Fantastic experience: This place is beautiful! As soon as we walked in and saw the huge windows we were in love! We spent 5 nights here with our 3 kids and it was the most relaxing vacation we've had in years! The accommodations were amazing! They thought of everything and it's literally like a home away from home. I'd recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet and family bonding. Super happy with our stay!

Fantastic experience: I recently spent a long weekend at the fabulous Grand Manifest Lodge. It was the gathering place for 12 family members, ages 18-83. The home did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in through the exquisite front doors, we were impressed. The home was spotless and everything worked! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need. The living room was cozy and easily accommodated our group. The beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was amazing. Check in was seamless. The management company was very responsive. We would not hesitate to rent again.

Fantastic experience: We were welcomed into a warm cozy very large lodge with Christmas music playing and a very large beautiful Christmas tree. The place was immaculately cleaned and well stocked with every item needed in the kitchen to handle a group of 21. Any questions that arose were answered within in minutes of sending a text. Great company to work with!

Fantastic experience: Beautiful townhome and had everything we needed to celebrate our Thanksgiving holiday. Great beds, very clean, lovely furnishings, excellent communication from the Host. The only thing that would have made it better was if it sat on the golf course with a nice view....icing on the cake.

Fantastic experience: Great location in Suncadia. The house was located on the 15th hole of the Rope rider course. It was fully furnished. On the first day the smoke alarms woke us up. They all needed new batteries. We found out on the last day that the blender was broken. All in all it was a good property for our family.

Fantastic experience: Lovely 3 story home conveniently located just off of I-90 and nearby Roslyn and Cle Elum. Great for large family gatherings with several bedrooms/bathrooms spread out through the house as well as a well-equipped game room. Wonderful covered spaces and a green space to play outdoor games. Fantastic experience: A very nice cabin away from the inner Ridge houses. It is private and has beautiful views. 3 levels. Teen grandchildren loved the lower level with the larger screen and big comfortable furniture. I stayed on the main floor which was very comfortable and great views. A loft offered a space for movies and quiet area to read with great views. I loved my stay.

Fantastic experience: We stayed for a few nights and had a great time. Very well appointed home in every area. Kitchen had every tool and gadget we needed, plenty of activities to do as well. It was misty while we were there and the hot tub was wonderful. I think it works well for smaller or larger groups equally.

Fantastic experience: We had the most wonderful family vacation! Every room had its own en-suite, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and beautifully decorated. We did A LOT of cooking for 15 people and found the kitchen well supplied, and efficient. The outdoor area was lovely, and the games room was a hit for our 5 grandchildren. Everyone wants to go back next year!

Fantastic experience: Our stay was wonderful. Enough room for everyone. Lots of extra bedding. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils. Lots of gaming fun too. The only complaint was there was no dish soap and would've been nice to have more than one dish towel and rag for a four night stay of 14 guests. We bought dish soap and left it for the next group.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Woodland View Lodge in Suncadia Resort for a family gathering, including ages 5 - 93 years old. The beautiful property was amazing, and the team at VR-365 was so attentive and very helpful. The large kitchen was well-appointed with quality cookware and more than enough plates, silverware, and glassware. The home was spotless and tastefully decorated. The beds and linens were very comfortable. Our grandsons thoroughly enjoyed the game room amenities, and all of us appreciated the walking/bike trails that abound in the development. I whole heartedly recommend Suncadia Resort, this lovely home, the VR-365 team, and hope to return…we didn’t want to leave!

Fantastic experience: Great home, great location! Situated in Suncadia near the Nelson Farm pool, this was a lovely house with bike and walking trails right outside the back door. Unfortunately, since we were not Suncadia Members, we were not allowed to use the community pools. This was not entirely clear until after we booked, but it didn’t hamper our plans too much. The massive hot tub was a fine compromise! Plus there was plenty of space in the house for all of us (3 couples and 2 children under 12) to have privacy and quiet. The kids wing was HUGE: 2 bunk rooms with an adjoining bathroom, plus a common room with another bunk and room for a TV and play table. Will definitely consider this home for future vacations!

