Welcome to your full-service AAA branch! We offer Travel planning, Insurance and Membership services. We look forward to serving you.

Our comment from TraTraTravel about AAA Heathrow:

AAA Heathrow is recognized for its convenient services and friendly staff that strive to assist customers effectively. Members have reported great experiences with the office team, highlighting their attentiveness and professionalism, especially regarding travel-related services like obtaining international driving permits and providing passport photos.

However, there are numerous concerns regarding the roadside assistance aspect of the service. Many users expressed frustration over long wait times and communication issues when requesting help, with reports of waiting several hours without receiving assistance. Some customers recounted disappointing interactions with representatives who were unable to resolve their issues satisfactorily.

Overall, while AAA Heathrow offers solid customer service within their office, there is significant room for improvement in their roadside assistance reliability. Customers are encouraged to weigh these factors when considering their membership.

Tratra.travel cannot guarantee that the companies that appear in the directory are certified travel agencies or that they have the corresponding licenses. The majority of companies that appear in the directory are travel agencies, but other types of companies also appear such as tour operators, guided tour providers, etc. We recommend that you request the Travel Agency registration number of the business you are going to attend.

Negative experience: THIS COMPANY DOES NOTR DESERVE A 1 STAR...THEY NEED A ZERO........ I joined AAA four years ago as a Plus Member, with membership number *****. During this time, I had no issues with AAA until November 2024, when my membership was unexpectedly canceled due to non-payment. This occurred because AAA changed its payment structure from month-to-month payments, which I had been using for three years, to requiring an annual premium payment without notifying me of the change. In November 2024, I spoke with a representative who explained the situation and apologized for the miscommunication regarding the payment change. She advised me on the portion I needed to pay to reinstate my membership. I followed her instructions, made the payment, and was assured my policy would be reinstated. However, instead of being restored to my original Plus Membership, I was downgraded and issued a new membership number, *****, as if I were a new member. When I called customer service to address this issue, the representative I spoke with was unable to provide clarity or assistance. I then requested to speak with a supervisor and was connected to someone named Blanca. Unfortunately, my experience with Blanca was extremely disappointing. She was unprofessional, rude, and demonstrated a lack of active listening skills. Blanca placed me on hold multiple times without informing me, including a five-minute hold followed by another unannounced eight-minute hold, after which I was disconnected. When she eventually called me back, instead of resolving the issue, she argued with me and escalated my frustration and anxiety. Her tone and behavior were unprofessional and entirely unacceptable. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and shocked, as it does not align with the professionalism and service I have come to expect from AAA. I have always appreciated AAA’s legacy of excellent customer service, but Blanca's conduct was far below that standard. Given this experience, I am truly thinking about cancelling all memberships with AAA and informing all family, friends and all on every social media platform of my experience. I cannot continue to support a company that allows such behavior from its representatives. I am submitting this complaint in the hopes that AAA addresses this issue and ensures no other member must endure a similar experience Disappointed Member

Negative experience: If I could give a 0 to AAA in my area I would. I have been a member since 1995. Upon moving to the Ga. mountains 5 years ago, I assumed the service would be the same. I did not need help until about a week ago. I just needed a jump start. I called, and the very nice rep said someone would be there in an hour. 5 HOURS LATER AAA called to say they had no one in a 50 mile radius to help me. A large city is 40 miles from me. When speaking to the tow service I called, they said no tow service in my area (there are 4)would work with AAA because they do not pay them. He also told me that it has been a year since any tow service here worked with AAA. Today AAA sent a reimbursement form and a form to get auto insurance from them. I am going to write a letter to the CEO of AAA and ask they reimburse me for last year and cancel my membership since they can not help me. This is most regrettable.

Negative experience: What a scam, it's impossible to cancel your membership. The classic membership says they will tow at no charge but when you talk to them it actually only covers the first 5 miles.

Negative experience: Terrible junk the services of AAA, they do not solve anything. They make you wait hours and hours for tow trucks that never arrive and sometimes they don't even answer you.

