She cared for everything with an amazing attention to detail, we didn't have to think about anything. Fantastic experience: Lynnette at Wish Upon A Star With Us did a great job setting up our Disneyland vacation for New Years. I tried to make a reservation at our favorite restaurant, The Blue Bayou, which was all booked. Lynnette was able to get us a reservation. My whole family had an amazing time at the parks and hotel. This is our second time using Wish Upon A Star With Us and we will continue to use their services.

Fantastic experience: Make a Wish with Brittany was an amazing resource for us as we planned a day at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom on short notice! Brittany helped us find the perfect hotel, get our tickets secured, and sort out meal reservations during one of the busiest times of the year- Christmas! Brittany responded quickly to my initial inquiry and was helpful with answering any question that came up as our trip got closer and then continued to help us even while there! Fantastic experience: We recently went on a trip to Hawaii. Sally did an excellent job of setting this trip up. We did the cruise around the islands with time there before and after - it was all wonderful! Sally handled all of the details and there was nothing to chance - it all worked out beautifully. Fantastic experience: I am a real planner who usually enjoys doing all the bookings myself and making Excel files with plans. But I knew Disney needed a whole extra level of planning. Im SO GLAD that i used Tamara & Wish Upon a Star. She was able to get on the phone with Disney and ask all my really specific questions and take care of the early morning reservations for me. My trip was everything I hoped it would be and I got to have as much fun planning as I wanted and everything I didn't feel like dealing with was taken care of for me. Fantastic experience: Disney can be very confusing. We saved time and money by using Lauren, who specializes in Disney. Why try to keep up with all the changes when you can have personal service? Lauren made all our hotel, parks, and meal reservations for FREE (just commission on the room). Saved us money by recommending the best days and resorts. Helped us pick the right rides and attractions for our seven-year-old granddaughter. Spent time with us on the phone and zoom to answer our questions. And, of course, very responsive to email. We never waited for more than a few minutes our entire week. We had the best time! This is the second time we’ve used Lauren and recommended her to several other people—all have been delighted.

Fantastic experience: I've booked 2 cruises through Sara Toerner and everything about the process was incredibly easy. Sara goes on the ships, she knows the layouts, best places to travel, best room locations. She took care of it all, got me the best price, setup an easy payment plan through the cruise line, and arranged it so that we sat at the same dinner table as another family we were traveling with. That family booked through a completely different agent, wasn't a problem for Sara. I won't use anyone else for booking future trips.

Fantastic experience: We booked a 7 day Mexican Riviera cruise with the help of Seana Beard on the Carnival Panorama. Seana understood my worries of it being my 1st cruise. Our trip was planned through Sara Toerner with some assistance from her assistant Macy Fleming! Fantastic experience: This couldn't have possibly been a better vacation at Disney (with a one day trip to Universal added). Amber laid out a detailed plan for each day, each park, each restaurant, each ride in fact. We were able to get so much park activity in with 9 of us that it was unbelievable. Easily twice as much or more than I thought we were going to be able to do. And her suggestions for restaurants were spot on, especially on the last day when we were able to see 4 Disney characters who gave us a LOT of their time because we followed the plan. I wish I could share details but there isn't enough space on the internet to tell how much fun we had. Amber went above and beyond, giving us suggestions while we were making adjustments to our plans when rides went out of service. THE most fun we've had in years !

At first it overwhelming , Josh had almost ever option we could ask for going to Universal studios and staying at Surfside inn summer Resort . Also , through out trying to make a reservation and changing plans and options with my family . Josh kept plugging away and never gave up on us on helping finding the right package for universal studios. He was very knowledgeable on universal and general info . I was impressed with everything he did. I recommend this for any Disney trips, cruises etc.

Positive experience: Clean, convenient, handy to scooter rental on premises. Nice view of Matterhorn, the monorail and mountains off in distance. Great view of Disneyland fireworks. Quiet, comfortable beds, plenty of towels and nice size bathroom. Plenty of storage and mini fridge that worked well. Just a half block from the Harbot Blvd entrance to Disney property. McDonald’s right next door. I would definitely stay there again.

