Fantastic experience: I can’t rave enough about my experience with luxury rentals Miami Beach. For context, we stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette. The team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. The team arranged the most beautiful decorations and champagne toast at the room. Incredible attention to detail. We were all blown away, especially the bride! They even ensured it was ready for us according to our itinerary/tight schedule. When we had trouble connecting to the speaker they sent someone to install a brand new one the next day. The team also secured a dinner reservation at one of the hottest restaurants for us on short notice. Nicole, Francisco and team were phenomenal! Can’t thank them enough! Everyone that worked at the hotel was also so friendly and thoughtful. Particularly Naiomi, Phillipe, Hale, and Mario! I may be forgetting some names. My only point of feedback would be to ensure the rental service arranges adequate chair service for beach and pool. Our room slept 6 people but we were only granted 4 at the beach and paid for additional. However, the staff by the pool gave us the extra chair complimentary.

Fantastic experience: I was in need of a room on short notice as my flight has been cancelled. I reached out to luxury rentals and Ivan was about to get me multiple competitive quotes within five minutes for beautiful condos in the 1 hotel with stunning service and accommodations. It’s hard to adequately put into words how beautiful the room was and exquisite the service was every step of the way. They even had luggage service and our car waiting out front the day of our check out so we could quickly and efficiently get to the airport. I can’t recommend enough how wonderful my experience was and would recommend their service to anyone looking for five star accommodations with five star service. Make sure to ask for Ivan!

Fantastic experience: My family and I stayed at room 828 @ W Hotel SOBE. The apt was beautiful. Perfect layout for a 3 bed apt with a full double terrace with front ocean view. Absolutely beautiful. It surpassed my expectations from the photos. The hotel is lovely and very kid friendly although my kids are all in their teens now. Luxury Rentals were brilliant and extremely accommodating. It felt like I had personal butler/concierge service with Ivan who could not do enough for us. Got us bookings at short notice in the nicest restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble. You made our stay extra luxurious to match the surroundings Ivan. Thank you. Would definitely use them again next time I’m in Miami.

Negative experience: The price is too high compared to the service provided, except for the size of the apartment, the facilities, and the view. You have to pay extra for everything else (I had to pay an extra 500$ for things I didn't even knew). Additionally, the valet service was extremely poor. When I called for my car, the attendant said it would be ready in 10 minutes, but it took more than an hour to bring it up. I was very upset with this service, especially considering it cost me $52 per night.

Negative experience: Beware of this company! We booked a rental with Luxury Beach Rentals for a family trip to Miami, spending $9,000. The day before our trip, Miami experienced severe flooding with more rain to come making it unsafe to travel. Despite the flooding being all over the national news, and clearly beyond our control, Luxury Beach Rentals refused to refund our money. They were completely inflexible, unsympathetic, and unhelpful. When I asked to speak with a manager, the guy on the phone, Jonathon said I’ve been given authorization to handle this situation, you aren’t able to talk with anyone else. He backed me into a corner with no options, no assistance. The owner of this condo unit#1120 at 1 Hotel should know how this company is representing them. They are awful people. Nobody does this. Replying to your business response: If this is truly the owner responding, we have not received any response to our emails or requests for a callback. Your approach has been neither accommodating nor empathetic. To inform the public of the reality, while you may appear caring here, your actions tell a different story. Yesterday, we received a text from Jonathon stating that the unit we rented has not been re-rented. You are offering us a credit to stay for the days that get re-rented (if it even does), to be used by November 2024, provided the unit rents during our intended stay. Firstly, it is unlikely anyone will rent the unit given the widespread news about Miami flooding. Secondly, if the unit rents partially, we only receive a pro-rated credit, which we must use within the next four months—during hurricane season. We have already spent $25,000-$30,000 to re-route our family trip to Oahu. The money paid to your company ($9,000), along with the airfare and new hotel expenses for Oahu, will total $25,000-$30,000.

Fantastic experience: Amazing - customer service, location, and property! 5-Stars! We stayed at one of their 3-bedroom units at the W in South Beach and couldn’t have been happier. We normally stay at the The Ritz in Bal Harbour, but decided to give this a try and I’m so happy we did. We will definitely be back! Ivan was our concierge contact and he was absolutely amazing! He made the stay even more memorable by customizing our experience with a surprise for my daughter for graduation, making reservations, and pretty much anything we needed - he was right there. We’re looking forward to staying again next time we’re in town!

Fantastic experience: The Team, accommodations, and experience provided by LRMB was amazing. My wife and I decided to take a last minute trip to Miami. Even though we had book last minute the team accommodated every request. We booked on a Wednesday, arrived on Thursday and everything was perfect. The room was beautiful and clean when we arrived, they rented a cabana for us each day, booked amazing dinners and even helped us get into a sold out venue for drinks and music after dinner. I highly recommend LRMB and their team. Everything was perfect!

