Fantastic experience: So we were supposed to stay at a friend's RV and she flaked out on us after I had told all the kids, so I decided to stop in to see if I could rent an RV for the same day for the whole weekend they were kind of limited but they were very helpful, and made it happen, they had us ready to go in about 3 and 1/2 to 4 hours and I was extremely pleased with such short notice that I had given them because I didn't think it would happen at all, everyone was very friendly and very helpful, I highly recommend if you are planning on renting an RV to check them out, and I will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: We were first-time RV renters, interested in having a new family experience driving from Dayton on a loop up through upper peninsula MI. It was a great trip. The RV we rented performed well. RV Life Is Good staff were patient, informative, flexible, and accommodating. They did several things above and behind as it related to checking the vehicle in and out. We recommend them without reservation. We encourage other first timers to give an RV vacation a try! It proved to provide excellent family time, the hours on the road were far more enjoyable, and we even took our golden retriever- which is not the case for most other vacations. While we would not want to own an RV in light of all that would go into that, renting was the perfect fit for us to have the experience without the long term commitment.

Negative experience: I rented an RV through Rv Share and then found out that there was a secondary company. This one RV life is good. That was actually renting me the vehicle. I rented the vehicle six months in advance then the week of the rental I called to confirm it and the next day they called me and said the vehicle I had rented was Out of order as it had been in an accident. They were going to change me to another RV. All of this required me to do extensive paperwork and a lot of phone communication with the owner at RV life is good. This was very stressful a few days before I was leaving on my trip. After we got there, we picked up the new RV, took it to the place we always go and suddenly the electric was insufficient and was not powering up the RV we called the office person and the owner of RV life is good and it took over three hours for us to hear back from someone. We walked through steps with electricians in the area who said that there was a problem with one of the parts of the RV. The office person told us that he was giving us permission to go ahead and just run the generator, even though there would be overage usage. We did speaking with the owner as well and he had lots of other theories about what could be going on but blamed it on our power source, which has never been an issue in the past. In the end, they build us for additional monies and they had a whole separate contract other than Rv Share. I would be very cautious before ever doing business with this company. The owner would not return my request for explanation. Once the charges were made to me after he told me he was not gonna squabble over the additional monies. I am very disappointed, and my trip was soured .

Fantastic experience: Kirk and his staff are super friendly and very prompt replying to questions. We have stored our fifth wheel with them and their level of security is top notch. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them for all your RV needs.

Negative experience: Rented a 5th wheel for the kings royal, the camper was absolutely beautiful but the hassle was not! Was told to be at the campsite by 9am only to wait 8 hours in 90 degree heat for our delivery driver to call and inform us he was at our site 30 minutes away!! He was given the wrong address, and then told we would have it by 1/2pm only for it not to actually show up until 5pm! They tried over charging us for the week, when I pointed out the difference in price for what they advertise vs what they were charging us they fixed it! When I reached out to the owner about my issues and deposit, he said we were busy with getting everything ready and the person who rented it prior to us for the week before had booked it months in advance, we also booked months in advance! He tried demanding it be delivered and paid for on Sunday before we even had access to our site, this is when we were told to be there by 9am, 2 hours away from home! Also charged for the delivery and set up, but it was just delivered and not set up! Needless to say I will not be using this business again for any future camping needs!!

Fantastic experience: We found RV Life Is Good when searching for a rental RV in Dayton, on really short notice. Everyone was so personable and friendly, even though we arrived just before they closed. Senita welcomed us in and answered all our questions and set us up with a great unit. Nick was very thorough as we went thru the operations and walk thru before we rolled out. And upon return Holly did the final walkthru and was very plesant and friendly as well. The unit was fully functional, had brand new tires on it and rode and drove very well. We had no problems at all, it was a great expeience, and certianly one we recommend to anyone who needs a safe home away from home, complete with all the amenities you need. We had the opportunity to meet with the owner, Kirk, and found him to be like all of his crew, very pesonable and friendly, and very professional. Great company!

