Negative experience: We had an awful experience at the Cabinn Copenhagen hotel we booked through the platform , do not make our mistake and relate to reviews on other platforms/ websites too!! The tiny rooms have no change of air at all if you do not open the windows, the thermostat at the entrance was useless! If you are lucky enough to have an inside room ok if not , you will get it on the trafficate street and good luck in sleeping at night because clearly you need to keep the window open to breathe at night as the ventilator the reception will give you is not enough unfortunately. The conditions of the “bathroom “ were horrific, with stains on the shower curtain and on the walls , when you take shower get ready to have water all across the carpet outside which is very filthy and probably very moldy as well. We asked to have the room cleaned after the second night and what they did was just to bring new towels and rearrange the bed , no vacuum and no bathroom cleaning. We also had to ask for soap and towel on the arrival day at the reception . The cherry on the cake though was a person in our group who got bed bugs while sleeping in those beds and was offered a change of room and storage of the clothes for the whole day at the reception. The staff at the reception though is very nice and polite The booking process through the platform was quite smooth , you would need more accurate descriptions and information related to the rooms and most definitely more pictures!!

Positive experience: We were greeted well with a vanilla tea which was delicious. There common area/lobby that had a fantastic view. The suite was beautiful and all the service we received was top notch. The food was a little lacking but overall was good. Their sister hotel (STORY) had a very luxurious spa and if you make reservations at their restaurant, you will receive 20% off which was great.

Fantastic experience: I've always been a bit skeptical about booking anything through third parties but l decided to give @hotel a try in 2022 because the deals looked too good. Best decision I made. I think the company may have been somewhat fresh/new at that time so I thought maybe the great service was a one-time thing to pull in customers. However, I've now used them for the second time and everything went smoothly and flawlessly again. In fact, my airline messed up my flights which caused me to I miss one of my hotel stays. @hotel was kind enough to refund me. I am so grateful. Negative experience: This hotel is good for a short visit/city trip to Copenhagen. The location is great and integrated into modern living in Copenhagen. The new metro (Slusholmen) stops right around the corner. However, there is also a metro shaft right in front of the hotel. The rooms are really clean, but there are no storage options for clothing. You live out of your bag or suitcase. More than two nights are therefore not recommended. The reception/bar/breakfast area is served by the same staff. Therefore, the staff can only be overwhelmed. In the morning, there isn’t enough space for breakfast, food is not replenished, and the guest, despite a written notice stating that trays should be cleared by themselves, is always dependent on the tables being cleared.

The hotel was inside the Aqua shopping mall in front of El Corte Inglés and surrounded by a lot of restaurants and great restaurants nearby. The main attractions science museum and the oceanographic area just on the other side of the bridge.

The hotel is 15-20 min walk away to the center of the city and 5 min from Drumcondra station where you will find Aircoach Airport bus and the train to Connoly and other stations. The room was very tidy and has it all: iron station and kettle with tea etc

The hotel stored our luggage for us before Check-in and after. This made it very convenient to see the city with out being weighed down.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with the travel care assistance from @hotel. Please ensure you double check actual hotel policies before booking through @hotel, as @hotel don't make you aware of this kind of things. @hotel left us to resolve problems at the hotel reception on our own. Even if it was out of @hotel hands, the courtesy is to follow up if we are OK or if all is resolved, especially travelling half way across the world with children.

Unfortunately, @athotel did not give them the correct information about my reservation, and I did not get the room I paid for. @athotel tried to fix it, but I did not receive any updates other than they are working on it. My entire stay was spent in one bed when I paid for two. I am not happy that I did not get what I paid for. I paid extra to get the second bed, and I did not get that.

Positive experience: Excellent B&B experience. Great location for Colonial Williamsburg. Coming and going was "hand free" with no contact with the host. The cooks did a nice presentation with buffet breakfast offerings. Having 24/7 use of an espresso machine was very nice. The rooms are well maintained, albeit a bit worn. Free parking on the street.

Fantastic experience: We will definitely stay again @ Picnic Hotel when we go back to Bangkok, Thailand. The hotel is simply amazing. It is not a 5 star hotel but service wise it is. For practical traveler like me, the hotel is a safe heaven for me, simply a home away from home. It is near the BTS line, King Power Duty Free, seven eleven and malls. Hotel staff are helpful, kind and amiable. The deluxe room where we stayed was cleaned everyday, supplies like drinking water, coffee, tea, toiletries were brought everyday too . I am grateful and truly appreciate their hospitality for making our Bangkok Vacation memorable. I can’t wait to go back.
