Negative experience: The representative Mark Manson did not give me adequate information. Even though I told him that Vizag is my final destination, my international booking was made only till Delhi and I ended up booking a domestic flight and I had to collect and pick up my baggage and go through the security check twice, Once at Delhi and then at Vizag because of this. The same issue will repeat for my return as well which is very annoying and tiring for Such a long journey. Also the agent just rushed me to book the tickets not proving all this information which I did not know as a first time traveller back home. I called flyback and asked to connect back to the agent but never got a call back. I don't think I will use this service again,

The website [.com or.ca] is unknown to some people. They give us a call back to confirm, but the company will charge us cancellation fees if we decide to cancel. However they give some better possible options for another flight.