Negative experience: The service has got to be one of the worst I've ever used. My daughter has been on the road for 3 hours waiting for a truck. After the first two Representatives I spoke to hung up on me, the third representative was able to tell me it was going to be another 2-hour wait. 5 hours for a tow because they forgot my daughter. Keep your money and get a tow service. Leaving my daughter on the side of the road in Longwood Florida in 90+ degree heat is completely unacceptable. This may require further action?!

Thomas Fewell 11 months ago

Negative experience: Not sure what the point in having towing is when you wait all day for them to say “thank you for working with us” but no one ever came and my car is still waiting for a tow truck 10 hours later. Save yourself the money and don’t bother with this horrible service.

Negative experience: I would never recommend using AAA Texas or AAA for that matter. My mom, a long time member, had her vehicle break down and called AAA for help. They advised her that it was "probably the alternator" and were adamant about towing it instead of driving. AAA sent out their contracted tow company to take the car to a dealership for repair. It’s alarming to discover that AAA would contract with a one-star company, risking their reputation in the process. However, the dealership never received the vehicle. My mom assumed everything was being handled, but when she followed up on Monday, the dealership had no record of her car or key. The tow company claimed they had delivered it and even provided a false statement to the police when the vehicle was reported stolen. Their GPS showed the dealership's address, but the car was found the next day at a random business across town—not a dealership or mechanic shop—and the key had been left in a dropbox there. Video footage confirmed that the tow truck driver dropped off the car 3 hours after picking it up, and both the driver and the office provided incorrect information about the drop-off location. This is completely unacceptable—this is negligence, fraud, and caused significant emotional distress to my elderly mother. My mom trusted a company that has been around for more than 100 years and claims on their website to be "committed to public safety in transportation-related issues" while providing paid benefits like Roadside Assistance. Based on our experience, I would absolutely not trust them with my vehicle or recommend their services to anyone. AAA Texas and their contracted Texas Roadside Assistance are both responsible for this mess, and we are deeply disappointed by their complete lack of accountability.

Fantastic experience: The best AAA I have been to. I had a good experience once I entered the office. I am talking about the office people. They are friendly, courteous and prompt. I am however not sure about the car towing service though, since I have never required my car to be towed ever. It’s true that the finance department doesn’t answer the phone. But then many AAA finance departments don’t answer. Many times they never answer for weeks on.

Negative experience: Have been a member for 30 years and have been pleased with roadside service when needed. There is always one though and it should not happen to anyone else so the warning is being posted. On 7/19/24 one of our vehicles had a battery fail at a gas station a mile from home. AAA RV and Plus 30 years, 97 Florida degrees 76 year old couple one VA disabled (100%) and we waited 2 and 1/2 hours for battery truck. Gentleman about 25, mid afternoon service mechanic clean as 8 AM. Over the years we have had responders that showed the days labor but not this person, because he got out of the truck and "are you going to take the battery out?" It didn't get any better and he didn't have the correct battery so we waited another hour for one of the best tow truck drivers we have ever meant to get us home. Next day I got correct battery and back on the road, no more problem. AAA wanted review but several call for updates, phone answerer says it was closed, no action. This battery guy was rude, lazy and incompetent an no action taken? Not what we pay for.

Negative experience: Called to speak with someone about notary services. There was no option on the main menu so I selected the finance department. I was of course told I had the wrong place and he would transfer me. I was then sent to another menu with different options and when I selected membership, a message came on the office is closed and to call back during normal business hours, then the call disconnected. It’s 11:05 am I’m not sure why it’s so difficult to get someone on the phone!

Negative experience: Someone hit my car on July 5that 2.45 pm.that was parked in a parking lot, AAA is my Insurance company, 1. I called AAA to tow it to Bodyshop 3 hours later they told me it would be another 1 hour before they could pick up so cancelled and called my dealer to pickup, that they did within 1/2 hour. 2. Upon reporting the incident to a voicemail of my AAA Insurance agent to voicemail a number of times, but till now July 8th.HAS NOT RESPONDED! 3. In frustration I finally called ASHLEY BROWN at 800 #, and She is some 100 miles away in Tampa, who picked up the phone took all my details gave me Claim #, set up bodyshop and loaner car etc. all within 10 minutes. Even though I was not in her area of service. I strongly recommend her and hope AAA reads this and rewards her for her kindness courtesy and being responsible. Thank you ASHLEY BROWN. If it was not for you I was seriously considering dropping AAA From all my Insurance.

