Negative experience: My experience at this place was disastrous; poor service, bad quality of car, and they force you to get an insurance they choose. In the end, they don't return the car reservation deposit. This place is a total fraud; do not rent here, it is a scam. Your identity and money are at risk in this establishment.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. We rented through the Skyscanner app, arrived to pick up the car, and they made up a bunch of excuses, didn't release the car, added a lot of rental fees that weren't included in the app, and didn't refund us. Terrible service, terrible in every aspect.

Negative experience: My parents visiting from Spain rented a car at this location, it's been 2 months and they're still waiting for them to process the refund of the deposit. We have contacted them multiple times and they left our messages on seen without any reply and even when I contacted them over the phone, they hung up on me. We're contacting our bank so we can open a dispute since that's the only way it seems that we're going to get our money back. Shady business, STAY AWAY.

Negative experience: Shady business model. When you arrive to the parking lot to pick up your rental, you end up paying double the price of what you've reserved it for. Mandatory charges of 29.99 for third party liability insurance even when you already have it and try to decline it. Note to self - rent from a reliable company instead of finding the lowest prices online. Good lesson learned.

Negative experience: Not impressed with the service provided. I had booked for Toyota Rav 4, instead got a banged up Kia, spent an additional $600 something CAD on top of everything (insurance liability etc) I had paid for in advance for the car. And I still have not recieved my deposit back. Rented the car August 24 and now its September 16th. The service provider I have met with to get the car just stopped responding all together. Please DO NOT go to them to get a rental.

Negative experience: SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!!! This is a total scam please don't get trapped like I did. I wish I could pick zero stars. We came to this gravel parking space with a trailer, with no AC and two different companies running there. We were charges $570 cad for no reason, in the name of liability insurance, even though we had liability insurance already. The Owner who called himself the Employee was a total scamer, and gave us no receipt or any proof of our money paid. When we went to return that car, the original company wasn't even there, there was another car company employee who didn't know when the our car company employee will be back. We handed over the keys are no paperwork or any any receipt was provided. All we see is our credit card being charges so so so much more than original contract. This place was dirty, unprofessional, no AC and total scam... please please save yourself and never get the car there.

Negative experience: Paid double what I agreed to when I reserved the car. Was not allowed to leave with the car unless I bought the rental insurance, despite the fact that I assured them that I did not want, or need it. Was not given a choice. Then the car was damaged. Had a large dent and scratches on it. The rental 'office' is a shipping container in a gravel lot. The shuttle driver was very helpful, but would never use again and would NOT recommend.

Negative experience: The service started great, it just got worse on the day I returned the car when there was no one to receive and inspect it. The person who received it said they were not responsible for the car. I was charged 1000 dollars from the insurance and instead of reserving the balance on my card, they charged it like a purchase. They kept stalling on the return and it has already been 2 weeks without answering my calls. Horrible service, I was robbed of 1000 dollars. Run away. Thieves.

Fantastic experience: We booked the car rental via the QeeQ app , the prices were much lower than other rental companies. The airport pick up was on time. My auto insurance didn’t cover the 300k minimum for rental insurance so I had to buy their insurance which was unexpected but Luis was able to work with us with the deposit. And on top of all of that they made sure the car was on, with the AC blasting for the family on a crazy hot day . Thank you for making the rental process so smooth!

Negative experience: I wish there was a choice to leave no star… SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! We told the guy we decline insurance coverage because our own car insurance covers rental cars. They guy told us unless our insurance is with the companies they approve, and had at least $350K coverage, we have to buy their insurance for $283! We ended up leaving Reliant and went back to the airport on a stormy evening! And they refused to refund our rental fee either!

Negative experience: Shady company. Returned rental, clean, full of gas, no damage on Saturday afternoon.I called to let them know I was on my way and need shuttle to airport. No representative was here to process return. Shady company- they operate out of a cargo container- no AC while you’re waiting, other customer was waiting for them to find his personal keys for his vehicle he parked here while out of town. Not cool. Stick w known established car rentals. Too many mistakes, terrible customer service.

