Fantastic experience: John at Travel by Beth helped me plan a trip of a lifetime. I took a Virgin River Cruise to visit the Christmas Markets in Munich, Germany, Vienna, Austria, and Budapest, Hungary. It was a 10-day adventure that I will never forget. He organized everything. The seamless communication with the cruise line, setting up the transfers, hotels, and everything in between. The best thing about working with John was that he checked in consistently with me to make sure I was aware of everything. He sent reminders so that I was able to keep track of my trip. I had an opportunity to work with another agency but the in-person touch that was so important to me was not a part of the process. John, scheduled in-person and Zoom meetings. His attention to detail was the most important to me because I was a solo traveler so I wanted to make sure I was safe. Even when I was on my trip I felt like I could contact John if I had a problem. At the end of my trip, he was open to my feedback. I don't think I could have taken this trip without his help. The best thing about working with John was his efficient handling of every detail of my trip. My only problem was the hotels I stayed in when I was abroad, but I was able to share my concerns and I was very comfortable with that. I will work with Travel By Beth for all of my future travel.

Going to another country (Dominican Republic) can sometimes be stressful, but she took the stress and chaos out of everything. Positive experience: Our trip to Ireland was fun, but I do have a few suggestions. I would have liked to be taken to a place that had some traditional Irish music. We were left to ourselves to find that. Loved the Cliffs of Moher, loved the horse & cart ride through Killarney National Park, but for me there was too much time allowed for shopping & not enough time experiencing the true Irish culture, food or museums. We had a wonderful bus guide, but no personal guides at specific locations. The most remarkable part of our trip was the people we met in our group, very diverse & inclusive. Everyone got along & helped each other.

Fantastic experience: We just returned from a fabulous trip to Riviera Maya which we booked with Ashley. I love that she listened to what we wanted and offered various options. She gave us all of the information we needed for navigating our first visit to Mexico and even checked in while we were there to make sure it was going well. It was PERFECT!

The organization and attention to detail to see and do all that Alaska has to offer was remarkable. My husband and I thought our trip was over the top incredible just after the 4 days on land and then we had a 7 day luxury cruise! Travel by Beth was in constant contact with all of the guests on any questions, excursion suggestions and fabulous pictures shared! I would not change a single thing about this trip and would do it all over in a heartbeat. I am ready to go back! From the pre-trip communications and information meeting to ALL of the excursions and high-level service we experienced was top notch. We saw sites in Alaska that are only attainable by boat or plane-we have unforgettable pictures and memories, thank you Beth and John Mills! Travel by Beth makes travel a breeze-you tell them where you want to go and they plan it beyond what you could imagine. We have and will continue to always use Travel by Beth for all of our travels. Fantastic experience: We were extremely happy with our stay at Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta. The accommodations at the resort were top notch. Our room was great, our ocean view was great, the resort staff was excellent, we loved the pool and the swim up bar, the weather was perfect. The food was very good at all of the places we tried. The only thing that we would have liked different is for the buffet to be open in the evening for dinner. I just about forgot to mention that the group was great also. Thanks John and Beth for a much needed get away!

We have had her organize trips to Costa Rica, at least nine trips to Mexico, several Caribbean islands, four extended river cruises in Europe, four tours in France and Italy, plus trips of convenience in the US. I don’t know how she is compensated, but her service is of great value.

They made the entire process of planning our honeymoon to Mexico so simple and stress free for us. Neither of us had ever been out of the country before, but Beth and her team prepared everything so well for us. The app they used for our trip had everything laid out so easily. If we had questions or concerns her and her team answered super quickly to answer us. Only complaint I had with the whole trip was flying with frontier because we ended up paying an additional $600 on the back end for standard luggage. I contacted Beth and her team, and they were extremely helpful in finding the perfect places for our stay! They arranged all of our transportation between airports and hotels as well as our ferry transportation between islands. It was incredibly easy!! All we had to do was get on our flight and everything else was taken care of! They worked with the travel companies on location and the hotels were perfect for our price point and locations we were interested in visiting. I will absolutely use them again for future travel plans!!

Negative experience: I reached out to Travel by Beth to help me plan a vacation at a resort outside of the US. I told her where I wanted to go and said she would get me some information and a quote. She took 9 days to email me and all she sent was a pdf document with a number for the price. There was no other information so I asked for an exact breakdown of where that price came from. She said she couldn't provide one. After that, she took 3-4 days to respond to my emails every time I asked her a question. She never offered to meet in person or online. I had to ask her about arranging travel from the airport to the resort and she never answered my question about it. She literally did nothing except send me weird pdfs with a single price. After a month with no progress, I ended up emailing the resort myself to get my questions answered. They responded within hours giving me an exact breakdown of the price. Beth's price was over $3000 more than what they quoted so I told her we'd like to book with her if she'd price match and she sent me an incredibly rude and aggressive email saying I'm dishonest and was using her to get a good deal. Which makes no sense since her "deal" was $3000 more than the price on their public website. This business is not based on honesty and integrity and I do not recommend them at all!

Fantastic experience: We had the most amazing family vacation to Disneyworld, all thanks to Tiffany Jackson with Travel by Beth! She asked us questions to learn how she could best help then made suggestions and coordinated it all. All of the reservations were made for us including transportation, meals, hotel, park access each day, etc. The entire process was well organized from the beginning and we continued to feel that way throughout the trip. She even set up a travel app for us to use which included all of our trip details, it was great! She explained experience options and extras and we trusted her to help us make the right choices. While we were on our trip a few questions came up and Tiffany was quick to respond and answer them for us. We had such a good experience that we are working with her again on our next vacation!

Fantastic experience: During COVID I cannot imagine planning a trip without a travel agent. I’m an over-planner and I love to trip plan but I’m so incredibly thankful for Beth and John. We were originally booked for a 12 day Hawaii 3island vacation. At the last minute, we followed Hawaii’s travel advice and cancelled. Or I should say Beth cancelled for us. Since we were traveling for our anniversary we did still want to go somewhere. Beth worked quickly to book us an alternate vacation and handled both the new vacation to Sandals Grenada and the cancellation/refund of the Hawaiian vacation that was cancelled. There are so many restrictions and testing protocols pending on where you’re traveling and Beth does a great job staying on top of the ever changing testing requirements and communicating with her clients. Fantastic experience: Usually when I travel I take it for granted that something will go wrong. A booking will be lost, papers won't go through, or I'll reach some stage of the operation and realize "Oh no, I have no way of getting from x to y!" Not so with our honeymoon to Jamaica through Travel by Beth. Their team found us a great location and handled an amount of planning that would have had us slapping our keyboards in frustration. They were professional, responsive, and truly helped us make our getaway a special time.

Fantastic experience: We are sad to be home after a wonderful warm trip! We absolutely loved Mexico, and our resort Sunscape Akumal. We both agree our vacation gets a 10/10. Everything from the hotel stay before we flew out, plane rides, transfers, excursions, and resort facilities met or exceeded our expectations! We would have welcomed a little more night life scene, but were still adequately entertained. This is the perfect place for a family to visit, but also gives adults only a great experience!
