Fantastic experience: We had a very pleasant family stay with Orlando Rent a Villa. I'd definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: We stayed for 16 days with my family over the Xmas It was so clean & fresh Wen I needed to reach out to the host The reply was with in 30 min I can honestly say it was 1 of the best stays & we go to a villa every Xmas Well done team for making our stay so comfortable hope to see yous in the summer for our vacation

Fantastic experience: We just spent a wk with family (8) and the house was great. Each bedroom had its own bathroom/shower and were a nice size (lots of hangers too). Even had 1 large bedroom/bath on the first floor, which was great for my older mother. The kitchen and dining table was great, even had usable pans and utensils. Had a great movie theater room and game room. The pool and hot tub were very important to us so we paid the extra fee to heat it. Luckily outside temps fell in the 70s most of the week so the pool felt nice. We did ask for late checkout on our last day, but didn't pay for pool heat that day and could tell the difference, plus weather that day was in the mid 60s. However, I'm a wuss to cold water temps so to a normal person, temp would have still been nice to them. Anytime I communicated with the property mgmt team, either by VRBO app, email, phone or text. They always responded back right away. We even had an issue with the hockey table and they sent someone the next bus. day. The only cons I have: 1. No grill on-site. However they said they can drop one off for an additional fee. 2. Need a bigger patio table outside (only sits 4). 3. Pool was a little small, but that seems normal for FL residents. 4. Movie theater upstairs only sits 6, but we were able to use 2 gaming chairs from game room, which were comfy too. 5. There's a really cool community Aqua waterpark with water slides, etc. ran by Encore just a block down the road, that would have been really nice to have access too for the kids. Unfortunately we were unable to use it. However, this was communicated to us prior to our arrival so we were aware, but kids saw it and really wanted to go. Tip if you are staying more than a few days: bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, salt and pepper, cooking spray, dish washer pods and laundry pods (HE pods).

Fantastic experience: An amazing villa was just as described, service and engagement from the letting agent was the best we have received from any management company we have rented from before.

Fantastic experience: The house itself was perfect for our large family but a few things need attention....we arrived late in the evening nd found a very limited supply of essentials like salt and pepper, toilet paper, dish rags, trash bags and the like. A few of these would have made it a much easier arrival. The main gate process needs a lot of attention. waiting up to 30 minutes for re-entry is unacceptable. The security team really needs to get it together. All that said we would be back as this selling was perfect for our clan.

Fantastic experience: My family and I traveled to the Orlando area for a family vacation and stayed at Windsor Island Resort in a 5 bedroom/4.5 bath pool house managed by Eagle Management/Orlando Rent a Villa and from the very beginning of our contact with them after booking, everything was seamless and easy. Their communication is fantastic and they really aim to please. The house was very clean and the pool reached a nice warm temp (we paid to add pool heat). We wished there were a few more kitchen items to use as we cooked many of our meals and had to make do with what was there. I do understand that rental homes do not have everything possible, but a few more items would be helpful, as it was a little sparse, but that may have to do with the owner of the home rather than the management company. Overall, a 5 star rating. Great job Eagle Management/Orlando Rent a Villa.

Fantastic experience: The management company was very easy to deal with and were available anytime day or night. They did not hide behind emails like some other management companies I've dealt with. They are professional and honest. It was an easy, safe transaction and they provided all receipts immediately.The house itself was beautiful. 6 bedroom with a pool. Very clean when we got there and it was fully equipped with extra pillows, sheets, laundry soap, utensils, pots and pans etc. There weren't many but definitely enough to be able to cook a meal. The pool was heated which was fantastic and we swam many nights. We rented a BBQ which was awesome and was delivered same day. The neighbourhood was fantastic although the only complaint I could say is that a lot of cars were parked on the road even though they claim to enforce no parking on the street. The clubhouse was a mere 8 minute walk through beautifully landscaped lawns and decorated houses. It was a gated community which felt safe, there was always someone at the entrance. It was quiet when sleeping. I'd definitely rent a home with them again.