They want me to pay 290$ for a 300 000$ liability .. my insurence cover me for 2 000 000$ .... I have the proof, i have the paper work of the insurence we have everything they asked for. Negative experience: SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Everything everyone else mentioned is true. They charged us an extra $220 for additional insurance and then withheld from our deposit for daily toll fees that amounted to $8.50. They charged us an additional $175. On top of that, we were told when we picked up the car that the shuttle ran 24 hours and that the place operated 24 hours. Our flight left at 5:30am the day we left and they said we dropped the car off after hours even though they were there and open. That was another $40. Absolutely horrible. You are better off going with a car rental at the Orlando airport. I booked through Discover Cars. Do not use any service booked through them. It is a sham to cheat customers and keep their deposit. Even the shuttle driver said it was terrible that the owner was charging us $40 after hours charge. He was embarrassed.

Negative experience: Spent an hour over there trying to pick up rental. Booked through car jet, and the insurance was not covering, reliant wanted additional money for everything else that was not in the carjet price. I would never book through carjet or this place. I brought vehicle back during normal business hours but got charged for after hours additional $40

Negative experience: Beware. I booked via carjet because it was a really good price. But in the end I paid the same or probably more than companies at the airport. I knew the pickup location was off of the airport and a shuttle was provided. It took about 20 mins to get picked up and about another 15 mins to get to the very small business located in an industrial mall. Although I had personal insurance coverage they would not accept it because it was not with one of the 4 companies they accept. So that was another $30 a day. I was also convinced to take the daily sunpass for tolls, even though I explained I only had to use tolls a couple of times. That was another $15 a day. It wasn’t worth the effort to cancel and find something else so we went ahead with the rental. The car itself was decent and clean. Upon returning the car the business was closed and I had to call to have someone attend. This person did not speak English and could not give me a final paid invoice. Through text over the next several days I was told they would give me a final invoice. In the end I paid 4 times more than I anticipated. Would have been way easier and less frustrating to just to get something at airport.

Negative experience: BEWARE!!!! They are nice people but I believe their business practices to be very shady. When I reserved the car the quoted price was around $40 for 3.5 days. The car I reserved was a Toyota Camry. I got neither. By the time I left there my bill was over $200 and the car I got was a very basic Honda hatchback type vehicle. What they don't tell you on your website is that they require you to have $300k worth of property liability damage on your insurance coverage. If you don't, then you will have to buy their $30/day coverage. Additionally there were all other types of bogus charges. On top of all of this they charged an additional $6 to my card 3 days after I dropped off the car. No explanation. I learned if a deal is too good to be true, IT IS!!!

Negative experience: Waited 25 minutes for someone to pick us up. Arrived at office and being the only customer, I thought it would be a quick transaction. An hour later with added charges and lots of haggling; we finally got in a scratched up, Toyota with check engine and maintenance lights on, and weak key fob batteries. Upon returning, there were even more negotiated charges… NEVER AGAIN!!!

Negative experience: Absolutely despicable company. I was originally quoted a figure of around $150 for car hire. When we went to pick up the vehicle it was actually a company called Sonic Car Rental. All of a sudden my car hire went from $150 to nearly $1200 because of "mandatory charges" including $20 per day for tolls. We didn't use a single toll all the time we were there. Nothing but a company that's out to rip people off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Disgusting business practices. AVOID!!! You have been warned.

Negative experience: Do NOT rent from this place. We just spent the past hour dealing with the worst experience here. No one knew what they were doing, it basically felt like they were making fees up as they went through the conversation. When I called them out on the “tire battery fee,” that was $25 they had no idea what it was. Then they gave me a huge mini van when I asked for a Camry. Then they said they could give me a smaller suv and after we put all of our luggage in the back of the new suv, they informed us that all of the tires needed air in them. Then one of the women in training literally said out loud that they don’t even check the cars when they get turned back in so they wouldn’t have known that the tires needed air until a new person rented it. I demanded a refund and left. Didn’t feel safe at all. Highly recommend paying extra to go somewhere else.

