Negative experience: Be careful with these people, they are scammers. Supposedly, we won a trip on the radio for 4 people all expenses paid, then they call us to reserve with 400 dollars when it's supposed to be a gift. Then I started to investigate and found out that after people 'win', when they are at the supposed resort, they charge you for everything and you end up paying as if you hadn't won anything. When I found out about their scam, I told my husband that when they called, he should tell them no, and they called four times very insistently insisting that we would pay the 400. Then, in the last call, I told them they are scammers, and the rude woman said she thought we were smart haha how bold and rude of her. Since we didn't fall for their scam, she wanted to insult us. I really think the agency works well for those who want to pay for a complete package with them, but it's not fair to trick you into saying you won a trip when in the end, you have to pay for everything.

Negative experience: Expensive travel agency with fake advertisement. This company often has "free giveaways" on radio station for all-paid trips to destinations like Orlando and Las Vegas. However, they have predatory business practices that provide mislead information. Their customer service agents only speak spanish and the accommodations have much lower value that the cost they charge you. Specially, for a "free giveaway" For example, they promise a trip worth $1,250 USD + $150 gift card. However, the trip only includes the daily hotel rate, and does not include taxes and other hotel fees. Additionally, they charge you a $349 service fee and $150 reservation fee. That sums up to $499 (w/o including taxes and other hotel fees). However, if you reserved it independently through a digital travel agency, such as Expedia, you can get a lower price. I strongly believe that you can get much better deals if you plan your trip independently, even when you win a "free trip" through the radio.

Scheduling when I wanted to take the trips was very easy and I was given a range of options for which hotel to pick. We be celebrating my wife’s birthday & halloween we’re very excited and ready for Disney is will be our first time…

Negative experience: SCAMMERS, don’t fall for it, it's supposed to be a trip that you win and you end up paying administrative fees, they took $600 from me which still hurts, I had to bring a person over 25 years old, I called to ask if I could bring another person of that age because the one I initially put couldn’t, they told me I had to cancel the package and since a year had passed since I contracted it, I had to pay for everything again. I told them I would let them know, minutes later they sent me a message saying it was canceled due to our 'conversation', I NEVER CANCELED IT, it’s a scam!!!!! They stole from me.

Negative experience: A scam. At first, they paint everything well, but in the end, when you go to make the reservation, they ask you to be over 25 years old and to have a job. Since my mom is retired, they asked her to lie, and she refused. They told her that if she didn't attend the presentation, they would charge her $385. The person who attended us was very rude, and when we asked to speak to the person who sold us the package, they refused. A scam, don't fall for something like this.

Negative experience: Don't fall into the trap, you end up paying more than what they promise. And if there's any mishap in the same property where they put you up and you don't attend the presentation, they charge you $389. They charged me $399 for the package that I supposedly won. Then they charged me $99 for the hotel and $150 when I arrived at the hotel. They tried to steal the car or items from the car in the property where they housed me, and the car became inoperable due to a theft alarm. I had to stay two more days in Orlando because of that problem. I couldn't make it to the presentation due to the issue with the car and all they did was tell me to sign a document to charge me the $389 and they had already taken it from my card. Terrible company, a complete scam.
