Negative experience: Absolutely would not bring your car here. I got scammed into replacing over $2,000 worth of parts which did not need to be replaced. Horrible service and avoid auto care here at all costs.

Negative experience: I used to come here when tgey first opened. I had some bad experiences and so this is my first time back in over 5 years. I will not be returning. I just came in because to get tires. I was told 2 hours with no updates. When it was getting close I asked was it still going to be two hours because it will be two hours in 20 minutes. He told me it would be another 45 minutes. The technician didn't even return my tire to the wheel. I would not recommend them for any auto services. Don't waste your time. They had a little girl in the garage area playing. The wife came in to get her and then her car gad issues that the technician had to attend to with some antifreeze. Then another person maybe an employee came into the garage with his truck and was seen too while paying customers waited.

Negative experience: Stay away people .!! I was promised to finish my car by 1:30 and its almost 5 stilll not done.!! What a waste of people ..!!

Negative experience: Took my car here 3 times in the last 2 years for swapping winter/summer tires. 3 times in a row, they failed to sync the tire pressure sensors, even after they said this last time they "double checked". Then today they said "every time you bring it in for this, you have to bring it back". Done here, will find a new place.

Negative experience: I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at the AAA Car Care center in Edison. Despite spending over $2,000, my car still shakes at high frequencies, as though the alignment or tire balance is off, but it doesn’t make any noise. I had to bring my car back multiple times, each time being given a different explanation. Now, there’s a strong WD-40 smell in the car that hasn’t dissipated after a week, causing headaches for me and my passengers. The issue remains unresolved, and the entire team has been unapologetic. After this is resolved, I will never return.

Negative experience: Couldn't start car in morning. Technician appeared afterb6 hours in an unmarked vehicle and couldn't find my simple address. He was dischevled in appearance. Forgivable. It took too many hours to get service. Mechanic took some time to find out where battery was. Said it's in trunk which it was not. Removed weather seal (ill get to this)on engine to attempvtobaccess battery. Did not know to how to access battery. Put his tools on trunkbarea carpeting. I insisted laying a protective mat (my own mat) in the trunk to place tools on but he couldn't find battery there. When compketechecwasvto close the hood on top of displaced weather strip.hevdid not reinstall at all. He just left the mounting laying atop the engine coverv and was going to slam the hood on it. I c a ught that error and corrected him. He replied, "Oh, I missed that". Then found positive terminal extension and continued diagnosis. Stated car needs alternator. OK WITH ME.

Fantastic experience: I recently went with my husband to Route27 in Edison NJ to book a trip to Florida. The young lady who helped us was very helpful; her name is Keene Amsterdam. I was very satisfied with her helping us.

Fantastic experience: I went to AAA service center today in Edison and spoke to Alex Tejera. My stop start battery is 5 yrs old and i wanted to know if i should replace it. I had a very nice conversation with Alex and he told me that stop start batteries can last some what longer than 5 years. He told me to pull around the back and he would check my battery status. Battery is good to go. I appreciated Alex's honesty and help. Good to know that when the time arrives that AAA can order a stop start battery for my car

Negative experience: Everyone was very dismissive and rude. I'm going to buy vehicle insurance and they just looked me up and down and didn't help me. So how do you treat future clients?

Negative experience: When I first came here I was welcomed nicely. It was after they received money from me that the attitude changed to them being unprofessional towards me. My car after they fixed my AC; among others was not working right. My AC was still blowing heat, my car was feeling unsteady; as if the alignment was completely off. When I went to them concerned about my safety, I was told there’s nothing they could do, and that I should leave the car and come back for it later. I kept telling them I have work the next morning; and I was told by the manager there’s nothing they could do because they only have 2 mechanics. I am very disappointed and will not go there again. This people are very expensive with poor customer service. Please be patient and shop around, don’t be among the disappointed customers.

Negative experience: Went for an oil change took them 1hr 40 min. Service was unbelievably slow. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Negative experience: Took my passport picture here. charged me $9 when the company previously said it’s covered under my membership. The WORST part was they were making excuses to the poor quality of the pic for my OILY SKIN. First of all, no one would like to hear their face is too oily so the picture is not coming out well. If you had a proper area and lighting to take pictures instead of doing it by a random wall, it would’ve probably came out so much better. I was coming straight from work so did not have time to fix my makeup or anything, and hearing this was very stressful. Now I am not going back to AAA for my passport pic.