Positive experience: The villa was very clean and perfect for a family holiday. Two families could easily be accommodated with 4 adults and 4 children . The children’s bedrooms were very charming and themed throughout. A further bedroom downstairs offered more accommodation and a further bathroom. We had so much fun (just 2 couples). The service from the management company was excellent and so prompt for any if the questions and small issues we had. Some of the outdoor furniture probably needs replacing and more loungers are required. We requested heating in the pool and that was great. The water into the bathrooms was not hot, but rather just warm. However we would definitely stay again.

Fantastic experience: The house was great--perfect floor plan for our family of 12 1/2. The sheets and beds were so comfortable; the kitchen well stocked; plenty of pool towels. There were some glitches at the beginning but all issues were promptly attended to by the management company, they were attentive, responsive and easy to deal with. The commute to the Disney Parks was easy as long as you timed it right. The amenities at the Solara resort were a great addition, too. Their pool and bar and restaurant just added to the vacation and were a welcome respite from "park day". All in all, we had a great time and thought the house sealed the deal.

Fantastic experience: Excellent home in Haines City, Florida. Close to legoland for the kiddos, 5 mins to walmart, 5 mins to Aldi, about 10 to Publix and local restaurants. The home was clean and had a wonderful pool area. They were very accommodating with our arrival time being an hour earlier.

Fantastic experience: We stayed in a condo on Bella Piaza and it was great. The house was clean with a little welcome pack on arrival. We had no issues with anything while we were there. The pool area was fantastic, the kids loved it. Always a sunbed and kept very clean and tidy! Would definitely recommend

Positive experience: My family and I enjoyed our stay, it was accessible to the parks and attractions. They have to do a little better with cleaning in a couple of places but nothing that someone who supervises and knows is good at deep cleaning can't fix.

Positive experience: Just returned from two weeks staying at the villa. Beautiful property in a lovely area. All clean and tidy with a great pool. Our only criticism was the charges for little extras. We ended up buying a new cot and still saved over $100 on what we’d have been charged.

Fantastic experience: The house very clean and spacious. 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Loved the neighbourhood. Kids enjoyed the arcade, pool table, movie theatre, and HEATED swimming Pool. The rental manager even called me to make sure everything was good. I can’t think of any negative things to say. It was all great. I highly recommend it to anyone. And look forward to the next time we come back.

Fantastic experience: For a relationship to work for over 10 years both parties need to work as a team. With Orlando Rent A Villa Management I was treated as a partner. I had 2 investment properties and they come with their own managing headache but with Orlando Rent A Villa Management by my side it was a smooth sailing. The only reason I had both the properties for so long was Orlando Rent A Villa Management competence. Orlando is flooded with management companies but very few truly care for the owners and their bottom line. Unlike many property management companies out there, Orlando Rent A Villa Management does not charge for minor maintenance and services. They have excellent booking agents, vendor and contractor network. I am always provided lot of options and they have always worked in my best interest. I had taken up some extensive renovations remotely and totally trusted Orlando Rent A Villa Management. I could not have done without their support and guidance. Very grateful to Orlando Rent A Villa Management.

Fantastic experience: Love this rental property my husband and I spent the weekend at. The townhouse was beautiful, spacious and felt like home. We wanted a weekend getaway from NJs cold weather and discovered this property. 20-25 mins away from Disney amusement parks. Uber was fairly cheap. We booked an Uber the night before and it came right on time. Communication was clear. They have an app with all the important information which makes it extremely easy and helpful. Would 100% stay here again with family and friends.

Fantastic experience: PROPERTY OWNER We bought a lovely vacation home in Solana several years ago. We live in New Hampshire, so we needed to find the right company to take care of our home throughout the year. We asked a Solana guard at the gate if she knew of a company who would watch over and take care of our home. She highly recommended Orlando Rent-A-Villa. So, we drove right over to the ORAV office. They invited us in and told us all the variety of things they do for homeowners. It was exactly what we were looking for and needed…We hired them that very day and have had a wonderful relationship with the dedicated ORAV staff throughout the years! They will take care of your rental property like it was their home!