Negative experience: Do not rent a car from this place! What the quoted me wasn't what I actually paid. The price tripled when I looked at my credit card statement. They charge 100's of $'s for insurance. We were given a different car than what we were told & the gas tank wasn't full & I was questioned why we didn't bring it back full but I wasn't given the car with a full tank of gas. Now I'm unable to speak to anyone regarding all these unauthorized charges on my credit card. Stay away from this company. it's definitely a scam!!

Negative experience: I rented off this scam also. The car was sold fully insured but with an excess of $5000 so I insured the excess only to be told that was unacceptable they told me I had to take out more insurance at a cost of over $400 extra for 10 days I did not pay

Negative experience: They told one thing over the phone and when I came to pick up the car I had to pay an extra $250; I never had to pay anything extra with the other car rentals.

So corrupt from training their shuttle drivers to drive in circles just to confuse the potential customers on the distance to there Rental company from the MCO airport. .Next you are quoted $90 for a 5 day rental when you arrange it online. Please read this carefully. Everyone please grasp everything I'm writing ok. After you arrive they change the quote to 4x more than you expected. Trust me you get so mad, and thats right after the shuttle driver just confused you on the distance to get back to the airport you feel trapped and you then agree to the bait and switch! I'm sorry but when we brought back that dented falling apart bucket of bolts the shuttle driver then drove us 6 mins back to the airport. BTW It took him 35 mins to bring us to Reliant in the 1st place I felt violated and wont be able to sit for at least a week!! please don't let this happen to you! The worst car rental experience we ever had. Reliant Car Rental is 100% dishonest. Yes the car had a bumper falling off! Dents on the hood of the Corolla they rented to us for almost $400

Negative experience: This is a scam, BAIT and SWITCH. I prepaid a rental and after being picked up at the airport and brought to their office and was basically forced to pay an extra $300 for insurance that my carrier offered for $2 for the year! The place doesnt even have a sign, unless you count the tax preparation signs. Complaint filed with the FL attorney generals office

Negative experience: Place smell SCAM as soon as you walk in. Terrible place to rent, tipical bate and switch. They lied from the beginning and started some bogus unnecessary charges. Be careful I would not rent from them again, better to go with a well known company.

Negative experience: They wanted to charge for a Sun Pass, $10.99 per day, stating that none of the sun passes take physical money anymore, which is not true. I also purchased full coverage insurance as well as having comprehensive with my car insurance company that is transferable to rental cars. They said I didn’t have enough and I needed a higher amount..$300k. The cost they was charging for comprehensive insurance was more than the cost of the rental car. Hook and sinker. Hook you with cheaper rental cost and sink you with additional fees. They told me I could not be refunded because I booked through Discovery.

Negative experience: Where do I begin? We had the worst experience with this company!!! I'm not even sure we should call them a "company". More like thieves. After we landed in Orland, it took them AT LEAST 45 minutes to come get us after telling us it would be 10-15 minutes. And this is after we waited on our baggage. When we arrived to their "company", it was super sketchy. There was not one car in the parking lot and they took us back a bunch of hallways and into a very tiny room where there is one desk and one employee. I showed them my proof of insurance..they demand a declaration page to show how much insurance you have (luckily I had that on my phone). They require $300,000 of liability and property damage and I had both. Keep in mind, they didn't tell us it had to be this large of a policy). But even that wasn't good enough for them. I guess they have to figure out some way to get money from people because they then told us that my insurance company wasn't one of their preferred companies, forcing us to buy their liability insurance!! They said it was all on the "voucher" I received in my email..a voucher I received AFTER making the booking. It is indeed on the voucher, but it is in the terms and conditions portion and its so tiny you can't even read it. I have never had anyone tell me my insurance wasn't good enough to rent a dang car!!! Our reservation was suppose to be $81 and we ended up paying $300 for the car. We were on a mom's vacation and didn't wanna mess with going somewhere else. Now, after seeing these other reviews, I wish I had never given them my money. When we returned the car he was hackling us because there was 2 dings in the windshield saying it was damaged. They were there when we picked up the car and I am so glad I had taken pics of every single defect in the car, including the windshield. They also tried scare tactics with us as well as all these other reviews...told us the toll roads no longer accept cash or change and that we would be charged a hefty fee if we drove through them. I know better, so we didn't fall for it. But they wanted to charge a ridiculous amount for a sunpass or something like it. Infuriating. These people need SHUT DOWN!! I will make it my mission to tell everyone NOT to use this company.

