Negative experience: If you're looking for anything close to customer service, don't come to this branch. I called to verify that they would be open until 12.30PM on Christmas Eve, as I needed to get passport photos and an international driver's license for a trip on the 25th of December. I got off work at noon and wanted to be sure I could come at 12.15PM and I was assured that was not a problem. I showed up at 12.15PM, and the door was locked and the lady inside at the front desk is sitting there, putting her hand across her throat, telling me to leave. There's a reason this place has only four stars, and it should be dropping to 3 now as that would be too much hopefully, with this review, such terrible service. I'm sitting here watching them walk around, you can see three of them on this photo, enjoy their afternoon while refusing to provide service after being assured, they were open. I am posting this at 12.25 PM after standing at the door for ten minutes along with a picture of their hours that they verbally verified was correct and would be honored. I'm going to stand here until 12.30PM.
Negative experience: They no longer even sell travel supplies, locks, etc...without travel books, no reason to even go to AAA stores anymore...sad.

Negative experience: The absolute worst automated call tree I've ever had the displeasure of using. After 30 minutes of trying to get ahold of someone to ask a simple question, I gave up. I don't know how anyone would justify giving this company money.
Fantastic experience: Is AAA Auto Insurance still the Good Ole' AAA Auto Insurance that's always been a little more expensive, but worth it because of their Great customer service an perks/benefits? I'm a 59 year old retired male. No Tickets or Accidents in over 25 years. I'm Leaving my Progressive Emerald status to switch to AAA Auto Insurance. It switching was more difficult than I anticipated. It seems most actions/conversations will happen over the Internet, either though a website or email. I understand the idea behind "Paper-less-Billing", but I live 10,000 feet above sea-level. Paper-less-Billing is fine, but it's always nice to have to a Physical Insurance Card on you when you are driving, just in case of lack of Wi-Fi or a Cellular Phone. Sofar my first few weeks with AAA hasn't been the best auto insurance experience, but I'm giving them 5 out of 5 because I believe in them. Don't give up. ( Side- note: Always had AAA Roadside, but what happened to the ️ keychain insurance cards? Some cars still have keys .)

Negative experience: Got a promotion in the mail saying I could get two memberships for $39.95. It's specifically says for roadside assistance "any car, any place anytime no matter how far away you are even hundreds of miles." We broke down and had to call AAA roadside assistance for a tow truck. When he arrived he said AAA only covers the first seven miles and we had to pay for the rest, it was going to be over $200. It says nothing like this in the materials I got from AAA. Complete scam. Old bait and switch.
Negative experience: I'm a AAA insurance customer (not for long) called today due to a flat and they told me insurance doesn't cover roadside assistance and there is an extra charge for it. That. Is. Wild. I've never had another insurance company that charges separate for roadside.
Positive experience: Going to give them. "Meh" rating on this subject. Been members for years, never used services before this week. Or at least tried. Was looking for assistance locating hotels with RV hookups(yes, they're out there). They couldn't assist us. Uncertain if it's because they couldn't or didn't feel like looking into it. We got the short list at the front desk. Didn't bring us back to discuss, just a dismissal and a "good luck" on the way out.

Negative experience: I don't have AAA but my friend does have it. And we broke down on the side of the interstate THREE hours later he came! It was 104° outside! DO NOT GET AAA. And my friend did tell AAA she was going to give you a bad review! It was miserable. Thank you AAA!
Positive experience: This office stopped carrying maps and travel incidentals. Very disappointing for the amount I pay in annual membership dues! Their tour books are available online but totally useless now!
Negative experience: BE CAREFUL - They'll charge you a month or two before your plan is set to renew and it will probably be more $$$ than you were expecting. Canceling is a huge pain. Stay away.
Negative experience: Been with AAA for years. However not sure I'll continue. Sat stranded yesterday for 2.5 hours because no one would accept the "request". If you can't cover the area don't sell the membership. It happened to my daughter and her infant last summer as well. Stranded between Monument & Springs, they showed up after 1.5 hours of waiting, tested battery, that wasn't it. So they left the 2 of them on the side I-25 on a stormy night to wait for a tow truck. The question am I safe? Is irrelevant. Send assistance, it's what I pay for. I was livid yesterday.
Fantastic experience: Got IDP ( international drive permit) here!!! Same day, in-person. No line needs waiting. Cost $20 Paid in credit card, process time : 10 minutes
Negative experience: Had a really bad experience with this business recently after being a customer for numerous years. I had to wait over 5 hour to get towed. Luckily most of that time I got to wait on hold and disconnected multiple times with their phone service. Phone agent said I’d be responsible for$7/mile outside my range. When the tax truck driver finally arrived he said that is’ t $10/mile. When I ask for them to cover the cost of the tow for wasting my whole day they said no. Bad customer service. It only gets more expensive and the customer gets less every year.

