  • Clean bathrooms and well-maintained facilities.
  • Friendly and accommodating staff, eager to help guests with their needs.
  • Spacious camping sites, particularly those by the river, offering a peaceful atmosphere.

Positive experience: The only complaint I have is that the sites seem a little small & crammed together too much, but other than that, the place is very nice. Although, my husband didn't like the fact that we could hear all the traffic from the highway nearby. However, the staff was very nice & friendly, and the bathrooms & showers were clean & smelled wonderful. We had a nice time camping. Would recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: We just stayed here and it was great! We had family camping the night before we got there and we were able to get checked in so we could visit with them before it was time to get into our cabin. There was a minor hiccup but the owners quickly helped going above and beyond. I just read a review from last week about the bathrooms that makes me think they werent even at this campground??? The bathroom was clean, entirely enclosed building and even had a gas heater on the wall that could be used in the colder weather. The creek is right there, easy to launch kayaks, beautiful water. It is about 15min from Blanchard Springs, 10min to the middle of Mountain View, close to Ozark Folk Center.

Negative experience: Marissa is incredibly rude. The campground failed to disclose they were under a no burn order, something we only determined by looking at other recreation sites in the region. I called not more then five minutes after booking and she refused ot do anything about it. She also wouldnt tell me when the owner would be there. Garbage service, which is a shame since I stayed there last year and found the creek very pretty. However, their rest room facilities amount to a handful of porto johns and a glorfied open air shed with exposed PVC pipe running to a shower head, so I would only plan on using it in the cold if you are okay with your extremities falling off.

Negative experience: The camp is a big possibility to be good. Location, nature, and the creek make the place beautiful but unfortunately, apparently they do not to much effort to keep the areas nor the bathroom clean.

Negative experience: Tent campers beware! The 3 tent sites available are on rocks so there's so place to put tent stakes into the ground. You won't be able to even look at the camp sites till you pay and then they don't offer refunds.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful place, friendly staff, campground was very clean and kept. Family stayed in cabin and it was very nice and comfortable. There is no bad camp spot but the camp spots on the lower level are excellent . Wifi was strong for rainy days

Fantastic experience: We made reservations online not really knowing what to expect. The campground appears to be a little tired. We camped during the week with our main goal was to visit Blanchard Springs Caverns and do some kayaking. Campground was almost deserted. Served its purpose well. You can drive right down to the water's edge and launch your kayaks. There's a small playground, horseshoes, tetherball and tire swing to take you back to your own childhood. We toured part of downtown Mountain View. LOVED IT! Location is great for what we wanted.

Fantastic experience: This is a great campground, located on Sylamore Creek. The creek dumps into the White River several hundred yards down from the campground. Our BSA Troop camped right by the creek. There was a lot of swimming and several other campers were putting in their kayaks.

Fantastic experience: Just returned from a trip to Sylamore Creek Camp. It was amazing! First off, the staff was super friendly! We got there right after the office closed and one staff member happily stayed late just to get us checked in. The entire camp ground was clean-including the bathrooms, which even our 9 year old noticed were very clean! The rec room was fun and very cold! The creek is crystal clear and is definitely a very cool way to beat the summer heat. We did the 20 mile float trip through them (they have the best pricing) and the shuttle driver was super helpful and friendly. It's a beautiful float-we even saw river otters! The location is perfect. It is only about 5 miles from a town with a Walmart (for those items you may have forgotten) and also only about 5-10 miles to Blanchard Springs Rec Center-which was also worth the visit! Quality firewood with great pricing. We look forward to returning when we are in Arkansas again.

Fantastic experience: The cabins are very nice. I would definitely go back.

Fantastic experience: Very nice private campground. We stayed in our 5th wheel camper. Neighbors are a little closer than a standard state or federal campground, but the camp is well taken care of and they are very attentive to needs. Even after hours when the office/store is closed. Our only complaint, was that the store closed earlier than published (4pm) a couple times.

Fantastic experience: From antiques to Walmart you'll find all sorts "shopping". And from GO carts to fishing all in less than a 20min drive. Also all sorts of eats! From shaved ice cream to steaks.. I come here to stay at the campground, so I can see the AMAZING FIREWORKS that Jack's Cabins has every year NOT "co-ordinated" to music, just pretty much constant booms for about a hour and a half!!