Negative experience: I seriously question the workmanship of this place. Going back multiple times over the course of a few weeks to fix an issue is not right. I was covered under warranty for the work they did, but then they kept on discovering new issues each time I went back in. This went on for a few weeks. Its unfortunate because in the past they were very good. Look elsewhere when searching for a good quality mechanic, I thought I found one here, but I was so wrong. I will be going elsewhere for mechanic work from now on.

Fantastic experience: I needed work on my brakes as well as oil change and tire rotation. When I dropped off the car, Tony was very helpful and the process went smoothly. I went out to lunch with my mother and Tony kept me informed via cell phone. Nice, pleasant experience and I also liked the lounge area with coffee. I was even able to get a passport photo taken and pick up some travel brochures. One stop shopping! Everyone was so nice. Thanks to all!

Positive experience: I recently had an experience at the AAA Edison Car Care Center, and while overall positive, there were a few hiccups along the way. When my car wouldn't start after a visit to PetSmart, I stopped by the nearby AAA center. The mechanic suggested a battery replacement due to the cold weather affecting its performance, despite my recent test indicating 75% efficiency. They were quick to find a slot for me, with Tony at the front desk being especially helpful. I appreciated being able to select the battery myself, and despite not being sure about my AAA membership status, they assured me the price wouldn't change much. However, I was surprised when the final bill was significantly higher than the initial quote due to using a different battery and the time it took for the replacement. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, better communication about potential price adjustments would have been appreciated. Despite this, they were efficient in completing the job, even with the unexpected delays. Overall, it was a positive experience, but there's room for improvement in terms of transparency regarding pricing adjustments.

Negative experience: My son's car broke down so we took it into Triple A service to get checked out. We were told that there was no oil in the engine and it was seized.That we needed a new engine. We had the vehicle towed to a Toyota dealership in Dayton and it ended up being a bad alternator. they did say the engine oil was a little bit low but the engine was fine. I would never recommend anyone to go to this location .

Negative experience: Not recommended from my side. Update on the service. Went for a simple oil change and free tire rotation. They said my earlier mechanic cross threaded the lug nuts. So many of the wheel studs broke and they replaced it and did the tire rotation. Guess what, after few months when I tried to rotate the tire, many of them are again cross threaded and broke again. Not only that, they left couple of studs loose. So the lug nuts and studs just rotate and you cannot take out the wheel. Had to break the lug nuts and replaced 6 studs again. There was another customer who also came for some small job and coincidence, his earlier mechanic also had screwed up so these nice people resolved it, of course with extra expense. So you guys get the gist of it. If you get a feedback that your earlier mechanic has screwed up something, so you will have to do extra work, then you know you are being deceived, like I was. So a $50 oil change cost me total of $500 by now.

Fantastic experience: The AAA Edison Car Care Center is awesome. My son took our 2008 Acura TL there for service. Once you walk in the front door the staff will greet you promptly with a warm welcome. We spoke with Alex Tejra and explained the issue we were having with the vehicle. Alex listened and explained that the mechanic will do an assessment of the vehicle and he would get back to us. Within a few hours Alex called and indicated what the issue was. I was completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service. After my conversation with Alex, I felt he went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. I felt confident bringing my car to this AAA location in Edison as this was not my first time having our car serviced there. I would definitely recommend this location.

Negative experience: This was the worst experience. I made an appointment because I needed a new battery that should have been free with my AAA membership. When I got here I wanted to leave the car and run to Walmart and was told to wait. After 3.5 hours and $220 they seemed surprised I was not happy. I understand they were busy but whatever happened to customer service and follow up. I had to track them down just to get them to look at the car! Unbelievable! Worst customer service experience ever. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Positive experience: I always have my oil change in this location. They are efficient and within an hour I have my car back. Alex was really helpful, very professional and respectful. He also make sure I got my discount as a Triple A member. It is also a plus that Costco and Walmart are just a walk away, I save my time wity my grocery chores.

