Negative experience: Horrific AAA leave me stranded outside by car for four hours and then after the fourth hour and me calling them several times and then forgetting who I am they told me to leave the car unattended and I told them I will do that this time and when I left the car unattended, they texted me and said they’ll pick it up in the morning and what happened next is absolutely Unacceptable they called the police because they sent tow truck driver 12 midnight forgetting I left then call police and they knock on neighbor house saying my name!!!!!

Negative experience: Horrible, horrible, horrible. Waited 2 hrs to get through...nothing! Call back number just sends you to bogus line that no one answers. Horrible service

Told her not to stress out. I will be here to help you out. I work for AAA, not the RMV. AAA, don't let this young lady go. She is awesome!

Positive experience: Paying my bill for AAA cards and getting passport pictures. Once I got a rep everything was quick professional and easy. Definitely understaffed in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: Today I brought my father in for an auto quote, expecting it to be a dreary elongated process because it’s a Friday. When entering, we were assisted very quickly. Then, less than 5 minutes later Grace called us over to her desk. I can’t say enough good things about her! She has been at AAA for a long time and I see why - she was so nice and enjoyable to talk to. She tried her best to find us the most affordable insurance, and succeeded. It was the best customer service interaction I have received in a while and I am appreciative that she made it an easy-going experience. The Fairhaven office will now be the one I go to because of her, even though the Somerset office is closer to home. Huge thanks to Grace and the team!

Fantastic experience: Excellent location. I had to renew my license and get the real id. Only place I could get in was Fairhaven. The girls in the office were very nice and patient. Knew what they were doing. A very pleasant visit.

Fantastic experience: Took longer than expected to arrive, but quicker than the automated ETA. When the driver arrived, he obliged me with checking to see if the tire would take air. While the website stated that there would be room for 2 passengers, there was only room for me. Everything went smoothly.

Positive experience: The wait wasn't too long. I had some difficulty making an appointment through their website. You have to try early in the day, and make sure you keep trying until you get your appointment. Also, if you're a new member, write down your member number, you're going to need it to make the appointment and you'll lose the appointment time if you don't have it.

Negative experience: My boyfriend and I had an appointment with the travel agent we called to say we were going to be a few minutes late when we did arrive a few minutes late we were told the person had taken a walk in and it would be a while I find that extremely unprofessional when we had called to say we would be a few minutes tardy

Negative experience: First and last time going to AAA Fairhaven. I am rating this specifically on the Travel desk. On 4/30 at 10am walked in and 1 minute later walked out in shock in how rude the women in Travel was. The attitude I received because I didn’t have an appointment (wasn’t aware I needed one) was shocking and unprofessional. I wish I had asked for her name but I was taken back and needed to leave asap, because of that particular individual having a bad day and taking it out on me I WILL NEVER go back there. Customer service is non existent now a days.

Positive experience: I utilized this facility to meet with an insurance agent. I finally purchased insurance from AAA in case of my demise. My daughter utilized the facility to renew her license. The facility has various options. Check them out. Great customer service.

Negative experience: If you live in the New Bedford area DO NOT use AAA driving school. They make you meet them at Caddy Shack in Dartmouth cause they don’t drive into New Bedford. It’s not convenient for their scheduling. Took 4 months for my daughter to be able to start her driving lessons because nobody was able to give her a straight answer. FINALLY she got a hold of someone who knew what they were doing and gave her a number to call to schedule. Now to get a road test options given are west Springfield, Worcester or Brockton. Again, time off from work and school. What a joke. Only got a 1 cause you have to pick something.

Negative experience: Called for a tow ,truck needs to go to mechanic, aaa said be here in an hour, got message from tow truck driver they are on their way. 20 minutes later aaa called saying they cancel my tow company doesn't have enough drivers, rescheduled for the next day. how is this possible. What if I was in the middle of nowhere.

Positive experience: Oct 25, 2021 Doors locked, closed during "open hours". One person in office working. The didn't respond to knocking, no sign posted as to why.