Negative experience: While we had a lovely time camping at Sylamore Creek, management could use a refresher course in customer service. Our Girl Scout troop made plans to go camping with the money they’ve raised this year. I called and spoke with a woman at the campsite to discuss our troop’s needs. (We have 13 girls and around 12 adults,, the age range of our girls, discussed swimming in the area and if a 16 passenger bus could fit at the campsite) At this time I was told I might want to reserve a third campsite for overflow, as we were only allowed ten people per campsite. We reserved two primitive camping spots through the website. Another mom offered to reserve the third campsite and did so through the website as well. We had another family decide to come who booked one of the cabins) Between 26 people we booked two primitive camping spots, one of the waterfront spots, and a cabin. After reading the terms of service on the website (which states “No daytime visitors allowed. Just because you rented a site doesn’t give you the right to invite your friends. Day Passes are only available Sunday thru Thursday and must be paid for at the office when arriving. Holiday weekends may be restricted further.”) We arrived after 4PM on Friday, which was their closing time. Kayla spoke with staff to verify the number of vehicles and people we would have. We arrived and checked in with minimal issues (although the girl seemed pretty annoyed, we assumed it was just because we had arrived after hours and brushed it off) the second half of our group arrived later that night. Neither groups were able to find their own reservations (as we only took the reservations for the initial two campsites we did ask for an extra parking pass for one of the campsites. We were asked throughout the weekend to stop in the office. The times that one of the troop leaders stopped in, staff was busy or they weren’t in the office. At checkout we stopped in and were informed that we would have to pay an additional $35 per day because we had more than five people at the campsite. I let the girl at the desk know that I spoke with an employee that told me we were allowed ten to campsite and they never let us know that it would be an additional $5 per person. We made a point to reserve an extra site (that our group never had access to because their campsite info and passes were not left out for them and when they went down to the campsite it was being occupied by other people…) What I don’t appreciate about the situation was the lack of accountability or apology on behalf of the employee. We were told incorrect information about your campsite by your employee. Your website terms of service are outdated and need to be corrected. I didn’t appreciate your employee going through an entire booking on her computer in an attempt to make a point and prove me wrong. Your mobile website does not cover the additional $5 per person charge, nor did the primitive camping spot that we reserved (although the RV and electric hookup site that she pulled up and showed on her own computer did show it, that isn’t the spot that we reserved.) Your own website stated nothing of it, except for one single spot on a third party booking site. The issue isn’t that we had to pay extra, it’s that we went through all of the lengths to ensure that we had the correct information, your employees had the opportunity to give us the correct information, couldn’t be bothered to approach us at the campsite or check in to clear it up. Overcharging and false advertising.

Negative experience: STAY AWAY!!! We stayed 2 nights in June '24. I'll preface this review with this: when you arrive to a piggishly filthy campsite, it sets the mood for the whole stay. I have to wonder if they even looked at our site, much less prepped it after it's last use, as our site was littered with trash (including pieces of broken glass!) & food scraps, had a ½ empty water bottle on the picnic table & the firepit looked like a huge ashtray with remnants of several fires still in the ring & piles of it just outside the ring. When we first arrived, I filled 2 bags with trash, cigarette butts, & ash from in side the firepit! Each time I walked the site I picked up more trash. By the time we left, I had picked up another ½ bag of trash! We booked a full hookup site, but on arrival there was a handwritten note in with our contactless check in paperwork stating they were having sewer issues & not to use it. (In their defense, they had it fixed by the 2nd night, so we were able to dump before we left.) There was a grill on our site, but it was pointed towards the back of the next door neighbor's rig and could not be turned, so it wasn't usable. The website claims large grassy areas between each campsite, but ours was small & nothing but gravel. The power connection was sketchy at best, With the 50 amp plug in a separate box back of the pedestal & very close to the ground. Several trees on & near our site had dead limbs that should have been removed so as not to be a danger of falling on campers in a storm. Because we still work, we called in advance to confirm they had good Wi-Fi available. We were told they did, but speeds depended on how many people were using it at the time. Well, there must have been a ton of people using it during our whole stay because I did not get internet speeds even approaching one meg the whole time (mostly in the 300k range) making it completely unusable for browsing, much less working. There is a covered picnic table area but it is almost completely overgrown. I have no doubt at one time this was a fantastic campground, but it now suffers gross lack of attention to detail. The only thing saving this place from being a complete waste of time is the access to the river in the lower campground area. So if access to the river is more important than an enjoyable camping experience in a clean well kept campground, this could be a place for you.