Fantastic experience: Honestly the team here should be giving customer service d training to other businesses , I had such a positive interaction getting my international permit. Not only were they efficient and professional they were friendly , worked as a team (2 men working the counter and instead of one continuing what he was doing while the other inputted my info he offered to take my passport photos to save time). They let me know about a lot of additional services Aaa offers for my travel without being pushy, just very informative. Super friendly , professional and helpful .. I’d give 10 stars if I could

Negative experience: I have been a AAA Premier RV member for seven years (Texas). AAA sent me an offer to add my roommate to my membership. However, due to discrimination by AAAs computer system in filling out the associate membership, the program would not let me add my roommate. My roommates name is a mononym. That is, she only has one name. That one name is the sole name that appears on her legal driver's license and is recognized by the IRS. And, yet, because AAA uses a discriminatory computer system that is prejudiced against people who do not have a name the system likes, she could not be added. I am not pleased. I believe this computer system is one which the headquarters of AAA created and as far as I can tell, that responsibility lies in this FL office.

Negative experience: I agree with Bar Palm about the tour books disappearance last year. PLEASE BRING THEM BACK. They were so easy to pack, handle & quickly refer to when searching for information about small city in between the large cities. I looked forward to them when I planned a USA trip. THE LARGE GLOSSY MAGAZINES ARE HEAVIER TO PACK, TAKE UP MORE ROOM IN THE SUITCASES & ARE AWKWARD TO READ IN A PLANE, HOTEL ROOM, ETC. PLUS THE PRINT IS SMALLER. THE PAPER PRINTOUTS OF CITIES ARE USELESSS AS THEY RIP APART QUITE EASILY. THOSE BOOKS WERE 90% OF WHY I joined AAA. Now I am looking into another road service agency as you are charging more per year & providing FEWER services by doing away with the books. So, if I have to start buying the state tour books from a store that could cost $20.00+ why should I join AAA? I can plan my own trips (airfare, hotels, etc online) but the books WERE a great help. I don't want to complain to the staff at the local office as it is not their fault. Whose bright idea was this? And as with Bar, it is difficult & awkward to look everything on small phone or tablet. I implore you BRING THE BOOKS BACK.

Negative experience: I joined AAA about a month ago because my dealer-provided roadside service expired. Good thing I did—or so I thought. Yesterday, I had a dead battery. I called AAA at 6:16 p.m. and they told me someone would be out to jump my car at 6:31. Great! Speedy service! So pleased! Fast forward to 8:24 p.m. I was still sitting in the car. It was dark, it was cold (I'm in Wisconsin and it's winter), and after several follow-up calls to AAA, I finally figured out how to connect with a human being to ask some questions and figure out what was going on. She told me the provider they'd originally assigned had cancelled and there was no ETA for when someone else would be able to arrive. I was freezing, my phone battery was dying, and home was a [very dark] 20-minute walk. While I wanted my car jumped, I didn't want to end up waiting for god knows how long, only to find out that nobody would be coming until morning and I'd have to walk home at midnight (or later). I decided to cut my losses, cancel the call, and walk. As I was walking home, I put in another service call via the link AAA texted me. The questionnaire asked me to pick a time for service. I chose a service window the following morning (this morning). When the start of the window came, I still didn't have any updates, so I called. The rep I spoke with told me nobody had been assigned to my call yet and not to walk back to my car until I received an update. FINALLY, I got a text...saying someone would jump my car at 2:11 p.m. This despite the fact that the service window I chose was 8-10 a.m. The rep also acted as if I was out of my mind for believing I'd signed up for a particular service window. He assured me that's not how it works and he has never heard of such a thing. Clearly, there's some sort of disconnect—either reps don't understand how the service works, or the online form misrepresents how the service works. Either way, it's problematic. I'm now facing a TWENTY HOUR RESPONSE TIME, assuming the service actually happens on time today. (Something I'm skeptical of given my experience last night.) I'll have been waiting TWENTY HOURS hours, and my car isn't even sitting in the middle of nowhere. It's literally in the parking lot at the public library in the middle of town. That's ridiculous. Definitely not the type of service that AAA promises in all its promotional materials.