He was there for check in. He contacted us on daily basis. Incredible service from his side. I will most definetely be back.

Negative experience: See Facebook for more accurate reviews. We rented #1208 at 1Hotel. We paid $$$. The AC went out on a hot night, 3 days in and the fan in the bathroom was not working. The “concierge” is a text platform. You will not get the same person and frequently your text will not be returned. They also do not answer after 6:30 PM so there are no emergency numbers left for you to call. After I signed my contract, the person I was corresponding with did not reply to me for five days. You will get a better sense of this service through Glassdoor reviews from employees and FB. After searching their website, I left a message with the answering service. We were told that someone will be contacting us back within 15 to 30 minutes. That did not happen. We called the resident desk, who told us that someone would be up to fix the AC and no one came. We called back an hour later and we told that they could not service our unit because this was being rented out by a third-party Luxury Miami Beach rentals, and they were the only ones that could enter the unit. no one bothered to call us to tell us that nobody was coming. The next day we had to wait for someone to come into the unit and fix the AC. We were told by the engineer that the water pan in the ceiling needed to be updated every three months and it didn’t look like that it happened. This could’ve been avoided. after about an hour, we were able to continue on with our vacation only to come home to the air conditioning, not working again and having to wait for an engineer to show up to make sure that it was fixed properly. He went to another unit to get a new thermostat. he told us that this was a known problem and that unfortunately it didn’t seem like ownership was willing to invest in updating the unit. We understand as frequent travelers that things happen. The problem here is that I spent a total of two hours with people calling me after the fact trying to follow up getting my story only to then ghost me. I think the problem is is that there’s individual owners that rent out through this management company that aren’t making enough profit and therefore not willing to upgrade their units. In addition, not having an emergency number to call is not OK. Especially when you’re dealing with the Miami Heat and an AC unit that was put in nearly 10 years ago. I spoke to someone named Grace, in Management, who assured me that this was not OK and that she would be remitting the situation. I followed up twice by email only to get no response. There were three other issues that occurred during our day. They do not make this a luxury rental. We were assured through text and it booking time that in room dining was available just like it would be with any hotel resident. It is not. In fact, there is no number to call and you do not have access to the hotel app if you are not renting through the hotel. You cannot order food to your unit from the restaurants. We were told that you can rent the hotel bikes. When we called to reserve when we were told that only hotel gas could rent them. Lastly, we did get our money back on the situation, but with the valet, we were asked to give them cash upfront for the two days that we were parking our car. My husband had to go down the street to a gas station to do that, and I thought it was shady. the hotel manager made sure that the money was returned from the person who asked us for the cash. We have traveled all over the world and actually stayed at this hotel with another service. We know that there are a couple people within luxury Miami Beach rentals that try to assist, but they are , only as good as the people surrounding them. Unfortunately management at this company could care less about you once you’ve left. I was asked what I thought was a very fair compensation for the aggravation that we went through, The lack of sleep for the AC being out, the time we spent trying to get things remedied, waiting on people not having the services that we were promised, etc. unfortunately they did not think it was warranted. We advise renting elsewhere.

I told him I was hoping for a regular coffee pot or Keurig rather than a Nespresso. The next day he met us at check - in and also followed up several times during our stay to make sure everything met our needs. BTW: When we arrived in the condo I was SO happy to see a Keurig in our condo which he personally delivered. Little efforts like this make a big difference. Very nice.

Theres a store in the building literally 10 seconds away from the entrance to the apt Everything was clean AC was nice and no complaints here, had valet n everything i needed. Negative experience: Avoid booking with this company at all costs. They are frauds with zero integrity and still owe us money which we chased for months. They rented us an apartment with a faulty AC that only had one default setting on powerful which was against health & safety recommendations which caused my 6yo to get extremely sick from the exposure. They didn’t address any of our complaints, ignored our emails, ignored our calls and completely gaslit us. They also owe us money for an outstanding clean that never happened. They were truly the most awful people to deal with and spoke to us like crap despite staying in accommodation in excess of $1k per night. There is nothing luxury about this company.

Fantastic experience: The 1 Hotel and Homes is a newer and beautiful hotel with so many amenities to meet most needs while on vacation. The rooftop pool/restaurant is amazing with the best DJ’s spinning just the right music. It’s in a centralized location walking distance to most attractions. Fantastic experience: I took my Gf here for her birthday and it was an amazing experience. You are in the lower penthouse suite. The accommodations were amazing. They decorated the room with everything I asked for. Rose petals, flowers, balloons and etc. It was breath taking when we walked in. They communicate very well and fast anything you need you get a quick response. It's right on the beach with a huge pool and adult pool also. It looks just like the pictures. Extremely luxury feeling. Thank you guys for an amazing time.
