Fantastic experience: Jackie was very helpful. Good customer service.

Negative experience: Had my car towed there after it breaking down. Seemed like good service until it wasn’t. They weren’t able to fix my car and told me to take it to the dealership. I went to take my car after they confirmed it was drivable only to get down the street for my car to break down in the middle of the road again. Called back to the service center and they just told me to call a tow. No sorry or anything about giving back my car still in the condition I dropped it off in. They did give me an oil change and a carbon filter clean. But the service was honestly sub par. Won’t be going back.

Negative experience: Went here because my sister's car was having problems. First off NICO decided to do a combustion cleaning for 200 whatever that means and a oil change. STILL did not fix the issue. So he tells us to drive it to a dealerships cuz they can't figure it out. Tell me it's safe to drive. We'll 3 minutes down the rd it dies. Then i had to call a tow. What a waste of time. I am so incredible angry with NICO. Clearly lied to us and has no idea what they are doing. I'm definitely checking to see if they actually changed to oil in the car. All around terrible experience. Never bring your car here and watch out for NICO

Negative experience: I have been getting my cars serviced here with fairly good results over 10 years. When the service was subpar they were quick to fix it. Recently it seems that the whole service department has turned over and is under new management. I just got an oil change, tire rotation and annual inspection done. It took them less than an hour to complete all of that. Or should I say they told me they completed that. I have never had this service done in no less than two hours because the exhaust test is at least 30 minutes. When I asked the guy at the front if they completed all the things I asked for he said 'yes, they are really quick." I'm not sure how you can speed up an annual inspection aside from just putting stickers in the windshield and calling it done. There's a whole different vibe at this location and it smells of ineptitude and half-assedry. I wonder if they even bothered to change the oil. I have a sticker in my windshield with a number scribbled on it. I've always had a computer printer sticker that gave me info about my next oil change. I'm sure my tires were not rotated, either. I no longer trust this location to service my vehicle and will check out the Warminster location in the hopes that they are more competent and honest. Luckily I am a AAA Premium member so should I need a tow, I can go the extra 10 miles to the other location. I will likely call corporate and report this location. It's sad that it went downhill so quickly.

Negative experience: Mostly miserable. Must be very low morale because all of the 4 employees I was bounced around to were unhappy and unhelpful. Maybe they are going for that DMV vibe- if so….nailed it!

Negative experience: I do not recommend this AAA location for car service. After having a good experience with registration and title change here, I made an appointment for an inspection. As part of the inspection, they replaced one of my tires and that tire has gone flat multiple times and my tire pressure light comes on every other day or so since receiving it. Because of this, I took my car back and let them know about the tire issues and mentioned that I think it may be that my valve stem needs to be replaced. When my car was given back to me, they said they “resealed” the tire and that my tire pressure light was still on but it would go off when the tire “resets”. After leaving, my tire pressure light continues to come on so I will need to take it elsewhere to see what is wrong. The staff is incompetent and does not care. I had zero confidence throughout my entire car care experience here.

Fantastic experience: Jason Davis, Insurance Agent, is a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. I saved a significant amount of money on my insurance plans with better coverage and more recently, Jason helped me to troubleshoot and make a really great decision with my deductible, as well as understand comprehensive vs. collision and how that could impact my rates moving forward. It's quite valuable to have an insurance that I can meet in person and speak to directly when I have questions or need professional solutions. Give AAA a chance for your insurance needs! Thank you.

Negative experience: The greeter at this location can barely bother to acknowledge you when you walk in, even if you are the only person there. The staff in general are disinterested, disengaged, and behave like they are doing you a big favor. I had to go three times in two weeks to register three cars, and had the same subpar experience all three times. I did call to share this with the manager but I'm not going back. I also cancelled my inspection appointments (I had 3 scheduled). The exception was the manager of the car care, who was wonderful, but it's not worth having to deal with the rest of the staff. I can get better service locally. I recently moved from Los Angeles. The AAA offices there are staffed with engaged, customer focused staff. This location can learn a thing or two about how to serve their members.

Positive experience: I feel that service went downhill. I went in for the summer maintenance package and nothing seemed to go right. I made this appointment a week in advance. Apparently they only had one tech back there for oil changes. They didn't have the right part to change out my wiper blades so I couldn't get those. No I didn't get a fluid check and to top it off they noticed I had a check engine light and didn't even see what it was. I know I was the last appointment you had but I know free inspections are apart of the membership service. I appreciate the discount for the oil change at least. ‍♀️ Y'all must not want any money. This might not renew my membership this time.

Fantastic experience: Very easy. No issues.