Deb Percassi 1 year ago

Positive experience: It was wonderful to camp near the river, but for $50/night basically, it would have been nice to have had the spot maintained. It needed raked or leaf blown due to all the crushed leaves, sticks, old charcoal piles, large stones, and needed gravel in the parking area. It makes a huge mess after a rain. The fire ring was made hastily by campers. The shower house was cool, but needed maintenance as well. Whoever made the stalls never tried them, as they lacked a towel hook and a place for soaps, and also the light didn't come on. The lower camping lot needs an extra Porta pot. If it was $25/night, I'd get it, but for $50, it should be maintained better.

Fantastic experience: We really like this place, creekside camping, good sized spots, clean bathrooms, reasonably priced for a commercial campground.

Fantastic experience: Easy access from the small town. We had a Great time in this beautiful and peaceful place.

Negative experience: This place is definitely not family friendly anymore. We stayed last weekend and there was marijuana everywhere. People were rolling joints on the creek bank close to where children were playing. Staff refused to do anything and stated since Arkansas is a medical marijuana state, there was nothing they could do. It is still illegal to expose children to it with or without a card. Will not come back

Fantastic experience: Sylamore Creek Campground is a gem in the Ozarks. I stayed in the campground and loved it! Conveniently located by the water. We kayaked, swam, and just lounged all day. The port-o-potty was clean and well maintained. I plan to stay there at a future time.

Negative experience: We have stayed here 2 times, once in a RV a couple years ago and had a nice experience. The second just this week. Since we stayed here last the prices have increased per night and it has come under new ownership. We stayed in the “wren” cabin. Which is over looking campsites below and sylamore creek. Not horrible, but honestly if I’m paying for water views I want to see the water not campers. Overall fairly clean, other than the debris pictured in the shower. No problem, sometimes mistakes happen. Could have even fell from the ceiling when the door closed or something after it was cleaned. My biggest issue, we were here for 3 nights. Typically I like to shower a couple times a day as does my wife when it is hot out. We had a total of 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths upon arrival. Rather than new ones being brought daily, you are required to take the used ones to the camp store and exchange them yourself. I’m on vacation, I don’t personally feel it should be my responsibility to secure my own towels on MY time. I mean, I’m here for 3 days, give me 6 towels and wash cloths and count them when I leave if your that worried about towel theft. I’ve travelled half way around the world and never had this issue before. But if I’m paying $140 a night for a room worth about $90 (at best) I’d at least like enough towels to get me through my stay or maybe send someone by with new ones. One more thing, note the front door pic needs painted at a minimum, I mean, it’s not just one thing, it’s attention to detail and upkeep. The bathroom door also rubbed the floor and the floor was uneven overall. I get around pretty good, but I can see this being a trip hazard for someone elderly. Point being, I did not get a good value for the stay I purchased. I did confront the towel issue and the response was “we’ve always done it that way”. Doesn’t sound like it will change soon, which means I won’t be back and wouldn’t encourage anyone else to stay here either. On a positive, it’s not a bad location. I will also mention the bed, it wasn’t bad, but could have lived without the sandpaper sheets.

Fantastic experience: Camping spots are great. Get the spots by the river. Camp store has a lot of last minute items. Kayak rentals are great for the river. Needs more trash cans close to camp sites.

brian dostal 1 year ago

Positive experience: Lovely spot located along the creek. Sites are very generous and spread out. Loved having the option to camp on the creek bank with power. Limited bathrooms/showers were a concern at first, but I never had to wait to use any of the facilities. Nor did it ever feel crowded. And they were constantly being cleaned. Kayak rentals were a fun surprise for the family. Full coverage wifi was the best I’ve experienced of any campground.

Negative experience: Our most recent visit will be our last. Snobby staff. Dishonest business practices. Was charged $125 cleaning fee. Room was left in a condition easily resolved by routine cleaning. Management was very disparaging when I called to determine why I was billed an additional cleaning fee. I stay in hotels, BNBs, and vacation rentals frequently, and have NEVER been charged a cleaning fee. All rooms were left in the same condition. We did not violate their pet or smoking policy. Simply outrageous. Would not recommend as you may find unnecessary charges.

