Fantastic experience: I never used a Travel Agent before, but when it came time for my daughter's honeymoon in Italy last summer, I knew I was going to need some guidance. A friend recommended we use Roe at Boca Express Travel. She planned an incredible trip for my daughter and son-in-law, combining what they wanted to see with her recommendations. Negative experience: My intake with Juan was a difficult one. At the end of us going over the city’s where I wanted to stay in Peru , he blindsided me the starting to put together an offer they company requires a $300 fee. I respect their policies BUT it would appropriate to advise new potential clients their requirements prior to spending 20 min on a phone. Saves my time and theirs. Also being a regular travel this is the first time I’m experiencing any deposit for DOING THE research.

We had an incredible trip and amazing experiences as we learned more about Romania's history. People were amazing, we had an incredible guide (Laurentiu) who is also a beekeeper...and shared personal experiences. All of this was possible because Roe of Boca Express Travel listened to what we wanted then made it happen, and MORE. She is awesome!

Fantastic experience: Teresa O'Hara saved us a small fortune in money and even more in aggravation. When we had to switch hotels in Maui due to the fires, I selected a replacement hotel that offered canoeing. When we arrived the hotel had sold that service (nothing to do with the fires). Teresa was able to get our $50/day resort fee waived for all 3 rooms which I used to pay another company for the canoe ride. The hotel manager refused my request and was really nasty. Teresa also got a rate cheaper than I found PLUS got the breakfast buffet included for all 6 of us. The breakfast buffet was $50 each so each day that was $300/day that she was able to save us. We've used Teressa for cruises for several years and love her follow up/keeping us on our toes and refer her to family and friends. This was the first time we used a travel agent for a hotel but due to the expense we wanted her expertise. We will now use her for trips involving hotels.

Fantastic experience: Salvo Carol Ann and Veronica, Thank you for every effort you facilitated on our behalf. Your itinerary worked out seamlessly once AA got us there. The hotels were terrific. Our two favorites were Hotel Santa Maria in Rome and Guardino il Segreto in Pienza. The scheduled activities were wonderful and gave us both structure and freedom to explore. We really loved the experiences, the context, the foods and of course the wines!! Our Vatican guide stated: Rome is like a lasagne. The excavation that has reaped layers of living and artifacts precludes them from having a subway. Our guide in Florence was a native to that city and had studied art there. She taught us a wide range of things. The fast pass into the Academie was outstanding. Transportation was a much needed provision!! Wow! Rental car was great!! We . At age 87 Michelangelo stated: “Ancora Imparo” “I am still learning.” We wholeheartedly agree. We went, we learned, we loved and enjoyed our visit completely!!! Best wishes, Don and Mary Schoenecker
