Negative experience: Been trying for 1 week to receive a good package from Madrid and tour guide to different locations, I contacted this agency for the good reviews, sorry didn’t have a good experience with them, I actually call for 1 week and never received a good service, no information and always an excuse, I find a anther very professional travel agency, based in my personal experience, I wouldn’t really recommend this travel agency

Negative experience: My experience with Gol Travel Miami was bad. I asked them to help me with a complaint regarding the Bahia Principe Esmeralda Hotel, and they did not provide any assistance. They say I have to file the complaint with the hotel (which I did in Punta Cana), treating me with a very unprofessional attitude. The hotel staff explained that it is the company that sold me the package that must handle the complaint. In any case, I am sending an email to management in Spain (because apparently, all complaints never leave Punta Cana, between the sales companies and the responsible managers). And Spain never finds out about the problems. Two days without hot water, arriving on the day at 02:30 am to enter the room (with a terrible smell of sewage and humidity) when I had arrived at 06:00 pm. No towels in the bathroom, no replenishment of the minibar, and several other inconveniences. It's that simple.

Fantastic experience: When I called them, I contacted several places and in the end I chose them, and I am so glad about that decision because it was an impeccable job by everyone besides the professionalism and seriousness in the work. There was not a moment they didn't answer my questions kindly, and believe me, I asked many. I took three people from Cuba to Punta Cana, and it was a very special trip, muyyyyyyyyyy special, and I owe it all to them, especially to Jessica. If you want a hassle-free trip, call them. Eduardo at the airport was seeing us off and talking to everyone in line; I can only say they do an infinite star job. Negative experience: This agency, like all others in Miami that sell our families magical vacations, shows you beautiful images and photos of clients but doesn’t tell you the reality you will face when you arrive at the Bahia Principe chain that operates hotels like Lopezan, Fantasia, Bávaro, Punta Cana, and others. I just came back from traveling with Gool Travel two days ago and it was the worst vacation of my life. Get ready and prepare your children to endure the heat, the air conditioning is regulated which means you can never control it. I had to send someone to buy a fan. The bathrooms are all old and have a bad smell, the rooms are poorly made; we found things from previous guests. Flies are part of your trip, and the food at the buffet table...

Negative experience: I called 3 days ago to get a quote for a vacation to Punta Cana and I still haven't received a response. What a shame for the people who recommended you to me, but the service has been terrible, and what starts badly ends badly.

Negative experience: I give them one star because if I don't, it won't let me write and share my experience. June 8th Punta Cana was our trip, we are from Tampa so we had to take a flight from Tampa to Miami which arrived at 7:00 AM. They told us from the beginning that the flight to Al was at 1 PM, then in the reservation, it was at 2 PM. Well, that day was lost; we arrived at 11:00 PM. Back on June 15th, the flight was delayed again; instead of leaving at 6:00 PM, it left at 8:00 PM, and we missed our flight from Miami to Tampa which was at 10:50 PM. And now here we are, stranded, tired, and nothing to do but rent a car to drive 4 hours to Tampa. In short, my last trip with GOOL TRAVEL, and I believe I am not the only person who has had a bad experience with them. When you have an agency of that magnitude, at least you should ensure that your clients are happy because the trip is not a gift; we have to work hard to also have this bad experience that I don't want to know about anymore. In short, the first day lost because we arrived at 11:00 PM and the return flight was also delayed.
