Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend this agency to anybody. Customer service is horrible. They screwed up my flights and made me pay $1300 more for my family trip. Very disappointed with the experience.
That is NOT TRUE You made the mistake by ordering tkts from washington dulles to salvador and we sent you the itinerary. And after 2 days you called and said sorry should be from salvador to washington!!! We had to change tkts paying the penalty of 250.00 per tkt total $1750.00 for 7 tkts saving you this amiunts and change it to you without penalty and now instead of saying thank you you say we screwd up your family trip???!!! Sham i think better next trip get it from onther travel agency we do not deal with lies.
