Fantastic experience: Love the customer service Randi is very kind was patient with us explained everything to us on what we wanted and showed us other deals and trips we can plan as well if we wanted to, she did not force us into getting anything at all.They have a play area for the kids while you talk and plan you trips. Negative experience: Absolutely no way to get in touch on weekends. We came all the way from Atlanta to visit Disney World and still don't have our tickets.

When we didn't receive a reply, we reached out again, requesting your order number to facilitate support. Despite our efforts, we unfortunately did not receive a response. In our commitment to provide excellent service, we attempted to locate your order using the details available to us. However, without sufficient information, we were unable to proceed or contact you directly. We always strive to make our operational hours and contact information readily accessible, both on our website and in our purchase confirmations, to ensure smooth communication. In a recent development, following our phone conversation this morning, it appears there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the company from which you purchased your tickets. It seems the order was placed with a different company. We are here to offer any further assistance or clarification you may need. Your satisfaction is paramount to us, and we are committed to ensuring a positive experience for all our customers.
Negative experience: Absolute rubbish, DO NOT BOOK HERE. They sent us 3 links for Disney we went through each one. Then they gave us a will call which, being from the UK we didn’t know what it was. They also gave us an id number. So we put it in and it said that the number was invalid. So we emailed the company saying that the code didn’t work. Then they told us to ring them. So we rang them and they said that there was no space in the park. So we had wasted half a day. My thirteen year old son really wanted to go and was very excited, however when we told him we couldn’t go he was very upset. And it was the day before we left America. Luckily we got a full refund. Absolutely diabolical. Don’t fall into the trap.

We strive to provide clear and accurate information to all our guests, and it appears we fell short in your case. Upon reviewing our email correspondence, I see that we did attempt to clarify the ticketing process for Animal Kingdom. I apologize if our explanations were not as clear as they could have been. To address your concern about the park being "sold out," our system would not have allowed the purchase of tickets if that were truly the case. Additionally, we did mention in our emails that your single-day Animal Kingdom tickets did not require separate reservations. These tickets should have allowed you direct entry to the park upon scanning the confirmation at the gate. I understand that our communication may not have been as effective as it should have been, and for that, I apologize. We will certainly take this as an opportunity to improve the clarity of our communications for future guests. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to better serve you in the future.

Fantastic experience: I've known about KGS for a good couple of year's and they're amazing! I've never had any issues with purchasing tickets, nor with the staff. Everyone is so kind & well mannered when spoken to. Trevinia is the one to speak with if you need anything! She works great with everyone and has such a bright & upbeat attitude. I wish i could give more than a 5 star because of how amazing these people & company are! Also: The discounts are out of this world! Don't wait! Negative experience: I have to say I am extremely unhappy and disappointed with our last few visits at universal atudios in Florida. Today being the last straw. After purchasing a yearly pass for my husband and myself last September I am very sorry we did. I’m sure you can imagine the amount of the pass but being that we knew we were going to be in Florida several times this year we went ahead and did it. After our first trip back in January we found out that the park closed at 5:00. At least four hours less than we expected also that our favorite ride the mummy would be closed until late summer. We were returning again in June. The shorter operating hours and now a major attraction for us no go. Also it didn’t cut the cost of the tickets being that they would be closing at 500 pm. Also. Many attraction either closed when we were there and several didn’t open until 10:0O am. Also the Atlantis ride was clised for renovations as well. Today was our second return to Florida and we went to universal again. Almost every single ride we were on or were going to go on was having technical difficulties. The Harris ride of course. The main ride now. Delayed. Never got back to it. Went on gringots after waiting an hour on line. Finally got up to the stairs and more technical difficulties. Waited another 25 minutes before it started up again. The Atlantis ( posidens ride was supposedly open. Only 5 minute wait time got there only to be told they were having technical difficulties again. Spider-Man delayed due to technical difficulties. Went to men in black waited for forty minutes at least was about to be our turn to get on ride and you guessed it technical difficulties yet again. After waiting for another 1/2 an hour my husband and I decided to leave. We left the park at 12:15 in the afternoon after spending all this money on a yearly pass. I will never set foot in this place again. So disgusted and upset.
Hi Terry, While I am sure Universal Orlando will want to hear your concerns, Kissimmee Guest Services has no control over your experiences at the park. Also, from what you stated above about buying an annual pass, I am not even sure you purchased your tickets from us. We do not offer annual passes. Is it possible you thought you were actually leaving a review for Universal Studios and mistakenly left a review for KGS? If this is true, do mind either updating the review or deleting it? As you might imagine 1 star reviews for something we have no control over does affect our creditability with future visitors. I would HIGHLY suggest contacting Universal Studios directly, as they are very good at making things right for their guests. Thank you so much!
