Fantastic experience: Good service and quick in the delivery
Negative experience: For me, it's not what you really expect. They tell you delivery is between 10 to 12 days by plane and I received it after 21 days in Cuba. I called and they say there is no fuel in Cuba, and what does that have to do with what was agreed? It's a lack of respect. Another thing, they don't charge 11 pounds, but 9 because 2 lbs are for the box they provide. So it's not really the price of the lbs they publish. I sent a TV in their box and they charged me the weight of the TV plus 60 USD in customs fees, and on top of that, they said 25 more for insurance, which I didn’t get. But at the moment of checkout, the lady who attended me told the person packing the things, 'that one doesn’t have insurance', as if he could throw it or not take care of it, meaning he shouldn't worry if it broke. This is what was implied, very poor treatment on their part, and not to mention the delay. The parking only has three cars, nothing more. Unfortunately, we have to go to this facility, very poor treatment. I don't know how it will be in Hialeah; I would have to try.
Positive experience: It is a shipping place where many people gather, and there is no place to park or a large area to wait.
Negative experience: For me, it was terrible, a complete disappointment. I made a shipment almost a month ago, and it is still rolling through almost all of Cuba. All they do is make excuse after excuse, but they don't expedite anything, and it's very sad to know that one of the main ways we have to help our families in Cuba is like this. They act so coldly that they don't care if you're desperate, not knowing if you're sending medication for someone who is sick. In short, I trusted them blindly, but with this, I have received the biggest disappointment of my life. It's really sad, and still not knowing if something will be missing when my shipment finally arrives is horrible. The despair of not knowing what is happening is unbearable.
Negative experience: The place is small and without proper conditions, the treatment is honestly not very good; you always feel like they are doing you a favor by providing a service that you are paying for, and not at a cheap price. The delays are sometimes horrible, and they never answer the phone. When you go there, they tell you anything just to get by, but the reality is that after you pay, you have no choice but to wait patiently.

Negative experience: The delivery service is quite fast and reliable. However, they use misleading advertising as a source of scam or at least that's how I feel since they promoted that they would give away a generator with a purchase of $999 or more. On several occasions, we called and wrote to customer service and they confirmed this promotion without making any caveats. After making the purchase above that amount, they did not deliver the generator and started to impose absurd conditions that did not exist initially. Later, I made a post on the Facebook page and they deleted it.

Negative experience: Terrible service; if you arrive an hour early, you won't be attended to because supposedly they give tickets to be able to work.
Negative experience: To the managers of CUBAMAX, I had a situation at the office on 27th SW and 12th. I booked a ticket to Cuba and rented a car on Monday at 12 noon. A family problem arose and I had to cancel the trip. I went on Tuesday and opened the office at 9:00 AM. I was informed that they could only refund me half of the ticket price and that I would lose 100% of the car rental. They have a cancellation policy in the receipt, and they did not respect it. They should comply with the rules stated in the receipts.
Negative experience: Many people waiting since the morning, there is nowhere to stand or sit while waiting and they don't finish, the work is super slow, there is no parking, in short, a chaos.

Negative experience: To whom it may concern, on November 18, I went to CubaMax to send a package and I was really disappointed. This company only has three parking spots. When you park, a security guard tells you to park somewhere else. If all the people going to this agency turned back and respected themselves, they would make different decisions. There were more than 40 people in the sun because the service is very slow. The community that needs this agency's services, if they respected themselves a bit, wouldn't go there because they make you park on the other side of the avenue where you have to carry your bag. For me, it is a lack of respect, one of the worst.
Negative experience: I was at the office on 8th street, I do not recommend going to that place, terrible service, the lady who attended me I bet was at least a member of the party in Cuba, bad treatment, bad faces, bad attention, bad responses, they seem like customs agents from Cuba working in Miami, I didn't think it would work like that. You can still complain and nothing happens, it works just as well or worse than doing paperwork in Cuba.