Negative experience: Tour Books and maps are a thing of the past. Select few maps are available by pre-order. None are available for the Jacksonville, FL (the largest city in Sq. Mi in the country) or Boston - one of the country's major cities. Their wonderful Tour Books are DIGITAL ONLY. I don't want to read from a small screen on the plane or in the car, nor do I want to flip back and forth on computer screens to read a city map. And especially don't want to flip back and forth on screens from the (in this case non-existent) city map to the Tour Book. The people on the phone are nice, but that doesn't help if the recourses are not available.

Negative experience: Corporate retaliation is a thing, they literally canceled my membership, as a direct reaction to a lying tow truck company. I know you don't know and possibly don't care what it's like to be retaliated against...but AAA doesn't care about members. This happened in December. AAA canceled my membership because of the lies this tow company told... https://youtu.be/A5WFmsn_Yi4?feature=shared

Fantastic experience: Wonderful customer service via phone call. They explained the details of me getting my international drivers permit while living overseas. Your Team in Heathrow Florida is amazing!

Negative experience: AAA uses bait and switch tactics to get you to use their insurance products then at renewal you get a "rate increase" because of the FL state rate changes they submitted. It's a shame the consumer is held to the fire when the insurance companies never uphold their end of the bargain when you sign on as a client and customer. It's now worth it to shop your auto insurance each and every renewal since the insurance companies feel that they can give a rate increase because they haven't already made enough money from the consumers for years! It's a racket and needs to change!

Negative experience: AAA is the worst company for road assistance. Not talking about this location in particular; but the company has the worst customer service. I never will recommend this to anybody. I request service two times I the first I wait 3hours, they never sent the tow truck; today I’m waiting two hours and any tow truck yet…. the customer service didn’t not care about you, I talked to them and I’m not in safe place, they said will call me back but never call me.

April was very knowledgeable and seemed like an event planner for members. I'm impressed with AAA's extensive service range and highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Due to whatever - they are not the great roadside assistance subscription product that they used to be. Whether the pandemic, contractors dumped, scraped, sold tow trucks and getting license/ insurance isn't easy but to leave customers stranded for 4+ hrs and then when faced with a call for litigation for a class action suit, then the customer is important. Took 15 business days for them to refund my dues without the interest it was accruing in their interest accounts. ‍♀️

Negative experience: Called for a tow at 5pm. 14 calls, three towing companies that were supposedly dispatched, and managers and supervisors who promised to follow up and never returned calls. No one would take ownership of their systems screw up. System even sent me the first dispatch text at 1230am - with an eta of 6:43pm! Left me stranded from 5pm until 230am! Finally got a dispatcher who followed up. So it took 8.5 hours tonight to get a tow while I was stranded due to their incompetence and in a not great part of town off the 417.I seriously spoke to 14 different AAA Reps during this time! I've had AAA for 30 years. I will be driving to the Heathrow Corp office tomorrow to have some words with Member Services. This is inexcusable!