Negative experience: $100 oil change that takes 1 hour 30 minutes. I called beforehand and was told for my vehicle it would be $75 and a $20 AAA membership discount would make it $55. When you go to get the service, they add on the fees and extra oil charge. If you plan on getting an oil change, just go across the street to Valvoline where it's in the $50's. Plus it'll be done in 20 minutes instead of the 1 hour 30 minutes it took: 40 minutes to just lift the vehicle, then shortly after lower the vehicle, mechanic breakfast break 8:45am, 15 minutes later to lift the vehicle again. They skipped the brake/wheel check for me so I could get out "early". I guess the one benefit is the window to the shop at the waiting area so you can see what goes into a $100 oil change.

Fantastic experience: After an ungodly wait of 6 hours for AAA roadside assistance Tow to arrive. It was such a pleasure to be greeted by Juan the service manager on duty who went above and beyond to have my vehicle serviced in an extremely professional and timely manner. His customer service is top notch.

Negative experience: This location deserves ZERO stars. I went in for my rear tire which had a slow leak. It was determined that I had a nail in the tire, and both tires needed to be replaced to the time of $600. I agreed to price and the work was done. Less than 10 minutes of driving on the PA Turnpike, my car had two factory warning. One said the the tires were too small for AWD, the second said the car was overheating and to STOP immediately! I returned the cat to AAA to be met with callousness from both the technician and site manager: Tom Connolly. Tom explained that it was an honest mistake, and wanted to know what I wanted done about it. He said that he would need to drive to Warminster to get the correct size tires. I responses by saying that this shouldn’t have ever happened in the first place. Furthermore, this “honest mistake” could have had dire consequences. I expect compensation for my time, and poor service. I would NEVER recommend this location for service needs. Make the drive to Langhorne, PA, they perform decent work.

Fantastic experience: Always a great experience. AAA Willow Grove has always taken good care of me and my car.

Negative experience: Had a battery replaced, Saturday after Thanksgiving. They left off one of the j-bolt connectors, so the battery isn't securely fastened. Also didn't replace access cover to parking brake.

Negative experience: Damaged my rims while putting tires on my truck.

Fantastic experience: Went to transfer a Title & plate. Our agent (Emily Nice) was very good at her job. She really knew what she was doing and did it in a professional yet cordial manner. She should be commended.

Negative experience: horriblie customer service.I would not recommend going here unless you wanna be ignored and brushed off. A week ago my boyfrind was informed Triple A would replace a car battery free of charge. So I called and spoke to Juan who informed that wasn't true that I would have to buy the battery and they would install it for free because of my membership. So to verify I wasn't given the wrong information I called the 1-800 number and was informed Triple A had to test the battery and verify it was in fact dying for the free replacement. So today my boyfriend, who is also a mehanic, stopped by before heading into work and was ignored for a good aprox ten minutes. Then told he'd have to leave the car with them for the day which he could not do cause he was going to work on his day off to finish a job . When he told him all they had to was use the shop battery tester and go from there he was then told, only way to get the battery then sumbit it to Triple A customer service for some, reimbursement for the cost of the battery. Juan only became ruder once he learned my boyfriend was in the same line of work. Highly disappointed in the treatment we received. Juan made no eye contact or even cared that my boyfriend was standing in front of him he kept his eyes on his computer which did upset my boyfriend further because of the lack of respect and poor customser service

Fantastic experience: I went to IdentiGo in this location. Erin and Antonio get all the claps! Very professional, very swift, and very polite for a rainy Saturday afternoon.

Fantastic experience: Went in to get a quote on auto and homeowners insurance. Met with Jason Davis - ended up purchasing both plans, halving what I currently pay with the same coverage. Can't recommend Jason or AAA insurance enough. Jason took the time to explain everything, I even finally understand full tort vs. limited tort and stacking! Even if not a AAA member, set up a time to speak with Jason. Might still save a ton of money. At the very least, you'll have a solid understanding of insurance options.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for any car work I haven't done myself since this location opened. Everyone I've interacted with has been knowledgeable and genuinely enjoy what they do.

Positive experience: Living in Philly, I used to use the South Philly AAA Service Center for inspections/oil changes so I was happy to see one in Willow Grove. This location is pretty nice and the staff are helpful. Got my oil changed and some AC filters replaced here and everything went smoothly for the most part - when I got my car back and turned on the AC there was a very loud noise that was not present before. I went back in and they had a mechanic come out to look. A bunch of tissues/napkins had fallen from the glove box onto a fan for the AC, and easy fix, just would have been cool if someone had checked to make sure everything was working before giving me the car back.

Fantastic experience: The guys at car care in Willow Grove are the best. From Chris Miles and Mike at the front desk to Juan the mechanic, who worked on my car. Juan called me and explained everything good and bad with my car. Always a pleasant experience.