Negative experience: The schedule on Google Maps says they close at 7 pm on Saturdays, but when you get there they tell you they close at 4. They should fix that because it drives people crazy.
Negative experience: If they started working instead of talking among themselves, maybe they could attend to the people who have been waiting outside in the sun for 4 to 5 hours. Negative experience: On May 20th, I made a money transfer to Havana, Cuba, and even today, May 27th, the delivery has not been executed. The reason is that the person in charge of making the delivery does not call the person who is supposed to receive the money, or arrives during the hours when the person is working and calls them at that moment. Since there is no coordination, the person is not present, and then they say they will return on the weekend. Well, if you're going to go on the weekend to make sure that the person is not working and will be at home waiting, why didn’t you go last weekend since the transfer has been available since last Monday? Today, Monday, May 27th, I had to call Cubamax twice. Once to file a complaint about the poor service during this past week, and the other to inform them that the person is doing it again, calling from a landline, and repeating the same trick, saying they will come back on the weekend. Incidents like these call into question the quality and trust of Cubamax for our Cuban community.

Positive experience: I liked that place for sending packages to Cuba. If you have everything organized, such as how to pack the boxes and all the information of the recipient, you finish quickly. Negative experience: I am writing my opinion about one of the girls, the blonde, unfortunately I do not know her name, from the office located in Homestead. The treatment she has towards customers is awful. They need to work more on customer service because they assist elderly people there, and if they do not know how to work with people and have a good attitude, especially patience, they should look for another job because we pay for the service; it is not for free.

Negative experience: Hello, this is the opinion of a friend named Alicia Columbie. She sent 3 boxes of 44 pounds to Santiago de Cuba (Cuba) on August 28. Only 2 have been delivered to her family. The 3rd box has not arrived yet. She has called several times, they told her they made a complaint report, they won’t let her speak to any representative, she needs her box to show up, or they should refund her money.

Negative experience: Honestly, the customer service is terrible; they barely help you when you go to do a procedure. In another agency, they are more approachable, but at the Homestead office, they leave you waiting at the door and don't speak to you until they finish typing a word on the computer. I've seen customers outside waiting, and inside there are only 3 customers, yet the employees don't even budge to open the door. The man they have to close the boxes is not even courteous to older ladies who arrive struggling with their packages, and that man steps back instead of helping. Honestly, I don't know what his job is; he helps the employees but not the customers. It's horrible.
Negative experience: I sent my package on August 7 and this is the date it still hasn’t arrived. They told me 45 business days, and nothing has happened. It’s a lack of respect because it's something we paid for, and when you call, the response is 'I’m very sorry' and that there is no fuel in Cuba. But when you go, they don’t tell you that; they say it will arrive in 45 days. I feel like we are being scammed and deceived. I won’t send anything else with them. When things arrive, they are expired, the chocolates are melted, and if you send a size, the person receives another. I hope it arrives before New Year’s because this is a complete lack of respect.

I sent two packages to my family in Habana each weighing 44 pounds, the package was sent in November 14, 2022, they charged me $99. 00 per package and $29.00 extra for Customs charges, I found out CubaMax only gave my family in Cuba the equivalent amount in Cuban pesos of $10. Dollars customs clearance charge, my family received only the money not the packages

Negative experience: The biggest liars. They told several people that a sea shipment would be delivered to the door in a maximum of 28 days. There were 4 different people, and the fastest shipment that arrived took 3 months. The other 3 took 2 months and 3 weeks. That's why they don't have a phone in the office. They are shameless.

I sent them 3 months ago and they have been in the Cubanacan warehouses in Havana for a month and my family still hasn't received them... Negative experience: Shipments to Cuba are taking a very long time, they need to find a solution now!! And take actions to resolve the delay which they claim is all happening in Cuba, but Cuba Max must also take responsibility for it.

Negative experience: Very poor service. Two hours to be attended. If you need to use the bathroom, you have to cross to Presidente because they say it's filled with merchandise. After a long wait, you face bad treatment, bad faces, and unhelpful answers. In short, if you're having a bad day, don't go because they make it worse.
