Negative experience: Unfriendly and it felt like I had to repeat myself several times as if they didn't understand the content. They only provided minimal information in response to my questions, so I had to look elsewhere for answers. I had reached out because I felt a sense of familiarity from seeing them frequently advertised on TV, but I realized why the rating is low.

Positive experience: If you are planning a trip to the western United States, I highly recommend it. However, the preferences and satisfaction levels may vary greatly depending on the age group of the traveler, the type of trip chosen, the guide's personality, the weather, the condition of the vehicle, the hotel's condition, and the travel companions.

Fantastic experience: A 12-night 13-day trip to Eastern Europe. It was a comfortable and enjoyable journey thanks to the meticulous schedule consideration of guide Heo Jinkyung. Thank you. ^^

Fantastic experience: A few years ago, I had a great experience with Samho Tourism's private tour of the American West, which is why I decided to trust and return for the Western Europe tour. Under the guidance of Team Leader Lee, 11 nights and 12 days in the UK, France, Switzerland, and Italy passed in a flash. From the morning until the end of the day's activities, they carefully observed everyone with an eagle's eye, and during travel time, it was fun and informative to hear little nuggets of history and information about our destinations. Their motto, 'If the guests enjoy their trip, I am happy too', was evident as they did their utmost to ensure that the travelers moved around without hassle, whether showing sights or taking care of various things. The weather was mostly on our side, except for the rainy Jungfrau in Switzerland, and we stayed comfortably in clean hotels. I could feel that Samho Tourism is sincere about food, which made me feel well taken care of. Our Western Europe trip to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary was so much fun and a truly valuable experience that was worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: I had a great time on my fall trip to Eastern Canada with guide Jay Kim from 9/30/24 to 10/4/24. Many of the other participants also mentioned they were satisfied. Guide Jay Kim shared history stories and explanations easily and entertainingly at every stop, and he made us laugh a lot with his humor, making the long bus rides enjoyable. The food was good, and I was satisfied with the hotel accommodations as well. Especially on the last flight back to LA, there was an Emergency patient, and I was grateful to see Jay Kim helping until we got into the car home. Thank you to Samho Tourism for preparing such a fulfilling trip.

Fantastic experience: In 2024, I was very disappointed that we experienced four days of rain or cloudy weather during our first visit to Canada for fall foliage. However, when we got here, the beautiful weather warmly welcomed us at each of our travel destinations. Since it was my first time experiencing Canada's fall foliage, I felt happiness and excitement day by day, creating wonderful memories. I want to express my deep gratitude to our guide Jay Kim for planning such a happy time for us. The well-planned trip and the informative and enjoyable guidance made all of us very happy. Also, thanks to Mr. Kim Su-hyun from Samho Travel and to everyone else. I look forward to another happy trip in the future.

Negative experience: I called at 9:20 because it was an emergency, but the woman who answered the phone got angry and shouted, saying that she called after 9. She hung up unilaterally. If it wasn't an emergency, why would I have called at that time! It's truly absurd, and I wonder what Samho Tourism's service would be like...

Fantastic experience: Traveling the American West with Samho Tourism - Guide J Kim is the best! Today marks the 7th day since I left Korea. I'm currently traveling the western United States through L.A. Samho Tourism connected with Hanjin Tour, with guide J Kim. Guide J Kim is really fun and friendly, enhancing the joy of the trip. Thanks to his rich knowledge and sense of humor, there's never a dull moment throughout the journey, and his explanations of each place are very engaging. In particular, Guide J Kim attentively looks after each traveler, striving to ensure everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable time, which is beautiful to see. His warm smile and kind attitude make me forget the fatigue of the trip, making this journey feel even more special. This trip with Guide J Kim will likely remain an unforgettable memory for a lifetime. I sincerely thank Samho Tourism and Guide J Kim, and I hope many more people can experience enjoyable travels with Guide J Kim in the future.... Fantastic experience: I traveled to the Canadian Rockies with Captain Kim in the last week of August, and I definitely understood why the rumors about the legendary Captain Kim exist. The scenery was amazing, but our Class 10 travel team was perfect, and the guide leading the team, Captain Kim (real name Kim Ji-woon), was the best. It was such a wonderful trip, and I was touched by his dedication and responsibility right to the end. It was a healing journey. Thank you! Samho Tourism has a great gem in the name of Captain Kim.

