Negative experience: Very rude employee. We were waiting on line and the lady said with an attitude she was on her lunch break. I” understand but I wasn’t sure if she was taking to me or someone on the phone. I ask her again and she reply back dindnt you heard and she said if you want wait if not leave.awful service

The recepcionist at times seems lost. You will see moody faces for sure. Just tell them ehat you need and get on with your life.

They don’t apologize for the delays, and then they sound frustrated they have to speak to you on the phone. It’s not just one particular individual, it’s a pre-requisite for all the employees to be rude and disrespectful.

Negative experience: RUDE... I used Delgado Travel agency to send a package to a loved one in Ecuador. They never asked me where I wanted my package delivered. I assumed (since the clerk did not ask) that they would send it to the agency near where my family member lives (according to the mailing address). Instead, they sent it to one of their agencies that is farther away from where my family member lives. She's a handicap older person, so this is going to put her through some hardship. When I called back the same night (after I realized they were going to send the package to a different location) to have them change the delivery address, they put me on hold, then hung up on me...RUDE...I continued to call to have them change the location, but they did not pick up the phone after that. I called them back the following day and they said they could not change the destination of the package...RUDE Funny (not), the day I dropped my package off, there was a woman complaining that the agency should have called her to pick up some money that a family member had sent to her, but when she had called the day before they hung up on her and after that she kept calling and they did not pick up the phone... It sounded like the exact same tactic they used on me that evening. I guess they don't like dealing with customers' issues. I guess Delgado Travel doesn't really care for their customers. It's "their way or the high way". Very bad customer service. If I was able to give 0 star, that would be a more accurate rating...

Negative experience: I am a regular customer of Delgado Travel, but I have complaints about the poor service I received from the young lady yesterday. They need to teach her to treat customers better. At least she should know how to greet.

Negative experience: Very bad experience at this place. I was called to say I had a letter to pick up, I went to the place to collect it and with my ID they couldn't find my information on the computer. I made them listen to the voicemail they had left me and it said that they didn't have anything at this location. I had to leave the place because I thought it would be something maximum of 10 minutes and not half an hour, and all this waiting just to end up leaving without my letter. The next day I called with the tracking number, the person who answered kept me on hold for about 10 minutes, I had to hang up and call again and that's how they were able to assist me. The person who helped me over the phone was not professional at all, I don't understand how they have someone like that working in customer service. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

They take it out in front of all the people at the agency and then put it in their bag, which is all wrong since the items arrive at their destination like used goods. One takes the items neatly arranged, but everything arrives crumpled to the recipient.
