Negative experience: If I could give less than one star I would. Worst thing ive ever had to do made and appointment for 6:30-8:30pm and called it in at 9am, the lady on the phone told me hes otw at 8:19 and will be there soon and the truck didnt show up untill 9:50. The guy was getting mad because i was at the top of a parking grage but it was attached to a store so i guess "its not a parking grage its a parking lot" im like google maps says that im in a parking grage so u just mad you went to the wrong one. Overall do not ever use tripple a unless you have to.
Positive experience: Went to get an international driver license. Highly recommend this location for that service. Extremely easy process and they take your passport photo on site for $12ish. No appointment and I was in and out in less than 15 mins. The associate I worked with was very helpful. Only negative was that the receptionist was extremely crass with most customers as other comments have mentioned. She seemed knowledgeable enough but could stand to work on her people skills given her role.

Negative experience: What is going on with the lady's working the counter? Rude, racist, and stupid. Hard to believe they work in customer service. Please fire them and find someone else.
Negative experience: Going on 24hr+ waiting for a tow. Call the number, get the recording run around. Service isn't bad, it's non existent. Don't waste your money!
Negative experience: Extremely poor service! We called for service at 10:45 PM. It is now 5:00 AM, and we are still waiting. We stopped receiving updates at midnight. They are saying there are no trucks available.
Negative experience: Last Sunday, we were stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire with a 8 mo baby and a 5 year old at exit 42 near Port St. Lucie. When my father-in-law called AAA roadside for service, the operator was incredibly rude and when my father-in-law asked us a question that the customer service rep asked him, she hung up on him and didn't return the call. There's no way I would recommend AAA to anyone outside of California. Rude, negligible and just not worth it.
Negative experience: I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with Nancy behind the cashier desk at this location. She was so rude and demonstrated zero customer service skills. I hope I never have to go back.
Negative experience: Horrible service… I called for a tow and they literally left me stranded and told me for 3 days they did not have anyone to tow me … and this is in the city of their national headquarters. I’m not renewing and I suggest you don’t … just add roadside assistance on your auto insurance. Thats what I’m doing when it comes up for renewal.

Negative experience: So I needed my car towed from my house to my auto shop. I called AAA as I am a member for many years. Well I called them at around 1:30PM. Got a message my car would be picked up by 2:40pm. Nothing. After about 4PM I called and they said they will look into it and get back to me. Nothing. At 5PM I called again and said they will look into it and get back to me. I said I want to speak to a supervisor. Then I got a call from a supervisor that there will definitely be a pickup at 8:01PM. Really could just say 8PM. Well its now 8:40pm and pouring down rain and no show. What a shock. I called to reschedule my tow for first thing in the morning. Worst service I ever had and been a "loyal" member for god knows how long. They suck plain and simple gotta find a better service for towing. May just cancel my membership over this not worth paying.
Negative experience: Horrible customer service. You are restricted to use this office in the Orlando/Saint Cloud area unless you are able to drive 1.5 hours away for an International Driver’s Permit. The two older ladies at the front (in the “Cashier” area) are rude to customers and even their own staff that come from the back cubicle-land. They ask a question but don’t even let you finish a sentence to answer. Then, while people are sitting in the waiting area, they are talking rudely about the clients. Seriously need a class on how to be kind and respectful as well as what the term “customer service” even means.
Fantastic experience: Best passport photo experience, definitely worth the membership fee. If you are taking infant for the passport photo do bring your white blanket for the white background. The office staff and another patron helped us with white background.

Negative experience: Awful experience getting an international drivers license. The two women working in the front are extremely rude to customers and ridicule them. In addition, they argued between themselves in front of customers. At the end, both of our licenses had mistakes made by these women and we had to come back to have them re-issued. If they cannot handle customers and their job, there are plenty of people who can. If you are trying to get an IDC - go to another AAA location.

