Negative experience: It was around mid-afternoon on November 15, 2024. I entered to be greeted by the worse and rudest B I have ever experienced, at this place. People in the past were friendly, smiling, and happy to help you. Not that day. Hiring standards have gone down the tubes - from AAA to FFF.

Fantastic experience: independent contractor came in within 20 min. on Sunday around 7pm although AI robot said 1 hour.

Fantastic experience: Citlali and Ron was great! They figure out some solution for me that I couldn’t get in other locution. They also was super nice and helpful and ask me always. If there is anything that I need to get help with. Thank you guys and I will see you soon .

Fantastic experience: Today I came in to change my Arizona registration to California, the Lady who helped me Lyric (I know I'm spelling it wrong) was amazing and Absolutely so patient with me. I thought this was going to take so long and it didn't take long at all. Every single person who came in was greeted and helped within seconds of walking through the door. I really appreciate all her help with everything!

Negative experience: This place was horrible with service. I tried to get a copy of a transaction I had paid in cash to show the dmv for refund and they say they can not give me one there system doesn't do that at the check in counter. Get to the back they are able to print one and they say they can not give me that copy cause they are not allow to cause the dmv chargers for that but I can go into the dmv and get it and have to pay for it. So head the warning they are all not trained the same way, different types of stories, save your receipts so you do not run into the problem I have. This was to prevent me having to go to the dmv cause they offer regerstration services but that can be missed leading. Pay the fee for membership but get screwed over. By the way I'm a planner I called about four times get transferred to a call center then to this branch to ask before I make the drive left a message never got a call back.

Negative experience: Worst customer service, the lady who attended us today was not very contributing with doing her work, me and my mom lost time in this place, the reason was because of the signature, she went with her manager and call dmv making us lose, and making her write a statement the thats my mom signature, like pls lady is not our first time coming here and every time we come here is always something different. Like y’all seriously should keep up on what you guys doing because it’s very stupid how this people work

Negative experience: The insurance agents here have a bad attitude and won’t respond to emails. Also the DMV is really caught up to speed it’s faster than AAA when you use the mobile app same day get a number and in line quick. AAA is scam you don’t need it and when you do they make you pay

Negative experience: I purchased insurance for my car from AAA, and after just two months, they decided to cancel my policy, claiming it was a commercial vehicle. This was never mentioned when I signed up, and now I'm left without coverage. Terrible experience! I will never use AAA again.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience here. There was a bit of a line/wait, be we came at 10:30am so that is probably a busy time. Next time I would come as they open. All the staff were nice and helpful. We got our international drivers permit and Ron was great ! VictorB

Negative experience: This is for one employee only- I’ve been coming here for years 1st time having an issue with registration. The girl with the long red weave or wig is totally incompetent & needs to improve her customer service skills. She turned me away with all documents in hand and payment.

Negative experience: Total incompetence! I specifically asked if China recognizes the IDP (International Driving Permit) and the clerk told me yes. I paid $31 for an IDP only to learn shortly after that China is the only country that does not recognize the IDP programme. Someone at the Automobile Club owes me $31.

Fantastic experience: This is a really great location! All staff is super helpful wether you’re going in for DMV or triple A services. Yasmin was a big help in assisting with my DMV services and overall the team at this location works really well together. Went in to get a quote as well and left with a really good policy that was very well explained to me, all of my questions were answered and I felt very confident in the plan I ended up leaving with. Definitely recommend!!

Negative experience: Terrible experience here. They could not manage to get my vehicle registered while charging the proper amount of CA tax for my address in LA County. I was given the choice to overpay by more than $100, or not have my vehicle registered. I chose the latter.

Negative experience: Poor service for travel, waited an hour and they never called my name. Still no trip recommendations

Negative experience: DO NOT PAY FOR YOUR INSURANCE AT THIS LOCATION. The older lady at the back counter who takes insurance payments screwed up my payments on multiple occasions. I tell her my name, number, model and make, and she proceeds to blame me for not having my insurance with me. She instead has me pay another policy in my account. Funny enough another woman passes by me telling me she had had the same issue with the same woman and that she goes to another location because of it. This location obviously lets this woman get away with her bitter and careless attitude but you’re better off not wasting your time with this location for payment purposes. I’m not one to complain about businesses but the miserable woman needs to be held accountable.

Fantastic experience: We needed to choose a cruise tour. They coordinated us quickly over the phone and we arrived quickly. Very friendly staff. There was plenty of space to park the car. The manager listened to us completely and offered the best options.

I appreciated him doing his due diligence when I thought I was being overcharged by the DMV; also appreciated his empathy when we found I was not being overcharged lol. Very quick, kind people here who explain things to you nicely. Way better than going to the DMV.

Negative experience: Do not go here for real Estate notarys. They do not know what they are doing even when you give the directions from a law firm

Positive experience: DMV service’s at AAA are fast and easy. Being open on Saturday’s are a plus!

Negative experience: They fight tooth and nail to just do what they are supposed to do when you have them for insurance which is cover and protect you when you are in an accident. They are more than happy to charge almost $500 a month to cover two cars, one which isn’t even being driven because it needs the transmission replaced, but when it comes to paying out for a claim, forget it. They will even take sides with the other party and implicate that you are lying, their own customer. Ugh. No thanks.

Negative experience: Support for travel has been really frustrating! Communication is not kept timely and never as committed. A great deal of change in agents since the one we dealt with for years. Never had an issue. Retuned calls and emails no later than a day. Always provided costs and schedule.

Positive experience: I love to avoid DMV as much as possible and AAA is worth every penny. Only problem is the payment types they accept. No debit cards accepted which is very inconvenient.

Negative experience: This place is right outside my house, they dont care for the neighbors around, this passed weekend they were painting the roof and every car within the street has now ruined paint because of this business. Overspray on every single car on the block. Im going to be taking this matter further than this because this is unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: Easy in and out. The lot is semi crowded looking, but it's actually fairly empty. The employees are spread out socially distanced, and only four customers are allowed inside at a time. The lines outside were separated into one line for dmv services and one line for regular AAA services. The lines outside were only 2 or 3 people long and the line moved fast. I was very pleased that I didn't have to go near anyone. I felt safe the entire time. They don't accept debit card, so bring your credit card or check or cash.
