Fantastic experience: Our family had an absolute blast with Cpt. Kyle on our two-hour trip! Our party included myself, my wife, our two boys - ages 6 and 4, and my mother. As we were wrapping up a 5-day stay in nearby Panama City Beach, we were looking for something fun and unique to try on our final day, so I booked the first two-hour tour the following day and hoped for the best. We couldn't have made a better choice to close out our trip. After booking, we received prompt confirmations, and then a friendly reminder text message that evening with directions, a photo of the meetup location at the harbor, and additional helpful details for the morning arrival. Cpt. Kyle was ready and met us exactly where expected as we got there. He immediately welcomed our boys and assisted in bringing down some nerves from two kids who had never had the chance to ride a boat before. After reviewing all necessary safety information and giving us a quick overview of the morning's plan, Cpt. Kyle took us out in the bay. The boys' faces lit up as they got to experience some "wind in their sails" as we headed out into the bay where the weather and wind felt great. Within our first 15 minutes, Cpt. Kyle had located a couple small pods of dolphins playing about in the bay and we were able to get tons of great pictures and videos of the dolphins right next to the boat. We saw several dolphins, some diving with their tail fins coming up out of the water, and one even came up close enough to show us a fish he had caught in his mouth as if to say "Look what I've got!" Had this been all we were able to enjoy, it still would have felt like a successful trip. After viewing the dolphins in the bay for a while, we proceeded out of the bay to get to a safe spot to potentially find and get in the water with some dolphins. When we made our way out and alongside Shell Island, it is a truly beautiful site. The beach is pristine and appears untouched, the water is crystal clear, and we continued to see dolphins as the boat went alongside the island. Cpt. Kyle was able to draw the dolphins toward the boat with some unique strategies, and one dolphin took the chase and rode the wake right behind our boat, going back and forth as it surfed in the wake on the left and the right - so our whole family was able to see up close. We used the provided snorkeling gear and life jackets and Cpt. Kyle found a couple of nice spots for us to jump in the water ahead of the dolphin's path. We were able to swim close enough to see a beautiful creature as he swam under the surface. I swam alongside what had to be at least an 8-foot long dolphin, and it was an awe-inspiring sight to see as it dove to the bottom and spun around rubbing his side on the sea-floor. The amazing animal swam off into the distance, and as we resurfaced and all climbed back aboard the boat, we were ready to enjoy some snorkeling. (I should note that our originally nervous 4- and 6-year olds were able to jump in and enjoy the adventures swimming with a wild dolphin, just like the adults were able to do - and kudos to Cpt. Kyle for offering reassuring words to them as well to help get them over the hump to make their first jump from the boat into the water). We returned to a beautiful spot near the West-end of Shell island and anchored near the shore. Then our entire family got out and explored the crystal clear waters: finding all sorts of shells, sand dollars, and seeing literally hundreds of colorful fish and other sea-life as we snorkeled for the second hour of the trip. We were more than satisfied as the trip lived up to the product description and more. Cpt. Kyle made great conversation with each person in our family, gave us some good tips on a great local ice-cream spot to stop at on our way out of town later that day (it was delicious) and made this a wonderful memory that our family won't ever forget. We highly recommend this adventure and look forward to being repeat customers in the future (probably adding on the third-hour for additional time at Shell Island). Thanks for a great time!

Captain Glenn was the best and made sure we had a great experience. We drove in from Destin and will be back again next year when we come back!!

Fantastic experience: Captain Glenn was absolutely phenomenal. Some might even call him a femininominon. I felt very comfortable riding along and he was very good at attracting the wild life around us. It is also worth mentioning that Captain Glenn is a spectacular photographer. He got many great shots of me and my girlfriend. If I could rate this captain out of 10 he would be an 11. From now on I will not be sailing unless Captain Glenn is at the wheel.

Fantastic experience: Captain Glenn gave us quite the euphoric experience (Kendrick would have been put to shame). He navigated us through choppy waters with ease and although he made sure we saw plenty of dolphins, stingrays, and schools of fish… the real catch was our captain, the gem of the sea. The man who sacrificed his shades for our journey. The man who can. 10/10 experience

Fantastic experience: Chandler! We enjoyed this so, so much!! If we had seen a shark I believe my grandson would have passed out! The boat ride was exceptional, conversation with Captain, the sea life, the snorkeling... I have always recommended the screamers for dolphin tours but came away today with a new favorite! Even the grandchildren have already requested it for our next beach trip. The excursion with just the 6 of us on the boat was the cherry on top. Will always recommend Heritage tours and suggest the 3 hr charter. We had the best time! And found our own sand dollars and even a starfish!!!

