Negative experience: Looks scammy. They need your AA account and password for however long it takes to sell your miles to someone else. They said 4-8 weeks. Then, they want your LinkedIn profile link for "Identity verification". Following that, they want your credit card number, expiration date, cvv code, and billing address to "cover the charges/taxes for miles redemption". Looks like a doorway to full-blown identity theft and getting TSA/Homeland Security beating your door down for buying a terrorist a plane ticket and a credit card.

Negative experience: Their website states clearly “when it comes to AMEX, we NEVER require access to your account.” They then sent me an offer and said they would need my full account details including username and password, and to not change it until they transfer the point which could take several months... Also, they asked for my credit card number, expiry date, both the front and back CVV and my security pin with AMEX. So basically, they want all the information to commit fraud on my account and then me be liable 100% for it due to willingly giving away this information, after their site misleadingly states they will “never” ask for account information. I feel like this is a total scam and the reviews here are all fake, or I just got duped by two bad actors with this company (Ben, and Sheer). Anyways, if you’re gonna use this place, I’d be careful. All the information they are asking for is exactly what they need to commit fraudulent charges on your account that you then are fully liable for due to giving your information away willingly. Not saying they’d do that, but how much can you really trust some random site off the internet like this not to take advantage of you.