Negative experience: I requested a tow on February 20, 2023. I was told I had to pay $19.00 to add my son to my membership plus an additional $100.00 to get the car towed. On February 23, 2023 The tow truck driver (Rodney) South Orlando Fleet came towed my son's car who so, graciously admitted he broke the drivers side door handle and AAA would pay for the damages. He (Rodney) documented the accident and sent everything in on his electronic pad. Rodney advised me his Manager (Albert, Alex, or Mr.Q) would be me calling shortly. Then later Rodney told me one of the supervisors in Jacksonville would be calling me. I spoke with Gary Sargeant (supervisor) whom asked me to send him photos of the door handle and a written statement. I sent Gary the information he requested via text (cellphone) only to find out a day later he wanted me to send them via email, which I did immediately after Gary sent me his business card. He, also advised me after I sent him the photos and the statement he would send it to the claims department. I called Gary the next day to find out if I could send AAA quote for the damages. He said no, I couldn't. I asked him why, he said it would take anywhere from 3 weeks to 90 days before I would receive reimbursement. Then, he said we have our own authorize dealer that would handle repairs. He asked me if I had paid for the damages, I said no why should I have to pay in advance for damages done to my vehicle and then get reimbursed for the damages. I requested to speak with his manager. Gary put me on hold and spoke to his manager (ROCKY). Gary preceded to discuss the matter and in the background ROCKY was belligerent and extremely unprofessional. Gary told me to call his manager (Rocky) which I did and when I called his male assistance said he was on the phone. As of today, I still have not received a refund for the damages done to my vehicle. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR DAMAGES DONE TO MY VEHICLE NOR SHOULD I HAVE TO TAKE IT TO ONE OF THEIR AUTHORIZED DEALERS TO GET IT REPAIRED>>>>> Futhermore, as much money as this company has what is $155.00. My son can't even open up his car door handle due to AAA breaking it...

Negative experience: Current Google reviews are consistently stating what a pathetically run organization AAA is now. My aunt's car broke down and needed to be towed to a repair shop. The original eta was 4.5 hours for the tow truck to arrive. AAA said the call/case had been assigned to a local towing contractor and expected him to arrive shortly. 30 minutes later (5 hours now), the aunt called AAA back. They reiterated it was assigned to a towing company. AAA said she would send the driver a text and contact them for an eta. When AAA got back on the phone she said she was unable to contact the driver. If he didn't show up in 30 more minutes, to call back (a company that has Customer Service would have followed-up until they contacted the driver, then called my aunt with the eta). 30 more minutes later (now 5.5 hours) the aunt called AAA again. The person who answered the phone this time said "it was assigned to the towing company". This person also said they were going to send a note and try to contact the tow company and get an eta. Sounding like a broken record, after going away for 10 minutes this operator also told the aunt they were unable to contact the AAA-contracted towing company. She thankfully told us the name of the towing company. My sister looked online, got a phone number for the towing company "assigned" to the case and called them. They picked up IMMEDIATELY! AAA couldn't contact their own contractor twice for the customer, but a simple phone call worked?? (We wondered if when AAA said they were trying to contact the towing company and went away for 10 minutes, they just needed a coffee break and never tried). Gets worse! the tow truck driver said, "I DON'T HAVE A CALL/CASE FOR YOU." He said he did have two calls, but neither one was for my aunt. Were the two phone answerers at AAA lying, completely incompetent, overworked, or is the entire company an absolute dumpster fire? AAA, like everyone who can't run a company smoothly, blame staffing, covid, too many calls, and maybe climate change for their Customer Service deficiencies. We are cancelling our 15 year association with AAA as soon as we can. In my opinion: jettison AAA and just use a local towing company from now on. Coincidentally this week, callers to a local radio show for consumer advocacy have discussed the poor quality of service you get from AAA now. I will also send them a letter to outline this experience. This radio show is nationwide, has been helping consumers for 40+ years, and has hundreds of thousands of daily listeners. If AAA has any hope of not becoming extinct; they will need to hire a CEO that will create a Customer Service department, and change the horrible culture the consumer is experiencing with AAA.

Negative experience: Not the same company they used to be. I waited 4+ hours for my car to be towed. Never received a call from a driver, so I called back to confirm. Did this 4 times and all 4 times they had the wrong address, DESPITE dropping them a pin of my exact location. After waiting for over 4 hours being over 200 miles from home I had to get to the rental car place before they closed. I left my car with a note AAA is on the way. They still took over two additional hours and my car was impounded. Called the next day to have the car picked up and towed to where I live. Paid for my mileage overage to the tow company just to find out AAA sent someone else and now they have to refund my money and pay another company. What a nightmare. Their process with AAA is extremely disorganized. Be careful.