Seemingly professional until after she took a full years payment, only to have an invoice sent for well over $300 for her intentional blunder. Fantastic experience: AAA auto buying service. Stopped to pick up a car that my wife bought through the buying service. The quickest way to get a great deal on a new or used vehicle. No hassle by car salesmen. Josh is excellent at getting just the vehicle you want.
Fantastic experience: Easy process to get an international drivers permit. We printed out the applications at home and pre-filled them out. Brought in our drivers license & forms, assisted right away and had our photos done there. Whole process took about 20 mins.

Negative experience: This is a review for the APP only. I would give AAA service and drivers 5 stars and have always been happy with them. However, the app, keeps saying to review (when I have already renewed). Will not let me sign in (unless I am at home on wifi). The APP never has a box to check for the situation I am in, so I always have to check something, hoping it will work and it always causes confusion for the tow truck driver. Love AAA, think the APP is horrid.
Negative experience: I had hail damage in July 2023 by mid November I called the shop. I had received ZERO communication from Krista Young my adjuster for months. She always lied that she left me voicemails. Never got one. The shop told me AAA was totaling my car. I tried frantically to contact AAA to understand what was happening. I was never answered. Out of the blue I get a letter 2 days before Thanksgiving from Shelly Van Zant threatening me with storage fees and demanding the return of my rental car Absolutely NO PAYMENT or any information regarding what I would get was ever forthcoming They actually removed my car from the shop and sent it to auction without paying me a dime. How can I shop for a car without knowing my payout? How can live without a rental vehicle while trying to replace my car? I paid hundreds of dollars out of my own pocket to survive. I escalated the matter to senior management. They paid me lip service I finally purchased a car on 12/4/23. Today I get contacted to resolve my issue. They are so clueless and lazy. They had no idea I ditched them 2 months ago!

Negative experience: Triple AAA used to be such a great service. There is no customer service anymore. Billing is wrong - can't talk to anyone about it. If you need roadside assistance, must use the app (which doesn't work) and they have our account wrong. Horrible service. Do not recommend to anyone.

Negative experience: I have been a AAA PREMIER member for several years. Tonight I got stranded in deep snow on the side of a hill in a residential subdivision in Florissant CO. I submitted a roadside assistance request aost 3 hours ago and have gotten no help. I have received multiple robo calls stating that due to high service demands in my area my request is still in cue. That is a lie. Finally, after calling AAA 800 # 4 times a live person finally called me to tell me they can't reach their contracted tow company in Woodland Park and all service providers in Colorado springs are busy with police calls. When I became upset he told me he was sending the state patrol to do a welfare check. This is not going to change my vehicle being stuck in snow and not going to get me out of the freezing cold. I paid top dollar for their top level of coverage and the response to my situation is totally unacceptable. I have very serious doubts about renewing my AAA membership after this.
Negative experience: Called in for a lock out at 10:40 p.m. Received a callback at 11:16 stating they would be here in 15 to 20 minutes. Wanted confirmation that I acknowledged their approx arrival time. 11:39...after repeated calls to them to find out what's going on, they kept assuring me a supervisor will call me back while they find "THE DRIVER". I spoke to at least 3 different operators that continued to read the script on how to handle a customer left in the cold for hours. ARE YOU IN A SAFE LOCATION?, SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU BACK... The second operater PRETENDED TO GET A SUPERVISOR AFTER ME CONFESSING MY FRUSTRATION , she then TRANSFERED ME TO PHILIDELPHIA TO JUST ANOTHER REGULAR TAKE THE INITIAL CALL PERSON. YOU HAVE COMPLETELY FAILED ME AND LEFT ME IN THE COLD TO DIE...YOU ARE A NO CALL BACK, NO SHOW AS I STILL SIT IN THE COLD AND FREEZE IN THE WEE HOURS OF THE MORNING... SOMETIME AFTER 2 A.M. NOW...HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO CALL AN AFTER HOURS TOW COMPANY. $160 . AAA ON DECEMBER/13& 14th, YOU HAVE PROVEN YOURSELVES AS USELESS TO ME. EPIC FAIL... BOOOO NO STARS

