Fantastic experience: I walked in and spoke with Sonia about an auto insurance policy. I was still unsure about switching agents. Sonia was polite and very helpful. She answered every one of my questions and put everything down on paper for me to physically see the differences. In the end she gave me her business card and said to reach out with any other questions since I was still unsure. A few days later I sent an email to her with a couple of questions. She answered them and I decided to change over. Not only was it easy, I emailed the needed documents and she took care of everything that same day! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and customer service! Wish every customer service rep was like her!

Negative experience: As a member of AAA and wanting to save time, I made an appointment to renew my driver's license at the Somerset office. I filled out my application online and selected the documents I was bringing (listed on my application), When I arrived the lady there scanned the QR code of my application and the minute I showed her my I-797 started talking to another lady, who came to speak to me in Spanish (I speak English and did not request an Spanish interpreter), and they said I had to bring the I-94 that they could not accept that document as it was not listed in their list from RMV (even though it was listed on my application and it has the same effect as I-94), they did not even look further and said "sorry we cannot help you". Later, I made my appointment at the RMV. I waited a bit longer, but the agent there was kind, not showing any prejudices, and did her work professionally, and I was able to renew my license at the RMV with the documents I brought to AAA (some of them, they did not even want to look at) I will probably not use AAA again or at least not Sommerset branch.

Fantastic experience: I live in FallRiver and a friend popped their tire outside my house, so I called AAA at 945 pm during a monsoon . The technician Lewis came on time and was professional, helpful and even told us to wait inside while he changed the tire . Within 15 minutes he had changed the tire and filled it with the proper air pressure. I’m so glad to have AAA and I definitely recommend it to others. Not to mention Lewis is a definite asset to AAA and very polite…

Negative experience: Hello AAA I am writing to you to let you know that I walked into your office in Somerset today and had to deal with the most miserable mean person I have ever known I was in there only for just a few minutes as the only thing that looked to bring her Joy was to tell me that my title was no good and I would not be getting the truck registered I left and went immediately to the registry of motor vehicles in Fall River showed them everything and pointed out the problem that your employee noted and they had absolutely no problem with it me and my entire family have been AAA members forever and I am very much used to using the one in Rhode Island off the wampanoag trail and everyone in there is always very polite and very helpful but you have a person in your Somerset branch that is very obviously does not want to be there or help anybody thank you I hope it improves

Negative experience: I waited 1 &1/2 hrs on speaker phone, I eventually had to hang up! Being a gold card member, I am VERY upset at their lack of response! My question I'm sure could have been answered within minutes! Actually NO stars!

Negative experience: I had to give 1 star as there was nothing lower. The employee I unfortunately dealt with was miserable, rude and difficult. No customer service skills at all and the only impression she gave was she hated her job, life, people, etc. I have been a AAA member for 20 years and this is the first time I have actually walked into an office to get help. What should have been an easy notary service turned into a fast nightmare. She was rude, obnoxious and did not offer any type of will to be helpful. She didn't even try. I left abruptly and told her I did not want her to help after the way she treated me and my husband. Note: we knew we were in for a challenge when she opened the branch at 9AM with a frown, abruptly waved us in and did not answer good morning to me or the other members outside even after we greeted her with smiles and good morning.

Fantastic experience: Renewed my driver's license and updated to the Real ID. Arrived for my appointment time, had a ten minute wait at best, then was taken care of promptly. Easy, breezy!!!

The fact that a cast iron structure completed so many years ago helps define the debt we owe to the inventors and entrepreneurs of the time. This is confirmed while seeing the incredible history within a few miles of the bridge. Local personal involvement only helps to elevate the experience. Very good places to stay, eat and drink.

Fantastic experience: We've been to and/or phoned AAA several times over the past few weeks. As members we've had the convenience of obtaining a real ID for our daughter, meeting with a travel agent to plan our upcoming Disney trip, and road service after getting a flat tire. We're also scheduled to renew our auto registration there in June. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable- both via phone and in person.

Negative experience: Been with AAA for 5 years. Always kinda sucked but let's be honest. It's a good deal. Atleast it was. Tired of waiting hours for tows but I found it worth it cause I drive cars that are performance cars and unfortunately break down. I've been paying for my brother added to my account for 4 years. He was going to pay for it this time. Now they are saying since he don't live with me it's not valid. When paying for this they said add a family member. That was all. It saves only $40 but hey it's $40. Now they want us to pay individually. I went to just pay for it to renew myself and the girl took my brother off the policy. There are so many places to choose from God knows why I stayed with such bad service. I'm now only paying $45 1/3rd of the price for UNLIMITED tows instead of 3. AAA deserves zero stars but 5 stars for helping me make the switch to cheaper, better coverage.

Negative experience: I've been with AAA car insurance agency for six years as a loyal customer. The rates were sweet in the beginning, as the years go by the rates have been going up. My driving record is great, his week I have time to call the branch to see if they better rates possibly I've been with commerce and I found out they have travellers. My current isn't new by any means, I've been waiting for a callback four days and no answer or email for new rates. I called the branch today because I finally have time too and my agent isn't there.... I might be heading to a new company yall got to work on responding back. Feeling like me call is thrown under the rug, get it together yall.
