Lion/Tiger Travel Bus

Negative experience: Bad service after we called there office last night they said each person have 2 luggage after we got there the girl in the office she want to charge us 30$ extra on the second luggage. So bad and the seats not good you can relax also the USB charger not working also the buses to old

Negative experience: Bad commute drivers always stop on the road. And also the boss is greedy and selfish not giving any money to the workers. Plus one of their drivers died because of a heart attack that the boss Fanny didn’t care at all!

Negative experience: Worst experience ever! Don't ever take this bus and save yourself. The woman who sells ticket yells at customers and they won't leave on time until the bus gets full. Bus is dirty dirty. Even one star is too much. Very old vehicle.

Positive experience: I suggest the Chinese owners consider that people are your customers and start improving the service and not just making money. But you hard workers can't say anything bad. hardworking people

Positive experience: It's very crowded, but It's okay for a bus traveling out of state. Buy tickets early, so you're not sitting in the back with the bathroom . Overall, it's convenient, and pricing is affordable.

Negative experience: NOT EVEN 1 STAR WORTHHHWorst experience ever!!!! The customer service of awful and the drivers are inexperienced. They might as well get their liscense provoked. NYC to OHIO bus ran out of fuel in middle of the road,and when the customers called for help the driver refuse to give out bus information so the maintenance can come and fix it. Don’t waste your time because currently we are still waiting for someone to come and fix the bus since the drivers aren’t in their right mind to check up on it!!!!!!!

Positive experience: Very efficient on the bus, but in the office, I think the cleanliness of the floors and other areas should improve.

Negative experience: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY- you get what you pay for…horrible customer service, not clean, bathroom on board :more than certain has not been cleaned in years, entire bus reeks of urine, reckless driving, passengers being denied a rest stop for a trip from Virginia Beach - NYC. I will NEVER travel using this bus company.

Fantastic experience: Good and respectful people, but one driver was going too fast and scared the passengers.

Negative experience: The workers here are very unprofessional, rude, and racist. They mumbled slurs at my family and I as we were looking for seats on the bus. On top of that, the bus is affordable but very cheap and nasty. You can tell no thought or care was put into this business.

Positive experience: The lion bus is quick affordable bus ride if you arw ever in need. Being able to call ahead and make a reservation for my seat made it easier to get the seat that I wanted/needed. The bus is not the cleanest. Although they provide fresh garbage bags on the seats and the bus was free of liter. The bathroom was disgusting and unusable.

Positive experience: The bus was not the best. Kinda dingy. The seats all seem to be broken in the recline position. They need to stop at least twice for bathroom break. Bus needs to be wiped down with some fabuloso nor something like it.

Negative experience: They want us to download there app for 10% off but don't tell us that it's after a certain amount of trips. Been traveling with them for quite awhile still no discount. In V.A. i booked a trip to NY for my daughter but just missed the bus, so I had to pay full price for another ticket. In NY I missed the bus and only had to pay 10 dollars, was really upset and disappointed with the service in V.A. Besides that it seems like they don't clean their buses to often, bad smell from the bathroom.

Negative experience: The Organizers leave it up to customers to tell other customers to change their seats. Bathroom on the bus was disgusting. My wife could not use. Afraid of getting a jerm. Bus driver when coming back from vacation after asking when will be stopping to eat or use the rest room. Stoped the bus and told me to get off and relieve my self in the middle of no where. Very rude. The price to pay was not worth it. The phone chargers over head did not work, had to ask a stranger to charge my phone in another seating area of the bus. When I called the bus company when we were in route coming home from Vacation. The Operator said the bus driver made two stops already. I been on the bus since 9:00 am. The bus stopped once at 3:00 pm from Virginia to New Jersey. Almost had a accident twice driving radically on the road scaring passengers afraid to close their eyes. I will never use Tiger Bus Company ever again. And that was my first time using the service.
