Negative experience: I arrived very late to read the comments!!!! I hope that if you are thinking about buying a package with them, you read this first and keep it in mind so you don't feel SCAMMED! We were led by an ad where everything seemed perfect! Then a call where everything they propose seems great! But once you make the payment, nothing is as they told you. Before paying, we clarified that we wanted direct flights because we were traveling with a baby, but then it's impossible to get a direct flight! They proposed a layover flight of 1 hour through Tampa, and with the airline Spirit!!! I always told them that I wanted to know the layovers well before confirming the flight! And after a week, they told us that the layover is 5 hours, and of course, it's never optional for them to return your money. You have no rights; they make the decisions for you!

Negative experience: I completely agree with all the negative reviews I have found here. My decision to choose this agency was due to the recommendation on the radio station I have been listening to for years and which I fully trust, 107.5. Since I paid for my trip for 4 people, it has been a true nightmare that I wouldn't wish on anyone. I thought about calling Miriam Masihi to present my case since no one was answering my calls, and I felt truly deceived and scammed. Although I didn't do it, several people took the step and I later saw the complaint on Telemundo. I decided to go in person since that was the only way I could confront the situation face to face. I spoke with the owner and had difficulties with flights I didn't choose, etc., etc. Gabriel showed his face and I finally "resolved" to carry out my trip, which was to celebrate my daughter's 15th birthday. I alert people to be very careful when choosing a place to plan their vacations. I have hung up the gloves with Airlines Connections, and from now on, I will take care of organizing my vacations myself. I really had an experience I wouldn’t want to repeat.

Negative experience: If I had read all the comments about this agency before making the reservation, I would have saved myself a lot of disappointment. The truth is that it has been a horrible experience. The worst decision was to travel through this agency. There were many days of stress due to the agency's poor work. They treat you very well to get you to make the deposit of 100. They promise you many things and days before the trip, they change everything. They send you with the worst airline and change the hotel. In my case, all of this happened to me, and they also changed the dates. They caused me a lot of problems since my trip was to celebrate the child's first birthday. I really hope my review helps those who are thinking of making a reservation.

Negative experience: Terrible experience with this agency, we were scammed as we paid a price for something of quality and in the end got something very much lower. We paid to travel by American Airlines and ended up flying with another commercial airline named Avelo, we paid for the Bahía Príncipe hotel and ended up in a lower category hotel. I traveled from Mexico to leave with the family group from Miami and it was a disappointment. I do not recommend this agency if what you want is to get what you pay for.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, the worst experience of my life. It was entrusting our trip to them; we are a family of 19 people who booked the Bahia Principe hotel in Punta Cana from January 2024 to travel on August 17, 2024. Ten days before traveling, we found out that our flight would not be with American Airlines as agreed on the booking day and that we also had not reserved the desired hotel. They gave us 4 hotel options to choose from, and the only reason they gave was that their agency no longer had a contract with the (Bahia hotels). A super planned trip with no option for a refund due to the same payment option we used, and we ended up traveling to the IMPRESSIVE PUNTA CANA hotel as the only option they had for us, which they claimed was 5 stars when it wasn't. The family from Tampa had to travel to Miami because flights from Tampa were also not possible. They totally failed to meet what they told us and what our travel package included. Just imagine planning a family vacation to a desired location and having to literally travel to where GABRIEL sent us. After reading a comment from someone here who hasn't received their refund after 3 months, we got scared because the total cost of our trip was $22,261. Not to mention the many inconveniences throughout all the months with our vacation package.

Negative experience: Beware!! Be very careful hiring this team of scammers and liars, they shouldn't be in our community but thankfully they are already under the scrutiny of Coral Gables, even the police of this city, and it’s not good. I've been waiting for their call for a month and a half but they already scammed me and they don't care. Terrible service, WARNING!! They sweeten you up over the radio with cheap prices and then exaggerated and hidden taxes appear without explanation, but by then you are already hooked, you can't back out, there is no money back and even less if you had a bad service at the hotel they forced you to stay at, there is no compensation. Two months before, they force you to pay everything. If you liked the service, you hit the lottery, and if you didn't like it or there was bad service, you already lost your money. That's how scammers act. BEWARE of this team that shouldn't be in our city; there are only four people in the office but they act like a plague of scammers!

They sold us direct flights and at the time of return it was with a 10-hour layover. Negative experience: Please do not do anything with this agency! Our experience was horrible. I’m giving one start because there’s no 0 in the rating. I would give them a -5 for sure. We paid a room with jacuzzi and when we got at the hotel the agency had paid the cheapest room for us ,not the jacuzzi one. My advice is the following: keep away from this agency.