Negative experience: This was the first time that I visited AAA auto service. My experience was horrible. The guy at the desk Alex did not explain anything and I have to wait a long time when I brought my car in for service. I had to wait for Alex to finish his breakfast in the back before he starts. I brought my car in at 8:15 am and I did not get any call for estimate until I called them back at 11:00 am. They were just starting to get the car in for diagnosis. After about half an hour, I received a text for a lump sum of $2,100. I was shock to see the price for a tune up!! I decided to review the estimate and went there to pick up the car. When I got there, I had to wait a long time again for Alex. I told him that I am declining the service for now and he mentioned that he will charge me a diagnostic fee of $150 after a discount from my AAA membership of $20. I was surprised of the high diagnostic charge as well as he did not tell me about the fee involved. He said that I signed the document when he asked me to sign for allowing them to do the diagnostic but did not mentioned or disclosed the price. Overall, I think this place charges too much and the service was subpar. I would not recommend to bring your car to this AAA in Edison, NJ.

Fantastic experience: Lori was very helpful. We went there to get passport pics and to renew our membership. She offered us all the services we qualified for but was gracious with our refusal. That makes me WANT to look at the financial products AAA offers. Hard sells aren't always good. There was another lady who sat by passport pic area who was helpful with information about AMC discount tix.

Negative experience: YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Bunch of scammers at this place. All the 5 star reviews might be fake or paid. Tried to scam me for over $1000 for brake service which my car did not need. I had previously gotten brake service at Midas and I took it back to Midas today after getting this ridiculous $1000 quote for brakes and turns out my car doesn’t need new brakes for another 2-3 years at least. Update: 4 days after oil change, I got check engine oil warning. Looks like the geniuses here can’t even do a simple oil change right. They put the wrong quantity of oil. Almost a quart less than needed. Update: 6 months after the ridiculous brake service quote, I have driven almost 10k miles, including two drives to Chicago and back to New Jersey, through ice and snow conditions, yet my brakes are working fine. Update: 10 months and 20k miles after this ludicrous $1000 quote to replace my brakes, they are still working fine. Didn’t even need to replace the brake pads. Do not ever go to this place.

Fantastic experience: Alex T. and his team always go above and beyond for all the clients. He is very knowledgeable of cars and any issues that they have. They are pretty quick, depending on what needs to be done. Overall, I do recommend this AAA location if you need help with your vehicle.

Fantastic experience: AAA is my go-to for any service needed on my Hyundai Elantra. The auto repair people are always helpful and straightforward. While I’m not a car genius myself and I’m sure they know that, I don’t ever feel like they are intentionally trying to screw me over - like other places tend to do. They will recommend certain services but they do not push those services on you any further if you decline, which I appreciate. Despite my AAA member discount, the bill is always brutally painful - I could probably get my car worked on by some backyard mechanic for half the price - But I’ve been there, done that, and AAA is the ONLY place where I never needed to bring my car back AFTER a service. They always find the problem, fix the problem, and then I have no further problems from there on. Alex was my service advisor and I believe Devron worked on my car. 10/10 service all-around at this place.

I mistakenly walked in at 5:57pm thinking they were open till 7pm but they closed at 6pm. The two women who helped me were super fast and efficient and stayed 15 minutes late to get me out the door as I was leaving for vacation the next day!! All of this and I wasn't even a AAA member. Negative experience: No integrity, no work ethic,no customer service I am saddened to write this because I have had good service in the past, so when ny father's car broke down I recommend them, thinking they would take care of it. First off- Jon has no interest in doing his job. My father had to call in the afternoon, after Jon said he would call. When my father mentioned that Jon said he was trying all day. He called my cellphone once and left no message. I'll own that I missed the call, but to tell someone they were trying all day and you call once and leave no message, that doesn't equate to he was trying all day. I'm attaching a picture of the call log as proof of lying. 900 dollars later, the car still doesn't work and they recommended it has to be towed to the dealer. However, AAA doesn't provide towing service? While the car was at AAA, they don't call to update you what's going on with the car, they don't go into detail what's wrong with the car, except to demand that you authorize what might work. This is no way to do business. They used to be great, now they just break cars and run up the bill. It is a shame- I don't know what happened, they used to be good.

Fantastic experience: Made an appointment for service to replace my drive/serpentine belt. When I arrived at my appointment time everything went as smoothly as possible, very quick and flawless. Of course belts are pretty easy to do, but wanted to leave a review for people to know something as simple as this can easily be taken care of at AAA. No other services were pushed on me. And used a coupon from the AAA website which was even better. I'll probably go back for other simple services and will update my review if something goes wrong in the future.

