Fantastic experience: I had been planning a vacation to Punta Cana with my family for months. After searching for agencies and comparing prices, I decided on Yestravel. The agent Katherine assisted me; she was very kind and was there to clarify all my doubts. We stayed at the Riu Palace Punta Cana, the hotel is beautiful, the facilities are very good, the beach is wonderful, and the staff's attention is excellent. The good thing about this hotel is that it allows you to access the other Riu hotels that are next to each other, like the Riu Palace Bávaro, which is also excellent, and the Riu party. Additionally, if you go with children, they are guaranteed to have fun. I must say that the rooms are not that great due to moisture; it rains a lot there, but everything else was fine. I am very grateful, and if I go back, I would definitely go to the same hotel with Yes Travel.

Fantastic experience: Yes travel agency, and especially Shily, allowed us to travel to Punta Cana with part of the family from Cuba, giving the grandparents the privilege to meet their grandchildren and enjoy a wonderful stay at Serenade Punta Cana. Our trip was in December 2023, but I couldn't help but write about the excellent service of the agency, ensuring all the details of flights, transportation, and even the smallest details when checking in. I recommend them 100%.

Negative experience: A disaster from start to finish,,,,DO NOT BRING YOUR RELATIVE FROM CUBA WITH THIS AGENCY,,, they do not honor the reservation, change the flights, the schedule and the airport where your relative arrives and they don't even notify you, our relatives 'were supposed to arrive at Punta Cana airport in the morning' and it turned out that after we paid they sent me the confirmation with everything changed and without notifying me, 'arriving at 7pm at Santo Domingo Las Américas airport' and THEY ALSO sent them to 'Isabela airport 3 hours away' and we found out because we went to pick them up, because they put them on the bus and you don’t even know where they are coming from, they arrived at 2am, lost that whole first day at the hotel not just them but us too, and on the day of departure since the flight leaves at 7am they pick them up at 1:20am the day before, last day also lost, it is disrespectful and mistreatment, they take advantage of the situation of Cubans shamelessly. Not to mention that on my return there were two passengers with the same seat and in addition we had a 4-hour delay.

Fantastic experience: Excellent vacation we had as a family thanks to YesTravel. I put my trust in Alina (Yes representative) and for the second year I can say: Thank you Yes!! We enjoyed an excellent hotel, the price was divine for the super quality of the hotel in Rivera Maya. Every month before the trip I could count on Alina's guidance, advice, and help with the paperwork. Even though my flight was not through Yes; everything was perfect for my transfer both to and from the hotel to the airport. Contact them and relax.. your vacation will be guaranteed success.. travel with Yes, call them, ask for Alina and you won't regret it!!

Negative experience: I have a very bad opinion about Yes travel. We traveled to the Dominican Republic and when we left the airport, there was a lot of disorder to board the buses that take you to the hotel. Not to mention that the plane was terrible; the water they provided was poorly served, you couldn't even move. On the way back, we spent three hours at the airport waiting for our luggage. Then, I brought my family from Cuba and they lost a suitcase. We spent the whole week claiming it and they never gave us a response. On the last day, we found it ourselves in another hotel because some guests we already knew told us it was there, and indeed, during the whole week, they did not take any action to find it. The representative answered us very rudely, without caring at all. In short, I wouldn't travel with them again; it was a very bad experience.

Positive experience: A week ago I traveled with Yes and I'm going to share my experience. Personally, the person who assisted me at Yes was an excellent person named Shyli, and honestly, her service was unique. Now, the airplane and the airline Avelo on the day I traveled were supposed to leave at 6 am; the flight completely changed its schedule to 7:30 am, and at that time they started boarding passengers. It actually left around 8. The pickup by Yes in Punta Cana was spectacular; a magnificent bus, everything was very good there. However, their agent at the Lopesan Costa Bavaro hotel, I had a small issue with the excursion to Coco Bongo. First, they told me that the show there ended at 12 am, but I found out that it actually ended at 1 am. Second, the vehicle that was supposed to pick me up at 7 pm never showed up, and an agent from Nexustour called, I don't know where, and told me 'your transport is not coming, there was a mix-up; you will go in a taxi that we will pay for.' I felt very uncomfortable with that because that was not what was agreed upon. In total, we were 7 people. That was on a Thursday. On Friday, my last day at the hotel, your agent, who is a woman and a man at that hotel, never apologized for what happened. In my opinion, that was a bit wrong. If you ask me about traveling with you again, I would only do it because of the treatment from your agent Shyli, just for that.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service, you call and they don't pick up the phone ☎️ when you finally manage to communicate, the information is given grudgingly, and to top it off, when there is something that might interest you, they say they will send you the information and there you are left waiting like a fool for your whole life, and that’s how they want to sell.

Fantastic experience: Travel Date: March 15 to 25, 2024. Impressive Punta Cana Hotel. I live in Atlanta, GA. I contacted Yes Travel to help me get my sister out of Cuba and bring her to share the vacation with her. I confess that at first I felt very doubtful that things would go well, especially with my sister's process, her visa, flight, etc. But once I started talking to Alina, I immediately had the certainty that everything would turn out great. Together with her, we overcame each stage with little difficulty because she was always available to explain our doubts.
