Fantastic experience: Excellent service

Negative experience: I bought two plants at this agency in October and they didn't arrive in Cuba. When I called to make the complaint, they told me it was in the Camagüey warehouse and I went directly to Cuba and they weren't there. Now I call and Cubamax doesn't want to return my money, and each plant costs 814 dollars. Anyone who wants to join my lawsuit against the agency, please contact me.

Negative experience: Don't travel with Cubas Max, they are very disrespectful. The entire flight arrived without their luggage because they prioritize the packages sent by people. They are unprofessional and incompetent.

Negative experience: I was at the agency on Saturday at 345 Palm Ave and one of the girls, Dunia, treated one of the clients like nothing. I was there once too and it was the same. The girl has a very bad attitude with clients, as far as I can see. I would kindly ask them to give this girl a customer service training so she can work up to standard.

Everything was very good until the end of the year came. The girls in the store are a love. But I must tell you: how sad the life of a Cuban is. Even if one is here fighting for them, I must tell you: I have several shipments, four of them from November 29 and two from November 30. When I paid, on the paper they gave me, which is signed by me and the agent who assisted me, it says that my shipment should arrive in 21 business days, which are now fulfilled. I was surprised when they told me that I could not complain because that changed for everyone, meaning, not starting from the day they set 28 days, but for all those who have not received their package. What a kind of abuse with people. What a great disappointment. They do not comply with what they sign. They do not honor their obligations. I was super happy and now I am sad and disappointed. I have the document. I will show it to whoever wants to see it. I pray for my shipments to arrive to my family. This feels like a Díaz Canel agency. What great sadness, it doesn’t matter that we are here because here they also deprive you of rights.

Negative experience: This place is a lack of respect! My passport has been ready since March and I only found out at the end of May because I called to ask. They NEVER notified me, a passport that was sent for processing since January. They simply tell you that they sent a message and it's a LIE!!! They didn't even call. The ones working there are irresponsible because they don't know if you have a sick family member like I do. If you want to avoid a hassle, don't choose this place for procedures, they are very unprofessional. And don't even get me started on the customer service, they just interrupt you: 'Is there anything else I can help you with?' I wish I had read the other comments first. What is certain is that I won't go there again and I will tell everyone I can the same.