Negative experience: They don’t deserve even 1 star. It’s a very sketchy and dark place to begin. We booked online, but when we showed up, they started tacking on additional fees. They wanted to charge $60/day for insurance, but we already have our own insurance. They said a $1million property coverage on our plan was not good enough. They also would have made us pay for the Florida Pass to go through tolls, but that didn’t even include the cost of the tolls. $70 reservation was turning into a $300+ rental. Ultimately, we walked out. We called an Uber and went up the road to a different rental place. We will NEVER return here. It was everything horrible.

Negative experience: Even though I showed insurance proof they still charged me because I didn't have one of THEIR insurance companys. It was a lot of extra money. This is one company you wanna read the reviews in and move on to another company and be happy you did!

Negative experience: They track you with an apple air tag. Don’t respond about anything customer service related when they give you the wrong vehicle or it doesn’t work properly and you’d wish to swap the car out. Scan over the $300,000 in insurance or you must pay double the price of the rental to insure through them. You always get what you pay for is what I’d recommend. The google address is wrong online. The girl that works in the “closet” called an office was rude and sick while touching everything. This place is a liability all around, would never use it again. Biggest SCAM I’ve ever been apart of as a so called “business”. Short unrealistic hours for any traveler, use a real traditional rental car company at the airport and you’ll be happy. Wish I did like I’ve always previously done, this wasn’t any cheaper and a violation of privacy as they track your every move and your phone notifies you every few mins. Vehicles seem like they were scrapped out of the hurricane and nothing but a giant circus of a business.

When you arrive, they tell you that you need extra insurance that obviously does not cover what you have and they want to charge you much more than what appears on the reservation. On top of that, they are EXTREMELY RUDE!!! The guy, when he found out that I was not going to rent the car from them, treated me really badly and disrespected me, shouting at me and saying that if I wanted him to take me back to the airport, I would have to wait for him to wash the car and pick someone else up, that I was no longer their customer, so I should sit and wait! Of course, I DID NOT and immediately ordered an Uber and found a better price from ADVANTAGE! Read all the comments, I didn’t and that’s why I had a terrible experience!

Negative experience: What a terrible experience! 1. the location of car pick up was twice as far from airport than originally told. 2. the total cost including all taxes and fees does not include additional fees added at pick up. 3. I called the car rental vendor, Reliant Rental, to verify they take my insurance, they confirmed. When I went to pick up car and use my insurance, they said I need a printed out declaration from my insurance company that I have a $300,000.00 collision policy otherwise you are forced to use theirs. How many people carry this much for collision? Not too many car rental companies require this. This is a big scam! Don't ruin your vacation starting out this way, waste of time, money and stress!

Negative experience: The worst customer service rep I’ve ever encountered!! Arrived from the Orlando airport at 11:30 pm to pick up my rental, gave the rep my Lic, credit card and valid insurance card. She points to a policy in a picture frame on the counter and says I need proof of having $300,000 in liability insurance, I ask what does she mean she say I need the declaration page from your policy. Of course there’s no way to get it at midnight. She points to the policy and takes a phone call on her cell phone. Doesn’t offer any assistance or advice just points to the company policy on the counter. So it’s now midnight and I have to call an Uber with four suitcases to take me to a different rental agency. She should be detailing the vehicles not dealing with customers. Luckily I got a rental from Fox car rental in and out in 15 minutes and no They didn’t require a declaration page from my insurance.