Negative experience: AAA is an awful experience. Spent literally all day on 7/10 from 8am until just before midnight waiting on a tow truck for my sports car. Multiple declined trucks and calls to AAA were unsuccessful. Called the 1800 number again the next morning and got a patronizing agent on the phone who was useless and unhelpful. AAA experience has been one of the worst in my life. Avoid paying into this membership at all costs as you will be disappointed in the lack of service they provide.

Negative experience: No one wants to get locked out of their car especially in the Florida heat. Unfortunately it happened to me and I waited 2 and half hours for assistance. There were two gentleman that arrived. The older gentleman waited in the truck while the younger man yanked and pulled on my window which caused the other guy to come out. He told him to stop it and to use a device that he handed to him which applied equal pressure to open the window. After leaving I realized that the window didn't go up and down smoothly and got stuck. I called AAA and filed a claim. I was told that I should hear back in 3-5 days. When I followed up, I had to explain the situation again and finally a repair supervisor named Willie contacted me. In the meantime, I brought the car to two different mechanics and was told that the window regulator and motor needed to be replaced. I explained this to Willie who seems me to AAA'S designated repair shop up the road. After waiting all day long as the mechanic looked at the window sluggishly going up and down told me nothing was wrong. After my window completely freezing I was forced to pay $243 out of pocket. Good Sam, here I come!

Fantastic experience: I was quoted one price, then when I went to pay it went up another 11.00. also I was not happy with the agent Francisco, he with was not there when I wanted to pay, and he never return my calls. He told me before I could purchase Auto ins. I had to join AAA auto club for 60.00 a year. Which I wanted to do, it's not on the auto policy so a good price for what you get. I could never reach him again to pay, I had wanted to weigh it up to decide which program I wanted. I ended up going thru another agent name Mark who was a great help. I told Frank I had to wait til the 3rd to pay. Of course Francisco was not available all day on the third. In the mean time He told me to cancel my auto ins. With the company I had on the 3rd. Because I would make the payment and it would come out on the 3rd each month. I was cautious and told my ins. To cancel me on the 6th. I couldn't get hold of Francisco til the 6th, I was desperate he finally answered my call. He took the payment. So I have ins. So he said I was late, that was why I lost the special offer he first gave me. It is great ins. I had it in Michigan and very reasonable I have full coverage for 279. A month. Just when you call and Frank answers the call hang up and call back to get a different agent

Negative experience: Buy AAA when you send your kid off to college and then wait 2 hours on the side of a road for a tow truck when the car breaks down. Their roadside assistance is so horrible, it is unbelievable! Save your money and don't buy AAA. I'm cancelling this membership.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I can not say that the service with AAA is very good. Most recently I attempted to renew and process my AAA road service membership. In order to do this on line, it seems you MUST have AUTO RENEW and receive $10 off. I do not want to establish AUTO RENEW. I was directed to a customer service rep and although pleasant, I was told this is MANDATORY unless I want to painstakingly tell all my info, spell my name, address and more to the representative so that they can process individually. This is a very Large and Abundant company. I suppose they have a income on FORCING CLIENTS to Auto Renew. Additionally, as most folks know, it can take up to 3 hours to get a service vehicle to assist you on road side assistance. This is also a painful process since the customer service team is limited in their skills to communicate properly. All in all, this is the only game in town, so we continue to use the service.

Negative experience: I’ve been a member since 1976 and had homeowners insurance with AAA Insurance Agency for over 15 years. I received notice from my insurance company that I was being cancelled. I called my agent, that’s the first negative they should have at least called me to give me the information. They said there was nothing they could do and pretty much gave me excuses that a majority of homeowners insurance is being cancelled, the second negative, they didn’t try to find another company. I had to call the insurance company to find out they were cancelling me because my roof is over 10 years old. I’ve had 2 inspections done for home and roof and it has come back my roof is great and has 8 years of roof life. This company does not care and it shows in the way they treat their clients. I have found insurance with another agency that submitted my inspections to another insurance company.