Negative experience: We have stayed here in the past and enjoyed the experience, but the property has gone downhill. We reserved a site that was listed as suitable for a tent or RV, but when we arrived and went to set up our tent, it was clearly only suitable for an RV. The entire site was covered with gravel, and it was lined on both sides with tall pines full of widowmakers. We looked around and noticed that there was a primitive tent site available, but the office had just closed at 4 p.m. We called the after hours number to ask if we could switch to the available site (we would not have minded if they just kept the money we had paid for the more expensive site with water and electricity we had already paid for). They told us that since we had purchased their recommended bad weather insurance, we would have to handle any changes by calling the insurance company. I called, and it went straight to voicemail, where I left a message and never heard back. We gave up and went elsewhere and wrote off the $85 for two nights as an expensive lesson never to go here again.

We were able to wade across the creek and get to a magnificent rock wall swim spot and get to one of the many hiking trails near by. Negative experience: We had a terrible experience camping here over the weekend. We were expecting a nice quiet family outing with friends but that is not what we got. I have never been to a rv park where there is a haunted hayride and haunted house on site only feet away from campers but we also had to listen to screaming, banging, chainsaws and tractors running until 10pm each night. So the kids decided to check out the hayride and haunted house with the moms and did so but were to chicken to go through the house. So i challenged the older kids to go through the house with me. So we made our way over to the house and were met with an upset clown that said we had to go to the office to get our vouchers because the kids had been through the house too many times already. So we go and get the vouchers and go on the hayride without any problems when we pull back up to the house the clown then confronts me and tells me i need to tell the kids to stop throwing rocks during the hayride. I said who and then asked the kids if they did and they said no and he continues to accuse them of throwing rocks. I then confront this clown about accusing my kids of doing something and he then starts dropping f bombs left and right and starts threating to call the cops which i said please do but i guess decided not to. So after a few back and forth words i decide to leave the situation and take the kids back to the camper and he proceeds to follow me and continue to use the f word repeatedly. I can say i will never be back to this clown of a campground and would not want my worst enemy staying here. Their sign says no cussing or you will be escorted off the premises but i guess that only applies to the guests not the employees. The sign also says beware of clowns. So do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money on this clown of a place.

Positive experience: Great location, very family friendly. There are outside games including horseshoes and tether ball, and a small playground, and indoor games like pool (adult supervision required) board games, and ping pong. Easy access to the creek with stairs from the cabins or you can drive down on the road. There is an open grassy area to move around, and their store packs essentials in case you forget something. Reasonably priced. Only downfall is the condition of the restroom/showers. The spiders are definitely at home there and appeared to have been there a while. We tried the outdoor showers near the road to the creek too, the spiders there were more tolerant of our invading their space as they backed up into hiding spaces away from us.

Positive experience: We camped on the water with two other families. The campsites are super close (very little privacy) and pretty muddy. It wasnt ideal for tent camping. Luckily one of the three sites was located on the end where we had a little privacy and ended up using that one site for our fire/cooking/hanging out. The bathrooms/showers were really dirty. There were tons of people there. It got a little crowded on the bank during the day. We still had fun, the place just needs some upkeep.

Fantastic experience: I give this place 5 stars for being absolutely wonderful! Peaceful, beautiful, good fishing, nice cabin and the staff are so kind. The gentleman who runs the place made our stay so much fun helping us with canoe's and great fishing advice, he made accomodations to fit our time schedule. THIS IS A FAMILY PLACE. Fantastic experience: Our family of 5 really enjoyed camping here for the weekend in our camper. Our pull-thru campsite was clean, shaded, and spacious. It had water, electric, and sewer hook ups. Fantastic experience: It was 5 years ago but I went down there with my son and camped right off the water for my birthday and our first real vacation. It was an awesome place to experience and would love to go back! My son loved being able to get on the ledges and jump in the water! The thing that sticks with me the most is the hospitality and straight forward good mannered and super friendly people! I can not exaggerate. I blew a tire going across a bridge next to the campground and hobbled my way back in to my site but not before a wonderful couple and their friends came to help assist. The release for my spare was corroded and was not able to release. They assisted with getting me back to my site after the disappointment. However it didn't stop there. They then continued to help me with finding a sawzall so I could cut through and drop my tire. This friendly gesture took about an hour not to mention it's already been an hour plus since their arrival to help initially. With the help of one of his friends that lived nearby we were able to complete our task of freeing my spare tire. I was still very much surprised though because after our return the wonderful people running the campground had went out of their way to find a spare tire in my absence since the rolling back into the grounds with a flat. I am so very grateful for all that helped and truly am thankful for true southern hospitality! From a Wisconsinite Dad that was able to enjoy his Birthday and first real vacation with his son. Thank you! Side note: Blanchard Spring Caverns are Amazing!

