Fantastic experience: The AAA office runs a tight operation and you definitely need an appointment to get in the door for most things, but you should check with them on what most things are. I got an international license last year without an appointment. But I needed an appointment to get a enhanced license so I’m going back tomorrow.

Fantastic experience: For me, learning that I could take care of some of my DMV business at AAA was actually kind of exciting, for lack of a better word. I mean, DMV has gotten better over the past few years with wait times, but likelihood is, you're still not getting out of there in under an hour, no matter what... AAA was easy-peasy! I did only have to turn in plates, but I have a coworker who took his daughter there for her permit test, and it was also a great experience. My experience was quick and painless. The young lady who greeted me was super friendly and helpful, as was the woman next to her. I was probably in there longer asking questions and chatting a bit than my appointment took. I learned about other things they can help with, including travel! Can you tell I'm a new-ish member of AAA?? I'm definitely going to explore all the benefits! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Came in this morning on a Saturday. Had a 9:00 am appointment and was seen at 8:59 am. Came in to upgrade our driver’s licenses for the family. The staff was all too friendly and helpful. So much easier and quicker than going to the dmv office. Thanks again for actually making a dmv experience pleasant.

Negative experience: I had worst experience at this AAA. Try to register the car for someone else with power of attorney form signed with authorization. My ID and all DMV forms have been signed. Other AAA takes it. But not this one. And I ask them to call dmv in front of me. They called at DMV parting person who never see my paper work and rejected to take me as client on the phone. And they push me to DMV to complete the application. If I know they won’t take it I won’t drive 1 hour for this appointment and I really thought all AAA are the same. I guess not this unique one. Good luck to all you who come here for DMV service.

Fantastic experience: Great service, wonderful, helpful staff. They're so efficient, I'm rarely in there for more than 15 minutes for any kind of services, whether it's DMV related, for passport renewals or most recently for an international driver's permit. A great perk for being a AAA member.

Negative experience: This company is total garbage, the reason I said that they charge me for my membership fee a month before the due date,I called the customer service three times and spoke to them about it, they said they will pay me my money back, besides I never authorized the payment now it been over a week and I never got my money, and other payments has bounced because of their stupidity and greed, it takes one person to make the company look like garbage ,in my case I spoke to three of them and a supervisor and my problem never solved, I never trust this stupid company they steal your money and can’t do anything about it, so I contacted the bank to solve it for me . Never trust AAA their is better company than them , they are money hungry and need to update their employees and services.

Negative experience: This club is responsible for my damage claim. I required a tow from New York to New Jersey which is covered under my AAA membership. They seemed to have trouble finding a tow company to do the tow so they ended up hiring a suspect company that damaged my vehicle. Because I could not prove it, they denied my damage claim. After searching for the tow company online, I could only find a single 1 star review of them with a similar issue of damage. I've moved on but I hope anyone who uses them in the future researches the tow company that they send you so that hopefully no one else has to deal with the same disappointment and frustration that I dealt with. Sufficiely to say I will no longer be renewing my membership after many years of service.

Fantastic experience: Went here to get my IDP (International Drivers Permit). I didn't have to wait long and it was a quick and painless process. The staff here were very pleasant and professional. The place offers some DMV services which may be of interest for those looking to avoid the wait at the DMV. Be careful with parking though. Park head in according to the diagonal parking spots. The town officer will ticket you quick if not.

If You're looking for that I can assure you its good there. This would be my fourth renewal and but my third time coming here. In the background I hear comments on how much better it is here then the DMV. I believe they were returning plates.

Fantastic experience: I have been a AAA member for years. I consider it like an insurance policy as they offer you comfort knowing they are there when you need it. My recent visit was to do a DMV transaction instead of driving to the Department of Motor Vehicles. It was so a convenient and pleasant experience. I even picked up many travel booklets, giving me another reason to return!

Fantastic experience: I had to go to the AAA DMV a few times to clear some stuff up and upgrade my license to an enhanced ID. I barely had to wait to be helped (you need to make an appointment before arriving) and everyone there is really pleasant and nice. It's also very clean and has plenty of parking. They are also open on Saturdays which is great because it's hard to go to the DMV during the week sometimes.

Fantastic experience: On August 2, 2022, I had reserved a cargo van from Hertz. I was driving from N.Y. to N. C. When I got to the rental location, I was informed that a cargo van was not available. I had to rent a box truck instead. Since there are restrictions regarding trucks on the parkway, I called AAA for assistance. I was lucky enough to get help from a woman named Tanisha. Tanisha could not have been more helpful! She understood my predicament and went out of her way to help me. She planned my 700 mile trip for me over the phone and then emailed me every detail. All the while she was patient with me and couldn't have been kinder. I thought about how great she was my entire trip. I wanted to call and speak to a supervisor and let them know how lucky I was to get Tanisha on the phone that day. ( I'm still going to try and call.) Today I received an opportunity to critique my experience that day and that is why I am taking the time to do so. AAA - I hope you realize how blessed you are to have this employee working for you. She is the GREATEST!