Fantastic experience: Rented an RV for the first time this past month from RV Life Is Good. Picked it up 06/13 and returned it on 07/01. Having never driven an RV before, and planning a driving trip thru the Tetons and Yellowstone from Ohio, I had LOTS of questions. Kirk and his staff did an excellent job of listening to my questions and answering them until I was satisfied. The pick up process took 2 hours, to make sure I understood how to work all the features; my RV, a 24’ Winnebago Spirit, was clean and ready to go by the time I got thru learning all the ins and outs. RV Life Is Good has a 24/7 support line in case you have questions. On day 4 into my trip, when I couldn’t find the pilot light to start the oven, the tech they assigned to my RV answered quickly and was very helpful in walking me thru how to light the oven. The RV had no mechanical or performance issues during my trip. The return process was very easy and straightforward. Holly checked the RV in and walked thru the entire unit with me. The high level of service makes the cost of this trip a really good value for me. I highly recommend working with Kirk and his team the next time you rent an RV!

They make sure you know how to operate everything before leaving and provide multiple cell phone numbers, one being the owner, to answer any questions during the trip. While we had some initial mechanical issues, Kirk and his team were very attentive to making sure they were addressed as quickly as possible and even took my phone call at 1am. Fantastic experience: Just completed a week with a trailer from RV Life is good. The unit was delivered to my camp site and picked up when I was finished. I have to say Kirk and his team handled everything. I live in California and this unit was delivered to my campsite at Indianapolis motor Speedway. This being my first time renting an RV there are a lot of things I did not know about using a rented RV. Kirk and his team went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for my stay, checking with me to see if I would need a generator or water hookup, and have dishes, bedding and outside chairs, Things you may not think of, This done before he delivered the unit. I want to thank Kirk and everyone at “RV Life is Good” for making my experience a great one. The unit was in great condition (like new) and delivered and set up ready to use when I arrived. I would highly recommend Kirk and his team.

While I have driven some large vehicles, I was still new to all this, but the staff at RV Life is Good kindly answered all my questions. I pulled the trigger and reserved--much to the delight of our kids. As the time drew near, staff continued to be helpful to this new guy, right up to the walk through. Fantastic experience: I purchased a new Winnebago RV from a dealer in Iowa in July 2023. During our RV walkthrough, we noticed that the power awning didn’t fully extend unless we manually pushed it to assist the motor. The tech told us that it wasn't uncommon for a new awning in hot weather to “stick” a little bit, but that it should not be a problem after we used the awning a few times. We drove home to the Dayton area but continued to experience the same issue for the next two months. I contacted my dealer, Winnebago and the awning company (Carefree of Colorado (CoC)) and started to feel like a pin ball in a pin ball machine getting bounced around with everyone pointing me to someone else to take care of the problem. Finally, CoC referred me to RV Life is Good and I immediately contacted them. Kirk and Holly were great to work with. What I appreciated the most is how they kept reaching out to CoC, advocating for me, and finally being successful in having CoC send out a brand new awning, which Kirk’s technicians did a great job of replacing. We live in a small house and had 9 family members visiting for Thanksgiving so we rented a big 33 foot RV. My husband and I have never stayed in or towed an RV, and from booking, to training, to answering questions about set-up to drop off, the whole process was fantastic. The owner Kirk even gave us his personal cell so if we had any questions over the holiday he could help us. Super clean RV, we rented linens and those were really nice too. We are so pleased and now that we've tried RV renting we will do it again!

Fantastic experience: My family of 6 recently rented one of their RVs and we had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so great to deal with and so accommodating. Even if you aren’t super familiar with RV life, they explain everything in great detail. The RV we rented was the Class “A” 2021 Holiday Rambler Admiral 34J, it was very nice and met all of our needs. We will absolutely be back in the future for any RV needs.

Kirk and his team jumped through hoops to get me a camper and delivered it to my house during one of their busiest times. Fantastic experience: We rented a motorhome from Kirk and his crew for a family West Coast trip. Kirk and his employees were wonderful, Kirk answered all our questions and helped us figure out what size motorhome would work best for us. The motorhome was nice and clean, it was easy to drive and maneuver, and there was plenty of room for us. We definitely recommend renting from them.

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic experience. Kirk and the entire team were friendly and helpful throughout the RV renting process. The booking experience was smooth, and upon arrival they took the time to perform a full walkthrough of the RV both inside and out. The RV itself was remarkably clean and in great condition, and the drop off process was quick and easy. RV Life is Good is a very well ran family-owned company, and they made the RV renting experience very easy and hassle free.

