Negative experience: One of the least organized and professional businesses I have encountered. I have been on the phone with them twice, on each occasion having a lengthy conversation explaining my situation, where in order to continue they said they will send me an email with all the details to continue. I sat and waited, and no email arrived. When I called after the first time, another person answered to whom I had to again explain the whole situation. Once more they said an email will arrive by the end of the day, and no email arrived. The following day I called for a third time, and yet again a third person answered who had no idea of the story I already explained twice. Eventually I decided to give and move on. I cannot trust my visa with a company this disorganized, this unreliable, and this unprofessional. A simple administrative task of sending out a email seems to be too much for them.

Fantastic experience: If I know Oasis China Visa Services early, I would save a lot. Honestly, their full vice service's charge is quite acceptable. For their passport with visa delivery service, I didn't need to stay in D.C for 3 nights. Recommend!

Fantastic experience: Using Oasis was a very good decision in my visa application. I'm local to the Chinese Embassy. Therefore, I didn't plan to use any agent. However, when I stopped by the embassy, the security guard told me that the format of my application form was incorrect and suggested getting it printed correctly at Oasis next door. In addition to the format, I had questions for which I could not find answers anywhere. Oasis was able to answer all of my questions. I decided to use their help. With their help, I got my visa within 1 week! Their service quality was high; the speed was fast; and the charge was reasonable. Highly recommended even for local applicants!

Fantastic experience: Wow! I must say, Oasis China Visa Services and Pooja were absolutely amazing! I FedEx express shipped my passport to them on December 19th and they just got my passport back to me today, December 26th. I had to do the expedited service due to some personal time constraints, and while it is a bit pricey, this team really makes sure to take care of you and I really appreciate how they mail your passport back in a protective case and even have a lost and found note inside the envelope just in case the passport were to end up at the wrong address. Fantastic experience: I had a challenging situation getting a Chinese visa for my kids b/c of a glitch in the enforcement of the Chinese citizenship regulations for minors (they were born in China). Most agencies would not even try to help. I had to visit the Embassy Visa section in Georgetown personally, and we were able to clarify the confusion. I saw that Oasis is right next door to the Visa office, so I contacted them later, explained the situation, and they agreed it would be no problem. They walked me through the application and all the documents, and guided me toward getting them a (more useful) family visa. I mailed it to them... they received on Tuesday... it was completed and on the way back to me by Thursday. They did a great job!

Fantastic experience: Specifically asked for a CREW visa as I am a Merchant Mariner that travels to China. They were able to get me a 5 year multiple entry visa! This was expedited service. Timeline - 12/6/24 - Inquired about services, see if they can actually help people like me (ships crew, airline). 12/9/24 - App filled out, paid and mailed 2 day service. 1211/24 - Chinese Oasis recieved package. 12/18/24 - Fedex email saying package on the way. 12/19/24 - Visa received Phone and email questions always promptly answered. Fantastic experience: This was my first experience with the VISA process! I am not sure we could have gotten this done without Oasis help, especially EERIK and Pooja! Pooja was my actual agent and she was AWESOME, patience and knowledgeable. We ran into a snag and they resolved that in less than 1/2 day. I was so nervous that I would have to postpone my trip to China, but they pulled that rabbit out the hat! We received our VISA today before Noon and we are on our way tomorrow. Fantastic experience: Oasis helped me from start to finish by being available on the phone or by email, depending on what I needed. They were able to explain things on the visa application which I may have done wrong otherwise. They were fast to reply, and were fast to get my paperwork processed at the local embassy once they received it. It might seem expensive, but much of that cost is the unavoidable embassy fee, and anyway it's much cheaper to use an intermediary than to actually fly to DC and get a hotel so you can go to the embassy in person. I would absolutely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I wish I had known about Oasis China Visa Services before purchasing my plane ticket from Orlando, FL to Washington D.C. to visit the Chinese Embassy. Upon arriving at the embassy, I was informed that I would need to return within a week to pick up my visa, which would require a second round-trip from Florida to D.C. However, as I was leaving, I discovered the Oasis China Visa Services office nearby. Leon explained that I could hire Oasis to handle the visa pickup and have it express-mailed back to me, saving me the additional trip. Fantastic experience: I have been using Oasis China Visa to get visas for my coworkers for business, my self and a friend for tourism. On all 8 instances this year I have worked with Tina. She is extreemly organized, well communicated and prompt with answers to questions. I just recieved my tourist visa only 8 business days after sending it over not express (From Friday to the next Monday over). No issues and no Hassle. I highly recommend these guys. I have been getting chinese visas on and off for 12 years and this is the least head ache I have had in the process.

