Fantastic experience: A great welcome center with very helpful staff. It is very nice and clean. The staff have lots of useful information about all the wineries located around the Napa area.

Fantastic experience: It was very cool to hang out there and see the view from the rooftop. The 3d topo map of the valley in the lobby puts it all in perspective.

Fantastic experience: Very knowledgeable staff. Helped us with some history and recommendations. We drove up one side of the valley and down the other, both sides were beautiful. Wine that we tasted from this region is top notch and definitely worth the chance to try. We went during the off season in January, weather was in the 60's. Worth the trip.

Positive experience: Parking is not easy. The interior is well decorated, making it a good spot for taking photos. There are various souvenirs, but the prices are high. It seems sufficient to visit while exploring downtown.

Fantastic experience: This is the MUST first stop for me when going to Napa. They have beautiful gifts in the shop and the people working here are very knowledgeable about the region. We share our preferences and they make suggestions on which wineries to go to. They often have free wine tastings. It’s also surrounded by cute shops and restaurants.

Negative experience: Nice shop but not helpful. We got there early and basically were just told to go to the online screens for info. Very dismissive. Go to Sonoma Welcome Center. They will actually have a chat with you and recommend best ways to see what you are looking for.

Fantastic experience: Great visitor center! I happened upon it on their free wine tasting night! Six wineries offered a taste or two! It was great! Nice gift shop and it's a classy Center with clean restrooms. I ❤ NAPA!

Positive experience: Napa is not what it used to be 15 years ago… wineries tasting is a ripoff experience by appointment only! Downtowns of NAPA and other smaller towns are pretty and offer lots of shopping and food choices. A mixed experience, not a satisfying one.

Positive experience: Save our visit to the wine country. They have good displays, souvenirs of the napa valley. It wasn't a friendly environment tho. If you welcome a visitor i would prefer a smile on your face. Thats the main purpose of the Welcome Center. Attract tourists!!!

Fantastic experience: The Napa Valley Welcome Centre is a great place to start if you don't know where you want to go within Napa Valley. My friend and I stopped here first and we got a ton of great recommendations from our free consultation with a staff member. Very helpful and informative!

Fantastic experience: Visited for some wine tasting recommendations and was so impressed with the service provided. The woman who helped us was so knowledgeable, so helpful, and was so kind to us. She provided us with a great breakfast recommendation (the Napa General Store) and several great winery recommendations. You could tell she genuinely cared about providing us with detailed information and was sure to review everything on the map with us. She also provided us with a few 2 for 1 wine tasting vouchers to a couple of specific wineries she thought we would like!

Positive experience: The place we very warming and quite informative. They give pretty good suggestions. You can also get some cool souvenirs here from Napa valley. The items are pricey and the people are warm, receptive and quite helpful.

Napa Valley has a lot of lovely resorts, vineyards, gardens, and wineries that can serve as a background for your special occasion.