Negative experience: Started out really liking them but after the last few years I've been noticing things that have been catching my attention in the wrong way; little things like charging me for emissions inspection when I should have been exempt or not performing services that I requested. Last time I came in they suggested $1300 worth of repairs to my car. The guy on the phone wasn't even sure what he was talking about when I asked him about my car. Something didn't feel right so I left. I went to AutoZone and got a diagnosis. AutoZone thought that it was just my spark plugs. Took it to a dealership. Dealership diagnosed it and charged me $250. It was my spark plugs. It's been months since then and my car is definitely fixed. AAA wanted to replace all my coils. I saved $1k by going somewhere else. I'm not rich and don't have a spare grand to just throw away.

Fantastic experience: Ok, here is my opinion, I thought my transmission was going on my 2011 honda odyssey, so I told my wife to take it to AAA it was on a Friday so I knew my van wouldn't get looked at for a bit because of the previous customers they had. It took a few days but I expected that only because of the day I brought it in on (friday). So I checked in with Chris he was very direct basically if they can fix it, they will if they can't then they won't. I can't be mad at that. So I checked in Tuesday & talked to Tom again very straight forward (my van was next & his tec is finishing up some other work who was before me) when it was diagnosed it was the oil pressure switch. These guys are straight forward with me & my wife. I don't know them & have never seen them before. My van is running great now. So to Tom & Chris also the tec who worked on my van (I don't know the tecs name otherwise I'd put there name too lol). Thank you for putting my vehicle back on the road. If you are patient with them, they will be patient with you.

Negative experience: As a paid member we should be able to receive photos of our vehicles taken by the drivers that towed our vehicle.

Negative experience: I wish I could specifically leave a review for the IdentoGO services at this location, though the customer service from the entire staff was severely lacking. After I called IdentoGO’s customer service to rectify a mistake with the information on my appointment and was told that the situation had been corrected, I was denied my appointment slot due to the information not matching. I called Idemia/IdentoGO back only to learn that they had, in fact, corrected the information. When I was instructed to go back inside and speak to IdentoGO’s supervisors, the woman at the front desk rudely pointed out that I missed my appointment—the appointment I was denied—and there was no guarantee that they’d take my fingerprints today. This location was openly experiencing technical difficulties, so how was it my fault that their information did not match the information in their company’s system? This appointment was made 80 miles from my residence out of necessity. After being told, while I was still on the phone with IdentoGO, that they’d look me up by UE-ID to see if THAT information matched, I was made to sit and wait. Who knows if this service will ever be completed? How can your information not match the information in IdentoGO’s system?

Negative experience: Just called the store, 07:50 told one minute wait. 8 minutes later I hung up. I can’t believe that twenty minutes after they open there aren’t enough employees there to answer the phone within 8-10 minutes. Generally don’t use AAA. Canceled our membership over thirty years ago because they sucked. Had to use their finger print service for on going background checks for my employment a few months ago. Walked around for a while only to be ignored by every employee in the place. Today I just wanted to ask if I needed an appointment for a passport picture . Going to Walgreens to get it done, they even answered the phone. Most definitely will continue to NOT use AAA.

Negative experience: The only reason I'm giving AAA Willow Grove 1-star is because I have too and the manager Tom was very professional. I brought my vehicle into AAA with a check engine light and oil leak. They stated that they fixed the issue and it was safe to drive despite the car still slightly smoking when I drove it off the lot. The FIRST time that I drove the vehicle (I was picking up my children from daycare), my car continued to smoke. I noticed that the engine caught on fire. Within 60 seconds of the fire starting, my vehicle completely exploded in the middle of the road. I'm lucky I made the decision to exit the car in the middle of the street before it was too late. AAA refused to reimburse me the $1,200 I spent for parts and labor despite my vehicle burning to a crisp the 1st time I drove it. I will never go back to AAA or refer any family/friends to this location.

Finding businesses that understand and offer "customer service" has become rare; this place still gets it and does it right!

Negative experience: Horrible service. I am a AAA client for home, auto and roadside assistance. Went in for a vehicle transfer. I called ahead and was instructed to arrive before 5pm (but never offered an appointment). We drove for an hour and arrived promptly, only to be told that they would not help us. There was another person being serviced, we said we could wait, but we were told that they would not be able to complete the service because the computer "shuts down" at 5:30pm. However, the office is open until 6pm. Frustrating.

Fantastic experience: I recently had to use the services of this AAA to get come Tag/Title work done, some of it was quite complicated and required a flurry of forms to be completed for PennDot. I would have never been able to figure it our on my own but Jamil & Emily at this location were nothing short of amazing. Jamil's knowledge and insight with PennDot's processes are simply unmatched. I was very impressed with his ability to problem solve and just get it done. I cannot thank him enough and his colleague Emily for all the help they gave me with my transactions. If you ever have any questions pertaining to title work or odd mail that you might receive from PennDot, just come in here and talk to these guys. So worth the processing fees to have them take care of it and get it done correctly. Thank you guys!

