you book your Umrah trip!

Fantastic experience: The trip was well arranged, from Visa application to purchase of tickets, and from Hotel reservation to food arrangement and almost all road transportation was well arranged by the Sara International Travel. Mina services was extremely superb especially the food and cleanliness. Our in transit stay in Panama was complementary by friends of the Imam and it was a good experience. Thanks to in ground operational local team both in Madinah al Munawwarah and Makkah tul Muazzamah was incredible. May Allah reward all of them. If Allah invites me again, I like to be in the same agency inshaAllah.
