Negative experience: They are terrible, they treat you as if they were in Cuba... they don’t respond to anything... I sent to have the passport made a year ago and they still don’t know why it hasn’t arrived... supposedly they can’t communicate with the embassy...

Positive experience: In this agency, I have always done all my procedures, they are always very efficient and I have never had any issues. They are very friendly and know how to do their job well, that is my opinion.

Negative experience: Hello my people, do not process family claims or humanitarian parole at this agency, they don’t know what they are doing. I submitted my brother's parole a year ago and when I sent the case for review, it was a disaster, not even the photo of my passport was clear, it was black and white and blurry. Besides, there were many errors in the writing. In short, loss of money, time, and having to pay again for a review. The same happened to my daughter's husband. They have done other procedures well, but for humanitarian parole, they don’t know what they are doing.

Negative experience: The rude person on the phone, if you want to keep the agency, CHANGE HER or give her a customer service course. The woman treats people badly, DOES NOT LISTEN to what is being asked, and on top of that responds as if the customer is the one who is going to sell to her. Horrible, I recommend going to another agency, besides that everything is more expensive and they treat you as if they were still in Cuba; the rude attitude does not go away.

Negative experience: Very bad experience, the times they stipulate are not true. Besides, you call to ask for information about something that has already been paid for and they leave you on the line for long periods of time and in the end they hang up. Terrible service.

Negative experience: I bought a ticket to Cuba from Atlantic Charter and the agency did not clarify well how it worked. They told me I could take 1 suitcase of 70 pounds and 2 more, and that I had to pay 2 dollars per pound for the second one and 3 dollars for the third suitcase. But when I arrived, I almost had to throw them away at the airport. They weighed my personal bag and charged me an additional 20 dollars per item, meaning that for each suitcase it costs 20$ + 140, and they did not tell me this. That's why I won't buy any more tickets with them. I'm going to Cuba max.

When picking up my new passport, I had a question about the included data and they neither knew how to answer me nor showed any initiative to find out the answer I was asking for. Negative experience: I had to cancel my trip because of them. I went for my Visa more than 3.5 months before my planned travel date. But they told me it was too early and better to wait before applying. Trusting that they know, I said ok. They didn't ask for it until more than a month later. The Visa took more than 2.5 months and arrived after the travel date, which I had already had to cancel. Aside from all that, I called more than 30 times while I waited and only once did they answer the phone. In person, the lines to be attended are very long at any time.

About 3 months ago, my brother requested an extension for his passport, and two weeks ago, after insisting several times, they told him that the passport was lost. Yesterday, they confirmed that the passport was lost and simply said it’s not their responsibility, so they won’t pay for it. My mom is a sick woman who hasn’t seen her son in almost 3 years, and now, due to the negligence, incapacity, and poor service of this 'agency,' she won't be able to see him for several more months.