Negative experience: My car was towed here after a torn driving belt. When they took a look under the hood, they told me that I’d need a new thermostat in my engine because the engine overheated, a new serpentine belt, a new water pump, a coolant flush, and 4 new tires. I was quoted $2300 for this. The reasoning for replacing the thermostat was “because the engine overheated” which makes no sense seeing as the thermostat was working and the check engine light came on when the water pump wasn’t working.. I went to AutoZone, bought the parts and tools necessary for $250 and did the entire repair (minus the thermostat) in 2.5 hours and all the lights went away and the car runs good as new.

Fantastic experience: It is an extraordinary nice facility. The travel agents are really nice to work with and will guide you throughout the steps. One pro tip: Always get an IDP (International Driver Permit) if traveling abroad to be on safe side and these guys will provide you that within 5 mins of your appointment.

Negative experience: My 2008 MB E320 Bluetec was towed to the AAA Edison Car Care Insurance Travel Center on Friday, April 21, 2023. I received a telephone call on Saturday morning to notify me that a professional technician would inspect the issue concerning the Coolant Level Warning Light which caused my engine to overheat. Subsequently, I received another call from Tony the assistant manager on Monday notifying me that the technician was not qualified to work on my vehicle due to having a diesel engine. On Tuesday, April 25, 2023 I picked up my vehicle and to my bewilderment noticed that the vehicle was operable. AAA technician and service advisor Alex Tejera were perplexed. and stated that they could not understand why the vehicle randomly broke down.

Fantastic experience: Super easy to get taken care of, John got me in last minute with no appointment and I was totally satisfied with the turn around time and service.

I love coming here not only is the place is spectacular the group of professionals are very detailed as for what you need for you vehicle. Dodge Durango 2017 GT needed much work and drove like new still need some more work done but they was able to inform me of everything I needed. MB C300L 2015 oil change and filter about $120.xx done less than an hour. At MB dealerships 6 hours wait and almost $275.xx You make the call. Matter a fact I will be seeing them very soon. Negative experience: I was towed into this location after having a misfire on the parkway and I’ve never been so disrespected by horrible sales men in my life. They gave me three different quotes. First one was $7k, second one was $4K, third one was $2k. They also had the audacity to tell me I could apply for one of their credit cards so I could pay for the work and it would be “interest free for 30 days”. All I asked them to do was fix the misfire SO I COULD GO TO WORK and they kept putting unnecessary stuff on the quote like 4 brand new tires, oil change, new battery, breaks, rotors, etc. Even when I went line by line of the work I was told that “needed to be done” so the car would run added up to $1300. So I got a quote from another mechanic who ended up doing the job for $420. Never coming here again and I suggest that no one else ever come here in a pinch because they’ll try to severely take advantage of you AND THEN TRAP YOU WITH A CREDIT CARD!!

Negative experience: Jeep Liberty hood prop rod walking off by itself !! I had service done at AAA Edison service center on 1/14/2023. One month after it on 2/15 I tried to open the hood of my Jeep liberty 2008 to check the fluids and found there was no hood prop rod! I called AAA and spoke with service representative John , who told me that as Alex has assisted me for service I should talk to him. Next day I talked with Alex and told him that the hood prop rod is missing, then hew told me to talk to service manager Tony. Next day I called Tony and told him about the missing hood prop rod. He started with " Are you accusing that some one removed the prop rod?" . "It might have fallen out of car". I told him that I am not accusing anyone just asking to check if it was misplaced and is lying in the service area. Again he asked " Have you seen anyone removing it ? Also the rod is fixed to car and can not be removed!" Come on, the service area is enclosed and customers are not allowed , so how can I see anything? If you search in jeepforum-com , where the hood prop rod is stored. You will get the pictures. I politely asked him , if it is possible to check if the rod is lying in the service area. Then he told me to call him next day. Next day he was on leave. Then next day I called him and then he went to the service area , putting me on hold, as expected he told me the rod is not there. Now you look at the pictures and tell Tony , how the rod can walk off by itself, or fall from the car. Date of experience: February 15, 2023

Negative experience: They replaced my brakes front and rear pads and rotors. I heard noises when braking on day one. Some of the noises subsided, other didn’t. I returned to the shop in January and explained the noise. Within an hour I was told, the mechanic couldn’t find anything wrong. I did not feel safe so I took my care to another repair shop. I received a report that the front rotors were defective and they suggested I take my car back to AAA. I asked the repair shop to replace the rotors. I called AAA and asked them to compensate me for the replacement s. I was told I did not do enough to point out the problem to their trained mechanic. I don’t trust AAA Care Service.