Fantastic experience: Great house for large family get together. Ideal location with short walk to the beach. Well organized and modern kitchen. Vacation rental company is very responsive. House has direct neighbors, and that was not well represented in photos of the outdoor of the home and the neighborhood has three active houses being built so we had to deal with construction noises during our visit which was not ideal. Some areas of the home are used harder than others and could use a deep clean. The hot tub was nice but needed cleaning attention. Overall a good visit and a home we would rent again.

Fantastic experience: This house was the perfect spot for a family reunion, many different options for sleeping arrangements. The house was stalked with almost anything you could imagine. Outdoor space was great for entertaining from fire pits to outdoor grill, hot tub, shaded cover space, and lots of outdoor seating. The inside the house had 2 game areas and tvs in almost every room. Laundry room stalked and able to do laundry as necessary! Kitchen had everything you could think of, pots pans, baking dishes, Tupperware and even dishes for the kids! Also we never had a problem with bathrooms/showers. Other nice thing that was included was outlets everywhere for charging phones! We had a perfect stay and the house was organized, clean and ready for a good vacation! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This was an amazing cabin to spend the weekend and enjoy the local area and beautiful surroundings. We had plenty of space for everyone and it was only a quick bike ride over the hill to get to town. The support team of Chelsea and James were incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed and were very quick to respond if we reached out for anything. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a top notch getaway!! We will be coming back in the future!

Fantastic experience: A great time was had by all! Would definitely rent this home again! Pros: Beautiful and comfortable house. Plenty of space for our family gathering. Linens and kitchen were very well stocked. Enough soap, garbage bags, etc to get through 4 night stay. Lots of activities to choose from at the house as well as a short walk to the lake or a 1.5 mile drive to Speelyi beach. Also, the hosts were in contact to make sure everything was up to par. To be fair, the cons are very minor and nothing that would prevent me from staying again. Cons: Many “clean” dishes were visibly soiled. We just made sure to look at things before we used them and clean beforehand as needed. Quite hours of 10 pm was a bummer because it is light so late and the outside spaces of the house are so enjoyable. Fortunately the inside spaces are comfortable and accommodating.

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing time at Cabin at the Crest. The house was perfect for the kids and adults. Endless amenities and activities. It was spacious and comfortable, close to the lake. We wish we could have stayed longer. It will definitely be a house we plan on returning to for future vacations.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible. Trying to blame us for a ping pong table that was already broken when we arrived. We sent pictures to the management company immediately (19 minutes after check in), but they don’t seem to care. We’ve stayed with VR365 annually for the past 5 years but they’re choosing to prioritize a bogus $750 charge over roughly $15k of our past rentals. Also just know that you’re being watched. These guys are shady and don’t run an honest business. Zero stars if it was an option. Shame on you VR365. Shame…

Negative experience: USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!! We've stayed with VR365 a couple of times without issue. On our last stay, we noticed broken items as soon as we checked in (not the first time we've had damaged items at one of their properties). I sent the property manager time-stamped photos of the items, which were taken 19 minutes after we checked (I let them know about the damage 45 minutes after check in). Even though I was communicative, they charged me $750 for items that we didn't break. To accuse us of causing damage in the first 15 minutes of our stay is absolutely ridiculous, and I'll be disputing the charges with my credit card company (not sure that I'll have any luck). I'm very disappointed and won't ever be using this company again.

