Negative experience: Road service was a sham! Mobile mechanic from AAA said my battery was dead, he could replace it at a cost $200 plus this and that cost added. I asked him if he could charge it for me to get to battery plus, 1 mile away. He charged my battery and said I was good t go. I only made a few blocks away before completely being broken down the second time. When I tried calling him back, his phone wasn’t excepting calls. I called AAA again and they would have to send a tow truck out which was a few blocks but would be 2 hours wait time and I was just a car length from the corner of a busy intersection!!!!!!! We were helped immediately , offered beverages, and got our business completed rather quickly. My only irritation is that it was the second AAA of the day. Negative experience: Went to AAA for my free passport photos ... these were rejected by the government. I now have to go elsewhere for my passport photos AND I now in danger on not getting my passport in time for my planned travels. DON'T TRUST THEM TO TAKE YOUR PASSPORT PHOTOS. They obviously don't know what they are doing.