Positive experience: Hey, they did the job. They got me a tow truck when I needed it at MCO. I was however stuck there for 7 hours because I was in the parking garage and they brought a two truck that was too large. Then they had to call to get a smaller one which created a massive wait. I’ll still give 4 stars because I got it towed roughly 80 miles fully covered which was helpful and both tow truck drivers were extremely polite. Overall great experience!
Negative experience: Used to be a good place. Have used them in the past when Millie worked there and she was a ROCK STAR! Called several times leaving messages and no one ever called back OR answered the phone. Went in person and lady at front desk is very rude. Very snappy responses to questions and no eye contact and doing other tasks while you ask questions like you are bothering her. Location is not what it used to be and employees seem very over worked...shame!

Negative experience: My husband is currently broken down at John Young and Sand Lake Rd. He's almost been hit three times. He called AAA, and they tried to direct him to a website, in the middle of a busy intersection where he needs to watch the road. I called from home, and they REFUSED to help, and in fact, WOULD NOT EVEN LISTEN TO THE PROBLEM. We've been premiere members for years, but the service has gotten so bad we'd rather pay a towing company and a repair shop, even if it's more expensive, just to not deal with the headaches.

Negative experience: I have home and car insurance that I got at that office. I went today, February 20, 2024. The women in front are racist. We went because we wanted to see an insurance agent, they didn't ask us anything, they told us to sit down because one of them said when we arrived that she was going to lunch. But then an American came, and I have nothing against him, I got up and asked him if there was a Hispanic agent, and he told me that he was coming tomorrow. It means that if I hadn’t asked, they would have left me there all afternoon. This made me understand that they are racist because they had unfriendly faces.
Negative experience: DO NOT BUY A BATTERY FROM THEM THEY DON'T HONOR THE WARRANTY
Negative experience: Absolute disaster that does not have it together. If you wanna wait 10 hours to have a tow, use this company. If you wanna have someone who can’t decipher between a tire change and a tow truck within their own system, use this company. If you enjoy a false sense of security, and poor communication, then this is the company for you.
Negative experience: Called for a tow at 3pm and was given a pickup time of 6:30pm. I could not wait that long so I canceled the tow. I was at work so I got a ride home and would call earlier the next day. The next day I called at 12pm and again was given the time of 6:30pm. I had to cancel at 8pm (after waiting for 4hrs) because the tow never came and i was parked at work in a gated parking lot and the custodians were leaving. I never received a call to say we're going to be late or we can't make it.
Negative experience: My car became disabled on 1/25/24 at 3pm.On a day with beautiful weather I am still waiting at 6:30 pm with at least another hour wait for service. It make a mockery of the word EMERGENCY service. In 50 years as a AAA member service has never been this poor and I will be unlikely to renew.
Negative experience: Came in at 5:05 on 1/22. Old white lady at the counter with yellow/ white hair and glasses is who “attended” me. Literal words out of her mouth… “it’s after 5 and we got to start closing out, and won’t get paid over time”. Negative experience: Called 2 times first one they said they will call back and give a quote or email. None called either didn't receive email while waiting in front of the DMV. Gave up went back to home, called them back to ask they putted me on hold. So we started another quote with the second call however he transfered me to someone he never answered phone closed. Negative experience: Why was the complimentary tire air service removed? Please reinstate it at the Winter Park location promptly. The tire pressure service demonstrated a care to the community, and attracted new customers, as I’m a customer.
Negative experience: The agent could not answer my questions. He was going to have a manager to call me. It didn't happen. It was a waste of time.

Fantastic experience: Stopped by here to get an international drivers license. There was only one person ahead of me. The whole process took maybe 15 minutes. I did not have passport sized photos with me, but they have a photo service on site. Typically photos cost $12 there (notice cheaper than Walgreens or any other place), but with Gold and some other type of membership it is free. Paid $20 application fee and was on my way. They also sell a good variety of gift cards to chose from (who knew?), and moreover, if you buy from there, you earn points for your membership. Very pleased with my experience. As many times as I drove by there, never realized it had all these options

Negative experience: definitely I am wondering what I paid for….the few times I’ve had to use the tow service in my life, it has been almost decent….today is horrible…they need to make sure they don’t send me a survey about this experience.…3 hours so far, on the side of the road on a family trip….hoping that a tow truck ever shows up…I did get help on the phone, if that definition includes somebody explaining in the nicest possible way that perhaps a truck will show up 3 hours from now….whatever money I would have saved on a tow truck was wasted today….

