Yesterday I went to send a package to my family in Cuba and I couldn't help but notice that sometimes we Cubans have a somewhat explosive temperament and unintentionally mistreat the staff who are attending to us and striving to provide us with good service. I say this because I witnessed the mistreatment of one of the girls at Cubamax, Ismarys Matos, who came with good intentions to explain the situation, and the people created a very hostile environment. Despite this, she tried to calm the situation so that the wait wouldn't become uncomfortable. Thank you for your service, patience, and please continue with your excellent customer service.

Yesterday I witnessed a rather ugly situation while waiting for my turn and I think this prompted me to post today on their page. Negative experience: Good service, but they change your ticket whenever they want and do not provide a favorable solution for you. They have your money, and you have lost it. There is no such thing as good customer service for me.
Negative experience: We don’t have many options for our family, and since there is so much demand and so many shipments, they don't make an effort to have better service. We have made 4 shipments and we haven’t had any luck. We sent a blender by air which is supposed to be faster, but it took 3 months. An air conditioner for Manaca, they didn’t know where to leave it and they left it in Santa Clara, where the blender was purchased. This reminded me of the movie 'The Death of a Bureaucrat'. And recently, a refrigerator that takes longer and a stove that we paid for air shipping in 1 week. Well, we were very lucky; the refrigerator arrived earlier than expected, and the stove, which we paid for faster shipping of 1 week, arrived 1 month later. And the grill of the stove arrives broken, and you call customer service, and even though you can’t expect anything in return, they treat you as if it were a favor and with an attitude. They offer us $10 for the next purchase. This means you get to keep the broken item and they do you the favor of giving you $10. We are waiting because this shipment was done by my husband, and we hope they change the stove for us, and I will comment later if we were able to resolve it someday. It’s a pity to write negative things, but maybe there's a miracle and they can read this and improve their service. Thank you.

Negative experience: The worst service at a Cubamax office in Miami, located at NW 7th and 27th Ave, particularly a mixed-race girl who sits at the first window, rude, and in front of clients she allows her own people to cut in with ridiculous excuses to get ahead. In an extremely small place, exhausted from the heat, to send money you have to stand in the same line. I went to the warehouse on 8th in Hialeah and there one girl does this process only. Honestly, the first thing should be to expand, and the second, and most importantly, to change this miserable staff for customer service, which is TERRIBLE.

Negative experience: This is the closest location I have. The local is small, can't walk on it. Climate hot , the A/C does not work as well as it does; they had it turned off. However, I'd like to highlight ✨️ that even when the center is not good to go, Ms. Mayrin Sanchez, the lady who assisted me today was amazing. I recommend you all whenever you go to Cubamax at this location, ask for Maylin, she was helpful, nice and made it worth .

Right at noon they were dispatching boxes I imagine from previous days because the pile reached the ceiling. So obviously they were not attending to customers who came to send boxes, and those of us who arrived for other services were pushed aside as if we were painted on the wall. They even made an elderly lady, who they were already attending to, get out of the way so they could pass the boxes. I find it very disrespectful. This service is by no means cheap or subsidized. I will not return to this branch.
Negative experience: A literal little square for 100 people inside and only 4 chairs to wait, and everything is super tight. The customer service is terrible, horrible; they see you enter and don't say anything to you. It's obvious from their faces that they don't even want to work. They should improve as a business, but mainly improve customer service.

Negative experience: On October 10, 2022, my husband sent 5 boxes to Cuba, 3 of which were for my sister's address and 2 for her daughter, both living in Guanabacoa. Only 3 boxes have been received, and her daughter was charged 50 CUP for the 44-pound box and was given a receipt stating it was for customs services. My sister was charged 200 CUP and 100 for each box of 44 pounds, and she was not even given a document. We are missing two boxes and we are not given any explanations as to why they had to pay that money in Cuba when we paid everything here and where the missing boxes are. It is a disrespect and a lack of professionalism to advertise for services that are done poorly or not done at all, and for which there is no security whatsoever. We demand that our boxes be delivered and that they explain the delay and the extra money our relatives had to pay.

Negative experience: Today is 10/11/2022. They promised me and charged me to send a phone to Cuba that would arrive in 20 days. Today, two months have passed, and the phone, accessories, and everything I sent with Cuba Max has been lost. I pass by the Cuba Max office every day, and nobody knows where the phone is. They don't answer in Cuba either. They tell me there is a robbery due to the cyclone, and on August 11, there was no cyclone at all; the cyclone happened a week ago. Forget it, while I'm at the agency making the claim, more people arrive with claims of Robis and phones that don't even show up; it was all chaos. There were four dissatisfied customers claiming their items while they laughed as if it were a joke, and nobody knows what is happening. Three months have passed, and they don't even want to attend to me anymore. When one calls the Cuba Max phone, a company with a Mexican accent answers that knows nothing at all; they tell you they are just there to take notes and data about the items and lost packages. Today I went for the sixth time, and it was for nothing; in Cuba, nobody answers. Another man came in, and I asked how long it takes for a phone to arrive if he sends it today, and they shamelessly told him right in front of me, '20 days, sir.' This is a scam; it doesn’t arrive either in 20 days or in 30 months. I told the man in front of everyone; I won't ever send anything through Cuba Max again; things disappear, don’t arrive, and then they play with you. They give no answers at all—only that they will file a complaint. They have filed six complaints over two months, and nothing; nobody communicates with me at all. Down with the thieving and shady businesses of communist criminals. They stole the phone I sent through this agency; if I had known it belonged to Díaz-Canel, I wouldn't send even a grain of rice. He is the owner of this agency and then claims there is an economic blockade from the United States, and he has several travel agencies in Miami. That's why they stole the phone because everything that smells like communism turns into theft, scams, and mistreatment of customers.

They also provide services for ticket sales, remittances to Cuba, and mobile phone top-ups to Cuba. Additionally, you can buy equipment to be delivered to family members in Cuba.
Negative experience: Super poor service, my husband sent 3 fans and only 1 arrived. It's been over a month and the girl who assisted me didn't even want to check what was going on... in the end, instead of telling me where the fans are, she told me that my husband had to call her. I told her that I have the documents here and she wouldn't even assist me...