Negative experience: I would not recommend anyone to go here. The owners and staff are extremely rude. We had my son's wedding here. And was harassed 3 different times in the 4 hours we had the Pavillion reserved. We had no loud music no alcohol. Alot of our family and friends left the wedding before the cakes was even cut and served. Because the owners were so rude. They thought they had to leave. What was one of the most important days of my son and daughter n laws life turned into something very stressful. All because of those rude people. So save your money and go to somewhere better and more pretty where you will be treated with respect.

Bob Reves 3 years ago

Negative experience: The camp ground caretakers/ proclaimed owners were very rude in the customer treatment of our wedding party and was very too much forceful and approached the women /brides mom and grooms mom about our party being there, even after taking our payment for the reservation. Instead of trying to talk with any men of the party. Our party exceded our reservations by only 30 mins while we tried to clean up the area. And was poorly treated and confronted in a violent manner by a male caretaker. **WOULD NoT RECOMMEND THIS CAMPGROUND TO ANYONE WISHING TO HAVE ANY TYPE OF A FAMILY GROUP PARTY.** As far as advertising WIFI ?? ** THERE IS NO WIFI OR PHONE CONNECTION IN THIS AREA. **

Positive experience: The campsite are extremely clean, the one we had was a little narrow, our tent is large and there wasnt much of a place to put it so we weren't able to have a campfire due to our tent being right on top of our table and firepit ring. The picnic table was in Good shape as well as the stationary Grill provided. We paid $66 for two night at a sight that had water and electric. It was very nice to be at a private location where not just anybody could be in there swimming although you do have to deal with the constant kayaks and boats coming through it wasnt too bad. Would like to see a rule to where boaters must park to one side, instead of driving the boat right up in the middle of the children who are swimming, to park their boats right on the shore where your belongings are laying. Some of the boaters have no respect for the swimmers. We had a fun time and it was a nice place to swim. We were a little grossed out by the bathrooms. There was nasty dead bugs and slimy stuff all in the womens shower. My spouse said the mens bathroom was covered in someone's blood. We do want to try to stay here again sometime hopefully at a different campsite. Most of the sites are well shaded and well kept NO TICKS! Good job to the grounds keeper!

Positive experience: Camp ground was great, all greeters was great. Only thing I see that needs some attention is the bath house, needs a exhust fan to remove smells and turn the air over so the door can be closed to keep out bugs.

Sylamore Creek Camp

Thank you for your suggestion. The bathrooms are new this season and not fully finished yet. We will look into remedying that situation. We look forward to seeing you again!

Fantastic experience: We loved this campground!! We stayed at Site F, it is very spacious and has a lot of privacy. We extended our stay and had to move site to site 21 next to the creek, it is so beautiful and magical !! The kids had great time swimming, kayaking and playing around. The staff and the owner were very nice and helped with everything we needed. There is so much to do in this area; hiking, fishing, Visit Calico Rock, Mountain view and the unique folk center state park. We would love to come back and stay here again.

Positive experience: Would be better with gravel pads for RVs and there is no Wifi. Staff is friendly and good creek frontage.

Sylamore Creek Camp

Thank you for staying with us. However, I do have to correct a couple of things. All of the sites have gravel pads except for the tent sites. There is grass grown up through a deep layer of gravel so you can't see it. I choose to not use poisons' to kill the grass. But they are totally firm as long as you stay on the pad. As for the Wi-Fi, we have always had Wi-Fi. Lightning took out part of the distribution network around the campground. But it has always still been available for anyone to use in the area near the office. We have had someone working on repairing the system and as I am typing this we again have Wi-Fi throughout the campground.

Fantastic experience: Love love love! We’ve stayed in the large cabins several times & enjoyed ourselves each time. Just sitting on the back porch watching nature is one of our favorite things to do. We’ve seen eagles diving in the creek to feed her young, hundreds of butterflies and more! Kayaking the creek is our absolute fav. The water is so clear you can see schools of fish right by you! Will be returning soon... hopefully tomorrow! Thanks Sylamore Creek Camp for this gem ! PS yes there are rules...there has to be! Be respectful & follow them for your own safety & to keep the natural ambience for all.