Negative experience: Do not recommend anyone to come here for any service. They took my car for service at 12.30 with assurance to be done by 5 the latest. They called around 3.30 tried to up sell brakes and rotors. Next call came around 5.20 that car is not dome and will be only ready tomorrow. All they had to do is a simple oil change, front tire replacement and wheel alignment. It is at most 1.5 pf work When i came around 5.40 they just started working on my car. I had no choice to seat and wait. I canceled an oil change and left after 6.30 Manager was rude and did not offer anything as compensation for my lost time and misrepresentation.

Negative experience: Three strikes you're out... Second time here and my car smelled so badly of cigarettes This time, they don't have my appointment on file and tell me I have to wait an hour and a half if I want them to squeeze me in, after I waited on line for 22 minites.

Fantastic experience: At this location you can get your auto serviced as well passports pictures and other membership services. There is also a nice selection of anti theft travel bags and other travel related items. Friendly service reps helped me with my membership questions.

Let me explain I took my car there cause battery was died then car advisor named Tony and Alex told me I need new brakes and rotors then they said I need new tire as well. They gave me the estimate for $1567 i tooks the estimate and went to my mechanic and he said I don't need anything rather then battery thank God never will go again there. Pls be care before u go there they are bad ripping off customers like that

Negative experience: Had an 11:30 appointment for an oil change. They didn’t even start on my vehicle until 12:30. At 1:30 my car was up on a lift with all the tires off but not a mechanic in sight. They all must have gone on lunch mid service. Mind you, I brought the car in for an oil change with an appointment. Did not get a call until after 2 that my car would be ready in 30 minutes. I get there and the car is still on the lift and not ready at all. Absolutely terrible. An oil change should never take more than an hour let all be over 3. They should be embarrassed.

Positive experience: I’ve been a AAA member for more than 10 years, I just started using their automotive shop within the past year. I’ve taken two cars to this location, I had an issue with a battery few months back. They gave me a new battery sent me home and it died again. They replaced it once more and everything seems to be fine. Weird, but at least fixed. The other car I took for an synthetic oil change last week it took about 3 hours and it seemed pretty steep at $89, but maybe that’s typical.

Negative experience: ***Consumers beware*** I had a very unsatisfactory experience with AAA recently. My car battery was dead and AAA assistance said it needed to be replaced. We returned to this AAA location, where we had previously bought a battery. About a year ago it was replaced for being bad (had for only about a year). The technician told me that the battery was dead and could not be replaced because it was actually my alternator that caused the battery to go bad (so outside of the coverage policy; very convenient). The prognosis was bad alternator that killed battery, so alternator and battery needed to be replaced for just less than $1000. I did not feel that this was accurate so I had my car towed to a local mechanic (Supercars - highly recommend). My mechanic said that following a diagnostic test, the battery was just fully drained. The alternator did not show any problems. My mechanic fully charged the battery and I have not had any problems for over 2 weeks. This is very concerning because this suggests that AAA did not diagnose the problem, misdiagnosed, and/or purposely pitched a wrong and costly repair. I strongly suggest being careful if this is your mechanic of choice. We will not be buying any more AAA batteries or using AAA Car Care.

Negative experience: Dan strano at AAA called me and said my ford transit needed repairs from faulty sensors that show up on the computer..he said his diagnosis concluded i needed repairs that are gonna cost me $1,200 or so, including the diagnostics test..I declined and went to pick up my van...opened up my hood, and inspected it myself..I noticed cut wires, that didn't look from a wire cutter..but from a rodent who had chewed them up..I went back to AAA and told them about it...in such a high extensive diagnostics test performed, they never saw the broken wires?..of course the guy behind The counter had no answers..I went back home and fixed the wires myself, took me about 30 minutes to fix and no check engine lights till now have popped up...and to think these guys were gonna charge me over $1200 plus in parts and labor that wasn't necessary to begin with. I paid this location $104.48, to run diagnostics...and this price is with my AAA member discount...I was so curious how far Dan went to really diagnos my vehicle, cuz over the phone, he sounded so professional, and went through all the details of issues he came across throughout the diagnosis...such a great salesman..cuz that's what they are first, before you call them auto technicians. Dan didn't know i had a dashcam recording his every move, his every thorough analysis..His extensive knowledge leading his diagnosis, to get to the heart of the problem.....I played back the video..he moved my van from where I parked it, to a parking spot closer to the garage..(he didn't even move my van in the garage)....then he goes inside to get a lint free cloth, opens my hood, and checks, and rechecks, and checks all over again for a whopping minute and 30 seconds, my oil dipstick.....closes my hood, and concludes to walk back in..he never came out ever again...I paid $104.48 to have some guy look at my oil dipstick. I would love a refund, and I would love to never come here ever again..it's offensive to have salesman pitch their routine, and false charisma...knowing how hard it is for regular folk such as myself to make their money.. if you do decide to bring your car here, make sure you see through them, always assume they are lying before you agree to anything..cuz remember, these guys are salesman in the end.