Fantastic experience: Coordinating with Vacation Rental 365 was initially intimidating. There was a lot of information and details to go over. However communication with the hosts (Chelsea & James) was quick and short. All our questions and accommodations were answered in a timely manner. We did not experience any issues. The rental home was beautiful, clean and exactly what the photos displayed. This was a great 3 day experience for our group of 16-20. There were a bunch of indoor and outdoor activities to accommodate for everybody. We enjoyed our much needed time away from the city. I would recommend this location if you are looking to unwind and need some peace and quiet.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at this gem of a place called whipering woodland. It is a brand new place and we were the forst guests. The place was really good and very well equipped! All the instructions were well described. The support team was great and they are available 24*7! We couldnt use the pool which was a bit of a disappointment as they open the pool only from April mid. Would definitely recommend this to others. Thank you Vacation Rental 365.

Everything was very thoughtfully designed and displayed. The game garage was a big hit with the kids. No negatives with this house only positives.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful Cabin Home made for Family Fun. Loved the big dining table and counter stools for all our family meals. The bunk room was a hit with the kids. And the garage made into a game room was a very nice extra benefit. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking appliances, well organized and labeled. Mins away from Suncadia Lodge for dining options. Safeway grocery about 10 mins away. Leavenworth about 60-90 mins depending on traffic and snow/weather.

Negative experience: The house was awesome. Will never again touch anything 365 manages again. They were very hard to get on the phone and they aren't local. The person I talked to barely spoke English and had no idea where Cle Elum was. They also sent a picture with one of our vehicles having one tire 2 inches off the edge of the pavement and tried to charge us $250. They are simply the worst. Don't ruin your getaway. Other great agencies.in the area that are easy to deal with.

Fantastic experience: Our family enjoyed a week of relaxation at this beautiful home. It was just as it appeared in the photos online. Very spacious, plenty of kitchen items, high end finishes, many indoor games to choose from which were in great shape. We were impressed with the cleanliness as well. We were able to unpack and relax right away (really happy we did not have to clean first!). This was our first VR 365 rental and I would certainly recommend them based on our stay. Excellent vacation!

Fantastic experience: The Playground in the Pines house was beyond my expectations. The house was spacious for our group of 17 (including 9 kids under 13). Snow plows came and cleared the driveway each morning.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful House! We are several families who share Thanksgiving each year, driving from Seattle, White Salmon & Portland. This was our favorite house so far! Beautifully furnished, well equipped kitchens, perfect sleeping arrangements for our crew, fun amenities: fireplaces, tvs, tons of games, outside fire pit table, bocce ball, 2 kitchens which made preparing dinner much easier! We had a great time and are probably coming back next year

Fantastic experience: All in all, we had a nice, quick stay at 7th Heaven. It was very clean, the game room was a big hit with the littles and we even got to see the large herd of elk slowly walk the adjacent fairway. The house runs on a “on demand” water heater so it takes a very long time to get water to some faucets. I’m not sure how to correct that… maybe a recirculating pump?… We also had an issue with a clogged toilet. The plunger at the house does not cover the hole in the toilet (it’s a sink plunger and not a flange plunger. Yes, there is a difference lol). It was unable to create a seal therefore the “plunging” wasn’t successful. Maintenance came out but didn’t have any tools with them. The whole ordeal was more than we wanted to deal with but we made it work. Again, the house is lovely. It is great for families and the outlook/location are fantastic. Yes, we had a few bumps in the road but we still had a very pleasant time.

Great 30th anniversary with our daughters!

My family enjoyed the converted garage- game room with mini putting green air hockey table and ping pong and of course the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked and it was nice to have a large table. The upstairs gets hot on hot days so it would have been nice to have the AC on before our check in as it took a long time to cool down. Overall great house and VR365 was very informative and easy to work with.

Fantastic experience: We had the best weekend with our families this long weekend. Everything was perfect. One of our favorite rentals and we rent a lot of places in Ronald. Would love to come back.

Fantastic experience: The home was perfect for our stay at Suncadia Resort. The home was comfortable and had all the amenities one could think of. The fire pit on the back patio was perfect after a long day of exploring the resort and nearby Roslyn. Communication with the host was fantastic and they were always available to answer questions.
