Fantastic experience: This is the second time I’ve used Dana Kidd for planning my Disney trip. The last time was 11 years ago when it was just my wife and I. Now, with 2 kids I wasn’t sure how to even begin planning and preparing to take littles to Disney World. Dana was as awesome as the first time she’d organized a dream vacation for us. Fantastic experience: We booked our first trip to Disneyland through Tracy Houston - Specialist in Disney Travel with Mouseketrips and had a wonderful experience!!! While we have been to Walt Disney World several times, we had never been to Disneyland. Tracy was so helpful in helping me understand the layout of the parks and attractions that I wanted to definitely check out. She provided guidance in helping us choose our accommodations. She did price comparisons for us between hotels off property and those on property. We eventually decided to stay on property and Tracy found a deal that saved us $700!!! We had the BEST trip ever! Started with Nikki, who is perfect, and when she left she hooked us up with Dana who is amazingly also perfect! We are Disney nuts and know how to do a lot of our own planning, but Dana adds so much value and is always there to help when needed. I have to specifically call out the time the Star Wars hotel shut down and I swear Dana spent like 20 years on the phone with Disney for us while we changed our minds 100 times. Fantastic experience: Dana was so helpful in providing recommendations one of which ultimately earned us a $900 dining card because she suggested we shift our dates by one day to be eligible. She also successfully booked our most sought-after dining reservations. She has an advantage because she’s located remotely on the east coast but still woke up at the crack of dawn to book them for us! She's not overtly cheerful which I sort of expected going into the planning process, being a Disney representative and all. It took a brief minute to get used to her communication style (nice but straight to the point lol); however, she was on the ball with everything and responds to emails promptly which is way more important in my book than being bubbly! Fantastic experience: I could not have planned this vacation without Dana! I wanted to plan a trip for our family before my husband’s deployment. I was feeling overwhelmed…..especially with the whole Genie system! Dana had some simple and easy to understand guidelines on the entire Genie, Genie plus and individual lighting lane system. Fantastic experience: We worked with Dana for our Disney World trip, and she was amazing! She communicated quickly and thoroughly, and definitely knew all the important info we needed to make our trip a success. She booked all of our reservations, and even kept trying (with success!) when some of the things we were hoping for weren't available right away. Fantastic experience: Kelly was great helping to create a memorable family vacation! It had been 6 years since we had been. So much has changed, and having her guide us though it was super helpful. Kelly took care of everything from helping to make the vacation a Christmas surprise for the family, to making food and activity recommendations and reservations, and providing really easy tips to navigate the parks and crowds. Fantastic experience: Returning from our 20th anniversary trip just a couple days ago, I'm still trying to find a way to put into words how amazing our trip was. What I can tell you is that Dana was invaluable at making this trip everything it was. We hadn't been to Disney since 2009 and this was only our second trip. I had a lot of questions, but Dana had answers for them all! And she was so fast to respond. In fact she apologized one time for taking a little longer than normal because I just happened to message her while she was in the middle of something else. If it was a normal time of day, most responses were within 5 - 10 minutes. No matter how many times I felt needy, she took it in stride and told me not to be worried about it. She waited on hold for who knows how many hours total for our trip aboard the Galactic Starcruiser, dealt with any issues that came up along the way, and so much more. I think we changed which resort we were staying at 3 or 4 times, we added on an extra night on two separate occasions, but she took care of it all. I was trying to make the trip as perfect as possible, and Dana did everything to help with that and then some. I only looked at getting a travel agent because I didn't want to be on hold for hours with the Starcruiser. Dana will be booking all of our future Disney trips, and it won't be 13 years before we go back! Thank you so much for all of your hard work and dedication!

Fantastic experience: Dana was our trip advisor and she did a great job. My husband and I had originally booked our Disney vacation on our own and were extremely frustrated with the process. The Disney website is not very user-friendly and there's all of these "extras" that you have to choose whether to add or not, yet understanding how some of those extras work is extremely difficult, and we aren't simple people. One of my friends recommended Dana Kidd to us so we immediately reached out to her. We canceled the trip that we had scheduled and she took over. We wouldn't have been able to do it without her! We had a great, worry-free vacation!!

Fantastic experience: We have been to Disney a few times pre-pandemic but were having difficulty keeping up with all the changes, plus it had been a few years since we had gone and our priorities were different than 5 years ago. Lindsey was able to answer all my questions and helped us find and book a stay at a resort I never would have even looked at. She got me in contact with someone for a wheelchair and reminded me when to make dinner reservations, payment and even helped with Genie Plus. I will definitely work with Lindsey again. Fantastic experience: Booked our Disney World trip through Dana Kidd (MousekeDana). Been booking trips through her since 2016. I was referred by a family member and have not regretted it. She answers every little question, books your dining reservation if requested, also give plenty of tips and tricks to new features that roll out and even some old features that you may not be aware of. Fantastic experience: This was our first real family vacation. We really had no clue where to begin. We knew we wanted to go on a Disney vacation but we weren’t sure if we wanted to go to Disneyland or Disney World. With all the mandates California had in place we decided we wanted to go to Florida, but we didn’t know how to even start. So I googled travel agents. I read reviews on Dana Kidd and I was really hoping she was my agent when I asked for a quote on a package. And sure enough she was assigned as our travel agent. Dana was very helpful, she basically took care of everything. She gave us options on different packages and when I asked for her opinion she didn’t hesitate to let me know what she thought. I absolutely will only work with Dana Kidd on Disney Vacations from her on out. I also was just told she now does Sea World packages and Universal Studios packages. My wife and I are already trying what to decide for our next vacation. But we will definitely be using Dana Kidd she gets 10 stars in my book!

Fantastic experience: Dana Kidd was wonderful at helping us book a hotel and the Disney World tickets. She also helped us buy our tickets to Universal. She helped to book our dining reservations and we were able to get early entry to both parks with her help. She also told us which parks to go to during the week. She helped booked our shuttle to and from the airport. She was very prompt about answer all our questions. We had a lot of questions because it was our first time to Florida. We really appreciate all her help and would definitely like to use her services again in the future.