Negative experience: I wish I could give this company zero stars. The most disrespectful staff I have ever spoken with, they are all nice and 'helpful' until they take your money. We paid this company the full amount for our trip to Punta Cana 2 months before our trip as we requested so they could book our resort and flight. We called them week after week trying to get them to send us our confirmation, and they kept stalling us, saying they would and that they were having issues with their system. Up to 4 days before the trip, they called us and said they couldn't book the resort due to problems the resort was having. They told us to choose a different resort, whatever we wanted, and they would pay the difference. So we gave them multiple options, and they always had an excuse ready as to why that couldn't be it. They ended up placing us in a resort of their choosing. We called the first resort to confirm if it was true, and they told us they had no problems, so they lied to us as well. The resort they chose for us, since none of the ones we picked were available according to them, was much cheaper than what we originally paid, so they owe us a difference of 300 dollars per person. The hotel we stayed at served us the same food every day, which made us all sick, and the drinks were terrible. There was no music, and it was completely boring. We were without electricity for 6 hours, there was no water at all, and when we arrived at our rooms on the first day, it was extremely hot; the air conditioning did not cool at all. We also met other people at the resort who booked with this same agency and said they had the same experience with them. Please do not book with them; they will lie to you and steal from you. Lourdes, Claudia, and Alejandro were involved in scamming us.

Negative experience: If I could put zero stars I would because this is by far the worst ever travel agency EVERRR!! Please do not book with these people they are super unprofessional, a scam, a fraud, and more! Short story is they act all nice and welcoming in the beginning but a week prior to our trip to punta cana they changed the hotel on us and after we looked up the hotel and we weren’t happy with the hotel they refused to change the hotel to a better one and they refused to give us back the difference from what we had paid originally (which was around $300 per person and it was 7 people that went on the trip). All of us got food poisoning from the hotel and even spent a night without electricity at the hotel. When I asked to speak either to the manager or owner they all just tossed me around on the phone to different people and they all claim to be the manager or the owner. Lourdes, Andres, Claudia and Alejandro were the main ones involved and were NO HELP AT ALL. Super rude and disrespectful. So again please do not book with these people.

Negative experience: The worst for planning a vacation, if you don't want to lose more than what you pay them after supposedly everything is included, do not book with this agency. First, the poor service they provide, and then when you arrive at the airports, you have to pay for luggage because they look for the cheapest flight, and they show you the best rooms with sea views, you arrive at the hotel and it's all a lie. From my side, I make this public so that they stop providing the terrible service they give and stop playing with people's money. Don't be fooled, everything is a scam.

Negative experience: I had never traveled through an agency in 20 years in the United States, and I think with the bad experience I had with this agency, I don't think I'll do it again. I am located in Tampa, FL, and through family, we made a vacation plan to travel together to Punta Cana. I had to do everything over the phone. They are horrible, they offer you a deal, and then when the time passes and your trip approaches, it has nothing to do with what they initially offered. That is to say, they sell you something that later is not. They throw you between themselves; you call by phone, and they tell you that another person is in charge and will contact you by phone or email, and it never happens. You make payments through Zelle, and you have to chase them for a receipt of the payment, and when you manage to communicate with someone who can give you an answer, they get offended and tell you they are working on backlog cases. It is not the customer's problem; if they need more staff, they should hire it, but as a customer, you have to ensure you get a receipt for the payment we are making. I was calling for two consecutive months almost daily to resolve issues like the hotel and connecting flights because they tell you to choose a hotel among 10 they offer, and you choose which airline you fly with. LIES. They choose everything for you, and the saddest part is that when you complain, they say, 'Yes, we will change it; wait for an email with the new information.' And nothing; everything is a lie. The worst experience I have had with these people.

I had an incredible 4 days and 3 nights at Meliá for my anniversary. You can request the hotel you desire, and they will assist you with your expectations.

Negative experience: I even feel bad having to write this comment; I feel obligated to do so to ensure that what happened to me and a friend with our family doesn't happen to others. It was a true nightmare from the beginning of my purchase. That $100 reservation is false; they used my card to book plane tickets however they pleased, and we were two families. Although the other family paid with another card, this agency bought all the plane tickets with mine. There was a problem because I filed a claim with the bank, and the previously purchased flights for both families were canceled by the airline. Two days before our trip, we had to buy the outbound tickets on our own, and the return was through the airport they decided without consulting us since the tickets had been issued without the possibility of change. I was alert to this situation from the second day as I called countless times to verify the flight information, and to my surprise, they are not professional in the way they proceed. The last names for the flight were misspelled, there is no customer service, they only have a gentleman named Alejandro handling all cases, and every time I called to get a response to my case, they always told me he was with a customer. And was that customer me? I ask. Once they secure your money, they don't care about anything else. There was talk of a private transfer for my husband because he would return before the family and friends, which never happened. I know many who read this will say, 'Why didn’t you cancel?' but there was little time left before the day of the trip, and it was my friend's daughter's 15th celebration, so starting over in such a short time was very difficult. Now, I am in litigation with the bank to recover my money for the outbound ticket that was never issued. I could keep writing more; I've been left with this bad experience and learned to be very careful in choosing a travel agency. The radio stations that promote them should be more cautious and verify. If anyone is interested in reading my message before making a decision, I leave this for you to ensure that you don’t go through what we did.

Negative experience: Bad place to plan a vacation, until the last moment I thought I had been scammed, unethical people who after receiving the payment we could never communicate with again, they lied to us about the tickets. All of them, Alejandro, Lourdes, Esteban play with your time so that by the time the moment arrives you can’t even cancel. Agencies like these shouldn’t exist in this country, it’s like doing a procedure in the third world that we’re trying to leave behind.

