When the pandemic hit, and Disney went through some changes, trying to book a Disney vacation seemed daunting until we discovered Be Our Guest Travel! All of her tips and advice made a HUGE difference on our trip. She’s quick to respond, adds visual aids where possible, and offers suggestions and options, and most importantly, reminders!! She offered wonderful stateroom suggestions and information for our cruise in 2026…answering questions I didn’t even know I should be asking!! Highly recommend Be Our Guest vacations!!

Fantastic experience: Kym was our trip specialist. I only gave her four days to plan our entire last minute trip! She nailed the French Quarter (which we asked for), she requested the newly renovated building (which we got) and saved us over $1000 by seeing if we could change our travel dates by one day (which we could)! She got us park hopper tickets and helped with dining. Answered many questions along the way. Crazy - she must never sleep as she answered random questions at all times of the day and evening. She gave us great hints for making the most of our park hopper options and sent us emails with great information about the Disney Bands and Lightening Lanes. Would definitely recommend Kym and this free service.
