Positive experience: It has very good service and things arrive perfectly and on time! I suggest that you please update the hours here because it says that on Saturdays it closes at 4:00 PM, but it turns out that the door says 2:00 PM. I missed my trip, and I live far away....

Fantastic experience: I have been sending with the agency for almost a year, the prices are cheaper than others and the service is fast. Ana always attends to me as if I were family, that's why I always wait for her. I have been following up on a box for days and Lisi immediately searched for all the information and called me two days in a row to keep me updated; every time she promised to call, she did. Negative experience: Todavia no tengo mi pasaporte despues de 7 meses, perdi mi pasage , mi abuela q tiene 97 años noce si la pueda volver a ver, perdi mi PTO, no tienen profesionalismo, la falta de comunicación entre ellos es inmensa, piensan q uno es bobo, y te quieren tener dormido con la misma excusa de q el pasaporte se perdió , no vallan con esta gente son muy irresponsables.

Yesterday, I explained to you what happened with a group of passports from April. I explained that this type of procedure with the Cuban Embassy is something that is beyond our control as Agencies, since these are procedures at the consular level. Negative experience: I was recommended this agency because they were fast, the service was very good, and they were cheaper than the others, so I decided to give it a try. The price is good, the service in the office is excellent, but in Cuba it changes. Their agents took more than 15 days to deliver the express shipment, I had to call to complain about the package, and it's been a month waiting for a box to be shipped by plane and it still hasn't appeared. They simply told my family that they had to go pick it up at their house, while I am paying for a service. I prefer to pay more and be guaranteed fast and safe shipping, which I shouldn't have stopped doing just to try a new agency.

Now let's get to the reality of the problem, the destination of this package was 'COMUNIDAD AJURIA', a place without coverage, an unpassable embankment that becomes impossible to navigate when it rains. We have proof of the delivery person's cart being stuck in order to deliver your shipment. I believe we should be more aware of where we live in Cuba and what we request around here. Even so, your packages were delivered on time.
Positive experience: It is a very busy place on the weekend. The lady's that work there do a fantastic job doing what they can to service as many customers as possible.