Seana answered all my questions in a timely manner. I was planning a trip to Walt Disney World for me and my mom. My mom has mobility issues so I was really confused on what to do! Seana set up everything for us, transportation to and from the airport, a scooter to use for the weekend, she gave us recommendations on the best places to eat, etc. She was great and when I have a need for help in the future she will be my first call! Top tier service from Seana!

Fantastic experience: Wish Upon a Star (Amanda in particular) was so very helpful and sincerely interested in us having a great Disney trip. We have been three times but there is so much to think about and things change such as with all the ride apps. It was very nice to have her input and reminders. She helped with all the planning including parks and a cruise, made sure we were ready the week prior by hosting me at coffee and getting up very early to help us log in to reserve queues while we were on a flight.

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing Disney experience thanks to Erin and all of her hard work in coordinating our trip. We’ve done Disney several times before but never stayed on site and never with much planning out our time there. Erin’s advice on where to stay and how to get the most out of our time at each park made our trip so stress-free and enjoyable! She booked all of our meals for us, recommended best times to get the rides that we wanted, and was always available for last minute questions or recommendations. Fantastic experience: This was my first time using a travel agent. I always thought I couldn't afford it. I didn't know that their services are paid by the company with whom you book. Having a travel agent like Audrey made things so much easier. It is often a hassle to communicate with cruise lines. Audrey was able to handle thing such as: help with dietary restrictions and room locations. She was there to help every step of the way. I could reach out and often within minutes or hours (at the most), she would reply. I highly recommend this company and Audrey. She is helpful and kind and we will use her again.

Fantastic experience: Overall a great experience working with Wishing Upon a Star. Planning a family Disney trip can be overwhelming especially for the first time, but working with Kim really help us plan out our first Disney trip that we have been wanting to take our kids on for several years. She provided us with a wealth of information to help us navigate our decisions such as which resort to stay at which parks to go to and other important decisions to make the most of our vacation. Also she was really patient with explaining the details and showing us how to use the Disney apps. She even was able to find some great discounts for our trip and brought us some gifts to help surprise our kids. This vacation was hands down one of our favorite if not our favorite. We are looking to go back to Disney World in the next 2-3 years and look forward to working with Kim and Wish Upon a Star!

Fantastic experience: Carrielyn’s customer service is second to none. It was our 3rd trip to Disney World and our best. The step by step itinerary once you get into the park was amazing; we hardly waited in any lines. She also helped us get into popular restaurants at the last minute. I learned things about navigating the parks that made a huge difference. I will definitely use her again on our next Disney vacation.

Positive experience: The agent Crystal was quick to respond and send reminders before our trip. We were unfortunately not able to get into the ocean at all during our trip due to the water quality which was a huge let down. We were going to the beach to be at the beach. There were also seaweed mounds from where the maintenance crew cleaned the beach and piled all the remains in front of all the beach lounge chairs. It was just so odd you had to walk around them to get to the oceans edge. I also wouldn’t recommend flying Frontier in the future, the bag fees and experience on the way down left a lot to be desired. There was an unruly passenger seated next to my husband and the flight attendants failed to relocate them or take control of the situation. Also, we experienced a delay on the return flight had to be taxied out to our plane and separated from our group due to the lack of free seat assignments which was nerve racking when in another country. We have traveled all inclusive previously and felt the food quality some places was great and underwhelming others. The resort activities and entertainment also wasn’t as great as we have had at other resorts in the past. For the price and location I just expected more…the weather was beautiful during our visit and the room was well cared for during our stay.

Fantastic experience: Ila planned an amazing week for my daughter and me to celebrate my daughter's 5th birthday at Disney World. She walked me through everything that I needed to do, and she was able to get us reservations for some of the character meals thay my daughter looked forward to. The information and tips Ila provided for each day of our trip were so helpful - it made our days in the parks run smoothly! I look forward to working with Ila again for future trips.
