Negative experience: Terrible service every day at this place they have a different parking situation, the wait, the bad and terrible attention, and the lack of education from an elderly lady whom I have encountered here before. Now you must wait in the parking lot inside your car even though all the seats are empty. A disrespect by this company, and the way this lady expresses herself is the worst, she should have the most education. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Fantastic experience: A place where all Cubans who have family on the Island are happy to have. Whenever I send through CubaMax, I am satisfied and my mother is happy because she receives all her boxes and their contents in perfect condition. Satisfied with the work they do.

Fantastic experience: I am rating the service of the 49st location. Great service. I have relatives in Hab that picked up the boxes in Cen Hab, according to them just as good of service. All along I was notified of the location of the boxes. My family picked them up in half the time stipulated by the agency. The ladies at the office make sure you pack the box only with items permitted to avoid issues at the Aduana. Please do not show up close to 5:00PM like me, they want to go home at 5:00PM. Still at that late time the service was excellent.

I make a line with a number, but the spaces are small and Crowded so we wait in line for the number to be called, but these people were giving boxes to everyone ahead of time, but when I request the boxes, they didn’t give me any boxes and then when it was my turn, they started helping other customers because we didn’t have the boxes Ready so we have to wait for three more people that way after us because we didn’t have a boxes ready, I really got so angry at these people and she said that we have to wait patiently, but I don’t understand who I am my turn is next. You have to give me the boxes when you going to do the service to me and then tell me that I’m not prepared that you had to call somebody else because we not ready with the boxes, Really bad service never had this type of service in Cubamax
Negative experience: I tried to make a purchase of appliances at the online store of Cuba Max and they are asking for more requirements, like a photo of your ID taken in some format or in PDF, I don't understand if you pay with your personal bank card, not a credit card, and you move to another state, you have to go directly to the driver's license to change your address so that your ID address matches your card address in order to make a purchase at the online store of Cuba Max. It's ridiculous.

Negative experience: Service was very slow, very few staff, and people who were not in line were allowed to pass. I spent 3 hours with less than 10 people.
Negative experience: Pure lie, you arrive with a maritime box and they say it only applies to air boxes. They should specify this well in their ads because they are deceiving the customer!!!! I spoke with the manager in Hialeah (Yaima) and she told me that there was nothing that could be done, that they only accepted maritime and air for the first shipments and after that, no... It seems disrespectful to get customers' hopes up or to put these promotions to fill up with clients and then when the time comes, it's different or they noticed that it doesn't profit them and stopped it. I think the manager could have made an exception; now they lost a regular customer because of this information and on top of that, she couldn’t provide an explanation and did so poorly.

I know that the phone can be annoying when there is a lot of work, but it is necessary for excellent customer service. Negative experience: I had to wait 2 hours for them to stamp the box, you have to weigh the package yourself to the pounds that they tell you when you arrive, the pounds are a different amount and you have to start taking things out. Besides, I got scolded for weighing myself on their scale haha. Bring cash if you don't want to pay a fee for using the card. They charge you an extra $20 for each bicycle apart from the pounds, something they don't tell you until you go to pay. If you're willing to have a bad time, I recommend this place.

Negative experience: The truth is very bad experiences. They tell you 30 days, after more than three months for the arrival of the package to Cuba they cannot deliver it to your home as they say. You have to go pick it up wherever they tell you and pay again. When they tell you here that it is only 50 pesos in national currency for it to be delivered to your house, it would be better for them to be clear with customers and not to accommodate those who scam our relatives in Cuba by charging them again for delivery. If the delays are enough, it's enough frustration!

Negative experience: The worst for sending to Cuba, terrible attention and information they provide you, today it's been 47 days since I made a shipment and I called to ask for information and they tell me it's from 30 to 60 days, not counting weekends, when I was told it would be 30 to 45 days and I was never informed of the rest, plus now they are facing problems in Cuba due to fuel, so terrible folks, I do not recommend it at all, do not make the same mistake, look for other agencies. Since 11/5 I sent a package and today 02/01 they called my mother-in-law to go pick it up because they have no transportation after 3 months when they told you it would arrive in 20 days, even though you paid for it to be delivered to your doorstep. We will wait to see when they take it. All the agencies tell you it will be 20 days, and it’s not true because those packages are sent by mail from Cuba and they have never been that good. If I could, I wouldn’t give it a single star. The worst.

On top of that, most packages, when they arrive in Cuba, arrive damaged and you have no way to file a complaint. I do not recommend it at all.

If you go for tickets, it might happen that after 3 or 4 hours in line, they tell you that there are no tickets for the day you want. Mmm terrible.