Fantastic experience: Jessica at AAA helped us with our car rental needs in Japan from finding it all-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive vehicle large enough to fit our group and all of our snowboarding and film equipment. When I had a question about one of our reservations I had left her a message on her phone which wasn’t extremely detailed but it was enough for her to email me back with all the information needed without having to call me and ask/reask any of the questions I had left on the message. Was extremely professional and kind as well. I highly recommend booking any of your travel through AAA.
Fantastic experience: Locked keys in rental and AAA had someone out to get them in less than 30 minutes.
Negative experience: Agents will block the entrance to your establishment for half an hour and yell at you when you confront them about it. Large guy with the blonde ponytail with the AVS E06 plate on his truck is a complete whack job.

Negative experience: AAA provided the most abysmal travel booking experience. My mother and I elected to use AAA to help us in booking a trip for added convenience and ease. Instead we received terrible communication, scams of credits, and horrific customer service. We ended up loosing hundreds of dollars and the agents ignored attempts of communication. I had intended to try to use our deposit but after the death of my mother I couldn’t fight this company any longer. When I never heard back months into dealing with their disorganized errors I gave up. AAA uses other travel agencies to book flights, cruises, land reservations, etc.. This means if something gets changed or canceled they cannot refund you because it’s another party. You are required to not only book something within this third party it has to meet various requirements (you have to spend X dates, in X time frame, with limited locations). Even if you pick something within the requirements good luck getting an agent to help you out. They know they already have your hundreds on non refundable dollars so why bother. I usually book my own travel plans. As I was traveling with my mom I had hoped AAA would aid in creating an easier trip. I would never use their travel services in the future and warm any and friends of their shady practices.
Negative experience: Got this service for some peace of mind, but now I'm not feeling great after a wreck, and I'm three hours into a 90 minute wait being told it will be longer. Stuck here worried about not being able to get home because by the time I get my car towed it will be too late to get an Uber. Tired. Hurting. And loving this service. In town and considering walking home as it might be more reliable.

Negative experience: Last Dec I called my Hyundai Roadside assist for a tow. It was evening, Temps 21 degrees and AAA left me stranded for 3 hours. If not for a friend I would have frozen. After multiple calls I was advised to call another towing service and promised I'd be reimbursed. Now 5 months later, multiple submissions and calls, I have still not received the funds. The "check in the mail" has never arrived. I am beyond frustrated and have no idea how much longer they will drag this out.
Fantastic experience: We bought two cars through AAA's Auto Source program in the past couple of weeks: a brand new Subaru Ascent (as our main family car) and a used Honda CRV for our teenage drivers. The process was painless and easy from start to finish. Never had to set foot in a dealership or play any of the usual games where dealers try to sell you add-ons you don't need, etc. Purchase prices and trade-in prices (we had a trade-in to apply towards the Subaru) were fair and didn't involve any of the usual haggling. Josh Martin (the car-buying consultant at AAA we dealt with) was super knowledgeable and very friendly. He kept us in the loop the whole time, answered all our questions, and just made the whole process enjoyable which is something I typically never say about buying a vehicle. Thanks, AAA and Josh!

Negative experience: Had a terrible experience yesterday. Hit a pot hole going to hospital with my husband and ruined a tire. Called at 10:45 to have it towed. Sat at hospital til 5 waiting for truck to show up. Called them numerous times. We are in our late 70's and my husband was very sick. No excuses, no apologies. Just the run around. Had just renewed membership and been a member for years but never had to use them before. Thank heaven we were in a safe place nit stranded on highway somewhere. Will never use them again

She was short and rude on the phone, disregarded what I told her I wanted in a trip, and said she would get information to me within a few days and I haven't heard a word from her. It's been weeks. Horrible customer service for a "travel agent."