Fantastic experience: After finishing the Rocky Tour with Samho Travel, the guide, Kim Ban-jang, was so much fun, and especially on the last day the Banff hotel was really nice so I enjoyed it a lot. It was great to have fun with friends after a long time, and thanks to Kim Ban-jang, it was really enjoyable. If there is another tour, I plan to go with my friends to the place guided by Kim Ban-jang again. I was touched to see how dedicated Kim Ban-jang was until the very end. Thank you, Kim Ban-jang of Samho, for being a gem.

Fantastic experience: After completing a 3-night, 4-day itinerary in the canyon with my son (July 8-11), we are heading to Samho Travel Agency. I sincerely thank our guide, David Kim, for leading us through a tough and tiring schedule with dedication and humor. Negative experience: I spent a week on the tour of the three major canyons in the US. I spent most of the week on the bus, and even when I saw the attractions, I was only able to see them for a maximum of one hour. If it was short, I only had 10 minutes to take photos before moving to the next location, making it difficult to truly appreciate each site. The schedule was always tight, and there was no depth in the sightseeing.

Fantastic experience: Travel from May 13 to May 25. It was a long journey on the 13th. I had a really good experience. It was an experience of the culture, language, customs, and life in each country. There were times when I was tired, exhausted, and it was difficult due to the long hours of travel, but the delicate consideration, responsibility, and witty humor of the tour guides were a great help. Regarding the Alhambra Palace tour, guide Mr. Han Hee-beom, you worked really hard. Thank you for guiding us with such delicacy and responsibility! The palace tour was really enjoyable. After traveling to these three countries, you won’t regret it. I highly recommend it!

Negative experience: Samho Travel is the worst. Do not go there at all. I'm posting this to prevent other victims. During the 13 days of sightseeing, the guide changed four times. Among them, Mr. Han Hee-beom, who guided us in Granada, was truly the worst. No matter how the tourists chased after him, he went off on his own and when we requested him to speak loudly, it was of no use as we couldn't hear anything on the bus. They arranged for us to stay in a motel level accommodation in Granada for 2 nights at a very cheap price of 50 euros, which was dirty and the food was terrible. The hotels we stayed in are as follows. Moreover, we didn't go on the Granada night view tour, and instead, they just offered us drinks and some snacks while taking an optional sightseeing fee of 100 euros. The previous day's tour company returned the night view tour fee. They have a conscience. 5/21/2024 Granada night view missed €50x2=€100 5/21/2024 Camino Del Granada €50x2=€100 5/22/2024 hotel los lanceros €5250x2=€100. Luckily, the guide Mr. Lee Ho showed effort to protect and entertain the tourists, which eased my mind a bit. It has been a disappointing journey, spending a lot of money on a big trip. The next day after posting this review, a woman claiming to be the manager of Samho Travel called, screaming that I posted a negative review without even an apology. They said they would take legal action. This is the kind of company that operates Samho Travel.

Fantastic experience: It is very well organized and good food, good guiding.love the Korean food especially! We are enjoying very much . LasVegas, we were sleeping at Paris hotel were very centered from everything, it was very nice. Guide organizes us and give good warning about things that aren’t worth our time. He finds great bathroom stops for rest during long drives and has nice comments along the way about our sites.

Negative experience: Last year during the Samho Italy tour, all I heard from the guide was slander about Italy and discussions about Korean politics. The children said they feel like Italy is a bad country and they don't want to go back. It was the worst guide of my life.

Fantastic experience: I traveled to the western United States for 6 nights and 7 days with my son and husband as a family trip. We applied for the VVIP vehicle and it was very comfortable traveling 4300 km in a Prevost Bus. I joined tourists from Korea, and thanks to the dedicated guidance of our guide, known as Jang Dong-gun, I believe it will be remembered as a journey where all 32 of us laughed and resonated together. He shared quotes that made travelers feel small in front of the immense nature and made us think about life. He also explained the progress of Korea in detail, elevating its status abroad as a Korean, which filled us with pride. Furthermore, he expressed his personal opinions about the advantages and disadvantages of the U.S. candidly, prompting us to reconsider the U.S. again. This 7-day journey with our humorous, considerate, and dedicated guide will remain a cherished memory for a long time.