Thank you very much for choosing to stay with us to enjoy the beauty of the Ozark forest and creeks. Thank you also for understanding that it is necessary to have some rules so that everyone can enjoy the peace and quiet of these hills. To be able to see the stars at night and to listen to the spring peepers and the whippoorwills at night. To be able to enjoy that, is to be able to enjoy life...

Positive experience: Friendly folks, secluded campground in the ozarks. We picked a cold time of tear to camp but the area was nice.

Sylamore Creek Camp

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. It does tend to be chilly in December through February. Come back when it's Spring, Summer or Fall.

Positive experience: We have been coming here for about 8 years on and off, and stayed in the mink cabin this time. Our cabin was just fine. As noted before, wifi away from the main office is an issue, and I would suggest that they get a signal booster, but it looks like they’re on top of it. AT&T reception is zero in the camp but we got some Verizon signal. I also agree with the comments about the state of the showers - I would avoid them. Or just tear them down and start from scratch. All in all though, it’s a great location for kids, with the creek being right there. There are an amazing number of signs around the camp though, with lots of all caps, exclamation points and dire warnings. I think the number of signs has been growing in the past 5 years. The signs are like a visual manifestation of a deranged Twitter rant. (Either that, or they own a sign company.

Fantastic experience: I have loved every minute of this visit with my son and daughter-in-law who are celebrating their 5th wedding anniversary . It is so peaceful and beautiful here. This is my son and daughter-in-laws 5th trip here. Highly recommend staying here. Lovely cottage with plenty of room. Fully furnished. .

Fantastic experience: Wonderful views at camp grounds. Book early and they do have cable for the sport fans oh there’s canoe/Kyak rentals. It’s close to federal park and Mirror lake a must see Among all the other sites. Zip line and climbing in the National park when open. Something for everyone. If you like trout fishing, White River is where you want to go ! Fly fishing or a guided float boat trips are available in the area. Try the restaurant while your there. Fish plates are so good. We can’t wait to go back camping to Sylamore creek camp. They do have cabin rentals also .

Positive experience: Rented the kingfisher cabin, the old lady next to it with the big old van and dog harassed us the entire time about everything. She seems to be a long term camper and needs to be moved way off by herself. This isn’t a retirement camp. People come to have fun. Other than that it’s a beautiful place

Negative experience: My family and I stayed here back in July in the cabins and I could not sleep all night because I felt like things were crawling on me. I started looking and the cabin was INFESTED with bed bugs. Told the office promised our money back we waited until now because we thought they would make it right but never received any of our money back. DO NOT COME HERE.

Sylamore Creek Camp

I have talked to the people here and no one remembers this happening. We can not find any reservation under your last name or from the town you live in registered in the book during July.? I do know that if we say we are going to give a refund, we DO. And right away also. Because we are in the Ozarks on the edge of the National Forrest anyone who gets away from mowed grass could pick up seed ticks or chiggers. Both nasty little bugs that you can't even see. But they can make you miserable for some time. But they don't live in cabins. Strictly an outdoor bug. We did have a family that stayed with us a while back where the woman told us that she thought there were bedbugs, but not to say anything to anybody?. We told her that if that was the case, we would definitely refund her stay. Those things get carried here by a previous guest. Often by someone who brings their own pillow or blanket. (We wish they wouldn't do that.) However, later, during their stay, a member of her family came to the office and told us to disregard her claims. That there was nothing there. When she left, she dropped off the key and said that she would be in touch later. But she never called us again.? Was this you?? After this family left, even though we found no evidence of bedbugs, we had the cabin stripped and fumigated. This is standard procedure if there is any insect problem. Just to be on the safe side. The problem with review sites like this one is there is no accountability. People can say and make up anything they want to without ever even being within a thousand miles of the site they are reviewing. If you are legitimate, then please call me, the owner, and I will make it right.

Positive experience: It is a very quiet campground. Some of the sites are close together. The swimming area at the campground isn't the cleanest or greatest but right down the road is the national forest which has creek access, and it has a rope swing that the kids loved. The bathroom is small but it was stocked our whole trip. The bathrooms only had 1 shower each but they have an outside shower area that worked great for my family.

Sylamore Creek Camp

Thank you for staying with us. I'm glad you and your family had a good time while here. I agree that some of the sites are close together. But many are not and some don't have anyone near them. So it depends on what site and area you are in. One site has no one within 30 yards.