Positive experience: I stopped by this AAA location to get information on travel insurance on a Saturday morning after 11am. I waited about 20 minutes before someone assisted me, and it didn't really appear to be that busy. Sirena did a good job from a customer service standpoint. Although it seems their pricing for mandatory trip insurance is a bit high. I'll shop around to see if i can get a better deal.

Negative experience: I have been a AAA member for many years. They have almost never failed to dissatisfy me. But now they have gone from disappointing to absolutely terrible. My husbands truck broke down in an area without cell service. We hitched to service and asked for towing. They took the information and never showed up for 2 hours. Then we hitched to help again and they said they never got the work order and it would be taken care of. We played this game again and they said we needed to wait with the truck, again after a few hours we called in and they said the work order was never placed. Now it was after hours and they said the local tow truck would not come at night and we needed to wait with the truck and they would be there first thing in the morning. We waited all night in the cold and they still never showed up. They then said that we didn't have to wait and they would take care of it. We left town and come to find out a week later the truck still stood there parked in a bad spot with a ticket and they again said they did not get the order. We called our own tow truck, the same guy who they said they were calling and he showed up immediately and towed the truck. Cant figure out what I am paying AAA to do. They SUCK

Negative experience: Very disorganized. I have constant issues. They also changed the time of the original pick up time by 4 hours and charged me for cancelling. Also, they didn't even notify me that the time had changed. I had sat in a parking lot for an hour and a half before I figured out they changed it without notification.

Negative experience: Went into the office and met with travel agent about a trip to Jamaica. After three weeks I have not received a call or email in reference to my travel plans. I have called numerous times and attempted to talk with a manager who has also refused to call me back. This is absolutely the worst costumer service I have experienced. You have ruined my summer travel plans and will definitely not get anymore of my money come renewal time.

Positive experience: The motel the book us at had there elevator not working and had us on the third floor and we can't climb 3 flights of stairs. The motel the refer us to was a dump

Negative experience: 1) Co AAA is double the amount of Ca and Wa State. Was expecting that. 2) I received a letter a couple of weeks ago about a price hike, 45.00, 2 weeks before payment was due. I called because I had just put a no fault claim in and was informed my payments wouldn’t change. 3) Today I get notice of membership payment change. The rep I talked today went into “everything is going. up”, she listed grocery and gas when I had to stop her from telling me what I know. WTP are making these cooperation richer while we pay more. Other companies Are price gouging, is AAA too The email address given in their response to my review, “address can’t be found” Crazy! If I paid my bill the way this customer service interaction is going I’d be canceled.

Negative experience: We had flight credit which we planned to use well within the time limit before they expired. We attempted contact via several calls/voicemails which were met with absolute zero replies. Those credits have since disappeared. We would express our disappointment with this office in this review but it will probably be met with zero response, as well, so we choose to refrain from any further business with this office. If it were possible to give negative stars, we would. There are no excuses for being ignored as we have been members for close to 10 years.

Negative experience: If I could leave a zero right now I would. We pay for a one-year membership in advance now and my husband and son have been on the side of I25 for more than 2 hours in dire need of a tow and NO TOW TRUCK is coming. We had to agree to not hold AAA liable if we receive a ticket for an "unattended tow" or if there is damage to the vehicle. This is RIDICULOUS and NOT the membership promised I've had AAA for years and this may be the last year. Leaving my family in danger for hours is NOT my idea of good service.

Negative experience: AAA Colorado has terrible service. Be warned if you are a AAA member from another state. Called for assistance. Needed a jump. Was told someone would be here in an hour. An hour and a half later still a no show. Called again and after holding for 12 minutes was finally informed it would be another hour.. Still waiting.

They will spout incorrect information at you and stand by it even when you tell them otherwise. They will cite outdated sources confidently until you prove otherwise. They will ask you to drive back and forth to your house for different “required documents” and then change the requirements when you arrive again. If I could give zero out five I would.

Negative experience: I like having AAA and it is a good value but I was not given a choice stop my membership, it's not poor quality my problem is with the payment plan I could afford AAA, but unfortunately I have found that AAA is not implementing a payment plan for 2022 and I just don't have that much money up front, I really do hope this issue is resolved or AAA will loose a lot of customers I would think. Other than that AAA is five stars, to bad for the elderly and disabled that need it but are on a fixed income and can't pay a year up front.