Fantastic experience: Very convenient, I did the application myself because I did not know their services existed. If you do not live in DC like me you can use them. I flew in, did my application at the embassy then found this company because I did not have a copy of my ID. I saw they would mail your passport to you for $70 (I believe it was) between applying at the embassy on a Monday, being told to pick my passport up on Thursday and worrying who would pick it up for me I used there services and received tracking info in my email that Thursday and had my passport by Monday. And I appreciate the passport cover/holder they put on it. Good quality. Definitely worth it and recommend using them if you are not in the DC area.

Fantastic experience: Listen, even if you don’t have plans to go to China, just get a visa from Oasis China Visa Services. This agency is ON IT. Everyone told me to go with a local place (I live in Dallas), and I tried - but Oasis charged less (the place in Dallas couldn’t even match their fees), was way more organized, and clearly knew what they are doing. Oasis did a detailed review of our FOUR applications, gave a clear and succinct list of corrections, and processed our visas so fast - we got them back a little over a week after we mailed our documents. And we didn’t even do the expedited service! Oasis also communicated along the way, so I never felt stressed about where our passports were. Our passports also arrived in a really nice package (each in a clear plastic sleeve - I’m definitely going to keep those) with sticky notes showing us what to double check (of course it was all perfect). Oasis took the stress out of the process and handled everything so professionally. And that’s coming from someone who is super type A. So what are you waiting for?! Get your visa with them!

Fantastic experience: My daughter needed a visa for an upcoming educational visit to China. She couldn't travel to the Chinese Embassy in DC (Houston consulate is closed) due to college field session. She was the only person in her group who needed to apply through the Chinese Embassy so we were on our own to locate an agency to handle this process on her behalf. I looked at several options, then decided to use Oasis China Visa Services. I didn't love the idea of sending a passport through the mail to a random company I'm not familiar with, but we had no choice if my daughter was going to travel to China. I read reviews and felt Oasis seemed the most trustworthy. Once I gave my daughter the name of the agency to use, she handled the rest. She forwarded emails to me to let me know what was happening, cost, etc. Leon with Oasis was an excellent communicator -- quick responses and clear, friendly communication. The price was less than I expected. Since there was some confusion about where to apply for the visa, my daughter had to wait for a new official letter. Oasis was able to get the visa without the need to pay extra to expedite. What I thought was going to be a difficult process for a number of reasons was in reality very easy. I would use Oasis without hesitation in the future if the need for a visa to travel to China comes up again.

Every time I have renewed my Chinese visa with them, it is always such a smooth & easy process (that is if YOU as your own individual do your part in gathering all t he required docs). If any alterations to your application need to be made, they are very clear in specifying at how to resolve it. I wish we had service as such here locally. Also, OI have never had an issue mailing in my passport etc. Love them!

Fantastic experience: Great service experience. I live in a state far from DC. It would be too much trouble for me to fly there myself and stay there waiting for over one week. I compared many visa application companies, and I chose the Oasis because there are local offices close to the embassy. They have many years of experience applying for visas, and the staffs know what to do. My choice was right. It was quick and simple. The stuff connected me via email and I just need to prepare the documents according to the request and send them out. They do not have a backlog of cases and will deliver the documents to the embassy as soon as they receive them. I got the Visa less than 2 weeks. I would recommend it to anyone who needs it.

Fantastic experience: I live in Dallas. Going to drop off the visa application to DC come back to Dallas, or staying at a hotel in DC until the visa process was completed, was not an option for me. Fantastic experience: Great service!!! They’re located pretty close to the Chinese Visa Section. Fast and great costumer service. You need to fill a form and pay their shipping fees and visa fees and they send your documents the same day that they’re picked up. And you have them with in 2 days.