Negative experience: Terrible option. We chose to travel with this agency for convenience and it ended up being a huge failure. After handing over our money, they did not answer the phone. When they did answer, they had no response and said they would call us back, but they never did. I felt very insecure with this agency and spent a lot of money. My parents spent nights without sleeping, worried that they wouldn't give us our tickets. I think one star is too much for this agency and I can say with certainty that I will never travel with them again.

Negative experience: Beware of this agency. In my opinion, the worst of all I've come across in more than 15 years living in this country. They have no respect or consideration for their clients. They lie to you from the beginning until you finish the nightmare of traveling with them. When you think you’ve finished, that’s when everything begins. I made a reservation with them 5 months in advance along with another group that was going with me. There were so many lies that many, after giving their deposit, decided not to go; that is, many of those who accompanied us withdrew from going because of the lies from everyone who works at that agency, from the person who answers the phone to the owner, who is the biggest liar. We knew nothing about our trip until two days before traveling. They didn’t give us any information, and we didn’t even know that the hotel we went to existed because they picked whichever one they wanted. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were missing a reservation that they obviously did not make; we had an elderly person without a room, sitting in the lobby waiting for a response from the agency. Thanks to the boy who works at the front desk and contacted them, about 4 hours later that person was able to have their room. In summary, they are liars, unprofessional, and not to be trusted. Please make sure to book your vacations with other agencies that take their work seriously, because they do exist, so that your vacations are not turned into a nightmare. I hope this helps. This is the first time I’ve made a bad comment about someone, but it was necessary to prevent these people from continuing to deceive others.

My family heard their big lies on the radio and we fell victim to their falsehood. The supposed Manager Alejandro would tell us that everything was ready for the trip, he would send us trip confirmations by email, and when we called the airline, they told us that the trip number was false. He promised us a return trip to one city and upon returning, the destination was another city three hours away from ours without prior notice. Negative experience: This travel agency is the worst there is..

Fantastic experience: Very friendly people, we always travel with Airlines Connection to Punta Cana and Cancun. We are a large group and we are delighted with the attention from Lourdes; she explains everything very well and everything is wonderful.

Negative experience: The service is terrible, that agency is the worst that exists. They have had to call the police a few times for not wanting to refund the money in situations, and the one who promotes it on the radio, I'm going to call tomorrow to see who they promote. For me, it's a terrible agency.

Negative experience: I give it 1 star because in order to comment you have to do it, but I had a horrible experience, the worst travel agency that exists. From day one, they are attentive when they manage to hook you, and that's when the odyssey begins. They don't answer the phone, and when they do, they promise to call back, which never happens. Today they owe us money for three people. I have been showing up on the schedule for days early in the morning, and the owner, Gabriel Alejandro, never shows his face and doesn't appear in the office, and the people who work there get upset when they are confronted about this. Let's unite so that no one else suffers from this situation, because we have to work hard and limit ourselves in many ways to save money to be able to enjoy a vacation, only for a scammer to play with us. It's a shame that people from the radio with such prestige give publicity to this agency, Airlines Connections. I hope we can resolve this situation since we are going to go as far as necessary because nothing will stop us from getting justice.

Negative experience: I planned a trip with this agency and it was the most bitter experience I have had in the USA, the hotel was not the one they had offered me and then they would give me some money back for the bad experience and the price difference and I am still waiting, now every time I call I receive a response that they would call me back and they never do.

Negative experience: I am going to give them one star, but honestly they don't deserve any. They are not professional at all, you have to call them multiple times and they don't return your calls, it's all for nothing. I planned my vacation with them, paid for my package three months in advance, told them the hotel I wanted from day one, and a week before the trip, after calling a thousand times to know the travel information, they told me that the hotel I wanted had no availability and I had to go to the hotel they chose, which they claimed was 5 stars, but the hotel is just as bad as them, a total zero stars, at least the room I got was completely destroyed, all the drawers were broken, and lacking everything, you have to ask for everything that should supposedly be there. My experience with them was very bad, honestly never again, inform yourself first before taking a vacation with them.

Negative experience: Any one thinking of using this agency run away from then they are a scam they give you a price for a hotel and they give you the vouchers they book you in a cheaper hotel and then they don’t answer the phone, they hang up on your face. Please stay away from here if you don’t want to have a horrible vacation. I will never use them again. Gabriel and Lourdes don’t know what there doing. And when you tell them that it was the wrong hotel they tell you that that’s what we booked. We stayed him Bahia principe grand Coba which he said it was a 5 stars lies this was maybe a 3 star hotel. Horrible needs so much work the service from the employees are horrible.

Negative experience: I bought a trip to Europe with this agency and it was a bad decision. For the first time in this great country, I felt so insecure and deceived. We could not enjoy the planning of our trip; even when we were boarding the plane, we thought we might have been scammed, as we were in a foggy situation for 5 months since we could never talk to them after making the first payment. Their staff has no ethics, they lie, they leave you on the phone, total incompetence. I think giving them one star is too much.