Negative experience: I could write a book but instead will keep it short. Office staff, Mandy & Holly were very personable. The RV was pretty dingy, had ants everywhere from cab to bedroom, 4 televisions but not 1 remote control, shower held water, side mirror had folded paper stuffed in mount but still kept blowing into driver window when any trucks passed us, no curtain or cover for blocking anyone looking in from windshield to the RV and the GFI kept tripping so our phones were dead every morning and my husband couldn’t use his CPAP machine the entire 6 days. We did list all of these things and explained that our biggest concerns were him not being able to get adequate sleep due to his machine not being plugged in and over sleeping due to lack of alarm clocks. Then of course the ants crawling on us in bed at night. I wiped the entire thing down with disinfectant wipes so cleanliness became low on my list of issues. We only drove to racetrack where we camped and to return the rental so side mirror was also low on list. With all of that said, my biggest disappointment was that Holly wrote everything down and said it was unacceptable and she would tell the owner, Kirk. I waited over a week to hear from him and nothing. I called him and spoke to him personally explaining but he stated that he wasn’t in the office and if I could text him my contact info and issues, he would pull the file that day or the next and return my call. He also mentioned that ants and mice are not uncommon in rentals and didn’t seem concerned. It’s now been a week and I have heard nothing from him. The event that we rented the RV for is an annual event we attend with a bunch of friends who are often looking for a rental. Needless to say, no one that I know will ever rent from them again. Not as long as the owner thinks it’s okay to just blow people off when they have legitimate reasons to voice concerns. I waited to write my review because had he responded to me (not refunded me because that’s not what my expectations were) my review would have been much different. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR RENTALS. Again, office girls were extremely pleasant to work with. Kirk is lucky he has them.

Fantastic experience: Great experience! We didn't want to tow our trailer from PA to Country Concert this year and must say RV Life is Good did not disappoint!! Rented a Class C and the pick up process was a breeze! Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable! 99.9 percent sure we will do this again in 2024. No point in towing when we can come back to RV Life is Good!

Kirk was on the phone to help troubleshoot WiFi and awning issues with our unit. Even late evening he was available to help. The entire staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be renting from them again next year.

Fantastic experience: We rented a class C over an extended memorial weekend and camped throughout Michigan. Had an incredibly great time! Kirk and Mandy were great to work with, really good people. One of the best parts of the entire experience was that afterwards we were able to fill the fuel tank and then drop it off as-is, no gray/black tank dumping, no truck wash. Other RV rental places make you do all those things which creates a challenge. We highly recommend RV Life is Good!

Fantastic experience: Kirk from RV Life is Good is an amazing person to work with. My husband spends the month of May working at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. We rent a camper from them every year. They deliver the camper and set it up. If you ever have a question they answer the phone immediately, their customer service is awesome. Their rates are beyond reasonable for all the services they offer. You cannot go wrong by calling RV Life is Good for all of your camping needs. Thanks guys. We will see you next year!!!

Fantastic experience: A new thor RV that we bought in pa from general RV had problems with wipers. General RV dealer couldn't fix passenger wiper so we used only one. Driver wiper died and we made it to RV Life Is Good Life and in no time they fixed the wiper. Yes Thor used wrong nuts. Thanks for saving us.

Fantastic experience: First of all, bottom line, I would definitely rent from this company again. They have a good value, good service, and a great attitude. So now for the details. We had a trip come up which needed some flexibility and I went looking for an RV rental. Found RVLife is good and am so glad I did. Rented a 31' class C gas, and it fit all our needs. During my rental, there were a couple of hiccups with the maiden voyage of the RV we rented, but with a couple of phone calls and working with the knowledgeable staff, the issues were overcome. Although we didn't do it, it is important to note that they have some "turn-key" options available for your RV rental. Any time you are using an RV (we were RV owners in the past), there are going to be some minor hiccups. The great thing about RVLife is good is that they really try to work with you and help out as much as possible. A+

They took the time to do a thorough walk through of all facets of the RV before my trip and helped with the minimal additional support we needed along the way. A great way to enjoy an RV for a week and they took care of all the headache.