Negative experience: If I could give this company negative 10 stars I would! It’s a complete scam! We got a membership here and needed our car towed! We waited for over 3 hours while they played games, refused to give any type of ETA. Cost us over 500$ to upgrade our plan they they don’t even honor. After waiting in a hot car for over 3 hours we call back, they give us a disrespectful attitude and then proceeded to tell us to call our own tow place and they will reimburse! If you had no intention of doing your jobs in the first then let us know the first time we call! Don’t play games and keep someone waiting in a hot car for over 3 hours and disrespect them when they call. All I know is lawsuit will be filed if they do not reimburse for tow and the upgrade for the plan considering they had no intention of honoring it from the start!

Positive experience: The women I talked to on the phone were rude and dismissive. When I went to the office the same women wanted to send me home to do it myself. But David Brookfield was very helpful and welcomed me and gave me the service that I was expecting. I think that you are more interested in signing people up for insurance than in helping with their travel. I'm not sure I want to keep AAA.
Fantastic experience: I recant what I said before about AAA. They reached out to me and returned my unused 200-mile tow, and apologized. I really appreciate that, and I appreciate them and the willingness to correct an error. They seem genuinely concerned with the well-being of their customers, their vehicles, and the customers' safety. I'd highly recommend them to everyone.
Negative experience: Where to start, the first 2 times my partner called on my behalf (I have anxiety) he was speaking to a woman who was being short and cold we ended up arranging for the truck to pick up my car at the mechanic and take it to a tire kingdom. Pickup happened easily the problem lies in the fact that David the driver dropped my Lexus at the completely wrong address a tires plus 3 doors down from where my car was suppose to be. The only way we found out about this is the gentleman at the tires plus called us worried that a car got dropped off to him. He said that he tried to tell the driver he didn’t have an appointment for it and maybe it was the wrong address but the driver wouldn’t listen and was only able to give our number to the tires plus gentleman before he dropped it and left. Upon calling back to AAA we got a much nicer phone operator who was confused as to how this even happened and concluded it was a mistake of the driver because she had the correct address that we had supplied. so she sent out a new driver Patrick to tow the car again who was very nice and double checked the address it was suppose to go to because it was so close. Had the tire plus guy not called me I would have no idea where my car was, that’s unacceptable. This winter park location needs to seriously step its game up. You cannot lose track people’s cars that you are being not only trusted but paid to drop at a specific location. This is one of the biggest reasons that people even use AAA. Do better.
Fantastic experience: Excellent building. Has ability to get international driver's license here. This is a corporate office but has member services on the first floor. Plenty of parking and beautiful building. Friendly staff.
Negative experience: Customer service started out ok with *BL. Got a quote by email on 1/12 and called the representative *L several times to discuss on 1/13,1/19, no answer. He stopped answering and I did not know why. I called on 2/10 spoke with a lady and asked her in order to get insurance with AAA, in the state of Florida do you only write policies for bundles? She said, Yes, we only do bundle with car and home. Since, I was not interested in the car insurance he ghosted me and my in-law.. All he had to say is, since you only want home ins. I cannot offer you the insurance because we only do bundles in the state of Florida. However, he never mentioned it. Therefore many emails and phone calls directed to him went unanswered until I called to speak to someone else on 2/10 to find out why.

Negative experience: My car was having issues on the road this morning. I called AAA up. They said I would be picked up in an hour. No one came. They kept pushing the time back to 5 hours later. I called customer service twice and they were no help. The same answer was given to me, "everyone is busy, nothing else can be done." They would leave me hanging alone in a mall parking lot. This was unnacceptable and I'm truly dissatisified with this service. Luckily I managed to get my car to the mechanic safely.