Fantastic experience: A 6-night, 7-day trip to the Western USA with my wife and son! This was my first time here after living in Eastern Canada for 12 years. If I had to sum up my travel impressions in one word, it would be simply 'awesome!' In short, it was an amazing trip! This journey, which left us breathless in front of nature, gave us ample reason to return to the United States. The comfortable bus, the best driver, and the guide provided us with surprises we had never experienced despite many travels. During our trip to the Western USA, we were greatly moved by the beautiful scenery bestowed upon us and the guide who gave their all to ensure our satisfaction. If you are planning a trip to the Western USA, I am confident that if you seek out the guide Jang Dong-kyu from Samho Tourism (self-proclaimed Jang Dong-gun... lol), you will receive another gift called 'satisfaction' throughout the entire itinerary along with the gifts of nature. Negative experience: My husband and I traveled to Western Europe from April 18th to 29th. This year marks our 70th anniversary, and our daughters sent us on this trip. I'm very grateful and happy that despite having to raise their own children and work, they sent us on a package tour with Samho Tours for my 70th birthday. However, this trip created a bad memory that I will never forget. When I think of traveling to Europe, the first thing that comes to mind is the story of pickpockets rather than the good experiences. To manage the travel expenses, I decided to keep 400 euros (140 for the Rome Benz tour and 260 for the Capri Island tour) in the pocket of my backpack and store the rest in a small pouch. To ease the burden on my daughters, I had thought about not taking the other optional tours like the Thames River Cruise (80), the Eiffel Tower (200), and the Venice Gondola (140). However, in reality, these optional tours felt more like forced participation. They also forced a daily fee of 20 euros, which was in fact coercive. The problem was that the 400 euros I kept in my backpack went missing. After arriving in England, while I was about to explore, it seemed like it might rain, and I couldn't take my backpack. The local guide, Ms. Im Mi-kyeong, told me that this bus had been used for a long time and I could leave my things and get off, so I trusted her and got off. Since I said I wouldn’t take the Thames River Cruise, there was no tour leader, and I couldn’t be taken to the hotel, so I waited on the bus until my group returned. The next day, the tour leader, Mr. Lee Hyun-soo, joined us after finishing with the Spanish guide and handed me an envelope asking for 480 euros for the shared costs and optional tour fees. It was during this process that I realized the money in my backpack had gone missing. Naturally, I was short on cash, so I told Mr. Lee Hyun-soo about it, but he insisted that he must receive the money and that he would have to pay back the company. Seeing this, Ms. Jessica gave me the missing 100 euros to make the total 480 euros, saying I could pay her back later. It seemed like I looked very pitiful in that situation. I'm not writing this because I'm upset about the lost 400 euros, but rather because of Mr. Lee Hyun-soo's attitude and the handling by Samho Tours. If only they had understood the bewilderment of someone who suffered a loss, I believe they wouldn't have acted in that manner, and I hope that others can relate to this. Later, when my daughter spoke to Samho, they responded that they would help us next time to make up for it. After such an incident, could I choose Samho again?

Negative experience: I'd leave negative stars if I could. The people that work here will try to scam you. You book a date and they'll change it without notice and scream at you, calling YOU a scammer. These people don't deserve your business. This tired ol place is a joke.

If you decide to take the tour, the quality of your trip depends on the guide, the driver, and the fellow travelers. It was the best trip. During 7 days and 6 nights in the western United States, I appreciate the safe driving, never being late to a location, and the effort to show us even more places. I could feel the warmth with which the guide treated us. Moreover, it was wonderful that he explained American history, culture, and nature in great detail with humor, so every time we visited a place, I felt like I was reading a new book and gaining new knowledge. They also played good songs and movies that fit the places and situations, making the trip even more enjoyable haha. The driver was also a gourmet chef, so he recommended food or showed us how to enjoy it deliciously. I was really, really happy and thank you!!! Negative experience: I had an incredibly unfriendly experience with the staff. We gathered at the meeting point, and there was no staff around, so I called the representative number, only for them to yell at me asking why I was calling and then hang up. If you treat the local community like this, word will spread quickly. After making the payment, I was treated like this. The prices of Korean tour companies in LA are similar, so why should I pay to be treated this way?