Fantastic experience: We purchased the 2- hour group excursion and had Chandler as our captain. He was amazing!! We were able to see a few pods of wild dolphins! He handled my son's seasickness with grace. Snorkeling was awesome and well explained! 10/10 would definitely recommend! Great activity for families, even including toddlers!

Fantastic experience: My wife decided she wanted to do this for our kids(18,16,12) before we left vacation and it was a great experience for everyone. Kyle was our captain and he was a good dude. He was knowledgeable and seem to enjoy his job very much which is rare in society today. He showed us and let us hold a puffer fish and told us about it. We collected shells and dollars. We seen dolphins but only briefly. There were so many boats from multiple companies so I dont know if that made a difference or not. Overall a great experience. Do it!

Glen was a great captain and tried really hard to get us in the water with a few dolphins even though they were a little sparse on our trip. Was still amazing to be so close to them and enjoy a little time out in the Gulf.

Fantastic experience: This was amazing! Our family made some of the best memories on our tour! Chandler was our Captain and we couldn't have asked for anyone better! He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best day. Sadly our youngest didn't jump in with the first pod of dolphins and instead of rushing us on to the next activity, Chandler made another round and gave her another chance. She finally jumped in and was surrounded by dolphins! The smile on her face afterwards was one for the books. I recommend this for all families!!! Worth every penny!

Fantastic experience: Our family had to split up which stinks a little but it was fine. Two of us had Glenn and 2 of us had Kyle. I won't speak for Kyle but Glen was awesome he did everything he could to make our experience awesome. He was very caring about our experience. He even searched and searched for a ladies glasses she dropped in water, until he found them. Highly recommend this experience it was very relaxing couple hours on the boat!

Fantastic experience: We went on Memorial Day weekend on a split charter and even as busy and crowded as it was Captain Kyle did an amazing job ensuring we saw many dolphins and was able to show us them playing in waves. We even had multiple chances in the water to swim up close to them. Then when we went snorkeling he helped find a beautiful shell for us to take back with us.

Fantastic experience: My husband, daughter and I did a 2 hour split charter yesterday afternoon—Captain Charlie—Chandler???—did a great job of keeping us entertained, as well as expertly driving us around. We did see dolphins but they were a little shy. We really enjoyed the snorkeling, seeing many sand dollars, sea urchins and schools of mullet. Great way to end up our vacation. Will definitely do this again!!!

Fantastic experience: My son and I did the 2 hr split charter dolphin and snorkeling cruise. Captain Kyle was wonderful. He got us right there in the middle of a large pod of dolphins. Unfortunately we had just missed a mega pod by only 15-30 minutes, but there were still many dolphins to see in ALL directions of our boat! There were only 5 guests on the trip and we all got in the water. My son really got close, swimming near them for a long time. Captain Kyle kept a close eye on him and was very encouraging. It was just an amazing experience which we will book again if we are lucky enough to make it back to PCB. Thank you Captain Kyle for a truly unforgettable experience!

Fantastic experience: We just did this dolphin tour as a family and had Kyle as our guide. We saw so many dolphins. We loved that we were on a smaller boat, which allowed our kids (11, 9, 6 years old) to get up close views. We did not get to swim close to the dolphins as they kept swimming away, but my kids enjoyed watching them play. We would definitely recommend this both for the price and experience.

Fantastic experience: Captain Brad was FANTASTIC. He was very knowledgeable, polite and kind. Our tour was a little chilly so make sure to bring a sweatshirt if the weather is on the chillier side. Brad found numerous dolphins. I think we saw close to 10 at one time when they all popped up. Highly recommend this awesome company.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I decided last minute to book a dolphin tour that was close to NSA Panama City. Captain Brad did an amazing job. Was very professional and polite. He is very knowledgeable and has developed a great relationship with other tour operators in the area. Brad got us on dolphins immediately and we stayed in the area for over an hour. Without a doubt the best dolphin tour we have been on. Highly recommend !!!

Fantastic experience: We planned a vacation for our family very last minute and wanted to have one “fun thing” for our trip! Our kids are at a great age (16, 13, 11) so we thought we’d try out the boat ride. We could have gotten in the water with the dolphins BUT there were several boats close in the area and the visibility was questionable so we decided to play it safe! Even without getting into the water with the dolphins, our Captain, Brad, found lots of dolphins for us to see up close, took us snorkeling at Shell Island, and took us to see a couple of sea turtles up close! He was very knowledgeable of the area and the marine life! He went out of his way to make our trip so fun! Not only that, but with the weather being questionable the week we were there, Jennifer was so amazing at accommodating our schedule and making sure we were taken care of! Totally worth the money!!! If we come back to PCB, we will 100% be doing this again and asking for Captain Brad!!