Negative experience: I am a cancer patient at the CTCA in Zion, IL. We drive from St. Louis, MO for about 5.5 hours for each treatment. I was with my spouse and my 10 week old puppy lab. We broke down (engine issue) in the middle of the highway on February 21st. My first reaction was to call AAA to have a tow truck get us, take the vehicle to the closest mechanic and drop us at a nearby hotel/motel. Well, the tow driver calls and says he can only carry one passenger, otherwise because of Covid he could do it for $75 (risk of Covid doesn’t disappear by giving more money). I wasn’t going to leave anybody in the middle of the highway to spend the night at freezing temperatures inside a car. I had to skip a treatment and got money basically stolen from me on the highway… Doesn’t recommend this company to anybody that loves themselves or their family, they lack of compassion and safety towards one of their customers (member for 10 years) disgusted me. I contacted them through private and then publicly at the Twitter @aaacares, no answer, they don’t care…

Negative experience: I have had the VERY WORST experience of my LIFE with AAA Roadside Assitance..It should not be called Assistance but (ROADSIDE IMPEDIMENT)..because they did the opposite...and damaged our car..and NOW after giving them all the information about what happened when the technician failed to change our battery properly and sending them repair costs from the dealer because that was the ONLY PLACE who could fix it...HERE WE ARE MONTH THREE. This nightmare started the first week of November 2021 and here we are in February 2022...PEOPLE please don't waste your hard earned money with these FOLKS because they are only in the business of taking your money not respecting and honoring the PAYING CUSTOMER which is the only reason why they have a JOB..Sickens me to my stomach but I'm glad to know I'm not the only ONE...!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Job!! Henry from 9193 Lake Mary. After a fun day at Margaritaville my friend and I returned to our vehicle to find a flat tire. However it turned out to be, “not so bad.” Henry arrived in the timeframe promised and quickly got us on the road again even suggestion a place to get my tire fixed. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Keep up the good work and thank you .

Negative experience: The last time I used AAA ( about 6 months ago) I waited for 8 hours, until someone showed up. After no one called me at the schedule time of pick up, I called and got the run around until they showed up 8 hour later of my first call to AAA. This time I waited 3 hours, without anyone from AAA calling me back, either time as a curtesy, ( just a basic customer service call is all I’m asking for) So this time after three hours I called without any answers, just getting lied to, two times saying hold on let me find out, just to be stuck on hold a half hour each time. The third person said my call was being transferred to another tow company and gave me their name and number, upon calling him, he told me he told AAA he wasn’t taking the tow because it was too far, my trucks brakes has cooled down enough that I was able to drive it home, with still NO courtesy call from AAA… And I should had, 14 hours of my first call I had gotten a call from the tow company

Negative experience: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BY GETTING A MEMBERSHIP WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. On August 2, 2021 at 5:15 pm, my wife got a flat tire and contacted AAA. This was the first time we have needed to use AAA in four years. So needless to say I have given AAA over $600 to be part of their network. According to AAA’s tracking process, it said the tow truck would be at her location by 6:21 pm. At 6:30 pm no tow truck had shown up so she called AAA to get an update. My wife spoke to Jason at AAA and he was unable to speak to anyone at the tow company. My wife spent the next hour and fifteen minutes on the phone with AAA trying to get another tow truck. She was told that it would be two hours before another tow truck would be there. My wife had spent over two and a half hours, by herself, on the side of a very busy road, helpless, not knowing when somebody would be there to assist her. Now she has to wait for over another two hours, in the dark, on the side of a busy road for a tow truck. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I took matters into my own hands and took care of the situation. At 11:30 pm, that’s right, over six hours after she had contacted AAA, the tow truck driver contacted my wife trying to find her vehicle. So AAA was okay leaving my wife stranded on the side of a dark, busy road for more than six hours….that is great customer service. If you have a membership with AAA I recommend you cancel it and demand your money back or if you’re thinking about getting a membership, I wouldn’t waste your money. It’s cheaper and quicker to handle situations like this on your own. I understand AAA was a good company years ago but now, there is no need to spend your money when you can do everything yourself.
