Negative experience: Terrible service, I sent a package with two Tablets to Cuba via Air on 09/20/2023, and it still has not arrived at its destination. There is really no tracking in the reception and delivery process of the Goods, I have complained three times and the response has been the same, I do not blame the person who attended to me, but I would never send anything by this means again. Today 43 days have passed, an approximate delay of two weeks, and I am not responsible for the fact that the goods have not yet reached their destination, I paid the requested amount on time.

More than 6 months ago we paid for two appliances that never arrived and they tell you one lie after another. They haven't returned the money and the superiors in Miami know it. Negative experience: I've been waiting for hours and they don't answer the phone. For years I've visited this office, and the service and reliability have declined a lot. I have a friend who sent a package with them 1 year and 2 months ago, and they haven't even reimbursed her for the shipping cost. I arrived in this city 10 years ago, and they had a wonderful staff; I felt at home. That has declined from 100 to 5, and it's very sad as a customer given the times we are living in.

Negative experience: Most disrespectful place in the entire country, please avoid doing business with them. The employees will literally answer the phone in a very unpolite manner (no greeting, nor the phone etiquette) asking what you want, and when you tell them they will tell you to wait a minute and leave you for more than 30 mins with the phone open, you listening to everything and only to hang up on you. I understand many Cubans choose this because of the language barrier but, this people really need to be stopped, we Cubans need to start choosing business that respect us and treat us like we customers deserve, not like farm animals. If those employees want to mistreat people that come into a place of business, they can certainly go back to Cuba and do so.

Negative experience: I sent to have my Cuban passport made. In June of last year, it has now been a year and a month. I went to ask and they told me that my passport had been returned in October because they requested another birth certificate. They never called me to tell me that they sent the passport back again with the birth certificate that had been rejected. Still nothing. They told me they would write to the consulate and call me, but they never called. When I call, they do not answer. I always have to go in person and they do not give me new answers. My grandmother is sick and I am still waiting for that passport.

Negative experience: I sent two packages to my grandmother, one with medicines and another with personal hygiene items, and only the one with medicines arrived. I've been claiming for about two weeks and the package still hasn't arrived. Apparently, it got lost. They supposedly told me it was left here and wasn't sent, that I should wait a week, and I still haven't seen what they will say when I go back. Over 2 months ago, in fact almost 3, I sent 2 packages of medicines at $15 per pound to Sancti Spiritus and they still haven’t delivered them. Supposedly they tell you 3 to 4 weeks and that’s pure lies. Judge for yourselves and BEWARE, DO NOT SEND ANYTHING THROUGH THIS AGENCY.

Although Mairyn (I think that's her name) has excellent customer service, the same does not happen with their services. They tell you that the money transfer takes 24 to 72 hours. However, it takes more than 15 days. You call them a million times and they always tell you a different story. In May, the same thing happened to me; I always spoke with a guy named Luis who tells you, 'as soon as I get in touch with Cuba, I'll call you,' and he never does. You have to keep calling over and over again. Don't waste your time or money with this agency.