It was so much fun, so moving, and so... good...
Those who traveled with us all know, but just in case anyone planning a trip is curious, I'll mention a bit.
1. The trendy 'Samho Tours' bus from the colors, the seats were so comfortable and clean that I almost just slept the whole trip. Totally ‘K-Samho Tours’!
2. They lifted us up & let us down. They uplifted & let us down. They gave us moving and deep memories, we laughed and cried the whole trip thanks to how funny they were... looking like Jang Dong-gun, heart like Jang Dong-gun, just the name of our guide Mr. Jang Dong-kyu.
3. It was so comfortable that I didn't know if I was at home or in the car, but thankfully, we had our Captain Yang. The driver. The conductor was there.
And, the wonderful people we traveled with.
If foreigners like K-dramas, K-music, K-food, I feel so proud and thankful, but the dignity and level of those who came from Korea is also 'K-XXXX', how moving is that?
Considering my stamina, I thought it would be hard if it exceeded 3 nights and 4 days. It was a planned trip, but next time I feel confident to challenge 10 nights 11 days!!!

Fantastic experience: Simply AMAZING. The Four Canyons (4days/3nights)Tour was wonderful. The VIP Bus(33 seats only), the Guide (Mr. Chang) always attentive, knowledgeable, and mostly entertaining, the Driver, and Food (let’s keep this in perspective, we’re still in the middle of Wild West) were perfect. I would highly recommend the Samho West Tour.

Negative experience: This is a company that ignores the tickets and schedules promised to those who made reservations in advance just to accommodate one more guest. It was supposed to be a group tour because of the tickets, but it would have been pointless if I had to stand in line.

Fantastic experience: A pleasant surprise meeting with Kim Ban-jang!! It was truly a happiness for me to meet a precious person after a long life of immigration. I was able to travel to Canada as a filial duty for my 60th birthday with my dear children. Living in LA, where water is scarce, I was astonished by the sight of emerald waters overflowing everywhere I went, along with lush greenery that I cannot see in Southern California... While traveling in the car, we filled our hearts with pure joy and laughter, creating a refreshing atmosphere. The meals were home-cooked, praising 'The Lord's high and greatness' wholeheartedly... I am deeply thankful. After COVID… From November 6 to 8, traveling with faithful friends to Laughlin... When we joined in Cerritos, I was so glad to see Kim Ban-jang, who I admired so much during our Canada trip 10 years ago... it was so heartwarming to meet someone like an old friend after so long, haha! Even after a tiring trip, they steadfastly maintained their faith... I was touched by their appearance while participating in the Wednesday service!!!!!! Although it was a short trip of 2 nights and 3 days... our leader guided the atmosphere in the car with laughter, information, and fun until the end. I hope to see you again on our next trip^^

Fantastic experience: I am at the airport waiting for my flight back to Atlanta after successfully completing a 6-night, 7-day trip to the West. It was nice to meet people from Korea, and I appreciated meeting Jay, who was our guide. There were challenges with having to ride the bus for a long time due to the large area, but thanks to Jay, we had a lot of fun. It was especially cautious because the average age was on the higher side, but I believe we finished the trip safely without any incidents thanks to Jay and especially to Macho, who drove very safely and smoothly. He also took care of bathroom breaks diligently. Thank you all very much.

Negative experience: This is the worst.... Don't use it. I've never been to a place like this before.

Fantastic experience: We, as a couple, started our trip on September 25th and spent 3 nights and 4 days at the Four Major Canyons. When we left, we had to wait for more than 2 hours due to a bus issue, which made the atmosphere awkward, and I was disappointed by the unprofessional handling of the situation by Samho Tourism. However, our team leader, Joon, sincerely apologized for something that wasn’t his fault and did his best to ensure we could finish the trip joyfully. This was my first time traveling through a travel agency, so I hesitated before choosing this tour. Excluding the bus incident on the first day and the buffet at Bukhansan, where there wasn't much food due to overlapping meal times with other travel groups, I think it was a decent trip. The people I traveled with were nice, and the foreign travelers from New Zealand added a fresh experience. Meeting our team leader, Joon, who works hard while raising four children, left a deep impression on me. That's why I gave it 5 stars. Thank you~^^

Negative experience: Samho Tourism has a practice of making tourists eat on credit at local Korean restaurants in tourist areas and then delaying payment for a few months, ultimately reducing the amount they owe to those local restaurants. This is reported by the owners of the local eateries.

Fantastic experience: The guide was very kind and gave a good explanation.

Positive experience: I wish I had spent more time in Yosemite than in San Francisco and had more time to feel the wilderness while walking. Also, on the last day, I would have preferred visiting a winery instead of the Danish village. The program is not bad, but it seems to be lacking about 10%.