Fantastic experience: Our RSA guy Gama went above & beyond the call of duty. Keeping mind that the service call took placed last night after 7:30 pm, let me explain why Gama Is The G.O.A.T. My car died due to battery. What usually would take someone 20 mins to fix… Gama patiently took almost two hours at least to do. I have a Chrysler 200 & my battery was in an unusual area. Gama couldn’t remove my tire due to a stripped lug nut to replace my battery with one of AAA’s batteries. When he first jumped my car, he educated me on how the battery testing worked. He also gave me recommendations to purchase tools for my car such as the battery tester he used as well as a new Jack replacement. After trying to remove my tire without success, this AMAZING guy simply had me rotate my tire so that he could remove my cover to get to my battery which also took work. After an hour of attempting to remove a botched battery that he later advised wasn’t even the correct battery for my car to begin with, he patiently… and I do me patiently… worked endlessly to remove and replace my battery. After all was done, he educated me again on what I needed to do to finish getting my car fixed. He provided education on usage of the AAA app including perks on using it. We talked while he finished the clean up & payment transaction & discovered that we shared familiar background with actually being from the same state and areas surrounding our city. Towards the end of ordeal, Gama felt more like a long lost familiar face vs just a AAA road side assistance driver. I absolutely would recommend his services to any and everyone I know near and far. I have NEVER come across someone else outside of myself who provides such IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER CARE!! Great Job Gama. AAA you’ve got a winner with him on your Team. I truly hope you value home as an member of your team!!! Thank you Gama for all of your phenomenal expertise!!!
Negative experience: I was very dissapointed today. I went it to get my free passport photos & was turner way because I wasn't a premier or gold member..... I was at one time but due to the fact that I've been living with stage 4 Colorectal cancer and I live off disability I had to downgrade to the classic. I told the lady in the front that I was a gold member at 1 time and Maybe She could make an exception. She Told me She wouldn't check because it would take her some time but there was no one in the office but me. After I left I stood outside for a little while and went back in . I asked to speak to someone else about it but there was no thought whatsoever and no consideration whatsoever. The other lady I spoke to didnt even.let me finish my sentence. I recommend a lot of people to get AAA.... NO MORE!
Negative experience: AAA has horrible customer service. 1. you have to push multiple prompts over and over again. Its very repetitive just to get an answer. They also offer the app service, but truthfully when you are distraught and broke down, the least you need to worry about how to use an app. 2. AAA also take forever to answer the calls, no matter what type of service, its a hurry and wait service just to get someone on the phone. Sadly in life threatening dangerous road side assistance, you may have to sit in the dark, if dark, seemingly along time 'just" waiting for AAA to answer the phones. We have had them for years are have been highly disappointed recently, every time we have to call them. No matter if you have premium coverage or not, their service has become extremely sloppy and disappointing. Their instituting new technology has severed their customers service. The customers needing help is no longer priority. My review is harsh but this is my story.

Fantastic experience: We called about a needing a tow truck for our celica. Joshua was the sweetest person ever. Show up time was 8:30 and he showed up at just around 8pm. He started asking questions and trying everything possible to get it to start without needing a tow. He ended up beating the alternator with his tools and we got it running enough to get it to our work. Thank you so much Joshua!! <3
Fantastic experience: One of the most (surprisingly) pleasant experiences I’ve had at a DMV-like place. I was there to get an International Driving Permit and I was in and out in 10 minutes—which included taking photos. No appointment, either. Permit cost $20, and the photos were $12. Everyone was so incredibly courteous, pleasant, and professional. The place was very open, clean, and breezy. (And apparently they have a bunch of other services like travel planning, CD/savings accounts, and more). Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Applied for an international driving permit and it was done in less than 5 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this AAA location and will be using all their services they offer.