Fantastic experience: As being a AAA member, I’ve recently began going to them for my car’s repairs. They always find and fix the issue, and do it in a very timely manner. A professional and friendly staff that never pressures you into getting things you don’t need, unlike many other repair shops. Pricing is realistic. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Negative experience: The workers do not put any effort into helping you. The service center knew from my description if my car's problem that they would not be able to fix it, yet held onto my car for almost 2 whole days, without communicating to me at all, until I reached out asking for updates. They got to charge me for looking over my car without doing any work. Terrible service center just pay for the extra mileage to a shop you know and like.

Fantastic experience: Cheap oil change and tire rotation with coupon on back of shop rite receipts also came with 6 months free Sirius radio! All for 22$!

Negative experience: I brought my 2013 Jeep Wrangler in for brake service August 23rd only to find out my issue was a bad Caliper. After checking the system this was the same repair I had done at this establishment 2 years ago. I was about 2 month out of warranty by time but way under by miles since I’ve barely been driving the vehicle as I now work remote. I was told the manager Dan would call me and they would work something out. I did receive a call saying Dan approved to refund me some of the $820 I spent to get the repair done. Was told a check would be mailed to me and it would take about 3 weeks. That was on August 24th and as of today I’ve received nothing. I’ve been a loyal AAA member for many years and have almost exclusively used them for my car repairs. Very disappointed they didn’t do what they said they were going to do. I’m no mechanic but I know brake calipers should last more than 8000 miles. Bad parts, short warranty equals more revenue. Guess I’ll have to find another repair establishment.

Fantastic experience: Each time I've sought out help for my Subaru, Triple A has come through in a timely manner with trustworthy service, however, this particular location proved to provide the most reliable as well as honest service I've ever received from an auto repair establishment. So very thankful for the manner in which Anthony Salvatore took the time to explain the inner workings of my vehicle. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles here for maintenance in the future. I've already been received excellent auto care here several times, and am so very thankful for the service at this particular location.

Positive experience: AAA in Edison was busy 2day but I came in after my medical appointment to get my brake light replacement and they took me in even when they were busy and they worked on my request under 30 minutes which I am greatful.

Positive experience: Not sure where to start but it is very wrong because they couldn't even do a good diagnostic, Instead of fuel pump i got told it was my distributor, not only that for a distributor that cost 80 dollars for an old car they said it was over 200

Negative experience: A simple inspection. They told me it was an one hour wait time but I waited for six hours without getting a call. I had to call back and check the status - only to find out that they want me to change battery. That work eventually rolled over to the second day.

Fantastic experience: This place is really good. Great service, professional and helpful staff, decent prices, and easy booking of the services you need. However, there is one throwback - xenophobic concierge. He was sweet and courteous to the white couple stopped by to buy some road maps but refused to sell me a road map by motivating that the register was closed and it was 5:12pm with the store business hours operating till 6:00pm. Also, he kicked out dark skin customer who came in for his appointment. Concierge asked this customer to wait outside. There was no reason for him to do that because at that time it was only two customers in the lobby including me. He didn't act this way toward the couple buying the road maps. So, people be aware of that concierge behavior. Other staff is awesome. I had business with this AAA location a few times already and I am fully satisfied with their service.

Fantastic experience: Very good service and a discounted price if you are a AAA member. I called ahead and made an appointment. There is a waiting area and the chairs are spaced far apart from each other. There is free wifi and bottled water available. The bathrooms are clean. It is walking distance from Walmart, Cosco, and Dunkin’ so you can have your car repaired and go shopping instead of waiting around.