Negative experience: I recently traveled twice during the holidays, and I was disappointed with the system's dishonesty, as the office's information about the bus was completely different from what the guide said. The guide interrupted when guests misunderstood and showed an attitude of not listening to their opinions. On the way back from the itinerary to the limousine bus, we had to change to a regular bus under the hot weather of Death Valley without proper prior explanation, which the guide dismissed as something that always happens. There were also unpleasant incidents due to unfair treatment at a U.S. restaurant.

Positive experience: The guide was awesome.

Positive experience: I went on a Yellowstone tour and I want to give it a score of 80. The program isn't bad, but I wish we could have spent more time in Yellowstone National Park instead of excluding Bear Town and the hot springs once from the options. I don't understand why we need to go to Bear Town at all, and especially on the fourth day, it just feels very inadequate.

Fantastic experience: I just finished a 6-night, 7-day trip to the western U.S. under the guidance of Terry Park. The guide did a great job of explaining various historical and current events in a realistic way, making it interesting and engaging. Additionally, the two drivers were quick and precise, allowing for a comfortable journey. The meals were very satisfying, and while the accommodations weren't perfect, I would definitely rate them over 95 out of 100. Thanks to the hard work of the guide and drivers, it was an enjoyable trip.

Negative experience: 13 nights and 12 days trip to Spain, Portugal, and Morocco. Many travelers showed symptoms of cold and flu. A couple returned to Los Angeles and tested positive for corona at the airport. There was no consideration for the sick during the trip, with strict schedules and at least 3 hours of marching. Negative experience: Italy trip for 5 nights and 7 days (departing from LA, 25 hours on the plane). Samho Tours is not accurate with calculations and takes promises lightly. From the moment we arrived, 1) we were not gathered in front of the coffee shop as agreed but on the opposite side, 2) the guide was with us for 6 days but asked for a tip for 7 days, and 3) in Rome, those who did not opt for the 2-hour city tour by Benz had to travel on foot (with the guide), but there was no guide with us. On the day of our trip to Capri Island, I had to cancel the day before due to health issues, and I paid 130 euros but was only refunded 100 dollars. Apparently, Naples is ruled by the mafia. The hotel was Sheraton in Rome for 3 nights, and the previous two nights were at a hotel that was not bad. The food was the worst! When trying to cut pork chops or chicken, the plate wobbles. It was too tough. At first, I thought it was just a bad restaurant, but it was like that every time. We only had delicious food twice. The rest was not enjoyed by many Koreans. On the day of return, those with flights in the morning at 7 or 8 had to manage their own taxis from the lobby starting at 4:30 am, and everyone was confused. Someone would come out if we pressed the bell in the lobby, but for those flying at 7, they asked for a taxi to be called but it was not, so they just waited for a while. It was very unsettling. The Italian helper was very unfriendly. Everyone had to pay $40 for a taxi back home on their own. We managed on our own when going home. Then, why are you asking for a tip for 7 days? Mr. So, the guide, thank you for your hard work, but Samho Tours is a mess with promises and the food was the worst. If someone says they are going on an overseas trip with Samho Tours, I think other tours would be better.

Negative experience: I am currently using Samho for my trip to South America. It is truly the worst travel agency. 1. They do not provide confirmed schedules or flight reservation numbers before departure. They just tell you to have a good trip without knowing anything. Many elderly people who do not speak English are present, and the ticketing guide did not show up before departure. It is a really crazy travel agency. 2. In Peru, you cannot issue tickets without knowing the flight reservation number at the airport, and entry is also restricted. Additionally, the main age group is over 60, but there is no guide, so our couple, the youngest, has to be the guides. We are especially confused when there are gate changes at the airport. 3. While booking flights from Cusco to Lima and Lima to Buenos Aires with Latam Airlines, they did not match the reservation numbers, resulting in missing the connecting flight due to the delay of the flight departure from Cusco. I cannot understand how a travel agency cannot handle such basic arrangements. We used a travel agency package because we wanted to create good memories in South America with our 8-year-old son and to avoid any potential issues, but the arrangements were less than what we would have done on our own. Until 1:30 AM on April 3, we wandered around the floor of Lima airport with my son. I think it's really amazing how the damn Samho travel agency showed us the nightlife of Peru. Honestly, a single star is too much for this overall review. If you want to experience the worst travel through traveling, I highly recommend it. Now, we are barely scrambling to get to Argentina, and I don't even know if they know our changed schedule. This is a travel agency that does not have the qualification to be a travel agency.