Negative experience: Got my battery done and advice on my front brake and rotor issue, but my front right wheel is still making noise every time I hit a bump or rigidly surface. I pointed it out to the rep, and he knew right away what it was. I'm not sure why they didn't fix it on site, smh. That was a concern for me, so based on that, the service should have been better. I encourage them to be more involved in completing issues that customers present. I feel that my issue was overlooked, and I'm not sure as to why. I know AAA can provide better service than this.

Negative experience: Never again..A few months my car sat for days before they even did the diagnostic testing.The hose (belt) came off my engine that's connected to my radiator so my transmission fluid came out. My regular mechanic did not secure the belt (hose) tight enough when he replaced my radiator transmission.My fluid spilled out. They lied and said I needed a new radiator. They also said I needed others repairs for this job totaling over $1800.00 .They are dishonest..Chris is rude and the manager is a joke and unprofessional.

I had my car towed to this location on Monday Oct.4 around 1 pm .I call them on Wednesday morning because I had not heard anything about my vehicle. I got a rude unprofessional one named chris.He's telling me they are trying to order parts for my car which they are having trouble getting. How are you ordering parts when you have yet to tell me the diagnosis?? His reason was he did not get my paper work until late the night before Soo what time did you call around for parts..9pm?? He kept telling me different stories.I will use the towing (not there of course) I wouldn't take a bicycle with a flat tire for them to repair.Worst experience at a car repair shop!

Fantastic experience: Brought my wife and my application for international drivers licenses and was in and out in 20 minutes. They were very helpful and efficient.

Fantastic experience: I like it here. We trust these guys. Some of the prices are a little steep, for changing an air filter, for example--- if you know how to do it, do that before going. If not, google it. That's overpriced. They're booked pretty solid, lately, so be sure to make an appointment a week in advance. Honestly, they are such great guys, the interactions make getting anything done on our cars not so bad.

Negative experience: My car was heavily hit by their insured on August 6th, they first assigned me to an agent that they do not even work there for the freaking 2 weeks with no response. Then they send me a letter saying they are not going to pay for the storage fee after august 11th and i receive it on august 15th, and in that time frame, they do not even do anything to solve my case. I ask the tow guy, they said if the Parking department see my car on the street, they just going to tow it AGAIN anyway. Now they told me to wait to speak with their insured, while they already had in hand a POLICE REPORT of the accident. I am a student coming to the US with no one, and the car is my only transportation. To be honest, i am about to switch to AAA insurance, but now, it is so dissapointed. In the next couple weeks, i need to go to SCHOOL to be an engineer. Not to waste most of time to deal with this. I need a solution, not an explanation. Claim #: 1004-31-8302

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of AAA roadside assistance plan for 29 years. 80% of my roadside dealings have been good. In approximately the last ten years they have overhauled their phone system to where I think it is stress free, for roadside assistance. They have kept me notified of the status of my case. I don't have any other dealings with them.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed in the service that we received at AAA in Willow Grove. My husband went out to start our car to go to work and it was having a hard time turning over. We called AAA they sent someone out to check the battery. He came out very nice guy checked the battery said it was bad. The check engine light the traction control light and a lighting bolt symbol was on the dashboard so the car was towed to AAA by another nice gentleman. Everything going good we knew they were backed up so they probably weren't going to get to it that day. Next afternoon no phone call from them still we called they said it was with the technician now. hours later still no word back. Called them back they told us all this stuff that was wrong but never but in the battery. the following day battery was put in was told it was driving rough. We took it home and was fine driving home no lights on. Having it checked out by a someone we trust. My main problem with AAA in willow grove is there customer service. The lack of communication is the problem they way they talk to some one who doesn't know about car is not very professional. Tom who we talked to really needs to work on his customer service skill. I do not feel comfortable taking any car to them. The only reason it went to them is we get a battery with our membership which may or may not be renewed for next year.

Fantastic experience: My first visit and boy was I impressed! Store has a great layout. Lots of services are offered at this location and each has their own dedicated desk/seating area. Also they have great vending machines AND a small play room for children!

Negative experience: Waste your time in this place, towed the car here on advice of AAA phone service yesterday. Today the receptionist didn't check-in the car neither made a quote (he didn't want to waste his time, he said) because the car insurance wasn't awarded yet ( it is close in the weekend) and maybe it has a preferred car shop, he said. I don't know why the service advised me for towing the car there if after, is the car insurance that decide where I have to fix it. Two people was in lane before me and no one, other me was checked in. Everyone come out the shop with the own car issue unsolved and really upset. In my opinion go in another place and tow your car in a different carshop, for instance now I have to tow again the car.