Fantastic experience: Great location! Close to Disney but away from the chaos. We loved having our own pool and hot tub. The house was sparkling and the staff were very attentive and made sure we had a great stay! We would 1000% stay there again.

Negative experience: We have stayed in this neighborhood for almost 10 years and my kids love the lanai with the pool. We have always had a fence around the pool. However, this time our house had a pool alarm and as per Florida law, rentals need to have a fence or an alarm. I was not informed of this alarm prior to staying there and this was not just any alarm. This was a brain rattling, ear-piercing, headache-causing alarm. My kids who LOVE to swim were the first to set off the alarm in their excitement to see the pool. After that, I couldn't even get my son to touch the door! There was no button to get back inside after going out to the pool either. HUGE HASSEL and STRESSFUL TRIP!

Negative experience: This is a disgusting property management co, you would think if your representing cleanliness and taking care of one’s property you would consider NOT SMOKiNG CiGARETTES outside your building and these girls that smoke would want to be clean and appropriate and not smoke while they are driving your work vans then taking the smells into my vacation home , time to look for a new pm.

Fantastic experience: The villa was just as described on the website. Very clean and comfortable. The game room downstairs was a big hit. The game room upstairs was nice also however there were 3 broken chairs to the poker table, which I inform them about the next business day and they were willing to send someone out but we were reluctant to have someone come in when we were not there. It was a shaky start with the pool because the motor to the hot tube broke so we couldn’t use the pool for a couple of days but they reimbursed me for the inconvenience. I would definitely stay there again or some other villa managed by this company.

Fantastic experience: I had an awesome experience at this property. The management company is very responsive and they make it very easy for you during your stay. They give you a QR code to enter in the gate instead of waiting for the guard to let you in. There was an issue with the AC and I called and it was taken care of immediately remotely. I will definitely use their service again.

Fantastic experience: What a beautiful stay. My family had a great time. From the wide eye surprise on how big the house was to the laughs and memories made. The opened floor plan on the first floor helped to be family oriented seeing and speaking to one another. The backyard and pool area was so much fun. The clean and lighting by the pool made us enjoy it in the morning and night time. The use of the facility was perfect. Bathrooms, washer, dryer, kitchen, gave us everything we needed for our family to have what we needed for stress free week long stay. Safety mattered to me as a parent. From the alarm walking in, to the pool alarm, helped calm my fears as I have a 5 year old. Being in an unfamiliar place, having the Stay alarm system made my sleep that much more restful. The bedrooms were so comfortable. Big bedrooms, king size beds, double and single beds were perfect for family of 7. The house was so close to Disney and other fun events. I can't wait to stay here again.

Fantastic experience: The house was perfect, it was very well kept, spacious, the game room was legit, the pool very nice as well. The drive to Disney was never more than 15 minutes. I can't think of one negative thing to say about it honestly.. We liked it so much, we bought an extra day last minute just to rest from the parks and enjoy the house before our drive home. Our host nicely and quickly answered, redirecting us to our provided instructions and property manager. Thankyou! Our check-in and out process was very easy with recommended places to explore. We appreciated how they stayed in touch throughout our stay. A toiletry bag was provided with a few needs. The kitchen was stocked with plates, pots, pans, and utensils for cooking and dining. Plenty of stores and things to do nearby. (We had one small issue with fruit flies in the master bathroom, we informed them so they can address). We look forward to staying again in the future. Fantastic experience: The house we rented was perfect! It was 5 adults and 3 children. The house we rented had 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, the house was beautiful. The pool was great, the game room is located in the garage so it was warmer then the house, however the kids could care less.

Fantastic experience: We had a lovely stay at the Bella Piazza. We stayed 5 days and I must say it was very nice. It was very clean, quiet and felt very safe. The clubhouse and pool was wonderful also. The bedding was comfortable and all linens were provided it was nice to have an elevator. Check out was so easy. Hated to leave!