Positive experience: I think the trip was well planned and organized for over 50s. I enjoyed the most beautiful canyons through Samho in Sep. 2022. I really liked the Korean foods in the Las Vegas. Our guide and driver were very calm and thoughtful. Sincere thanks to them.

Negative experience: The tyranny of Samho Travel Agency They charge an absurd entrance fee wherever you go, and the food is uniformly McDonald's beef burgers without any regard for customers' opinions, which I couldn't eat and ultimately wasted. What upset me the most was that they charged $8 for the hot spring entrance fee per person, $25 each for Bear World based on 7 people, $8 for IMAX general admission but charged $15, and $15 for the Mount Tram but charged a whopping $50 each. Of course, they also ask for $20 in tips separately every day... We didn’t go on this trip with a low budget, yet I feel like we were robbed. A trip should be enjoyable and refreshing, yet the notion of taking advantage of tourists to line their own pockets is hard to understand. In the United States, which promotes honesty as its motto, why is it that people feel the need to extort money earned through hard work from others? I want to understand that. I hope they can transform into an honest and transparent travel agency.

Fantastic experience: We just came back from Yellow Stone trip on 6/2/2022. Mr. 송호영 was an excellent guide plus his humor was amazing. His knowledge and explanation was extraordinary. Hotel and food was very good. Bus driver was an excellent driver and the bus was very comfortable too.

Fantastic experience: The beautiful landscape of nature reflected in the lake and melting glaciers, icebergs like jewels. Alaska, a mysterious land that cannot be expressed in words, was the best. Thank you to our guide, Mr. Moon Gi-song, for your utmost effort. Highly recommend Alaska!!

Negative experience: When using the Grand Canyon product, don't buy anything except for the restrooms at the souvenir shop that gives out 10% coupons. They claim that the items are made by Native Americans, but they're actually made in China and India. I bought a shawl for $44, but when I searched on Amazon, it was $23. If you remove the price tag, you can see where it's from... The response from Samho Tourism's consultants was really.... The content attached below is an actual email exchange I had with the consultant. In conclusion, there was no response until the end! It was the typical 'read and ignored'! I never received the guide's contact information and didn't receive the detailed itinerary either. On the departure day, I got a message from the guide (I want to disclose the consultant's email, but everyone is pushing the responsibility...). There's a reason why there's no customer bulletin board here (Google seems to be somewhat functioning as a bulletin board). Huh... This is really no big deal, but it drains my energy before the trip... Earlier, when I called Samho Tourism directly, they said they sent the guide's contact via email, but it never came. And if you look at my records, you'll see that I inquired about this product from the end of September, and the person who answered the phone told me that the schedule was set for 10/4 and 10/11. They said they would send a simple itinerary in advance, which I received on 9/30. They said they would send the itinerary again once it was confirmed (I checked the call records). The reason I asked for the guide's contact is because I'm going to Vegas first on Saturday to see a show, and the consultant told me to wait until 10/7 when the guide would confirm because it might overlap with the show recommended by the guide on Monday (10/11). I kept waiting and even sent an email... Again, when I talked to the person in the office earlier, they said they sent the itinerary and the guide's contact, but because I was on the plane, I couldn't check it. When I arrived in Las Vegas and checked, it hadn't come. I intended to consult with the guide to get advice and plan my schedule, but I ended up wasting my time on Saturday evening. I have low expectations for the Korean community, so I'm not expecting much, but it makes me compare to East Tourism, which gathered participants for Yellowstone. Negative experience: I took a trip to Yellowstone with my family for 3 nights and 4 days (from July 2 to July 5) because I was feeling gloomy and frustrated due to the pandemic. I was worried before going, but the guide was very safe and kind, providing detailed explanations about the history and tourism of the place, leaving a deep impression on me. Fantastic experience: 이교보 guide was excellent!! I went to San Francisco and Yosemite. He explained the history of Russian Hill, the missions , etc. very well. He assisted not only the tour group, but also the people outside of the tour group. He played music and movies that were related to the cities. It was very enjoyable.

Thanks to the meticulous guidance of the Hushian guide, I had such a pleasant trip that I decided to write a review for the first time. From the day of departure to the return, the guide provided detailed explanations and time allocations at each destination, making even the boring bus travel enjoyable with timely music and explanations. Finally, the Hushian guide was amazing for reminding me multiple times to take care of my luggage when getting off, even helping to retrieve a gift for my husband that I left behind at the office.
