Fantastic experience: Cabram was a stand up kind of guy. No pressure but complete honesty and transparency and very very hard worker. He sold me because of his patience willingness to make me believe that what he was offering would be a major incentive to my travel. Never did I feel like he was just trying to make a sale or earn commission. Cabram was simply amazing!!!

I was impressed that an agent took my question to a supervisor and another agent from the quality team called me right before he got off work and they're going to follow up for me and take care of my problems my challenges, very professional, caring service.

Positive experience: Good. Your all inclusive makes vacation too expensive for us.especially for seniors (over 75). We don’t eat or drink a lot so we stopped coming. We love all inclusive but not at your prices!

Fantastic experience: The room was not in the best shape this time. There were footprints and other things on the walls all over the room and in the bathrooms. There is water damage in the master bath cieling and the room smelled like mold. The entry door top hinge is pulling out of the door so i had to lift the door or slam it to close it all of the way. The staff in the lobby could not make change for me after two attempts but a member from the bell desk eventually noticed my frustration and helped me.I wanted to take out money to tip the staff but the ATM was down and nobody else at the front desk could break $100 bills. This happened two years prior. Thats not great when people are checking out and they want to show their appreciation.

Fantastic experience: I Had Booked 6 All Inclusive Rooms For Aruba Back In January 2022 and When I Arrived At The Resort I Was Told I Had 6 Non Inclusive Rooms. I Was Shocked and Embarrassed Because I Had Family Members Coming To Aruba Within The Next Two Hours. I Called Pueblo Bonito And Spoke With Sergio Mendez Who Informed Me That If I Could Pay For The Difference In The Room Rates That Pueblo Bonito Would Reimburse Me The Money And I Wouldn't Never Have To Let My Family Members That They Only Had Regular Rooms and Not All Inclusive Rooms. My Sister Has A Time Share And We Could Have Used Her As We Did The Year Prior Going To Cancun Mexico But We Used Mine Because The Holiday Inn Resort Was Just As Elegant And Offered A Better Rate Than Hers With RIU.

Fantastic experience: Representatives are always trying to be helpful, but sometimes they fail to help we really need it. lately I had a question about cancellations in view of the new Covid variant and no one knew the answer. Maybe you can help me. We have booked a reservation at Beau Rivage in Biloxi, Mississippi for September 7, 2021 and was wondering if we should have to cancel, would we be reimbursed our maintenance fee that was put into Black Diamond in June not knowing what it would be like in the future.

If it wasn,t for the country being so screwed I would be there now for Thanks Giving day. My wife passed away fore years ago and I have done very little traveling and I am looking forwarding to going back to P.B. for some more good times. Traveling now is very hard with all the problens the world is haveing.

Positive experience: Besides the sales pressure, the resort is wonderful, comfortable but rather expensive to dine. I did end up buying a timeshare there simply because Cabo offered me to get rid of two other timeshares that I owned (Mazatlan and Princeville Hawaii.

Fantastic experience: the Rose and Blanco are my favourite resorts in Cabos. I love the architecture and the grounds. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are very clean, and the maid service is excellent. I don't travel all inclusive as I like to walk to the little restaurants in downtown Cabos. I will definitely be returning next year!