Negative experience: it's a scam, huge hidden costs! stay away!!

Negative experience: Would leave 0 stars if we could rented 2 cars in December. One of the cars that they rented us upon being pulled over by the police had an expired license plate sticker and was not registered to the rental company but to a private owner in Miami. Company did not care at all. Police said had we been in an accident all of the liability would have been on us. And don't use a toll road or you will be charged. Not any friendly service. Do not rent from this company stay away.

They low ball online and when you are at the counter they say you need to get insurance and till pass, mandatory and expensive. 2. They said they will open at 6 am for the return and drop off, I double checked and they promised to be there at 6. Did not show up until 6:30am and is delaying me getting on the flight. These guys are ridiculous and should not be encouraged.

Negative experience: Worst rental I ever seen in my life . Today 12/18/22 , I experienced the worst of scammers since I was born. I was to get a rental which I booked from orbitz website which I payed a week ago since I was visiting Orlando with my three kids and wife. I got to Orlando and they wanted to charge me an extra $146 after everything I payed online was accepted . These people are thieves someone need to do something about these people. I was stranded and had to get an Uber to my hotel. Pls can someone let me know where I can report them. They wanted me to pay for insurance extra after paying online .

Negative experience: This place was absolutely horrible, definitely a scam. I had tried to rent a car for four days and got an original quote of $180, once we got there they told us we needed $300,000 in liability insurance and since we did not have that, even though we have full coverage on a brand new car at home, that brought our price up to $500 for four days not including the sun pass. The lady there was extremely rude, the service was terrible, then when I asked the lady how much insurance coverage they had, she refused to give me an answer. This was a horrible experience, I ended up walking out and going next door to flex rentals for a much better experience!! I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND!!!!!

Will ruin your vacation , you'll wait for shuttle for 2 hours, before arriving to trailer at junk yard with chicken wire surrounding 4 old beat up cars.they will keep you deposit and $4000 deposit !!!Scam you to buy additional insurancen, will not have car class you ordered , but 2 classes lower, Gloria will tell you - "lit's all true- don't like it- go back " 'youll take a cab to other car rebtal and will never use QUEEQ

Negative experience: READ THE OTHER REVIEWS This place is as bad as it gets, and management is the issue. Late shuttle to pick us up to get our car, and once you're there they forced damage insurance for every day, not accepting our own auto insurance. This place knows exactly the game they play. Because you're probably not going to get a ride back to the airport you're stuck with them. YOU'RE NOT SAVING ANY MONEY BY GOING HERE, THEY WILL FIND WAYS TO UPCHARGE YOU. Also worth noting, they lie about what car they're renting you. Might be the right make and model but definitely older years.

Negative experience: Total scam. Please do not book as you will end up paying multiples more than your quoted price. Their business model is simple - they quote you a low price and then effectively force you to use their expensive insurance by only accepting a few insurance policies and then requiring that insurance policy to have ridiculous coverage amounts that no normal policy has. They will claim that it's in your voucher, but it's hidden in the terms and conditions and you only see it AFTER you have booked the rental. In addition, the lady at the front lied to me and said USAA was not an accepted insurance. When I went to the voucher that they wave in your face, it actually said they accepted USAA. The company should be shut down for predatory business practices. Not to mention, it took 45 mins to get picked up by their shuttle at the airport. Truly a scam. No human with a moral compass should be willing to work there, but alas they still find employees. Sad.

Negative experience: Do not book with this place. Think you’re getting a deal then you leave paying hundreds in insurance because in small print they only accept 4 insurance companies. The place is a total scam.

Negative experience: They wanted to overcharge us by $550 on a prepaid car rental. They would not take our insurance and their insurance was $55 a day! Ridiculous and I would never recommend this place!

Negative experience: Worst customer service, we made our reservation two weeks in advance and when we arrived they had no cars available. DON’T TAKE IT