Positive experience: Really fun experience! Only thing I would change is actually getting to snorkel with the dolphins. We tried to snorkel with them but were unable to successfully get in the water before they swam away... otherwise it was an awesome experience when we snorkeled the shipwreck!

Fantastic experience: Captain Charlie was perfect for our family! He was quick to spot wild life - including a Sea Turtle, adequately prepared our family for our first ever snorkeling dive, and knew the area like the back of his hand. Would definitely recommend!

Negative experience: Would NEVER recommend this- first off, you may not even get to swim with dolphins, it’s only if the wild dolphins are cooperating that day. To top it off- my husband and I booked a private charter and had to reschedule because of weather to a group charter making it cheaper. However I was charged for my deposit twice and the remaining fee for the trip day off. In total paying over $100 over what I should have. I’ve called multiple times and left messages about the refund with no response. Not to mention, on the day of the rescheduled trip I showed them all the charges and was reassured I would be refunded in a few days, it just had to process. 0/10

Fantastic experience: We had such a good time!! Thought having my grandchild who is 6 might be hard to deal with but they are so good with the kids making them feel at ease. Will definitely come back to them again.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I booked a 2 hour split charter trip through this site to find/dolphins and do some snorkeling. This ended up being the highlight of our vacation. Not only did we see many dolphin, but we also saw two large manatee. We were able to swim alongside them while snorkeling. We capped it off my snorkeling around shell island for a good 30 minutes or so before the beautiful boat ride back to the dock. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This was a great experience. Our boat captain Charlie was amazing. Took every effort to ensure the most of our time. We were able to get in the water with 4-6 dolphins and swam over 8-10 manatees. He also took us to spot some sea turtles. He’s the best!

Fantastic experience: An amazing "is this real life?!?" experience! Captain Charlie was great! We did the sunset cruise on a speedboat, Swam within 5 feet of wild dolphins and observed hermit crabs, snow crabs, clams, sand dollars, and fish in their natural habitats during the snorkeling!

Fantastic experience: Captain Charlie= Iconic, Dolphins? Superb. If you are debating whether or not to book this cruise, debate no more! Worth every minute of the 9 hour drive from Texas. It was raining on our trip but it beats it being hotter than socks on a rooster, and captain Charlie was the man every wave of the way!

Fantastic experience: Captain Kyle was the most amazing guy my family and I could’ve ever gotten!!! Captain Kyle really tried and was very successful at putting us in the water with dolphins ( close enough that a couple were able to be touched!!). He took us snorkeling and even found a mermaid that gave my son a sand dollar lol!!! We were gonna go to Shell Island but it was too crowded so we found sand dollars and even several sea turtles! You have to book with this company and definitely ask for Captain Kyle!!! Definitely coming back!

Fantastic experience: Words can’t describe how awesome our time was. Captain Kyle was AWESOME!!! He got us in with dolphins a couple of times and we got to see them corral and hunt fish! We were in a pod of about 20 dolphins and a couple of us were lucky enough to actually have them swim close enough and got to touch them. After that we went snorkeling and got to see soooo much more and all of us had a blast ages 8-38 all 6 of us thoroughly enjoyed our time! This Midwest family will be booking again on our next time down and we will be requesting captain Kyle again!!! If you’re reading this wondering if you should do this tour….. DO IT!!!

Fantastic experience: Captain Brad was our man today- we had 3 kids, 2 adults and the trip was great. He put us right in the middle of the dolphin pods, found turtles and got in the water with us to show the girls some other fun marine life. Will definitely book Brad again. Great, clean boats.

Fantastic experience: This is a must do attraction in Panama City Beach. Our guide Cal was awesome! The dolphins were beautiful. Swimming in the shallow water collecting shells was fun for our whole family.

From swimming with the dolphins to making sure we got to see many fish as well as a puffer fish, also getting shells for the lil one to take home!! Ten out of ten would recommend asking for him as your captain!! This will definitely be one of our go to adventures when we are back in PCB!

Fantastic experience: My family had a wonderful time on our dolphin tour. We done the 3 hour excursion that included swimming with the dolphins, snorkeling, and shell island. Our guides name was Kyle, and he done a wonderful job. He found us a bunch of shells and a puffer fish while snorkeling. I will request him for the next one. My rating is a 10 out of 10.
